Comprehensive Development Index of industrial Internet from 2009 to 2018 of 31 provinces in China was obtained by using the entropy method for the article. This paper analyzes the impact of industrial Internet on high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry by building a fixed effect model, and also studies the intermediary role of intelligence and greening on this basis. The results indicate that, Industrial Internet has significantly promoted the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry, of which intelligence and green play an intermediary role between the Industrial Internet and the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, and the impact of industrial Internet on the development of manufacturing industry in the Eastern region is significantly higher than that in the Central and Western regions.

Abstract Background Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of global disease burden. Although stroke was thought to be more prevalent than coronary heart disease (CHD) in Chinese, the epidemic pattern might have been changed in some rural areas nowadays. This study was to estimate up-to-date prevalence of CVD and its risk factors in rural communities of Fangshan District, Beijing, China. Methods A cross-sectional population survey was carried out by stratified cluster sampling. A total of 58,308 rural residents aged over 40 years were surveyed by face-to-face interview and physical examination during 2008 and 2010. The standardized prevalence was calculated according to adult sample data of China's 5th Population Census in 2000, and the adjusted prevalence odds ratio (POR) was calculated for the association of CHD/stroke with its cardiovascular risk factors in multivariate logistic regression models. Results Age- and sex-standardized prevalence was 5.6% for CHD (5.2% in males and 5.9% in females), higher than the counterpart of 3.7% (4.7% in males and 2.6% in females) for stroke. Compared with previous studies, higher prevalence of 7.7%, 47.2%, 53.3% in males and 8.2%, 44.8%, 60.7% in females for diabetes, hypertension and overweight/obesity were presented accordingly. Moreover, adjusted POR (95% confidence interval) of diabetes, obesity, stage 1 and stage 2 hypertension for CHD as 2.51 (2.29 to 2.75), 1.53 (1.38 to 1.70), 1.13 (1.02 to 1.26) and 1.35 (1.20 to 1.52), and for stroke as 2.24 (1.98 to 2.52), 1.25 (1.09 to 1.44), 1.44 (1.25 to 1.66) and 1.70 (1.46 to 1.98) were shown respectively in the multivariate logistic regression models. Conclusions High prevalence of CVD and probably changed epidemic pattern in rural communities of Beijing, together with the prevalent cardiovascular risk factors and population aging, might cause public health challenges in rural Chinese population.

Background: The extent and depth of facial nonmelanoma skin cancers and the involvement of adjacent structures are critical features for surgical planning, but they are difficult to assess clinically. High‐resolution MRI (HR‐MRI) with microscopy coil may facilitate detailed evaluation of skin lesions. The authors performed this prospective study to determine the value of high‐resolution microscopy coil MRI in the preoperative evaluation of nonmelanoma skin cancer. Materials and Methods: Between October 2018 and August 2019, 16 lesions from fifteen consecutive patients with facial nonmelanoma skin cancer were evaluated using high‐resolution microscopy coil MRI about tumor extent, depth, margins, characteristic, and their spatial relationship with adjacent structures. The preoperative HR‐MRI results were compared with the intraoperative findings and with the histopathology, with special note to the depth of invasion. Results: Among the 16 lesions, HR‐MRI imaging was found to provide accurate evaluation of tumor extent, depth, and margins and determine whether there was involvement of adjacent structures. The tumor depth measured on HR‐MRI showed good correlation with histopathologic results (CCC: 0.973), and Bland‐Altman analysis finding no significant bias existed between the two measurements. All lesions except one were completely resected with primary excision. Only one lesion required further excision. During follow‐up for 3‐15 months, no tumor recurrence was observed in any case. Conclusions: HR‐MRI is an accurate, noninvasive imaging technique that can be used as preoperative evaluation tool for facial nonmelanoma skin cancer. It can accurate predict tumor depth, margins, and involvement of structure. The valuable information it provided facilitates surgeons optimize surgical planning. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We report here the clinical, genetic, and molecular characteristics of type 2 diabetes in a Chinese family. There are differences in the severity and age of onset in diabetes among these families. By molecular analysis of the complete mitochondrial genome in this family, we identified the homoplasmic m.15897G>A mutation underwent sequence analysis of whole mitochondrial DNA genome, which localized at conventional position ten of tRNAThr, and distinct sets of mtDNA polymorphisms belonging to haplogroup D4b1. This mutation has been implicated to be important for tRNA identity and stability. Using cybrid cell models, the decreased efficiency of mitochondrial tRNAThr levels caused by the m.15897G>A mutation results in respiratory deficiency, protein synthesis and assembly, mitochondrial ATP synthesis, and mitochondrial membrane potential. These mitochondrial dysfunctions caused an increase in the production of reactive oxygen species in the mutant cell lines. These data provide a direct evidence that a novel tRNA mutation was associated with T2DM. Thus, our findings provide a new insight into the understanding of pathophysiology of maternally inherited diabetes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
