Penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan masalah penting yang harus dihadapi berbagai negara di dunia. Bukan hanya orang dewasa yang menjadi korban penyalahgunaan narkoba, namun kaum remaja (pelajar/ mahasiswa) juga bisa menjadi korban penyalahgunaan narkoba. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemahaman mahasiswa tentang narkotika, bahaya, serta sanksi yang didapat dari penyalahgunaan narkotika dan mengedukasi mahasiswa tentang narkotika. Dalam penulisan karya tulis ini melalui metode study pustaka. Badan Narkotika Nasional melaksanakan dan mengimplementasikan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Rencana Aksi Nasional Pencegahan Dan Pemberantasan Penyalahgunaan Dan Peredaran Gelap Narkotika Dan Prekursor Narkotika. Peran mahasiswa dalam mendukung program P4GN adalah mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menciptakan unit kegiatan mahasiswa yang didalamnya memberikan edukasi tentang narkotika dilingkungan kampus. Melalui penyuluhan oleh BNN didapatkan hasil bahwa masih banyak remaja dan mahasiswa yang belum memahami betul tentang narkotika, bahaya, serta sanksi yang didapat dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika. Dengan metode kuesioner atau pretest menghasilkan 80% peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang narkotika

UMKM yang bersedia menjadi mitra dalam rangka pendampingan dan pengembangan untuk itu kelompok 47 memilih produk makanan cemilan keripik pedas yang diproduksi Morang Moreng snack yang telah berjalan selama kurang lebih 3 tahun, dalam pengembangan kripik pedas Morang moreng dari hasil wawancara dan observasi yang kami lakukan di temukan permasalahan yang perlu dilakukan pendampingan agar lebih berkembang dan mudah dipasarkan di outlet resmi yang tersebar di seluruh indonesia. Artikel bertujuan mendeskripsikan kegiatan kelompok 47 selam 1 bulan di Mitra Morang Moreng Snack. Pada metode pelaksanaan KKN-Tematik Kewirausahaan, kami melakukan survey awal melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan menentukan solusi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pendampingan yang dilakukan kelompok 47 adalah Pembuatan NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) untuk pengajuan proses sertifikasi halal, Rebranding kemasan produk turunan (Mbok Yu dan D’Lombok), pembuatan banner mitra, Pembuatan sistem otomatisasi di sosial media, pembuatan iklan di sosial medi, pembuatan video promosi di sosial media, edukasi resseler dan akun produk D’lombok dan Mbok yu.

Kopi robusta adalah salah satu jenis kopi yang banyak ditanam di Indonesia dengan presentasi 80% sedangkan 20% petani menanam jenis kopi arabika. Salah satu limbah yang dapat dimanfaatkan ialah kulit kopi. Kulit kopi robusta mengandung 15-43% selusosa yang sangat baik digunakan untuk adsorben untuk menurunkan kadar amonia pada limbah cair industri tahu. Limbah tahu banyak mengandung senyawa yang membahayakan bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan. Salah satu kandungan yang berbahaya yaitu amonia. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah arang dari kulit kopi robusta dapat menurunkan kadar amonia pada limbah cari indutri tahu, berapa pH efektif yang digunakan untuk mengurangi kadar amonia serta digunakan untuk mengetahui waktu kontak efisien adsorben dalam mengurangi kandungan amonia pada limbah cair industri tahu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu spektrofotometer UV-Vist. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arang kulit kopi dapat menurunkan kadar amonia dengan pH efektif 9 dan waktu kontak optimum 30 menit.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit jenis baru yang belum pernah diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. Virus penyebab COVID-19 ini dinamakan Sars-CoV-2 Virus corona adalah zoonosis (ditularkan antara hewan dan manusia). Berdasarkan bukti ilmiah, COVID-19 dapat menular dari manusia ke manusia melalui kontak erat dan droplet, tidak melalui udara. Orang yang paling berisiko tertular penyakit ini adalah orang yang kontak erat dengan pasien COVID-19 termasuk yang merawat pasien COVID-19. Dari hal tersebut kita bisa mengetahui bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang masih menyepelakan atau bahkan tidak mematuhi peraturan protocol pencegahan dan pengendalaian infeksi COVID-19. Oleh karena dalam kegiatan KKNT –KK Universistas Maarif Hasyim Latif Sidoarjo kami Melakukaan Edukasi terhadap siswa-siswi sekolah dasar ma’arif Ketegan Taman Sidoarjo tentang pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 Kegiatan ini Dilakukan menggunakan media aplikasi zoom.Di akhir kegiatan, Pemateri melakukan evaluasi dengan cara memberikan kuisioner pada siswa-siswi tentang pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 berfokus pada langkah-langkah mencuci tangan dengan baik dan benar dan etika batuk dan bersin. Edukasi pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 kepada siswa-siswi sekolah dasar ma’arif Ketegan Taman Sidoarjo oleh Kelompok Fatmawati KKNT-KK Universitas Ma’arif Hasyim Latif Sidoarjo tahun 2020 dapat diselengarakan dengan lancar.

The KKNT-KK activity of the Urip Sumoharjo Group purpose to provide public understanding of the importance of 3M in preventing the spread of the corona virus. As well as improving community skills in the use of natural ingredients for the manufacture of hand sanitizers. The method used in this activity is education and socialization of the application of 3M for the prevention of the corona virus, practicing how to make hand sanitizers from natural ingredients. The targets in this KKNT-KK activity are the people of Kalijaten Village, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, especially mothers. The result of this activity is that the community has begun to understand the importance of 3M, and can utilize natural ingredients for the manufacture of hand sanitizers. Abstrak Kegiatan KKNT-KK Kelompok Urip Sumoharjo ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya 3M untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona. Serta meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan bahan alami untuk pembuatan hand sanitizer. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah edukasi dan sosialisasi penerapan 3M untuk pencegahan virus corona, mempraktekkan cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dari bahan alami. Sasaran dalam kegiatan KKNT-KK ini yaitu masyarakat Kelurahan Kalijaten Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo khususnya para ibu-ibu. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat mulai paham tentang pentingnya 3M, serta bisa memanfaatkan bahan alami untuk pembuatan hand sanitizer.

Zodia ( Evodia suaveolens ) plant is commonly used by the community to repel mosquitoes. The plant is native to Papua but has been widely cultivated in Java such as: Batu, Depok, Bogor, Bandung and Surabaya. The aim of this study is to determine the antioxidant activity of zodia leaves methanol extract. In addition, to determine the class of secondary metabolites of the methanol extract of zodia leaves. The extraction process was carried out by maceration method using methanol solvent for 3 days then the filtrate was concentrated using a rotary evaporator. The antioxidant potential of zodia leaves methanol extract was tested using the DPPH method (1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer while the determination of secondary metabolite compounds from zodia leaves methanol extract was carried out qualitatively using reagents. The results of the phytochemical test showed that the methanol extract of zodia plant leaves contained group of alkaloid, flavonoids, and tannins compounds while the antioxidant activity test of zodia methanol extract using the DPPH method were shown with an IC 50 value of 55,69 ppm while These results indicated that the zodia leaves methanol extracts have strong category of antioxidant activity.

The phytochemical compounds in bintaro fruit can be used as herbs to maintain health. The compounds that play a role are flavonoids and phenols. These two compounds can be used as a reference for measuring the level of antioxidant activity in natural materials. There is a correlation between total phenols, total flavonoids, and antioxidants (IC50) found in natural ingredients. The purpose of this study was to determine the total phenol content, flavonoids, and antioxidant activity in the ethanol extract of Bintaro fruit. Bintaro fruit was extracted using ethanol solvent by maceration method which was then evaporated with a rotary evaporator on the obtained macerate. The extract obtained was then analyzed for levels of total flavonoids, total phenols, and antioxidants (IC50). Ethanol extract of bintaro fruit in the study produced total phenol content of 73.04 mg GAE/g extract, flavonoids 41.61 mg QE/g extract and had antioxidant activity (IC50=275.06 ppm). Recommended for in vivo or in vitro assay for certain diseases using these extracts.Further research is needed with the use of other solvent to see optimall in the screening of active compounds.

Swallow's nest (Collocalia fuchiphaga) is one of the high export commodities. This is because the bird's nest is considered to be nutritious in terms of health. In this research, using swallow's nest obtained from several swallow buildings in Subur Indah Village, Katingan District, Kuala Central Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to analyse the protein and calcium content of boiled white bird’s nest (Collacalia Fuchiphaga). Determination of protein content was carried out using the Kjeldahl method while for determination of calcium content using the permanganometric titration method. Based on the results with 3 repetitions each, the protein content was 21.8; 22.92 and 22.15% at 4 hours of boiling then 19.7; 18.1 and 19.05% at 8 hours of boiling. Meanwhile, the determination of the calcium content resulted in 201.5; 198.2 and 205.6 mg / 100 g calcium at 4 hours of boiling and 182.5; 178.8 and 175.6 mg / 100 g calcium. The conclusion in this study is that the longer it takes to boil a swallow's nest, the less protein and calcium content is obtained

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) “Dapur Atha” yang bergerak dibidang bisnis makanan selama ini penjualannya tidak mengalami peningkatan hal ini dikarenakan adanya proses pemasaran yang kurang meluas. Mitra hanya memasrkan produknya hanya di sekitar Wilayah Taman atau wilayah tempat produksi saja. Dengan adanya kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan kemajuan teknologi dengan melakukan penjualan melalui pemasaran online dengan media Website Statis dan Pengembangan Pemasaran melalui E-Commerce Shopee. Tujuan program ini adalah melaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pemasaran secara online bagi mitra. Adapun hasil kegiatan dari program ini adalah adanya peningkatan kunjungan dan penjualan baik dalam Website Statis dan E-Commerce Shopee.

The robusta coffee grouds residues had high carbon, nitrogen etc which can adsorb heavy metal.The purpose of this study is to analyze the robusta coffee grounds residues to adsorb the Pb in the water. The method of this research is a True Experimental using completely randomized design (CRD) method. There were control groups (C) and three treatments groups (T1; T2;T3; 5gram/ litre; 8gram/ litre; 10gram/ litre) with six repetitions. The robusta coffee ground residues were contacted for 2 hours.Total samples were24 samples which analyzed each parameter of the Pb with Atomic Adsorption Spectophotometry Analysis. The results showed that the more coffee ground residues that are exposed, increasingly turbid. The KS test showed that data were a normal distribution (sig=0,324). One way ANOVA test; Turkey post Hoc showed that there was sig difference between the control and treatment (F=4,326, Sig= 0,017). There were sig difference between control and treatment 2 and 3 (Sig=0,019; Sig=0,038). Robusta coffee grounds residues can reuse to adsorb the Pb pollution in the water. It can be a solution for treating the lead pollution in the water because of it easy to the application.
