Based on the meteorological data collected from 3 stations in recent 10 years in Fushun region, the reference crop evapotranspiration was calculated with the Penman-Monteith equation recommended by FAO in 1990. The evapotranspiration of the region was analyzed using linear regression analysis based on software of SPSS. The results showed that the linear correlation was evident between the evapotranspiration data of stations, but it is not significant for the linear correlation between the stations, neither between the stations. The result will be helpful to analysis of the space distributions of the reference crop evapotranspiration in the region.

Take the test zone 110 sampling plots of soil nutrient content as the research data, to study the correlation between the soil nutrient content and the corn yield. It used the grey system theory to analysis the correlation between the content of soil nutrient, and established GM (1, N) prediction model. Soil nutrient correlation degree analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of available phosphorus and available potassium were 0.4742, 0.4492, it has a significant effect on the corn yield, the average prediction error of the GM (1, N) model was 7.38%. The model reflected the relationship between soil nutrient content and the corn yield well; it can be used to predict the yield test area.

Taking the grain yield data from 1980 to 2012 of Jilin Province for example, this paper analyzes the main factors that influences the grain yield based on the principle component analysis method. According to these main factors, the input samples of BP neutral network are definite. Thereby, the BP neutral networks could be trained to predict. The results show that the fertilizer consumption, large cattle head number, end grain sowing area, effective irrigation area and rural per capita living space are the main effect factor on grain yield. The BP neural network was built by using it as the input samples. The number of input nodes of the network is determined. Then build the prediction model of grain production in Jilin province. The simulation results show that, the average error of prediction results of BP neural network model based on principal component analysis is 4.48%.

According to the difference in grain production capacity of the region in Jilin province, to formulate the strategy of sustainable development of grain production in Jilin province, to provide scientific basis for related departments to establish food production decision. In this paper, cluster analysis of multivariate statistical method was used, analyzed the regional difference characteristics of grain production capacity of 25 regions of Jilin Province in 2012, and elaborated the reasons for the formation of regional differences. Through cluster analysis, the 25 area of Jilin province is divided into 4 categories. Several factors of regional location, quantity of cultivated land area and population, agricultural modernization is the difference in the main area of grain production capacity in Jilin Province.

The research of time series analysis model to predict the effect of rice blast, provides the reference for the prediction of the disease. In successive years of planting area and the rice blast incidence area as the original data,were used to establish the forecast model of time series analysis of moving average, exponential mean and variance analysis of periodic extrapolation of rice blast incidence, analysis its forecast results, and built at the beginning ofthe prediction was verified in application. The experimental results show that the time sequence analysis model can be used for long-term forecasting of rice blast.

Background: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of standard rescue procedure (SRP) in improving severe trauma treatments in China. Methods: This study was conducted in 12 hospitals located in geographically and industrially different cities in China. A standard procedure on severe trauma rescue was established as a general rule for staff training and patient treatment. A regional network (system) efficiently integrating prehospital rescue, emergency room treatments, and hospital specialist treatments was built under the rule for information sharing and improving severe trauma treatments. Treatment outcomes were compared between before and 1 year after the implementation of the SRP. Results: The outcomes of a total of 74,615 and 12,051 trauma cases were collected from 12 hospitals before and after the implementation of the SRP. Implementation of the SRP led to efficient cooperation and information sharing of different treatment services. The emergency response time, prehospital transit time, emergency rescue time, consultation call time, and mortality rate of patients were 24.24 ± 4.32 min, 45.69 ± 3.89 min, 6.38 ± 1.05 min, 17.53 ± 0.72 min, and 33.82% ± 3.87% (n = 441), respectively, before the implementation of the standardization and significantly reduced to 10.11 ± 3.21 min, 22.39 ± 4.32 min, 3.26 ± 0.89 min, 3.45 ± 0.45 min, and 20.49% ± 3.11%, separately (n = 495, P < 0.05) after that. Conclusions: Staff training and SRP can significantly improve the efficiency of severe trauma treatments in China.

Nowadays, there is a variety of methods on soil nutrient environment prediction, in order to improve the accuracy of prediction data, more than prediction model can be used. The Jilin province is an important agricultural production area in China. The analysis of the soil nutrition environment is an important theoretical basis for agricultural planting structure. It is play important role to make the food security and agricultural sustainable development strategy. The research results show that the optimal partition number is 8 kinds of nutrient types. From the research results, it can be found the method of principal component and cluster analysis can be successfully applied to classify soils in Jilin province.Not only the partition results can guide sampling, but also provide an important method for accurately predicting the soil nutrition environment in agricultural products.The results can be used to implement variable input and precise fertilization recommendation.

The precision agriculture (PA) is the end product of the modern high tech's information technology and the agricultural production technology union. The soil nutrients are not only an important component of soil research, but also a critical determinant of its productivity. Some soil nutrients spatial distribution pictures were established based on important factors that affect crops production. The soil nutrient situation was understood by the paper in Jilin province black soil. The results can realized some information opening and sharing and helped some farmer and manager to understand some soil nutrient spatial distribution. They can speed up the development of Jilin province’s precision agriculture.

In order to predict the maize yield of changes in the following years for our managers and framers, we have applied a statistical model based on time series analysis. Nowadays, there is a variety of methods on yield prediction in agricultural .In order to prove the accuracy of prediction models, more than prediction model can be used. In the paper, the establishment of ARIMA (2, 1, 1) model was been established by using the timing sequence analysis on yield data. The partition results can not only guide farmer, provide an important method for accurately predicting in agricultural products, and can be used to implement variable input and precise fertilization recommendation.

The idea of using time series analysis to predict product is not new. At present, there are many food resources prediction and evaluation, and in the agricultural research it is prediction good method of international popular food like method, remote sensing prediction method, multiple regression and other methods to predict yield. In this paper, the main production data is used in Jilin province in recent decades, the application of time series analysis method of comparative study, in order to serve agriculture and choose a more accurate prediction of time series model in recent years of maize yield in Jilin province. The results showed that ARIMA (2,1,1) could correctly simulate and forecast the products of maize, providing an important method for accurately predicting the yield in formation of agricultural products.

the food forecast is very important for grain production, adjusting the important theoretical basis for grain planting structure, making the food security and agricultural sustainable development strategy. In order to solve the insufficiency of the traditional model selection criteria in practical application, the relationship between the quantity of consumption and time, time series forecasting models of food grain consumption per capita in China. The results showed that, two timing the predictive fitting statistical index model is highly significant, by applying the model to the data of inside forecast more accurate prediction results, but because of many influence factors, its accuracy to be tested time and actual.

This research used the method of rough set and decision tree in data mining, building the evaluation model of soil fertility, to evaluate NongAn of Jilin province farmland productivity. Results show that the NongAn of arable land is divided into six grades, the fertility of grade one to six account for 6.77%, 14.29%, 23.78%, 23.51%, 20.13%, and 11.54% respectively. The farmland productivity difference is significant. The evaluation model of the evaluation results are in conformity with actual farmland productivity NongAn, avoiding the evaluation differences caused by the subjective factor, can effectively improve the soil fertility level classification accuracy and objectivity.

This paper proposes an improved K-means algorithm density algorithm to optimize the initial clustering center selection algorithm based on K, the most far away to each other in high density region point as the initial cluster center. Experiments show that, the improved K-means algorithm can eliminate the dependence on the initial cluster center; the clustering result has been greatly improved.

In order to realize the real-time monitoring of crop growth environment, this paper applied the Java JDK 6 + Eclipse 3.5, developed agricultural remote data collection system based on zigbee, greenhouse planting of crops growth environment parameters, such as air temperature, humidity and so on, with all kinds of sensor dynamic collection, and transmitted to the user through the network client terminal. This makes agricultural personnel through the terminal computer real time control of the growth environment of crops, can take timely control measures, has realized the remote, multiobjective agricultural information, the parameters of the real-time acquisition, display, storage, query, statistics, and other functions, provides a effective way for the agricultural informatization construction.

In this paper was proposed to use latent semantic indexing technology in agricultural knowledge questions and answers system in accordance with the current condition of agricultural knowledge resources in JILIN province and the problems existing in the agricultural knowledge questions and answers system and professional work process. This technology can enhance or reduce the influence on the semantic in the document and can more clear the semantic relationships, retrieve the natural language to some extent, eliminate the interference from identity and polysemantics and obtain better search results.

Soil nutrient level is an important factor affecting the yield of corn, to find out the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium on maize yield, analysis of bivariate correlation in SPSS based on the relationship between nutrient content, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium in the plot and each plot yield directly was analyzed, the experimental results show that it doesn't matter: P, K and the yield of corn, corn yield and nitrogen related.

This paper mainly analyzes the effects of solar storms on GPS measurement errors. Solar storms produce a lot of charged particles, which makes the electron density in ionosphere increase, and in further affects the ionosphere delay errors. Ionosphere delay errors are one of the main sources of GPS measurement error, which is a direct impact on measurement precision of GPS. GPS distance errors are caused by ionosphere delay errors. In the case of solar storms, dual frequency observation cannot completely remove ionosphere delay, so in measurement process appropriate methods will be used to reduce errors in GPS measurement, for example, during the observation in the night and increased observation period. By comparing and analyzing the GPS observation data in solar storms and under normal conditions with GAMIT/GLOBK software, a conclusion is made in this paper that observing in the night and the increased observation period can reduce the GPS measurement errors.

In this paper, we fabricated the 4-aminobenzenethiol modified gold nanoparticles onto polymer spheres as SERS substrate to selectively detect 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) explosives. The gold nanoseeds were fixed on polymer surface by reduction of HAuCl4·3H2O with sodium citrate. About 60~100nm nanoparticles were formed from the previous seeds and self-assembled by 4-aminobenzenethiol. The functionalized gold nanopartilces aggregation coated on large polymer sphere surface not only absorbed more TNT molecules via conjugation system, but also generated numerous "hot spots". It was demonstrated that this substrate displayed high SERS activity for TNT detection. It could also be anticipated that the aforementioned material would be used for fast and sensitive SERS detection of TNT in real-world situation. This paper adopts statistical learning theory and optimization theory to the analysis of the algorithm theory, probe into its theoretical foundation. The existing theoretical analysis on the basis of the establishment of clustering model algorithm design, code realization and finally a lot of different data set of test, choose soil data as a test database, will be in the database on a large number of data mining experiment to verify the performance of the proposed algorithm. The test result feedback back will further deepen the theoretical research or correct theory already mistakes, new theory and will continue to guide experiments, both mutual promoting common development.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of growth hormone (GH) for hip fractures. Design Based on the principles and methods of Cochrane systematic reviews, we searched the Cochrane Library (2011, 3 issue), PubMed (1966 to October 2011), EMBASE (1974 to October 2011), OVID database (1963 to October 2011), Chinese Bio-medicine database (1978 to October 2011), China Journal Full-text Database (1979 to October 2011), and VIP database (1989 to October 2011). Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of GH treatment for hip fractures were included. We assessed the quality of included trials according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions Version. The Cochrane Collaboration's software RevMan 5.0 was used for meta-analysis. Results 3 RCTs with a total of 162 hip fractures patients were included. Results of GH compared to placebo treatment showed that IGF-I levels significantly increased in the short term, but no significant differences in the long term. Additionally, there was no statistical difference in adverse events. Only one trial reported the measurement of bone mineral content (BMC), which showed that GH group was unchanged while the placebo group lost BMC at both 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Only one study measuring BMC showed no significant differences in the change of the MBI scores between GH group and placebo group; however, the changes from baseline in the hGH group were less than that in the placebo group among the older than 75 years group. Owing to the difference of measurement indexes in those studies, we could not perform a meta-analysis. Conclusions With the low quality of current evidence, GH may be effective in hip fractures. More carefully designed, double-blinded and placebo-controlled randomized trials with large numbers of participants about GH in the treatment of hip fractures are required.

The basic principle is that the control center sends a signal to the laser sensor module, which controls laser tube launching and receives data by laser receiver returning. According to the data of the receiver, the core module synchronously controls servo module and the speed module. The main program uses a PID algorithm by C language.

The teaching model applied in other programming course, and obtained the same good results.

To systematically assess the clinical efficacy of bone morphogenetic proteins in the treatment of open tibial fractures.Based on the principles and methods of Cochrane systematic reviews, the Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE, Chinese Bio-medicine Database, China Journal Full-text Database, VIP database were searched from their establishment to April 2012 in whatever language. Related journals were handsearched as well. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of bone morphogenetic protein for the treatment of open tibial fractures were included. The quality of the included trials according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions Version was assessed. The Cochrane Collaboration's software RevMan 5.1 was used for meta-analysis.Three RCTs totaling 851 patients were included. The results showed that bone morphogenetic protein had no significant differences in fracture healing [RR = 1.16, 95% CI (0.95,1.41), P = 0.15], but lower secondary interventions incidence rate [RR = 0.72, 95% CI (0.58, 0.89), P = 0.003]. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of adverse events of infection [RR = 1.31, 95% CI (0.94, 1.81), P = 0.11] and pain [RR = 0.92, 95% CI (0.79, 1.08), P = 0.30].Bone morphogenetic protein has certain advantages in treating open tibial fractures. It needs more high-quality articles to assess the long-term effect of different courses of treatments. The above conclusion still needs more high-quality randomized controlled trails to be verified owing to the limitations of the number and quality of systematic review included studies.

To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Based on the principles and methods of Cochrane systematic reviews, the authors searched the Cochrane Library (2012, 2 issue), PubMed (1966 to February, 2012), EMBASE (1974 to February, 2012), Chinese Biomedicine Database (1978 to February, 2012), China Journal Full-text Database (1979 to February, 2012), VIP database (1989 to February, 2012), as well as search engine Google Scholar. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy to treat knee osteoarthritis were included. The authors assessed the quality of the included trials according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions Version. The Cochrane Collaboration's software RevMan 5.1 was used for meta-analysis.Five RCTs totaling 331 patients were included. The results showed that compared with placebo control treatment, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy had little clinical benefit in relieving the pain of knee osteoarthritis [WMD=0.12, 95%CI (-0.46,0.69)], reducing morning stiffness time [WMD=0.08, 95%CI (-0.05, 0.21)] and improving the knee function [WMD=-1.16, 95%CI (-4.36, 2.05)]. There were no significant differences between the two groups.The effects of Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy for treating knee osteoarthritis need more powerful trails to be confirmed. The above conclusions still need more high-quality randomized controlled trails to be verified owing to the limitations of the number and the quality of systematic review included studies.

Speech quality of patients with oral or oropharyngeal carcinoma was assessed by perceptual and acoustic-phonetic analyses. Speech recordings of running speech of patients before and 6 and 12 months after treatment for oral or oropharyngeal cancer and of 18 control speakers were evaluated regarding intelligibility, nasality and articulation, which revealed deteriorated speech in 20% of the patients before treatment, and in 75% 6-12 months after treatment. Acoustic analyses comprised formant, duration, perturbation and noise measures of the vowels /i/, /a/, and /u/ and were performed on the speech samples 6 months after treatment and the controls. Patients appeared to have a smaller vowel space compared to controls, which was clearly related to speech intelligibility. Furthermore, voice perturbation appeared to be higher in patients. Although oropharyngeal treatment does not effect the function of the larynx itself, the acoustic coupling between source and filter may effect the smoothness of the voicing characteristics. The presented speech analyses may serve as part of an outcome measurement protocol for assessing efficacy of speech rehabilitation.

To observe the effect of autologous bone marrow stem cell (BMSC) transplantation via the renal artery on renal function recovery following renal ischemic-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rabbits.BMSCs were collected and isolated from rabbits. Twenty-eight rabbits were subjected to renal pedicle clamping for 105 min and randomized subsequently into transplantation group and control group. BMSCs or saline were injected into the kidney via the renal artery, respectively. Before and 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after I/R injury the venous blood was collected to measure the serum levels of SCr and BUN, and the renal tissue was sampled for pathological observation.One and 3 days after I/R injury, serum Cr and BUN levels increased significantly to the highest level in both groups. On the 7th day serum Cr and BUN levels in the transplantation group were lower than those in control group and remained so till the end of the experiment. On the 28th day, the levels of serum Cr (90.1+/-11.1 micromol/L) and BUN (8.0+/-1.5 mmol/L) in the transplantation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (135.6+/-32.5 micromol/L and 10.9+/-2.5 mmol/L, respectively, P0.05). Pathological observation of the renal tissue revealed renal tubular epithelial cell degeneration, necrosis and abscission.BMSC transplantation can accelerate renal function repair after acute tubular necrosis resulting from I/R injury, and decrease serum Cr and BUN levels in early stage following the injury.
