The purpose of this study is to predict the increase in development and public services in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District based on the SEM model. The analytical model used in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) . Questionnaire data analysis will be processed using the SEM method with the IBM-SPSS-AMOS program. The results of the study show that 1) technology directly has a positive influence and significant to development in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency. 2) Directly, infrastructure facilities have a positive and positive influence significant to development in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency. 3) The potential has no influence on public services in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency. 4) Directly technology has a positive influence and significant to public services in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency. 5) Directly, infrastructure facilities have a positive and positive influencesignificant to public services in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency. 6) Directly the potential to have a positive and significant influence on public public services in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency. 7) Indirectly technology has a positive influence and significant to public services through development in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency. 8) Indirectly, infrastructure has a positive and positive influence significant to public services through development in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency. 9) Indirectly the potential to have a positive and significant influence on public public services through development in Suro Baru Village, Suro Makmur District, Aceh Singkil Regency.

This study aims to analyze the interaction variables of fiscal transfer policy variables. (Foreign Exchange Reserves, Imports, Exports, Exchange Rates and GDP). This study uses secondary data or from 2000 - 2019. The data analysis model in this study uses the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model and is sharpened by Impulse Response Function (IRF) Analysis, Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD). The results of the VAR analysis show that previously (t – p) contributed to the current variable, both alone and to other variables. The results of the FEVD analysis show that all variables have a major contribution to the variables themselves in the short, medium and long term, namely Foreign Exchange Reserves, Imports, Exports, Exchange Rates and GDP. The results of the analysis of each variable of monetary policy transmission and the effectiveness of the Exchange Rate on Reserves Short, medium and longterm exchange rates show that policy transmission can maintain the Indonesian economy

Destination from study this that is for test variable Interest Rates, Inflation , Total Money Supply and GDP how much big in take effect to EXCHANGE variable . And for knowing is panel level _ ethnic group interest , inflation , money supply , unemployment , investment , and GDP have an effect positive and significant to exchange rates in America, Australia, China, Canada , Indonesia, Japan , South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia and Thailand. Approach study this is study associative / quantitative with the Simultaneous model and the ARDL Panel where aim see linkages Among independent variables and dependent variables that spread panel in Top Major Exchange Rate countries in 11 APEC Countries. Study this conducted against 11 countries with exchange rate strongest in the APEC countries in the world (America, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan , China, Indonesia, Canada , Russia , and Thailand). The ARDL Panel Analysis results show that the Leading Model Control indicators Exchange Rate System Through the Post -Covid-19 Open Economy Model, the Top Major Exchange Rates in Eleven Apec Countries (Varies) are JUB and GDP. this _ due to the results data processing , the ROE variable is variable that gives stable influence , ie _ effect on the inside period long nor period short in give influence significant to score exchange , which is assessed from level short run and long run stability in the table result .

The research objective was to determine the effect of the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital on the productivity of the people in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The population in this study was the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, totaling 198 people, then the determination technique was purposive random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 7.772 + 0.257X1 + 0.1932 + 0.348X3 + e which shows the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people. While the results of the test (t) or partial test show that the quality of fertilizer has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.359 > t table 2.034, the technology variable has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.137 > t table 2.034, and capital also has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.533 > t table 2.034. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.823 (82.3%). So that it can be said that 82.3% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital in the model has contributed to the productivity of the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, while the remaining 17.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model

The purpose of this study is to find leading indicators of poverty rates based on monetary policy in the five ASEAN countries with the highest poverty rates in 2019. This study uses secondary data in the type of panel data, with time-series data starting from 2005 to 2019, and the object of the research country is Indonesia, Laos. PDR, Myanmar, Philippines, and Thailand. Using the ARDL Panel model, the estimation results found interest rates and exchange rates to affect the poverty rate in the long-term in five ASEAN countries, while the exchange rate and the money supply affect in the short term. The leading indicator of poverty levels in the five ASEAN countries from the money supply variable, because the results are significant in all observed countries except in Lao PDR and Indonesia.

This study aims to review Indonesia's macroeconomic indicators before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Using time-series data sourced from ceicdata, this study uses non-parametric statistical methods of different tests (sign tests). The results showed that there is a significant difference between before and during the covid-19 pandemic on international macroeconomic indicators of the rupiah exchange rate against USD, external debt, reserves, and Indonesian CPI. Recommended to the Government of Indonesia through Bank Indonesia and other relevant Ministries need a strict policy on a rupiah exchange rate that leads to price stability to reduce the rate of inflation, management and disclosure of external debt information, the achievement of trade balance surplus to increase reserves towards increasing domestic economic growth.

This study aims to see how effectively fiscal policy can control inflation in Indonesia. The fiscal policy variables used are tax revenue, government expenditure, and foreign direct investment (FDI). The data used are secondary data types ranging from 1982 to 2018. Based on the results of research using the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) method, shows that fiscal policy variables measured through tax revenues, FDI, and government spending, have a significant effect on the development of Indonesia's inflation. Tax revenue has a substantial impact on government spending. Likewise, FDI has a significant impact on the money supply in Indonesia during the observation.

Desa Pahlawan merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat kelompok nelayan di Desa Pahlawan tentang manfaat serta perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan bantuan alat tangkap oleh Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP). Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode ceramah/ sosialisasi/ penyuluhan kepada mayarakat kelompok nelayan sehingga mendapatkan wawasan/informasi terkait manfaat penerapan bantuan alat tangkap dan bagaimana perbedaan secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas dan pendapatan nelayan sebelum dan sesudah adanya bantuan alat tangkap. Monitoring dan evaluasi juga dilakukan pada tahap akhir dari pengabdian ini untuk mengetahui keberhasilan kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilakukan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas nelayan melalui jumlah produksi/hasil tangkap, jam kerja, dan harga jual di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI). Di samping itu, wanita nelayan dapat mengolah hasil tangkap melalut yang kemudian dijual di pasar setempat yang berada di lingkungan pemukiman, yang dinamakan sebagai usaha rumah tangga wanita nelayan. Indikator produktivitas menunjukkan bahwa nelayan memperoleh pendapatan secara berkala yang dapat mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi rumah tangga nelayan. Hal ini yang akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup rumah tangga nelayan dalam negeri. Adapun yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah, yakni KKP melalui Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Batu Bara agar melakukan pendampingan sosialisasi edukasi tentang manfaat bantuan alat tangkap secara berkala demi mendukung produktivitas nelayan yang berkelanjutan. Sebab nelayan Desa Pahlawan juga dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Batu Bara

Floor cleaning fluid containing a solution of HCl mixed with carbide (CaC2), produces a reaction in the form of gases, air bubbles and there is sedimentation. The resulting gas is acetylene gas. NaClO solution in clothes bleach reacts with HCl in floor cleaning fluid to produce a reaction in the form of an explosion of fire, soot / carbon and produces chlorine gas. This study aims to determine the effect of differences in the concentration of HCl in floor cleaning fluid to produce the reaction of chlorine gas and acetylene gas by mixing floor cleaner with carbide and clothes bleach. In this study, using a floor cleaner with a concentration of 12% HCl and a concentration of 17% as a comparison. The results obtained are that the difference in the concentration of HCl has an effect on explosions, gases.

Kabupaten Batu Bara merupakan kabupaten yang lahir dari pemekaran Kabupaten Asahan pada tahun 2007. Di Kabupaten Batu Bara, jumlah penduduk miskin periode tahun 2007 sampai 2017 terus mengalami fluktuasi. Menunjukkan tren menurun mulai tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2012 tetapi terus berfluktuasi mulai tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji tingkat kemiskinan di kabupaten Batu Bara pasca pemekaran. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengangguran terbuka, TPT (X1), perumbuhan ekonomi (X2), tingkat pendidikan (X3), dan tingkat kemiskinan (Y). Data yang digunakan mulai tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2017, dengan analisis data kuantitatif metode regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengangangguran terbuka (TPT), pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan tingkat pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di kabupaten Batu Bara pasca pemekaran.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang menganut sistem perekonomian terbuka. Semenjak dari masa kemerdekaan sampai dengan sekarang masih terus menjadi bagian dan atau pelaku di pasar internasional. Kecenderungan mengeskpor untuk meningkatkan pendapatan negara diikuti pula dengan mengimpor barang/jasa modal dan jenis barang/jasa ekonomi lainnya yang dikonsumsi oleh penduduk domestik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis data laju pertumbuhan inflasi dan impor Indonesia dengan time series mulai dari tahun 1991-2017. Hasil penelitian dengan metode analisis VAR ( vector autoregression) didapatkan bahwa Inflasi dan impor tidak berkaitan erat dan tidak saling mempengaruhi berdasarkan kurun waktu penelitian ini karena tidak memiliki hubungan sebab akibat. Inflasi periode yang lalu tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap impor Indonesia. Peningkatan impor berpengaruh positif terhadap inflasi berdasarkan persamaan VAR. Dan antara inflasi dan impor terdapat hubungan stabilitas keseimbangan jangka panjang dan pergerakan dalam jangka panjang. Sementara dalam jangka pendek kedua variabel inflasi dan impor saling menyesuaikan untuk mencapai keseimbangan jangka panjang. Hal yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah yakni Bank Indonesia diharapkan dapat tetap menjaga laju inflasi terkait kestabilan nilai rupiah baik di dalam maupun luar negeri sehingga dapat menekan kuota impor yang dapat mengurangi kecenderungan konsumsi terhadap barang/jasa impor oleh penduduk domestik.

This study aims to determine the amount of coffee exported by companies in North Sumatra, tobacco managed by regional companies and private companies managed in North Sumatra and to know the export of natural rubber latex carried out by companies in North Sumatra. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with time series secondary data starting from 2001 to 2015. The independent variables used are coffee exports (X1), tobacco exports (X2), and exports of natural rubber latex (X3) while the dependent variable is Export (Y). The results obtained are: coffee export variables have a negative and significant effect on exports in North Sumatra, while the export variables of tobacco and natural rubber sap exports have a positive and significant effect on exports in North Sumatra.

This study has three main objectives. First, to observe the concept of feminism inside Perempoen Bergerak newspaper’s contents that echoed by journalists in 1919-1920. Second, to observe the working process of Perempoen Bergerak’s redaction “kitchen” as well as the relation of women and men that gave birth to this newspaper. Third, to discover the correlations between Perempoen Bergerak newspaper and women’s movement at that time. This study uses critical discourse analysis method with feminist perspective. The model used in this study is a three-dimensional analysis of Norman Fairlough which illustrates that every event using language is a communicative event consisting of three dimensions namely ; text, discourse practice, and sociocultural practice. Moreover, this study also uses feminist perspective and gender. The researcher found an unequal relationship because men still did not value women equally. The Ethical Political policies imposed by the Dutch at that time greatly influenced the social context of this newspaper. Freedom to taste open education, including freedom to organize, spawns and disseminates ideas for the advancement of women through mass media.

This research aimed to show on electricity from Durian skin waste nanomaterials. The compounds that abundant in Durian skin waste are phosphate compounds (PO4). This phosphate compound makes the Durian skin waste has a high and unique electrical properties. Durian skin waste was synthesized using co-precipitation method to obtain LKD nanopowder with an average crystal size of 5 nm. LKD was dried at 250 °C and then washed with 100 ml distilled water and measured the electrode with variations of Pb, Al, Zn, Fe and Cu. Obtained the electrical properties as much five times greater than before, which is an average of 6.5 Volts. It was concluded that the electrical properties of Durian skin waste will increase when the crystal size is smaller and Durian skin waste can be as bio-batteries. From electrode variations was obtained that the Zn electrode had a greater electrical voltage than the Al, Fe, Pb and Cu electrodes.

Based on previous research on electrical analysis of electrolyt pastes from durian husk waste as biobatteries that generate an electric voltage about 1.5 volts. R esearchers want to develop durian husk waste material to commercial that was increasing the electrical voltage with nanotechnology. It was known that when the particle size went to the nanometer scale, this phenomenon affects some material properties, one of which was the increase in electrical conductivity. The nanomaterial derived from durian husk waste as a biobattery was synthesized by coprecipitation method which was one of development methods of nanotechnology. Based on the analysis of SEM and XRD characterization data of durian husk waste powder, it was concluded that the results of the synthesis process using the coprecipitation method obtained powder which has crystal size about 5 nm. Phase composition contained in durian skin waste nano powder is dominated by phosphate (PO 4 ) elements, namely aluminum phosphate, aluminum silicate hydrate, and titanium nitrate, but evenness of particles still tends to occur agglomeration or clumping caused by oxygen. It can be concluded also that the higher and longer heating treatment the morphology of the durian husk waste particles more evenly and minimize the occurrence of agglomeration. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi dasar Fisika dan aktivitas siswa SMP, melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran, melibatkan 40 orang siswa kelas VIII – 1 SMP Amir Hamzah Medan. Kompetensi dasar Fisika yang disasar meliputi aspek kognitif, psikomotor dan afektif. Data tentang kompetensi kognitif dikumpulkan dengan metode tes, menggunakan pemahaman konsep, data tentang kompetensi psikomotor dan kualitas aktivitas pembelajaran siswa dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi menggunakan pedoman observasi, sedangkan data tentang kompetensi afektif siswa dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner menggunakan angket. Semua data penelitian kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menentukan rererata masing-masing data dan dijustifikasi pada masing-masing indikator. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dasar Fisika siswa dapat ditingkatkan.
