随着芝麻香油中添加香兰素造假事件的公布，芝麻香油中是否存在内源性香兰素成为了行业关注的热点。为给芝麻香油的日常监管工作和芝麻香油高质量发展提供理论参考,对香兰素进行简要介绍,并从香兰素的合成出发，结合国内外及作者团队现有研究，剖析了芝麻香油中内源性香兰素的形成机制，同时展望了芝麻香油中香兰素的研究方向。芝麻自身含有少量的香兰素，同时芝麻皮中的木质素是香兰素的重要前体物质，在芝麻经高温焙烤后其会降解产生大量香兰素，这些香兰素进一步随制油工艺大量迁移至芝麻香油中，从而使得芝麻香油中存在内源性香兰素，因此将芝麻香油中检出香兰素作为“假香油”的判定标准是不准确的。未来应关注芝麻香油中内源性香兰素上限量的研究。 With the recent announcement of the falsification of vanillin added in pressed fragrant sesame seed oil, whether endogenous vanillin exists in pressed fragrant sesame seed oil has become a hot spot in the industry. In order to provide theoretical reference for the daily supervision and high-quality development of pressed fragrant sesame seed oil, vanillin was briefly introduced, and from the synthesis of vanillin, combined with the domestic and international and the existing research of the author′s team, the formation mechanism of the endogenous vanillin in pressed fragrant sesame seed oil was analyzed. In addition, the direction of the research on the vanillin in pressed fragrant sesame seed oil was prospected. Sesame seeds themselves contain a small amount of vanillin, and the lignin in sesame hull is an important precursor of vanillin, which will produce a large amount of vanillin after roasting at high temperatures. These vanillin are further transferred to pressed fragrant sesame seed oil in large quantities with the oil production process, thus making the presence of endogenous vanillin in pressed fragrant sesame seed oil. Therefore, it is inaccurate to use the detection of vanillin in pressed fragrant sesame seed oil as a criterion for "fake pressed fragrant sesame seed oil". In the future, more attention should be paid to the research on the upper limit of endogenous vanillin in pressed fragrant sesame seed oil.

旨在为芝麻木酚素相关产品、特殊用途油脂等的研发提供参考，对芝麻木酚素中主要的脂溶性活性成分芝麻素及其转化产物细辛素的含量分布、转化条件、检测方法和生物活性进行综述。芝麻素是芝麻中含量最多的脂溶性木酚素，而芝麻中几乎不含细辛素，但芝麻素可在酸性和受热条件下转化为细辛素；芝麻素与细辛素的检测方法有高效液相色谱法、薄层色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、液相色谱-质谱联用法等；芝麻素具有抑菌、抗癌、降血脂等生物活性，细辛素具有抗炎、抑菌、抗病毒、抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等生物活性。In order to provide references for the research and development of sesame lignan-related products and oils for special purposes, the contents, convertion conditions, detection methods and physiological activities of sesamin and asarinin were reviewed. Sesamin is the most abundant fat-soluble lignan in sesame, while asarinin is almost absent in sesame, but sesamin can be converted to asarinin under acidic and heat conditions. Sesamin and asarinin can be detected by high performance liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, etc. Sesamin has bioactivities such as antibacterial, anticancer and hypolipidemic, and asarinin has bioactivities such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, antitumor, and antioxidant.

Background/Aims Endoscopic wound suturing is an important factor that affects the ability to remove large and full-thickness lesions during endoscopic resection. We aimed to evaluate the effect of a traction metal clip with a fishhook-like device on wound sutures after endoscopic resection. Methods From July 2020 to April 2021, patients who met the enrollment criteria were treated with a fishhook-like device during the operation to suture the postoperative wound (group A). Patients with similar conditions and similar size wounds who were treated with a “purse-string suture” to suture the wounds were retrospectively analyzed as the control group (group B). Difference in the suture rate, adverse events, time required for suturing, and number of metal clips were compared between the two groups. Results The time required for suturing was 7.72±0.51 minutes in group A and 11.50±0.91 minutes in group B. This difference was statistically significant (F=13.071, p=0.001). The number of metal clamps used in group A averaged 8.1 pieces/case, and the number of metal clamps used in group B averaged 7.3 pieces/case. This difference was not statistically significant (F=0.971, p=0.331). Conclusions The traction metal clip with the fishhook-like device is ingeniously designed and easy to operate. It has a good suture effect on the wound after endoscopic submucosal dissection and effectively prevents postoperative adverse events.

Background: Zanthoxylum L., an important genus in the Rutaceae family, has great edible and medical values. However, the high degree of morphological similarity among Zanthoxylum species and the lack of sufficient chloroplast (cp) genomic resources have greatly impeded germplasm identification and phylogenetic analyses of Zanthoxylum. Methods: Here we assembled cp genomes of five widespread species (Zanthoxylum bungeanum , Z. armatum , Z. nitidum , Z. ailanthoides and Z. piasezkii) in China as a case study, comparative analysis of these assembled cp genomes. Results: Each of them, ranging from 157,231 to 158,728 bp, has a quadripartite structure. Except for one extra gene in Z. piasezkii , 132 genes were identified in each species, including 87 encode protein genes, 37 transfer ribose nucleic acid (tRNA) genes, and eight ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes. Substantial variation was observed among these five cp genome sequences in the IR/SC boundary regions. Variation in insertions and deletions were observed in the cp genomes of the five species over three different intervals, and a large number of single-nucleotide polymorphism variants were detected in the rps3 - rpl22 - rps19 region. Phylogenetic analysis of complete cp genome sequences revealed the evolutionary relationships among 23 Zanthoxylum species (29 samples). Conclusion: Comparative analysis revealed that rps3 - rpl22 - rps19 is a highly variable divergent region in Zanthoxylum that could be developed as candidate markers for phylogenetic studies and species identification. This study identified a pair of molecular markers from hypervariable regions that can be used to distinguish between the five Zanthoxylum species and validated their utility. Overall, the results of this study provide new insights into the genetic breeding, germplasm exploration, and phylogeny of Zanthoxylum species. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
