Introduction: The complexity of treating gynecological and breast cancer causes unmet needs for survivors. This systematic review aimed to identify the most unmet needs of gynecological and breast cancer survivors from the available evidence. Method: Researchers searched the electronic databases PubMed, Cochrane, CINAHL, Ebsco Host, and Science Direct with predetermined criteria. The keywords used were combinations of "gynaecologic* cancer" OR "gynaecologic* cancer survivors" OR "breast cancer" OR "breast cancer survivors" AND "unmet needs." A systematic review was made using PRISMA, the critical appraisal was carried out with the JBI instrument, and bias analysis was carried out using the Robvis Tool. Results: There are 12 selected articles. The two highest unmet needs domains for gynecological and breast cancer survivors are the health system information and psychological domains. Conclusions: Nurses and other health workers must pay attention to implementing holistic care to meet the various needs of gynecological cancer survivors, including health system information and psychological domains. Introduccion: La complejidad del tratamiento del cancer ginecológico y de mama genera necesidades insatisfechas para los sobrevivientes. Esta revisión sistemática tuvo como objetivo identificar las necesidades más insatisfechas de las sobrevivientes de cancer ginecológico y de mama a partir de la evidencia disponible.Método: Los investigadores realizaron búsquedas en las bases de datos PubMed, Cochrane, CINAHL, Ebsco Host, Science Direct con criterios electrónicos predeterminados. Las palabras claves usadas fueron combinacion de " cáncer " ginecológico *"O" sobrevivientes de cáncer ginecológico *" O " cáncer de mama" O " sobrevivientes de cáncer de mama" Y " necesidades insatisfechas ". Se realizó una revisión sistemática mediante PRISMA, la evaluación crítica se realizó con el instrumento JBI y el análisis de sesiones mediante la herramienta Robvis.Resultados: Hay 12 artículos seleccionados. Los dos dominios de necesidades insatisfechas más importantes para los sobrevivientes de cáncer ginecológico y cáncer de mama son el dominio de informacion del sistema de salud y el dominio psicológico.Conclusión: Las enfermeras y otros trabajadores de la salud deben prestar atencion a la implementacion de una atención holística para satisfacer las diversas necesidades de los sobrevivientes de cancer ginecológico, incluidas las necesidades de información del sistema de salud y los dominios psicológicos.

BACKGROUND: Thalassemia is a genetic blood disorder and has not been cured. Thalassemia children need special attention from the family as one of the efforts in treating children with thalassemia depends on coping strategies owned by the family. AIM: This research aimed to discover and deeply explore coping family strategies in caring for children with thalassemia major aged 6–12 years. METHODS: This study used quantitative and qualitative approaches (mixed methods). For quantitative study we used total sampling technique(66 samples). furthermore, for qualitative study, we used six participants with in depth-interview technique. The instrument was used the revised ways of coping scale questionnaire and interview guidelines. RESULTS: The study showed that 62. 2% of respondents had a positive coping strategy, and (37.8%) had a negative coping mechanism. Furthermore, the qualitative analysis showed that age, education, employment status, and the number of childreninfluenced individual coping strategies. The interview results show three themes, namely the process of grieving, fear of stigma, and an increase in spiritual activity. It is recommended for families to follow health education on caring for children with thalassemia.

Les survivantes de cancers gynécologiques ont des besoins complexes très souvent négligés. La présente étude indonésienne vise à établir les liens entre les besoins non satisfaits, la qualité de vie et certaines caractéristiques particulières de ces survivantes. Au total, 298 participantes ont rempli le questionnaire sur les besoins non satisfaits des survivants au cancer (Cancer Survivor Unmet Needs ou CaSUN), le questionnaire sur la qualité de vie EORTC QLQ-C30 ainsi que les questionnaires démographiques et cliniques. L’étude, réalisée suivant un devis corrélationnel transversal, a établi un lien entre les besoins non satisfaits et la dégradation de la qualité de vie perçue. Gynecologic cancer survivors’ complex needs are too often overlooked. This study aimed to identify the associations between unmet needs and quality of life, and selected characteristics of Indonesian gynecologic cancer survivors. This study was a cross-sectional, correlation study. A total of 298 participants completed the Cancer Survivor Unmet Needs (CaSUN), EORTC QLQ-C30, and demographic and clinical-related questionnaires. A higher level of unmet needs was linked to lower perceived quality of life. Higher levels of unmet needs were associated with younger age, lower income, higher educational background, shorter time since diagnosis, more advanced cancer stage, and having combination therapies (p < 0.05). The most frequently reported unmet need of the Indonesian gynecologic cancer survivors was financial support (70.5%). The gynecologic cancer survivors who had completed primary treatment need continuous comprehensive cancer care to help them cope with the lingering or emerging problems related to cancer and its treatment.

Objetivo: Durante la pandemia, la aplicación del distanciamiento social determina que las poblaciones vulnerables se conviertan en uno de los grupos que experimentan los peores impactos, especialmente niños, mujeres embarazadas y adultos mayores. El propósito de este estudio es analizar los obstáculos que experimentan las poblaciones vulnerables.Método: Este estudio utiliza un método de búsqueda de literatura en varias bases de datos como CINAHL, Proquest, Wiley, ScienceDirect de 2015-2020.Resultados: Los resultados de la búsqueda obtuvieron 17 artículos. La revisión crítica que se llevó a cabo siguió las directrices del Programa de Habilidades de Evaluación Crítica (CASP) de Cochrane. Los resultados de este estudio fueron las condiciones pandémicas que ocurren durante un largo período y pueden afectar a poblaciones vulnerables de la sociedad, que consisten en niños, mujeres embarazadas y adultos mayores. Las poblaciones vulnerables tienen varios mecanismos de supervivencia y están significativamente influenciadas por la presencia o ausencia de apoyo social de la familia, la comunidad y el gobierno.Conclusiones: La importancia del papel del gobierno en prestar atención a la calidad de los servicios especiales de salud para poblaciones vulnerables puede mejorar el bienestar y el estado de salud de estas poblaciones. Primary Goal: During the pandemic, the application of social distancing resulting in vulnerable populations becoming one of the groups experiencing the worst impacts, especially those who are children, pregnant women, and older adults. The purpose of this study is to analyze the obstacles encountered by these vulnerable populations. Methods: This study uses a literature search method on several databases, namely CINAHL, Proquest, Wiley, and ScienceDirect, in the 20152020 period. Results: The search resulted in 17 articles. The critical review carried out followed the Critical Appraisal Skills Program guidelines from Cochrane. This study's results were pandemic conditions that occur over a long period can affect vulnerable populations in society, consisting of children, pregnant women, and older adults. Vulnerable people have various coping mechanisms and are significantly affected by the presence or absence of social support from family, community, and the Government. Conclusions: The importance of the Government's role in paying attention to the quality of specific health services for vulnerable populations can improve these populations' welfare and health status.

The complexity of care on patients with gynaecological and breast cancer causes various psychological effects, and therefore, spiritual-based intervention is developed to overcome these problems. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the spiritual-based intervention on the psychological aspect of patients with gynaecological and breast cancer. The method used to prepare this systematic review is Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). There are 14 related articles. Spiritual-based interventions in this study were conducted ranging from 4 to 8 sessions, with an average duration of about 60–90 min/session. The effects of spiritual-based intervention on the psychological aspect of cancer patients include reducing anxiety and depression, improving spiritual and emotional well-being, improving coping and quality of life for patients with gynaecological and breast cancer. Spiritual-based intervention is affecting the physical condition, psychological state, and quality of life of cancer patients.

Objective: Coping and spiritual well-being are two important things in improving quality of life of patients with gynecological cancer. However, both of them are still neglected. Spiritual interventions are one of the alternatives in improving coping and spiritual well-being of patients with gynecological cancer. Right now, this intervention is not developed yet in Indonesia, especially about the effect on coping and spiritual well-being. This study aims at determining the effectiveness of spiritual intervention toward coping and spiritual well-being on patients with gynecological cancer. Methods: This was a quantitative research with quasi-experimental method and used a pre- and posttest with control design. The number of respondents in this study was 108 patients (54 patients in each group) and used consecutive sampling. The intervention group received spiritual intervention and the control group received usual care. Spiritual intervention was provided by certified oncology nurses of spiritual training. The instrument used for measuring coping is Brief COPE Scale and Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Spiritual Therapy (FACIT-Sp-12) for measuring spiritual well-being. Results: There was a positive change in the average scores of coping (P = 0.001) and spiritual well-being in the intervention group after receiving spiritual intervention (P = 0.006). The result of this research also shows that there was a significant difference in the average score of coping (P = 0.004) and spiritual well-being (P = 0.001) after spiritual intervention between intervention and control groups. Conclusions: This study shows that coping and spiritual well-being in the intervention group increased significantly after receiving spiritual intervention.

Mood disorders are a frequent complaint experienced by women during menopause due to hormonal changes. Physical exercise is known to reduce depression, but research on menopausal women is limited. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical exercise on depression in menopausal women. The study design used was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test for 16 weeks. The measuring instrument used was a GDS (Geriatric Depression Scale). The research subjects consisted of 34 menopausal women aged 45-65 years. Subjects were divided into two groups, including the physical exercise group (2x90 minutes/week, n=17) and the control group (n=17). The results showed that physical exercise significantly decreased depression (p=0.013) in the physical exercise group compared to the control group. It concludes that regular exercise is effective for preventing and treating mood disorders that occur when menopause.

Indonesia is a developing country with relatively high maternal mortality number. One of the influencing factors for that condition is health services at antenatal, intranatal and postnatal period has not been optimized yet. The optimization effort has been done in several countries through health service based on utilization of mobile phone technology called mobile health. The literature study aimed to present information from previous studies about implementation and benefits of mobile health in the maternity nursing care. The literature sources divided into three country categories including Western, non Western and Indonesia and consist of 30 online literatures. The implementation of mobile health in maternity nursing care showed positive impact in knowledge, motivation, and health behavior of the mother. Indonesia as developing country which can be strategic country in utilizing mobile health because of mostly Indonesian is mobile phone users. Nurse in corporation with cross sectors is supposed to develop mobile health in many strategic topics specifically in the effort of reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia.Keywords : Information technology, maternity, mobile-health, nursing care. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tinnginya AKI di Indonesia adalah belum optimalnya pelayanan kesehatan pada masa kehamilan, bersalin, dan postpartum. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan dibeberapa negara dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi berbasis telepon genggam atau disebut dengan “mobile health”. Study literatur ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan penelitian-penelitian yang sudah dilakukan berkaitan dengan aplikasi dan keuntungan “mobile health” dalam keperawatan maternitas. 30 penelitian berasal dari media online, dibagi menjadi tiga kategori yaitu artikel dari negara Barat, negara non-Barat, dan Indonesia. Implementasi penggunaan “mobile health” pada pelayanan keperawatan maternitas menunjukkan dampak yang positif terhadap pengetahuan, motivasi, dan perilaku kesehatan ibu. Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang sangat strategis untuk pengembangan “mobile health” dikarenakan sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia adalah pengguna telepon genggam. Perawat dapat bekerjasama dengan sektor lain untuk mengembangkan program “mobile health” dengan berbagai topik khususnya berkaitan dengan upaya untuk menurunkan AKI di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Teknologi informasi, maternitas, mobile health, pelayanan keperawatan.
