Based on the official criminal data released by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department in 2019, this paper discusses the temporal-spatial distribution of various types of crimes in the special wards of Tokyo. The results show that: ① The times of high and low incidence of different types of crime differ significantly. Although vicious crime and violent crime present no obvious monthly distribution, property crime clearly differs between the first and second half of a calendar year. ② The month before the new year sees a surge in most types of crime. ③ Vicious crime peaks in the hours between night and early morning. Violent crime and property crime correlate positively with the frequency of human interaction and peak in the morning and evening commuting hours. ④ The spatial distribution of crime resembles the concentric circles of the three rings of the special wards of Tokyo, with a central high-incidence area, a center-peripheral low-incidence area, and a marginal high-incidence area. In addition, the center sees more personal crime than the periphery, whereas property crimes show the opposite trend. ⑤ A spatial autocorrelation analysis shows that the special wards of Tokyo may be grouped into the “high-high” and “low-low” agglomeration modes of different types of crime, with marked differences between the various types of crime. The crime can be divided into three types: central agglomeration, double central agglomeration, and decentralized agglomeration.

Summary: In order to better preserve phospholipids (PLs)‐type polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and astaxanthin (ASTA), Antarctic krill oil (AKO) undergoes only limited refining steps, which results in the presence of metal ions. This study aims to establish a metal ion removal method for AKO by using adsorbents and investigate the effects of the metal ion removal process on nutritional composition, oxidation state and colour of AKO, as well as the effects of metal oil removal of AKO on its nutrition composition, oxidation stability and colour stability upon accelerated storage. Among the three types of adsorbents including silica gel, diatomaceous earth, and attapulgite soil, the last one showed the best comprehensive removal effects. After optimising the removal conditions, attapulgite soil achieved the removal rates of 92.5%, 90.0%, and 86.4%, respectively, for iron ions, magnesium ions and calcium ions. Compared to the fresh AKO, the processed AKO had no significant differences in peroxide value (POV), thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), and total oxidation value (TOTOX), as well as PUFA content and lipid class composition, indicating that the metal ion removal process would not cause significant lipid oxidation. Moreover, the processed AKO looks brighter and more transparent, and had higher detection values in L*, a*, and b* but lower UV‐vis absorption at 295 nm (A295) and 420 nm (A420). This indicated that the metal ion removal process improved the colour quality. After accelerated storage at 60 °C for 8 days, the processed AKO sample had significantly lower values in POV, TBARS, and TOTOX, but significant higher PUFA content than the fresh AKO group. Moreover, the processed AKO sample had the higher values of L*, a*, and b*, as well as A470 and A495, but the lower values of A295 and A420. Background: Painful paronychia and pseudopyogenic granuloma (PG) are common adverse drug reactions (ADRs) associated with the use of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Multiple local management approaches have been tested with unsatisfactory results. We have introduced an occlusion therapy technique through which available topical drugs for longer than 2 years. Methods: Based on the cancer registry and case management system of our hospital, from July 2019 to July 2020, we retrospectively enrolled patients with NSCLC who were treated with EGFR-TKIs and received applications of 0.5% timolol ophthalmic solution (TIMOPTOL XE 0.5%®) combined with a neomycin/tyrothricin ointment (Biomycin ®) using the occlusion method to treat paronychia or PG. Results: A total of 22 patients were enrolled, with a mean age of 66.5 years, most of whom were women (72.7%). Periungual lesion-related pain was reported by all patients, and periungual bleeding and PG were reported in 14% (3/22) and 64% (14/22) of patients, respectively. After the occlusion therapy application of timolol ophthalmic solution combined with neomycin/tyrothricin ointment twice daily, the overall response rate was 83.3%, including complete response in 18% (4/22) of cases and partial response in 68% (15/22) of cases. Conclusion: We presented an occlusion method using available topical beta-blockers and antibiotic ointment for EGFR-TKI-induced paronychia and PG in Taiwan. The result is favorable. The effect of tyrosol (Tyr) and tyrosol acyl ester (TYr-Es) on thiobarbituric acid reactive substance, peroxide value, acid value, aldehyde content, fatty acid composition, and tyrosol content of mussel (Mytilus edulis) oil (MO) during accelerated storage at 60°C was evaluated. The results indicated that TYr-Es and TYr showed effective protection of MO against lipid oxidation. However, the poor solubility of TYr may lead to the formation of a suspension in oils. Therefore, TYr-Es with good lipid solubility and oxidation resistance may serve as potential antioxidant in marine oils highly enriched in long chain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in phospholipid form.
