20. P‐7.7: Study on Improvement of Aberrant TFT Pattern by Mask Design.

Abstract

Abnormal TFT pattern were found after half‐tone exposure, development and etching process during the common "U" pattern type TFT process. The causes of abnormal TFT pattern were analyzed, and 9 kinds of TFTs with increased exposure dose in channel were designed in this paper. The experimental results showed that the 9 different designs of TFTs could solve the abnormal TFT pattern completely or partly. When the channel length at the position with the lowest exposure dose was designed to 5μm, the highest process tolerance was presented. Finally, a 32‐inch panel was produced by using TFT channel length with 4.7μm at the position of minimum exposure dose, and high yield & reliability results were obtained. Abstract

Background: Under the guidance of a preliminary Live with Love Conceptual Framework, a Caring for Couples Coping with Colorectal Cancer (4Cs: CRC) programme was designed specifically for colorectal cancer couples. The objectives of this study included examining the efficacy of the programme for couples adapting to colorectal cancer and comparing the effects of different intervention delivery modes (online, face‐to‐face and blended) on couple outcomes. Methods: A four‐arm randomized controlled trial was conducted among Chinese colorectal cancer couples. Couples were randomly assigned to an online intervention, a face‐to‐face intervention, a blended intervention or a control group. Self‐efficacy, dyadic coping, communication and dyadic outcomes (physical and mental health, negative and positive emotions and marital satisfaction) were evaluated at baseline and 6 weeks later. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and repeated measures ANOVA were employed to assess between‐group differences and within‐group effects in the four groups, respectively. Results: A total of 179 couples completed the 6‐week study and post‐study assessments. The intervention showed generally medium‐to‐large effects across multiple measured outcomes, including self‐efficacy, dyadic coping, communication, mental health, negative emotions and positive emotions for both patients and spouse caregivers. Additionally, interventions delivered through different modes produced equally significant effects on couple outcomes. Conclusions: The integrated intervention programme is effective in improving cancer adaptation in colorectal cancer couples. Long‐term follow‐up and a mix of quantitative and qualitative assessments are crucial for further evaluation of the programme. Trial registration: Retroactive registration is under review. 37. Influence of the high-speed railway (HSR) construction on industrial structure transformation.

Abstract

By taking China's high-speed railway (HSR) network construction as a quasi-natural experiment, this paper uses the trend score matching and double difference methods to analyse the industrial structure transformation industrial intelligence development of the Chinese prefectural cities under the influence of the policy for HSR from 2006 to 2018. The research shows that the urban high-speed rail network connection has a positive effect on the transformation and upgrading of urban industrial structure. However, despite lagging, the effect still exerts a significant long-term mechanism after its peak. Considering the locations, population sizes, and main functions of HSR cities in terms of space, their specific impact on industrial restructuring and the efficiency of industrial agglomeration and evolution vary. Overall, the construction of HSR could facilitate the cities with leading economies and exert a significant reinforcing effect on medium-sized cities. The western cities, small cities, and cities with industrial bases but underdeveloped service industries should better use the strong policies to promote local industrial transformation and upgrading under the long-term mechanism of HSR network construction. Previous studies have shown quercetin can reduce neuropathic pain in rats with chronic constriction injury (CCI).Objective: To evaluate the effects of quercetin on neuropathic pain in CCI model and explore its underlying mechanism in vivo.Materials and Methods: CCI model was established by ligating the sciatic nerve of right leg on the SD rats. They were divided into ten groups: sham group, CCI model, sham+ que, CCI+ que group (30, 60, 120 mg/kg), CCI+ AICAR, CCI+ que+ compound C, CCI+etoricoxib, and the control group. They were administered for 28 days, and were performed the mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) and thermal withdrawal latency (TWL) during the experiment. At the end of the experiment, sciatic nerves and spinal cord segments of rats were collected, ELISA detected the expression of inflammatory factors, detected the microglia and astrocytes with fluorescence, and Western blot detected AMPK/MAPK pathway.Results: Que could increase the MWT of CCI rats, improve the TWL of plantar, and reduce the inflammatory cells at the ligation site of the sciatic nerve.
