Dongeng, yang kaya akan nilai budaya, moral, dan linguistik, sangat penting dalam pendidikan karakter di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pretest-posttest satu kelompok yang melibatkan 32 siswa kelas tujuh untuk membandingkan metode ceramah dan pembelajaran gamifikasi. Intervensi ini menggunakan permainan berbasis Android dengan menggunakan SIDONA (aplikasi dongeng bahasa Jawa) yang dirancang untuk melibatkan siswa dengan elemen interaktif dan penceritaan multimedia pada pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa. Penilaian pretest dan posttest difokuskan pada aspek-aspek kunci dari cerita fabel, termasuk pelajaran moral dan analisis unsur intrinsik fabel. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar, dengan skor N-gain rata-rata 0,7, yang dikategorikan sebagai tinggi. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji-t satu sampel mengkonfirmasi efektivitas intervensi tersebut (p < 0,05). Pendekatan berbasis permainan mendorong keterlibatan, motivasi, dan pemrosesan kognitif yang lebih besar, memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih memahami dan mengingat materi dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah. Penelitian masa depan harus fokus pada dampak jangka panjang dari pembelajaran berbasis game, penerapannya pada berbagai mata pelajaran, dan strategi untuk menggabungkan gamifikasi dengan pedagogi konvensional. Studi ini menekankan potensi transformatif dari permainan edukasi berbasis Android dalam mendorong pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan efektif, berkontribusi pada kemajuan metode pengajaran inovatif dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa.

Different tectonic characteristics are exhibited among Maluku Sea and Banggai-Sula Microcontinent which are located side by side to each other. However, the northern part of the Banggai-Sula Microcontinent, positioned along the Maluku Sea margin, has a complex geological structure to be observed. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the subsurface structure and sediment thickness due to extensional mechanisms in the area, using the gravity method. The investigation was executed through power spectrum analysis and three-dimensional (3D) modeling of complete Bouguer anomaly data. Eleven x-direction profiles were employed to determine the depth of the contact boundaries between the shallow and the deep discontinuities. The results showed that the deep and shallow discontinuities obtained from the 3D modeling and spectrum analysis have similar values, with depths ranging between 14.52 km and 15.14 km, as well as 1.23 km and 1.39 km, respectively. The shallow discontinuity area was dominated by sediment rocks with a 2.6 g/cm3 to 2.8 g/cm3 density. The area is interpreted as the Buya Formation superimposed by the Tanamu Formation. The deep discontinuity area with a depth of up to 16 km. We found areas of high density (density value is >3 g/cm3) adjacent to low rock density (density value is 2 g/cm3 to 2.3 g/cm3). The observed are interpreted as fault-bounded formations of terrestrial conglomerates and sandstones from the Bobong Formation. These formations are located within a half-graben and are found to rest unconformably on the basement towards the southern onshore region.

Communicating using unggah-ungguh basa Jawa or correct Javanese speech acts is currently one of the obstacles for students in the Java area, especially class VII students at SMP 4 Kudus. This is proven by the low average score on the Javanese pacelathon material. Based on these observations, it is necessary to apply the role playing learning model to improve polite Javanese speaking skills in the language unggah-ungguh basa Jawa speaking material. The aim of this research is to improve Javanese Krama speaking skills through role playing models. The results of the research show that learning outcomes in the unggah-ungguh basa Jawa speaking material have increased in the sufficient category, which was originally 46%, experiencing an increase of 64% in cycle 2, which means that in cycle II there were no students in the sufficient category. Furthermore, for the less than 14% category, in cycle 2 it increased to 86%. In cycle II, it showed that 100% of students were in the good (57%) and very good (43%) categories. The conclusion is that after studying with the role playing learning model, class VII A students originally had a class average score of 73.6, after implementing the role playing model it became 88.5. The conclusion of this research is that the role playing learning model improves Javanese Krama speaking skills.

Breast milk has a very important role and is the best nutrition in preventing the onset of disease, and it can save lives and provide healthy growth and development during the first 1000 days of life. Findings in several studies show that adolescent mothers have a shorter duration of breastfeeding and have a lower proportion of breastfeeding initiation when compared to adult mothers, so this scoping review aims to review the inhibiting and supporting factors in adolescent mothers in breastfeeding. This scoping review method uses the Arksey &; O'Malley framework, which was developed using the PEOs framework; in searching and selecting articles through relevant databases, namely Pubmed, Ebsco, and Wiley, and using Grey Literature through Google Scholar; The literature search process used PRISMA Flowchart, and found that from 73 articles there were 7 articles selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings based on inhibiting factors show that adolescent mothers lack knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, practical knowledge in breastfeeding, difficult childbirth or other maternal complications, while supporting factors include maternal education, husband desires and support and support. It can be concluded that previous studies show that breastfeeding among adolescent mothers still requires special attention, which is related to inhibiting factors and very diverse supporting factors that occur among adolescent mothers

Kelompok usia lanjut lebih rentan terhadap COVID-19 karena organ mereka melemah seiring dengan proses penuaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan lansia di Jawa Tengah dalam upaya pencegahan paparan COVID-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non eksperimen dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan desain penelitian deskriptif. Pelaksanaan Penelitian ini dimulai sejak awal terjadinya pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Penanggulangan Bencana Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (LPB-MDMC) Muhammadiyah Jawa Tengah. Data penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari suvei yang dilakukan oleh MDMC. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statististik deskriptif. Metode dan teknik analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan lansia yang jadikan responden oleh MDMC sebanyak 275 orang (54,3%) berada pada kategori cukup dan sebanyak 231 orang dalam kategori baik. Sebanyak 475 orang 93,9% menyatakan bahwa virus corona itu berbahaya, Sebanyak sebanyak 443 orang (87,5%) responden menyatakan virus corona dapat menular melalui droplet, sebanyak 429 orang (84,8%) menyatakan virus dapat menular melalui mata, hidung dan mulut, sebanyak 273 orang (54,0%) menyatakan virus ini sudah ada vaksinnya, dan sebanyak 397 orang (78,5%) menyatakan lansia untuk menjaga dirinya agar tidak tertular virus corona adalah dengan menggunakan masker, jaga jarak dan cuci tangan. Changes in government policy in response to the increase in COVID-19 cases have caused delays in services and restrictions on services in hospitals. Increasing the fulfillment of hospital operational needs related to COVID-19 cases has an impact on increasing hospital operating costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of hospital services. The type of research used is a mixed method with a triangulation design approach. Qualitative data obtained by conducting in-depth interviews. The research subjects are the leadership ranks of Mitra Paramedika Hospital, while the object of the research is documents related to the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the hospital. Quantitative data was obtained by using documents such as visit reports, financial reports and other documents related to this research. Effectiveness data was analyzed by calculating the effectiveness ratio, efficiency data was analyzed by calculating the efficiency ratio, and productivity data was analyzed using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with the help of the DEAP application. The results showed that there was no impact of COVID-19 on hospital efficiency and productivity, but there was an impact of COVID-19 on hospital effectiveness.

In recent years, dozen low-intensity earthquakes occurred in southern Garut, West Java Indonesia; two of them were reported destructive. However, those shallow earthquake clusters are hardly associated with well-known active faults in the area. Hence, we conducted 3D gravity combined with 2D magnetotellurics (MT) inversions to study the subsurface. Gravity and MT modeling confirm a basin with around 5 km depth consisting of two subbasins separated by a NE-SW trending local-high ridge. The local high coincides with the magmatic intrusion in geothermal fields and aligns with a series of volcanic bodies’ lineament observed on the surface. We interpret this structural high as a preexisting fault that serves as a magma pathway in the tectonomagmatic interaction. Shallow low-magnitude seismicity in the southern Garut area tends to occur in the resistive bodies. We interpret that heat from the cooling magmatic intrusion may decrease the effective fault-normal stress of the rocks, leading to a decrease in fault failure resistance and may initiate rupture. The resistivity structure around the initial rupture may affect whether or not the nucleation will end up as a large-magnitude earthquake. Furthermore, the unconsolidated young volcanic cover in this area could amplify ground shaking when earthquake occurs that might lead to more extensive damage.

The outbreak of the corona virus pandemic in Indonesia has prompted the government to issue a policy to implement online learning. Online learning carried out in a pandemic condition triggers stress among students. This study aims to analyze the stress coping used by students of SMA Negeri 4 Pandeglang when going online. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Informants in this study were students of SMA Negeri 4 Pandeglang class XI and XII who met the inclusion criteria. Based on the data that has been obtained, it is known that the stress experienced by students is triggered by various factors, including more school assignments than offline meetings, difficulty understanding school materials, unfavorable home environment, unstable internet signal and limited internet quota. Stress coping strategies that are applied by students in managing stress include coping that focuses on problems and coping that focuses on emotions. Students experience stress reactions (starin) in the form of physical and psychological reactions when faced with academic demands in online learning

The data used is obtained from Google Scholar using the keywords are online games, youth, health impacts due to playing online games. Objective: what are the causal factors and health impacts caused by playing online games on teenagers. Methods: The method used in this study is the PRISMA method. The literature used is in the time span between 2018 to 2021. The data used is obtained from Google Scholar using the keywords are online games, youth, health impacts due to playing online games. Results: The results of the articles that have been filtered are 55 articles to be analyzed and reviewed, then re-selected so that they become ten articles that meet the inclusion criteria. Conclusions: Playing online games for too long will have a negative impact on the body such as obesity, eye pain, brain disorders, back pain and joint pain

Background: Social support in post-mastectomy breast cancer patients is still lacking, patients who do not get social support will feel inferior and isolate themselves. Objective: How is the social support provided by the immediate environment of cancer patients with mastectomy treatment? Methods: This research is a type of qualitative research that uses a case study design. Informants were taken using snowball sampling technique and found 4 key informants and 4 triangulated informants. Results: The appreciation support received by post-mastectomy breast cancer patients in Semaka District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung is mostly words of encouragement, motivation and respect for patients. Material support received in the form of financial assistance from spouses and families, as well as assistance in providing fruits, food, drinks and purchasing medicines. Post-mastectomy breast cancer patients do not get informational support from their partners, friends and family. Conclusions: The emotional support received by the patient is affection, attention and sympathy, but not all patients get this support.

Abstract Background The stigma experienced by cancer patients stems from the association of cancer with death, as cancer is the most feared disease worldwide, especially among cancer patients and their families. The stigma regarding breast cancer screening behaviour has not been critically evaluated and is poorly understood; therefore, we aimed to analyse the stigmatization of breast cancer patients in Indonesia to reduce the morbidity and mortality of breast cancer. Methods A qualitative study using a focus group discussion (FGD) and in-depth interviews with thematic analysis was conducted. Results One informant experienced breast pain and kept the referral letter, in which the medical doctor advised medical treatment, to herself for 3 months due to her embarrassment. A traditional healing practice known as ‘kerokan’, which involves scraping of the skin, and consumption of a traditional drink were used by most informants to decrease their breast pain. Finally, most informants were diagnosed with an advanced stage of cancer when they returned to the health care facility. In addition, financial difficulties were noted as barriers to breast cancer screening in Indonesia. Conclusions Feelings of fear and shame when diagnosed with breast cancer were reported by the informants in this study. Alternative treatment known as ‘kerokan’ was the first treatment sought for breast cancer symptoms due to financial difficulties among breast cancer patients. Informants were diagnosed with an advanced stage of cancer after they returned to the health care facility. A better understanding of early breast cancer symptoms could motivate women to seek out breast cancer treatment.

Jakarta groundwater basin is one of the most developed basins in Indonesia as Jakarta city is located within the basin, with an elevation ranging from 0 to 1000 m above sea level. The study of the basement characteristics of groundwater basins still needs further study in the Jakarta Groundwater Basin. The objective of this study is to examine the basement characteristics of Jakarta Groundwater Basin by satellite gravimetry. Gravity forward models were constructed using Oasis Montaj and 2-D GM-SYS software for two north-south sections, A and B, and west-east section C-D. Regional anomalies in the study area with a value range of 36.7 to 53.2 mGal, while the residual anomaly values in the study area were in the range of -7.0 - 10.0 mGal. There are four rock formations based on forwarding modeling. Holocene Beach Ridge Deposit formation has a density of 2.0 gr/cc. The thickness of this formation is estimated to be around 10-20 meters. Late Pleistocene Alluvial fan has a density of about 2.2 gr/cc. The depth of this layer ranges from 10-50 meters. Early Pleistocene Formation, has a density of 2.35 gr/cc. The thickness of this formation is at a depth of 50-200 meters in the cross-section. The Tertiary Marine Sediment Formation is a basement of the Jakarta Groundwater Basin. This formation has a rock density of 2.45 gr/cc.

Smoking behavior is a problem related to public health conditions because it can lead to various health problems. A Global Youth Tobacco study in 2008 showed that the prevalence rate of adolescent smokers in Indonesia was very alarming. This study aims to determine a relationship between the social environment and smoking behavior in adolescents. The research method uses scientific research literature review, by analyzing various articles which valid and relevant to the topic. This study uses the literature of the National Journal published from 2018 to 2021. The database used to collect literature is Google Scholar with the keywords "Social Environment", "Smoking Behavior", "Adolescents". Researchers found 1,030 articles on Google Scholar then finally researchers got 10 articles relevant to the inclusion criteria. The results showed that from the ten articles, it was stated that the social environment and smoking behavior in adolescents were two interrelated things. The social environment is one ofthe driving factors for adolescents to smoke. The most influential adolescent social environment is family or parents and peers. Special assistance to adolescents is needed in order to reduce the prevalence of smoking in adolescents, especially in Indonesia.

Background: The best food for newborns up to six months of age is breast milk. This is due to the complete nutritional content so that it can meet the baby’s needs. Breastfeeding after the baby is six months old is recommended with complementary feeding. The percentage of exclusive breastfeeding in Banjarnegara Regency in 2019 was 61.4%. History of breastfeeding factors that can influence the nutritional status of children. This study aims to describe the history of breastfeeding and the nutritional status of children in Dusun Ratan, Batur Village, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency. Method: This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. There were nine informants in this study consisting of mothers who had toddlers with the criteria of under-fives being less nutritional status, over nutritional status, and good nutrition status. Collecting data in this study through interviews. Result: Most of the informants gave exclusive breastfeeding. But one of the informants who had a toddler with more nutritional status did not exclusively breastfeed. The knowledge of the informants is not good. This may be related to the level of education of the informants which is still low on average. A mother’s motivation in breastfeeding comes from herself and also her family. Information about breastfeeding was obtained by informants through counseling, KIA books, the internet, articles on breastfeeding, and midwives. Conclusion: The history of exclusive breastfeeding is related to the nutritional status of toddlers, although exclusive breastfeeding is not the only factor that can determine the nutritional status of toddlers. Supervisi merupakan salah satu tugas kepala sekolah yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sehingga akan mempengaruhi kualitas hasil pembelajaran. Namun karena adanya tumpang tindih pekerjaan kepala sekolah, maka tugas pengawasan tidak dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan mengembangkan model supervisi akademik dengan peer-based, dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan model supervisi akademik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dan model yang dapat dinilai kelayakannya untuk mencari solusi dalam masalah supervisi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode research and development dengan mengembangkan model supervisi akademik berbasis teman sejawat. Sampel yang digunakan adalah guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Bae Kudus. Hasil penelitian: 1) Guru di SMP Negeri Bae Kudus membutuhkan model supervisi akademik yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi nyata yaitu model supervisi akademik sistem delegasi untuk mencari solusi atas tumpang tindih peran dan tugas kepala sekolah, sehingga semua kompetensi guru yang ada dapat diberdayakan untuk kemajuan bersama. 2) Model supervisi akademik berbasis teman sejawat dapat memenuhi indikator pencapaian tujuan supervisi, teknik pelaksanaan supervisi, keterlibatan semua pihak dan menumbuhkan motivasi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model supervisi akademik berbasis teman sejawat dapat diterapkan sebagai model supervisi akademik yang memenuhi kebutuhan guru dan dapat menjadi solusi atas masalah tumpang tindih tugas dan peran kepala sekolah.

Background: The national coverage of exclusive breastmilk did not reach its target in 2014. One reason behind this was due to the swelling of the breast to mastitis condition. Hence the baby was not getting enough breastmilk. World Health Organization WHO estimates the mastitis case between 2.6 and 33 %, with global prevalence around 10% of all breastfeeding women. In 2014, Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital documented 5.3% women with mastitis and 4.2% in 2015. Objective: This research aims to evaluate the correlation of ages, education, employment status, parity, and mastitis history with mastitis case in Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital. Methods: This research was an observational analytic with a case-control design. Data analytic was performed using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results of bivariate analysis showed that age (OR = 0.673; 95% CI; 0.345-1.314), education (OR = 1.288; 95% CI; 0.678-2.44), employment status (OR = 1.368; 95% CI; 0.749 -2.497), and parity (OR = 0.829; CI 95%; 0.455-1.511) did not have a significant correlation with the incidence of mastitis, but the history of mastitis showed a significant association with the incidence of mastitis (OR = 2.280; 95% CI; 1.112-1.674 ). Conclusion: There was a correlation between the history of mastitis with the recurrence of mastitis in Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital.

Indonesia is a country with a high level of traffic accidents. Traffic accidents in Indonesia according to the World Health Organization is the third largest killer under coronary heart disease and tuberculosis. Traffic accidents are caused by several factors including human factors, vehicle factors, road factors, environmental factors and weather factors. Teenagers are one of the biggest contributors to traffic accidents. Age 13-18 years is the early teens where they just felt an interest in trying to ride a motorcycle. Teenagers think that they are mature enough to drive vehicles on the road, with the knowledge of shallow driving causing accidents. Traffic safety is greatly influenced by driver’s discipline.  Driver’s discipline can increase the level of traffic safety. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of providing audiovisual safety riding counselling to the knowledge and attitude of driving. The research was a quasi-experimental with one-group pre-test post-test design. Respondent in this study was 70 Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta high school students. The sample was gathered by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The study began with a pre-test and then a video screening and conducted a post-test with the same questionnaire. The data analysis test was the parametric paired sample T-test, the non-parametric Wilcoxon test. The results of the non-parametric Wilcoxon test analysis obtained p-value of 0.000. The results showed that there was an influence of counselling with audiovisual safety riding methods on knowledge. The results of the paired sample T-test test analysis obtained 0.000 which shows the effect of providing audiovisual safety riding on attitudes. There is an effect of counselling using audiovisual safety riding methods on students' knowledge and driving attitudes.

DOI: 10.17014/ijog.4.1.39-47The characteristic of Cimandiri Fault Zone has not been completely defined despite plenty of studies had already been accomplished. Therefore, an audio-magnetotelluric modeling was carried out. An audiomagnetotelluric survey was conducted at two parallel lines (N166oE) that intersected Cimandiri Fault Zone in Cibeber area, Cianjur. The distance between those two lines was 4.5 km and each line consisted of twenty-one stations with the distance between stations was 500 m. From the acquired forty-two apparent resistivity curves, inversion was executed to obtain two models. The models indicate layers with resistivity value of > 1000 ohm.m at about 500 m depth at both lines, which are associated to the basement layer. Columns of low resistivity zones in about the middle of each model represent fault zones as the weak zones of the area, and both models displayed them slightly dip southward as thrust faults.

Background : Breastmilk is the ideal food for babies. There are various inhibiting factors for the formation of awareness of parents in providing exclusive breastfeeding for example ignorance from the mother about the importance of breastfeeding, how to breastfeed properly, and aggressive marketing launched by infant formula manufacturers. Objective : TThis study aimed to determine the association between knowledge and techniques of breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding in the area of Puskesmas Pengasih II, Kulonprogo. Methods : This research employed cross-sectional design. The population was all mothers with babies six to 12 months with total sample 142 mothers. The data was analyze using Chi-square test with alpha significance=5%. Results : This study found more subjects with a low level of knowledge (57%), the same goes with breastfeeding technique (52,1%). There was statistically significant association between knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding (p=0,006). There was a statistically significant association between breastfeeding technique with exclusive breastfeeding (p=0,002). Conclusion : There were relationships between knowledge (p = 0.006) and feeding techniques (p = 0.002) with exclusive breastfeeding.

Simeulue Island is an outer island arc west of Sumatra Island. The island is located close to the interface of the subduction zone between the Indo-Australian and Eurasian plates. Seismic activities around the island include devastating megathrust earthquakes, such as the 2004 MW 9.2 Sumatra-Andaman and 2005 MW 8.7 Nias earthquakes. We have investigated site response characteristics using the Horizontal-to-Vertical (H/V) Spectral Ratio method based on continuous ambient noise records from eight broadband seismometers. From the calculation results, generally, strong peaks were observed in the H/V spectral ratio curves caused by strong impedance contrast in this area. However, the BATU, LABU and DEHI sites showed relatively flat H/V spectral ratio curves caused by a lack of sharp impedance contrast beneath the site. Multiple peaks were observed at several sites, which may indicate the presence of a more highly weathered soil/clay layer on top of a more compact medium. H/V peak frequencies, which reveal the fundamental resonant frequencies of the soil sites, were generally observed in the range of 2.0 Hz-16.4 Hz.

AbstractSchizophrenia is a mental disorder that is quite widespread in nature in Indonesia, which is about 99% of patients, the mental hospital in Indonesia are people with schizophrenia. The highest prevalence of psychosis is in DIY is 2.7 per 1000 population. Based on the data reports the top 10 disease hospitalization from January to June 2015 at the Mental Hospital Grhasia DIY disease schizophrenia is a disease with a high of 371 while other mental disorders as many as 54 people. This study aimed to determine risk factors of schizophrenia in patients hospitalized in the Psychiatric Hospital Grhasia DIY. This research was an analytic observational with cross sectional design. The sample was 79 people schizophrenia and non-schizophrenia. Data analysis was using Fisher’s Exact Test. There were relationships between heredity RP = 1.195 (95% CI 1.004 to 1.423), psychosocial stressors of interpersonal relationship problems RP = 1.257 (CI95% from 1.056 to 1.497), psychosocial stressors of family factors RP = 1.366 (CI95% from 1.063 to 1.756) to the incidence of schizophrenia in-patients at the Mental Hospital Grhasia DIY. Berdasarkan laporan data 10 besar penyakit rawat inap bulan Januari-Juni 2015 di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Grhasia DIY penyakit skizofrenia merupakan penyakit tertinggi yaitu dengan 371 orang sedangkan gangguan mental lainnya sebanyak 54 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian skizofrenia pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Grhasia DIY. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 79 pasien skizofrenia dan tidak skizofrenia. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji Fisher’s Exact Test. Ada hubungan faktor keturunan RP= 1,195 (CI 95% 1,004-1,423), stresor psikososial dari masalah hubungan interpersonal RP= 1,257 (CI95% 1,056-1,497), stresor psikososial dari faktor keluarga RP= 1,366 (CI95% 1,063-1,756) dengan kejadian skizofrenia pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Grhasia DIY. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor keturunan, stresor psikososial dari masalah hubungan interpersonal dan faktor keluarga merupakan factor risiko kejadian skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Grhasia DIY.Kata kunci: faktor keturunan, masalah hubungan interpersonal, stresor psikososial, skizofrenia

Background: The scope of exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II in Kulon Progo district of DI Yogyakarta, is still below national target (80%). Some factors that affect this problem are level of education, occupation, the mother’s self confidence, and the family’s economical income. This study aims to determine the correlation between education, occupation, family income, and mother’s self confidence with exclusive brestfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II. Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the correlation between education, occupation, family income, and mother’s self confidence with exclusive brestfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II. Method: This study is an observational study with cross sectional method and total sampling technique. The study population is all mothers who has 6 – 12 months old babies. Data analisis is done using chi square test with alpha = 5%. Results: There are statistically significant correlation between the mother’s occupation (p=0,036), family income (p=0,000) and self confidence (p=0,000) with exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II of Kulon Progo district. There are no statistically significant correlation between level of education (p=0,948) with exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II of Kulon Progo district. Conclusion: There are statistically significant correlation between the mother’s occupation, family income, and self confidence with exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II of Kulon Progo district. There are no statistically significant correlation between level of education with exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II of Kulon Progo district.

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding based on Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012 is breast milk given to infants since birth for six months, without adding and/or replacing with other foods or beverages (except medicines, vitamins and minerals). Nutrition improvement programs include several activities including nutritional surveillance, consultation, examination of toddlers by specialist doctors, monitoring of Exclusive Breastfeeding and Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) as well as the empowerment of the Community Supporting Groups (KP-Ibu). The Imogiri (MAMI) Mobile ASI Motivator Program was formed in 2009 with its initial activities in the form of exclusive ASI mentoring activities with a background of frequent failures in exclusive breastfeeding in the first three months after the baby was born and 0-3 days the mother gave formula milk, then in the year 2015 was named as ASI Mobile Imogiri (MAMI) Motivator. Method: This study aims to determine the input, process, output, outcome, feedback and environment in the MAMI program. This research type was qualitative with a descriptive approach using an in-depth interview method and observation. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Imogiri I Bantul Special Region of Yogyakarta with 11 informants, consisting of the Program Coordinator, Head of Puskesmas, Posyandu cadre and lactating mother. Results: The number of human resources was sufficient but in quality is still said to be less. The public understands the importance of Exclusive Breast Milk, but overall the program has not run maximally. Children exclusively breastfed exclusively have better immunity than formula-fed children. The environment of breastfeeding mothers has an important role in exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: The program is not running maximally yet.

DOI: 10.17014/ijog.v8i3.162Garut Basin are is part of Bandung-Garut Greater Basin (Bandung Zone) characterized by a large basin surrounded by mountain ranges. Active volcanoes had distributed their material as pyroclastic deposits around the outer border of the zone and as lava flow deposit separating the two basins. Bouguer gravity anomaly data had also indicated the presence of several low anomaly closures at about the area of Bandung and Garut Basins that were surrounded by high gravity anomaly zones. Two magnetotelluric surveys were completed to acquire the subsurface model that might explain the tectonic evolution of studied area. The first stage was characterized sby the presence of horst - graben structures that might imply an extensional regime of the area. The next stage of evolutionwas indicated by the horizontal layering correlated to the relative non-active tectonic. In addition, a most recent structure that appeared near the surface might suggest a possible extension force as the current stage.

Sangat jarang penelitian terkait promosi ASI di Indonesia yang menggunakan pendekatan social cognitive theory (SCT). Makalah ini menyajikan pendekatan sosial kognitif sebagai perspektif baru dalam promosi dan edukasi ASI yang meliputi lima variabel: dukungan sosial, pengetahuan, sikap, kepercayaan diri, dan menyusui. Peran/ kontribusi dari dukungan sosial, pengetahuan, sikap, kepercayaan diri, terhadap menyusui dijelaskan secara gamblang dengan SCT. Dari perspektif SCT, menyusui dipengaruhi oleh faktor personal ibu (pengetahuan, sikap, dan kepercayaan diri) serta lingkungan (dukungan sosial).

A detailed study had been conducted on the sediment of Mount Samalas’ volcanic eruption in 1257 AD. Using the framework of the reconstruction of the ancient eruption of Mount Samalas, the first step was to map and analyze the deposits of volcanic sediment. Secondly, we analyzed the effect of geomorphology and the distance function to the isopach thickness. The results show that a combination of methods allowed to provide a high resolution map of the distribution of the thickness of the volcanic deposits, both on the slope and in alluvial areas. Geo-electric survey results (both Vertical Electric Sound (VES) and 2D mapping) show consistent changes in the pattern of contrast resistivity layer interface, for all areas. The pattern changes in a row of the top layer, the high resistivity turned into the low. Furthermore, the second and third layer interface changes from low to the high resistivity. High resistivity on the top layer is interpreted as a layer of unconsolidated volcanic sediment. High resistivity values are range from 736 to 2000 Ohm.m on the top layer in the area of the slopes while in the area of alluvial, the resistivity values range from 20 to 958 Ohm.m. Generally, the volcanic deposits in the area of the slopes have a higher value of isopach (>17 m) than in areas of alluvial (

Java Island has a unique tectonic features and one of it is the pattern of the volcano distribution along the island. The volcano pattern occurrence might be connected to the deeper process of geodynamic. Hence, thermal structure modeling is employed to find any association between the subducting plate and the tectonic of the overriding plate. Thermal structure of a subducting plate depends on the age of the lithosphere and the dip of the subduction. With the lithospheric age increases from west to east of Java, varies from about 90 my to 120 my old, there are dissimilarities in thermal structure models. The comparison with volcanoes positions shows that differences of thermal structure might have associated to variation in the formation of volcanoes in Java Island.
