Abstract

This paper firstly coordinates the relationship between the internal elements of university innovation and entrepreneurship incubation systems through positive and negative feedback regulation so that the system reaches equilibrium or rises to a higher level of equilibrium. Secondly, based on the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship, the diffusion model of the university innovation and entrepreneurship system is constructed, setting university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the expected benefit and cognitive bias as the cost and exploring the benefit curve of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and cognitive bias. Finally, we initialize the parameters of the simulation system for incubating innovation and entrepreneurship among college students and simulate the constructed scale-free network model using Matlab simulation. The results show that in the simulation Corporation1, when tick=5, the maximum value of the Y coordinate appears to be 27.5, which responds to the growing process of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship incubation objects. The simulation of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship proposed in this paper complements the short board of college students’ inability to practice innovation and entrepreneurship and provides a practical reference for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talent ability in college education.

Abstract

To explore the regulatory mechanism of endogenous hormones in the synthesis of anthocyanins in Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl (A. roxburghii) under different light intensities, this study used metabolomics and transcriptomics techniques to identify the key genes and transcription factors involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis. We also analyzed the changes in and correlations between plant endogenous hormones and anthocyanin metabolites under different light intensities. The results indicate that light intensity significantly affects the levels of anthocyanin glycosides and endogenous hormones in leaves. A total of 38 anthocyanin-related differential metabolites were identified. Under 75% light transmittance (T3 treatment), the leaves exhibited the highest anthocyanin content and differentially expressed genes such as chalcone synthase (CHS), flavonol synthase (FLS), and flavonoid 3′-monooxygenase (F3′H) exhibited the highest expression levels. Additionally, 13 transcription factors were found to have regulatory relationships with 7 enzyme genes, with 11 possessing cis-elements responsive to plant hormones. The expression of six genes and two transcription factors was validated using qRT-PCR, with the results agreeing with those obtained using RNA sequencing. This study revealed that by modulating endogenous hormones and transcription factors, light intensity plays a pivotal role in regulating anthocyanin glycoside synthesis in A. roxburghii leaves. These findings provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying light-induced changes in leaf coloration and contribute to our knowledge of plant secondary metabolite regulation caused by environmental factors. 34. Impact of proton PBS machine operating parameters on the effectiveness of layer rescanning for interplay effect mitigation in lung SBRT treatment.

Abstract

Background: Rescanning is a common technique used in proton pencil beam scanning to mitigate the interplay effect. Advances in machine operating parameters across different generations of particle therapy systems have led to improvements in beam delivery time (BDT). However, the potential impact of these improvements on the effectiveness of rescanning remains an underexplored area in the existing research. Methods: We systematically investigated the impact of proton machine operating parameters on the effectiveness of layer rescanning in mitigating interplay effect during lung SBRT treatment, using the CIRS phantom. Focused on the Hitachi synchrotron particle therapy system, we explored machine operating parameters from our institution's current (2015) and upcoming systems (2025A and 2025B). Accumulated dynamic 4D dose were reconstructed to assess the interplay effect and layer rescanning effectiveness. Results: Achieving target coverage and dose homogeneity within 2% deviation required 6, 6, and 20 times layer rescanning for the 2015, 2025A, and 2025B machine parameters, respectively. Beyond this point, further increasing the number of layer rescanning did not further improve the dose distribution. BDTs without rescanning were 50.4, 24.4, and 11.4 s for 2015, 2025A, and 2025B, respectively. However, after incorporating proper number of layer rescanning (six for 2015 and 2025A, 20 for 2025B), BDTs increased to 67.0, 39.6, and 42.3 s for 2015, 2025A, and 2025B machine parameters. Our data also demonstrated the potential problem of false negative and false positive if the randomness of the respiratory phase at which the beam is initiated is not considered in the evaluation of interplay effect. Conclusion: The effectiveness of layer rescanning for mitigating interplay effect is affected by machine operating parameters. 40. Tunable luminescence of Bi3+/Eu3+-doped SiO2–Al2O3-MCO3(M = Ca, Sr, Ba) glasses for WLED

Abstract

In this work, a group of Bi3+/Eu3+-doped SiO2–Al2O3-MCO3(M = Ca, Sr, Ba) glasses were fabricated through melt-quenching method. Their structure and photoluminescence characters were studied via X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV–Vis transmission spectra (TRS), excitation spectra, emission spectra and decay lifetimes. The XRD results show that no nano-crystal phase forms in glass matrix with different doping concentrations of Bi3+and Eu3+ions. Through regulating optical alkalinity value, the intensity of Bi3+ions increases and the peak position shifts to red wavelength. The Bi3+/Eu3+co-doped glasses show a blue-white-yellow-red luminescence by changing concentration of Eu3+ions. Energy transfer efficiency from Bi3+to Eu3+can reach as high as 10.54%. At 423 K, the emission intensity of 55SiO2–10Al2O3–35BaO-0.25Bi2O3(GBE0.5) is 31.1% of that at 308 K. Meanwhile, the activation energy of the glass matrix is 0.251 eV. All results suggest that these Bi3+/Eu3+co-doped glass samples possess potential application in LED field.
