The main objective of this study is to analyze the link between access to the IDMAJ program and the performance of the national employment promotion agency (ANAPEC). Specifically, it aims to analyze the effect of ANAPEC on IDMAJ program beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries, and to evaluate the impact of the IDMAJ program on the level of employment. To address this issue, we use the propensity score matching method while mobilizing data from the IDMAJ survey conducted in 2010. This survey was designed by the Ministry of Employment and Professional Training (MEFP) in collaboration with the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC). The results show that the program has a positive impact on the employment of young graduates, but this employment is characterized by a lower perceived salary and a higher number of working hours., Alternatives Managériales Economiques, Vol. 4, No 4 (2022)

Cet article a pour objectif de montrer comment le crowdfunding peut être peut-être un catalyseur de l’entrepreneuriat au Maroc. A cet effet, nous proposons d’élucider dans un premier temps, le concept du crowdfunding, son mode de fonctionnement et ses différentes typologies. Dans un deuxième temps, nous mettons en exergue l’état des lieux du crowdfunding et son développement dans le monde. The aim of this study is to analyze the role of technical efficiency on the process of economic complexity in developing countries. For this, we have mobilized two complementary techniques. The first technique allowed us to calculate efficiency scores for a panel of 81 advanced and developing countries over a period between 1990 and 2018. The inclusion of high-income countries in the sample is used to ensure the true efficiency frontier, which would be underestimated in their absence. The results obtained by the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method highlight that developing countries produced only 16% of the quantity of outputs they could have produced from their resources, compared to 51% for high-income countries. Moreover, the use of a dynamic panel data analysis on developing countries shows a non-significant impact of technical efficiency on economic complexity in, all else being equal, with disparate effects across regions., Repères et Perspectives Economiques, Vol 6, No 1 (2022)

For equal rights between men and women at work, a long struggle has been and continues to be fought in France, as well as in Morocco. Multidimensional, it mobilized the actors of employment, as well as a myriad of associative actors, activists, politicians, academics... From this long struggle and this ongoing mobilization, resulted a set of legislative texts and public policies promoting the rights of women and fighting the existing inequalities between them and men. But has this legislative consecration been sufficient to go beyond the illusion of equality to its effectiveness in the labour market? This paper attempts, through the lens of gender and in a context of transnational comparison, to answer this question. We retrace the path of this struggle for workplace equality and this by analysing the evolution of the legislative framework in France and Morocco. Le présent article propose une nouvelle approche pour étudier les déterminants des acquis scolaires des élèves marocains. La démarche suivie consiste à articuler les résultats scolaires des élèves à la structure organisationnelle du système éducatif et aux curricula, comparativement à d’autres pays. En exploitant la base de données des questionnaires des curricula TIMSS et PIRLS (2011), nous montrons, d’une part, que, malgré des similitudes dans certaines structures organisationnelles avec les pays retenus dans l’analyse, les acquis des élèves marocains demeurent faibles, d’autre part, que les pays dont les acquis des élèves sont les mieux classés sont caractérisés par des structures organisationnelles bien définies., Critique économique, No 32 (2014)
