【Objective】 This study is to comprehensively analyze the efficiency of farmland water infrastructure in Henan province and provide guidelines for sustainable utilization of water resources in agriculture. 【Method】 Using data measured from 2013 to 2020 from 15 cities in the province, the efficiency of farmland water infrastructure was evaluated using the DEA model and the Malmquist index. Redundancy analysis was conducted to identify the areas of improvement for non-DEA effective regions in 2020. The evaluation considered both static and dynamic aspect to assess the efficiency of the farmland water infrastructure. 【Result】 In 2020, six cities, including Kaifeng, Hebi, and Jiaozuo, achieved DEA efficiency, while the remaining cities were deemed inefficient. The non-DEA effective regions exhibited varying degrees of input redundancy and output deficiencies. For example, Zhengzhou had high input redundancy in reservoirs and primary industry employment; Xinxiang had high input redundancy in rural electricity consumption; Zhengzhou and Xuchang had output deficiencies in the total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery; Luoyang had output deficiencies in the irrigated area. The total factor productivity of the farmland water infrastructure in the province exhibited an average growth at a rate of 10.0% from 2013 to 2020, driven primarily by technological progress. 【Conclusion】 To promote sustainable development, resource allocation should be tailored to local conditions, and efforts should be made to facilitate the non-agricultural transfer of rural labor, thereby reducing non-effective investment in farmland water conservation. Leveling regional development of farmland water infrastructure can benefit from policy support and innovative funding. Integrating science and technology innovation can facilitate modernization of the farmland water infrastructure.

Wistar rats were irradiated with different doses of 60Co γ rays to establish models of radioactive dermatitis to exploring the development of their characteristics and rules. Twenty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control (NC) (n=6) , rad 30 Gy (n=10), and rad 45 Gy (n=10) groups. The rad 30 Gy and 45 Gy groups received a single dose of local irradiation to the buttocks, respectively. Changes in irradiated skin, body weights, and skin blood flow were observed on the 7 th, 14 th, 21 st, 28 th, 35 th, 45 th, and 60 th day after irradiation. Irradiated skin tissue samples were collected for H&E staining on the 60 th day to analyze the resultant pathological changes. Compared to the NC group, the rad group suffered distinct degrees of skin injury, which were severe on the 21 st day, followed by gradual recovery. Skin blood flow of the buttocks in erythematous hyperemia and early healing were increased, whereas its decrease in ulcers necrose and late healing. H&E staining demonstrated epidermal thickening and increase in the number of squamous epithelial cells in the rad 30 Gy group and marked epidermal thicking and dermal inflammatory cell infiltration in the rad 45 Gy group. Better model of radioactive dermatitis may be obtained by using rad 45 Gy 60Co γ rays on the skin of the buttock of Wistar rats for a singe dose of local radiation.

The aim of this study was to investigate the damage caused to HaCaT cells by 60Co γ-rays at different doses and the underlying mechanism and to establish a cell model of radiation-induced skin injury. HaCaT cells were irradiated with a single dose of 60Co γ-rays (the radiation source was 3 m away from the cells, and the dose rate was 100.68 cGy/min). The cell activity was detected using the CCK-8 method, the vitality of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was measured using the water soluble tetrazolium salt staining method, the malondialdehyde (MDA) level was determined using the thiobarbituric acid method, the apoptosis rate was monitored through flow cytometry, and the expression of the apoptosis- and inflammation-related proteins was detected via western blotting. After irradiation with 60Co γ-rays at 18 Gy for 24 h, the morphology of HaCaT cells changed significantly, cell activity decreased to 57.5%, MDA level increased to 66.28 µmol/mg, inhibition rate of SOD increased to 32.12%, apoptosis rate increased to 18.05%, and expression of inflammatory factors increased. After incubation for 24 h at an absorbed dose of 18 Gy, the cellular models of radiation-induced skin injury were established. The mechanism of cell injury may be related to cell oxidative damage, apoptosis, and inflammatory reaction.

To understand the development status of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) hospitals in Northwest China under the background of the Belt and Road initiative(B&R), this study analyses the health resource index of TCM hospitals in Northwest China, and finds that the development of TCM hospitals in Qinghai and Ningxia is relatively slow, the recognition of ethnomedical services is relatively low among the residents. Regional linkage could be used to co-ordinately facilitate the development of TCM hospitals in Northwest China. B&R could be taken advantage of to promote the high-quality development of local ethnic medicine. Cultivating composite TCM talents, promoting poverty alleviation with TCM services, advocating TCM culture could all be utilized to build the People-to-people bonds along the new Silk Road.

The application of Cu2+/peroxymonosulfate (PMS) process for the elimination of refractory pollutants in industrial wastewater is limited by the slow transformation from Cu2+ to Cu+. In this research, hydroxylamine (HA) was employed to improve the degradation capacity of the Cu2+/PMS process. Rhodamine B (RhB) was selected as the target compound to indicate the performance of HA/Cu2+/PMS process. Compared with the Cu2+/PMS process, the reduction of Cu2+ to Cu+ was effectively promoted by HA in the HA/Cu2+/PMS process, which increased the decomposition rate of PMS by 29.2%, correspondingly, promoted the removal rate of RhB by 77.6%. The degradation of RhB followed pseudo-second-order kinetics in the proposed process. The active species analysis subsequently indicated hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and sulfate radicals (SO4·−) played important roles for degrading RhB with ·OH as the dominant active radical. The effects including initial pH, RhB concentration, PMS concentration, and Cu2+ concentration on the degradation of RhB were further investigated and discussed in detail. Additionally, the HA/Cu2+/PMS process exhibited effective RhB removal in simulated wastewater. From the perspective of waste utilization (Cu2+) and the remediation of organic contamination, the work would provide a valuable and promising process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The features of large-capacity and multi temperature zones of air-cooled refrigerators are favored by consumers. However, the vibration of different components caused by the vibrations of different components in the operation process brings certain troubles to people's lives. In order to achieve better vibration and noise reduction of the refrigerator, the vibration characteristics of the air-cooled refrigerator are analyzed under the excitation of compressor, selects four detection points, and uses simulation methods to obtain the excitation of the compressor. In addition to the impact of the vibration source on the refrigerator, the assembly of refrigerator door is also an important factor of the refrigerator vibration. The experimental process has also found that the air-cooled system also has an impact on the vibration and noise generation of the refrigerator.
