This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with cervical spondylopathy treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse combined with electric wax therapy. Nurses had conducted a comprehensive nursing assessment, followed by dietary guidance and other routine nursing interventions. Based on the syndrome differentiation, the Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse combined with wax therapy was carried out to relieve the pain caused by cervical spondylopathy and improve the patient’s quality of life. The characteristic aroma compounds of qingxiangxing baijiu were analyzed and the differences in sensory characteristics and aroma compounds between young and aged baijiu were clarified by sensory evaluation and techniques for qualitative and quantitative analysis of aroma compounds. Totally 69 odor-active compounds with flavor dilution (FD) factor ≥ 2 were confirmed by comparative aroma extract dilution analysis (CAEDA). A total of 40 odor-active compounds in young qingxiangxing baijiu and 43 in aged qingxiangxing baijiu were identified based on odor activity value (OAV). The important aroma compounds of young and aged baijiu were verified by aroma recombination experiments. Finally, heatmap analysis showed that the differential important aroma compounds (P ≤ 0.05) between young and aged qingxiangxing baijiu mainly included γ-butyrolactone, ethyl isovalerate, γ-nonanolactone, ethyl isobutyrate, 3-methylbutanoic acid, 1,1-diethoxyethane, β-phenylethanol, 2-pentyl furan, acetaldehyde, butanoic acid, ethyl hexanoate, benzaldehyde, furfural, vanillin, hexanal, 3-hydroxy-2-butanone, and 2,3-butanedione. In summary, microconstituents were more abundant in aged than young baijiu, and so were most esters, organic acids, aldehydes, and ketones, while the opposite was found for propanol, isobutanol, and 3-methylbutanol. These could be the major reasons for the significant differences in the sensory characteristics of young and aged baijiu.

In order to study the fatigue crack propagation of the fuselage skin under uniform pressurized cyclic load, experiments were carried out with the self-made aircraft fuselage skin uniform pressurized fatigue device. Firstly, the stress intensity factor was calculated by the extended finite element method. Then, the deflection angle of the crack was calculated based on the maximum circumferential stress criterion and the strain energy density factor criterion, and the fatigue crack propagation path of the fuselage skin was predicted. Finally, the fatigue fracture was analyzed under scanning electron microscope. The results show that the crack propagation paths predicted by the two criteria are basically consistent with the crack propagation path obtained by experiment.The surface cracks of the fuselage skin are mixed mode cracks. With the increase of the crack length, KⅠ first increases and then decreases, KⅡ first decreases rapidly to around 0, then oscillates around 0, and finally increases rapidly when the lower hole is about to penetrate. Observing the fatigue fracture shows that the fatigue cracks are initiated by multiple fatigue sources. The crack propagation zone has typical quasi-cleavage fracture characteristics, and the fatigue crack growth rate first increases and then decreases with the increase of crack length. The instantaneous fracture zone is a typical dimple feature with different sizes.

Background Stroke in young people can lead to long-term disability and heavy social and family burden. Studies have shown that increased hypersensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and stress blood glucose were associated with increased risk of ischemic stroke occurrence and its poor prognosis, but so far, there is still lack of research evidence in young patients with stroke. Objective To explore the association of hs-CRP and random blood glucose with neurological impairment, long-term and short-term prognosis in young patients with stroke, respectively. Methods Patients aged 18 to 45 years with first ever ischemic stroke, admitted within 72 hours of onset to the Department of Neurology, Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from 2019 to 2021 were retrospectively selected. Demographic information, risk factors, laboratory results and complications, etc. of the patients were collected. Patients were divided into 4 groups according to the quartile of hs-CRP: group Q1 (n=160) , group Q2 (n=156) , group Q3 (n=157) , group Q4 (n=157) ; patients were also divided into four groups according to the quartile of random blood glucose: group q1 (n=158) , group q2 (n=158) , group q3 (n=157) , group q4 (n=157) . The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score>4 was used as the criterion of neurological deficit at discharge, the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 2-5 was used as the criterion of poor short-term prognosis at discharge, and the mRS score of 2 to 5 at 90 d was used as the criterion of poor long-term prognosis. Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the association of hs-CRP and random blood glucose with neurological impairment, poor short-term and long-term prognosis. Results Among 630 patients, 154 (24.4%) patients suffered neurological impairment, 217 (34.4%) patients had poor short-term prognosis, and 144 (22.9%) patients had poor long-term prognosis. Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with group Q1, the risks of neurological impairment〔OR=2.86, 95%CI (1.56, 5.22) ; OR=2.99, 95%CI (1.63, 5.50) 〕, poor short-term prognosis〔OR=2.14, 95%CI (1.25, 3.66) ; OR=2.80, 95%CI (1.62, 4.83) 〕and poor long-term prognosis〔OR=3.17, 95%CI (1.67, 6.01) ; OR=3.61, 95%CI (1.90, 6.86) 〕 were all increased in groups Q3 and Q4. Logistic regression analysis also showed that compared with group q1, the risk of poor long-term prognosis in group q3 was increased〔OR=1.94, 95%CI (1.07, 3.53) 〕, and the risks of poor short-term prognosis〔OR=2.05, 95%CI (1.11, 3.82) 〕and poor long-term prognosis〔OR=2.62, 95%CI (1.31, 5.24) 〕 in group q4 were also increased (P1.18 mg/L is a risk factor for poor long-term and short-term prognosis and neurological impairment at discharge in young patients with stroke. Random blood glucose>5.56 mmol/L is associated with poor long-term prognosis, while random blood glucose>7.01 mmol/L is associated with poor short-term prognosis, but not with neurological impairment at discharge in young patients with stroke.

BackgroundThe antibiotic resistance rate of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) is increasing while its eradication rate is decreasing year by year. So it is urgent to explore more effective treatment regimens.ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of a modified bismuth triple regimen in eradicating H.pylori infection.MethodsA total of 360 eligible patients with H.pylori infection were selected from the Gastroenterology & Hepatology Clinic, West China Hospital of Sichuan University from April 2019 to December 2020. They were equally randomized into a modified bismuth triple regimen group〔EBA group, esomeprazole 40 mg/time, colloidal bismuth pectin capsules 300 mg/time, and amoxicillin 1 g/time, twice a day for 14 days) , and a standard bismuth quadruple regimen group〔EBAT group, esomeprazole (strength: 20 mg, produced by AstraZeneca) 20 mg/time, colloidal bismuth pectin capsules 300 mg/time, amoxicillin 1g/time, and tetracycline 750 mg/time, twice a day for 14 days〕. The 13C- or 14C-urea breath test was performed 4-8 weeks after the treatment, and the negative result was defined as successful eradication treatment of H.pylori infection. The eradication rate of H.pylori infection and the improvement of related symptoms were compared between two groups.Results259 newly treated patients with H.pylori infection (138 in EBA group and 121 in EBAT group) and 101 retreated patients (42 in EBA group and 59 in EBAT group) were included. The treatment completion rate of EBA group was 83.3% (150/180, including 112 cases of newly treated, and 38 retreated) , and that of EBAT group was 86.7% (156/180, including 104 newly treated patients and 52 retreated) . No statistical difference in completion rate was found between the two groups (χ2=0.784, P=0.376) . Intention-to-treat analysis revealed that, the eradication rate of H.pylori infection in newly treated patients in EBA group was not statistically different from that of those in EBAT group〔69.6% (96/138) vs 80.2% (97/121) 〕 (χ2=4.313, P=0.116) . Furthermore, per-protocol analysis found that, the eradication rates in newly treated patients in EBA group and EBAT group were 85.7% (96/112) and 93.3% (97/104) , respectively, demonstrating no statistically significant intergroup difference (χ2=3.235, P=0.072) .For retreated patients, intention-to-treat analysis indicated that, the eradication rates for those in EBA group and EBAT group were 54.8% (23/42) , and 72.9% (43/59) , respectively, showing no statistically significant intergroup difference (χ2=5.678, P=0.058) . However, based on the per-protocol analysis, the eradication rates for those in EBA group and EBAT group were 60.5% (23/38) and 82.7% (43/52) , respectively, manifesting statistically significant intergroup difference (χ2=5.516, P=0.019) . The rates of symptom improvements in newly treated patients with pre-treatment symptoms in EBA and EBAT groups showed no statistically significant difference〔88.3% (83/94) vs 92.0% (80/87) 〕 (χ2=0.897, P=0.639) . And the rates of symptom improvements in retreated patients with pre-treatment symptoms in EBA and EBAT groups also showed no statistically significant difference〔88.6% (31/35) vs 75.0% (33/44) 〕 (χ2=2.353, P=0.308) .ConclusionFor newly treated patients with H.pylori infection, the modified bismuth triple regimen had effects similar to those of the standard bismuth quadruple regimen in terms of eradication rate of H.pylori infection and symptoms improvement rate, which could be used as a new treatment option. However, this modified triple regimen was not suitable for retreated patients, although the symptoms improvement rate was similar to that of the quadruple regimen, the eradication rate of H.pylori infection was too lower.

Fuzzy neural network systems (FNNSs) can incorporate the merits of fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) and neural networks (NN). This paper designs a type of non-singleton FNNSs for forecasting issues. The proposed hybrid backpropagation (BP) algorithms and recursive least square (RLS) algorithms are used for optimizing the parameters of antecedents, input measurements, and consequents simultaneously. Two computer simulation examples based on the data of European Network on Intelligent Technology (EUNITE) and data of west Texas intermediate (WTI) crude oil price are used for testing.
