Objective Proper illuminance environment plays an important role in improving the service level of metro stations, ensuring the safety of passenger evacuation and promoting the sustainable development of public transportation. In order to promote the scientific and proper illuminance environment design in metro stations, it is necessary to study the influence of different illuminance environments on passengers′ subjective emotions and visual performance cognition. Method Based on the integration of the eye movement tracking technology, visual performance cognitive evaluation technology, and the three-dimensional emotion evaluation model, a calculation method is proposed, which consists of three evaluation categories and a total of 8 parameters, i.e. eye movement test evaluation, visual performance cognitive evaluation and subjective emotion evaluation. The test process is set up with illuminance as variable and 5 illuminance levels are selected for test research. The relationship model between different illuminances and the parameters of passengers′ subjective emotion and visual performance cognition is constructed. Test results are treated with one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance), correlation analysis and comprehensive analysis. Result & Conclusion The results show that the illuminance has significant effects on passengers′ subjective PAD (pleasantness, arousal, dominance) and visual cognitive performance. Improving passengers′ pleasure and arousal emotions can shorten their visual cognition time. When the illuminance is between 200~230 lx, the passengers′ subjective emotion and visual performance cognition will reach the optimal level.

Under the “dual carbon” strategy aimed at further reducing carbon emissions and improving wind and PV power consumption， this study proposes a low-carbon optimal scheduling strategy for hybrid wind/PV/storage microgrids considering green electricity certificate （GEC） trading and carbon emission constraints. With the goal of minimizing the overall operational costs of the microgrid systems， the GEC trading scenario is considered along with constraints of microgrid operation. Moreover， the cost of carbon emissions is introduced. A low-carbon optimal scheduling model for hybrid wind/PV/storage microgrids considering GEC trading and carbon emission constraints is established. The model is simulated and solved using the YALMIP toolbox in MATLAB and the Gurobi optimizer respectively. The simulation results demonstrate that the model effectively minimizes both the economic costs and carbon emissions of the system， while taking into account environmental benefits. This provides an efficient approach for the low-carbon scheduling of microgrids.

[Objective] To solve the problem of poor manual detection accuracy of traditional grain and chaff separator and improve production efficiency. [Methods] An image detection method based on machine vision was proposed, which realized the feature recognition and separation of grain rough through multi-stage progressive fusion of different image algorithms. The acquired images were selected in the ROI region and enhanced by Retinex algorithm. The Otsu algorithm was used to segment the image, and then the median filtering wwas combined with morphology to remove the image noise. The improved Canny algorithm was used to detect edge features of binary images, and the position information of the contour of the valley rough image was extracted by combining the Hough transform. Finally, the state estimation of the position information was performed by using the Kalman filter, and the best predicted value of the separated position was obtained, while the position offset error was reduced. [Results] The average detection error of the system was 3.14 mm, a decrease of 1.82 mm compared to before filtering, and the average standard deviation of filtering error was 0.8 mm. [Conclusion] This method can effectively detect the grain rough feature information and improve the separation accuracy.

Abstract Aiming at the reasonable width of the narrow coal pillar of a fully mechanized caving face and the safety support of roadway, taking the coal pillar in the section between 110503 and 110505 face of the Yushuling Coal mine as the research background, a model of the hard basic roof fracture structure of fully mechanized caving face is established through theoretical analysis, and the roadway with narrow coal pillar is analyzed mechanically. Combined with the geological conditions of the working face, it is concluded that the low‐stress area is less than 3.29 m. When the internal stress field of the low‐stress environment is considered in the roadway layout, the influence of mining and the essential roof hardness should be considered. The reasonable size of the narrow coal pillar is 3 ~ 6 m, thinking that the load borne by the coal pillar is less than the ultimate strength of the coal pillar. The limit equilibrium theory calculates that the reasonable width of a coal pillar is at least 4 m. The stress and displacement of coal pillars with different widths of 3, 4, 5 and 6 m are analyzed by numerical simulation, and the 4 m narrow coal pillars are simulated and verified. Field industrial tests show that coal pillar and roadway surrounding rock deformation are small under asymmetric surrounding rock control. The research results have been successfully applied to engineering practice and can provide a reference for the research method of narrow coal pillar width under a hard basic roof.

Understanding the intricate relationship between cancer clinicopathological features and anesthetics dosage is crucial for optimizing patient outcomes and safety during surgery. This retrospective study investigates this relationship in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) undergoing video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS). A comprehensive analysis of medical records was undertaken for NSCLC patients who underwent VATS with intravenous compound inhalation general anesthesia. Patients were categorized based on histological, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and epidural anesthesia factors. Statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences between the groups. The results revealed compelling insights. Specifically, patients with lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) undergoing VATS exhibited higher dosages of rocuronium bromide and midazolam during general anesthesia, coupled with a shorter post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) stay compared to those with squamous cell carcinoma (sqCL). Furthermore, chemotherapy patients undergoing VATS demonstrated diminished requirements for phenylephrine and remifentanil in contrast to their non-chemotherapy counterparts. Similarly, radiotherapy patients undergoing VATS demonstrated a decreased necessity for rocuronium bromide compared to non-radiotherapy patients. Notably, patients who received epidural anesthesia in combination with general anesthesia manifested reduced hydromorphone requirements and prolonged hospital stays compared to those subjected to general anesthesia alone. In conclusion, the findings from this study indicate several important observations in diverse patient groups undergoing VATS. The higher dosages of rocuronium bromide and midazolam in LUAD patients point to potential differences in drug requirements among varying lung cancer types. Additionally, the observed shorter PACU stay in LUAD patients suggests a potentially expedited recovery process. The reduced anesthetic requirements of phenylephrine and remifentanilin chemotherapy patients indicate distinct responses to anesthesia and pain management. Radiotherapy patients requiring lower doses of rocuronium bromide imply a potential impact of prior radiotherapy on muscle relaxation. Finally, the combination of epidural anesthesia with general anesthesia resulted in reduced hydromorphone requirements and longer hospital stays, suggesting the potential benefits of this combined approach in terms of pain management and postoperative recovery. These findings highlight the importance of tailoring anesthesia strategies for specific patient populations to optimize outcomes in VATS procedures.

Alumina is a common mineralizer in silica-based ceramic cores, but its promotion or inhibition effects on the crystallization of fused-silica are in contrary conclusions. To explore the effects of different alumina mineralizers on the property and crystallization behavior of silica-based ceramic cores, silica/alumina ceramic cores were fabricated using high-pure alumina and common commercial alumina powders as mineralizers, respectively. The high-pure alumina powders hinder the crystallization of cristobalite, but the common alumina powders promote the crystallization behavior. The common alumina powders have larger amounts of impurities than that of high-pure alumina powders, including alkali oxides and alkaline-earth oxides, which highly decrease the crystallization activation energy and promote the crystallization of cristobalite. There is significant difference in the effects of two alumina mineralizers on the linear shrinkage rate, densification, and mechanical properties of ceramic cores. Due to the common alumina powders promoting the crystallization and sintering densification of silica glass, the resistance of creep deformation is improved. When the content of common alumina powders is 5% (mass fraction), the ceramic cores exhibit superior performance, including linear shrinkage of 0.63%, room-temperature flexture strength of 20.2 MPa, and deflection of 0.23 mm via double cantilever beam method at 1540 ℃/0.5 h, meeting the requirement for precision casting.

Edible vegetable oils could provide energy, essential fatty acids and various micronutrients required in the body. However, vegetable oils, being rich in unsaturated fatty acids, are susceptible to oxidation to produce a series of oxidation products that are harmful to health after consumption, due to environmental factors during processing and storage. Therefore, this paper introduced the causes of oxidation in edible vegetable oils, the mechanism of lipid autoxidation, the main oxidation pathways and the hazards of oil oxidation, and the research progress of antioxidation on edible vegetable oils were also reviewed, including low-temperature storage, gas-conditioned storage and adding single or combined antioxidants. Meanwhile, the current problems on the lipid oxidation and the antioxidant measures in edible vegetable oils were discussed. This work could be expected to provide some references for the researches focusing on the oxidative stability of edible vegetable oils.

Laser photocoagulation is one of the important methods for treating retinal diseases, and retinal laser technology continues to advance. For decades, researchers have been striving to find a laser treatment that can minimize tissue damage while achieving optimal results. With low toxicity, low scattering light, strong penetrating power, small compared with the traditional laser damage, light reaction and no pain, the 577 nm subthreshold micropulse laser(SML)turns this goal into reality and ushers in a new era of laser treatment for fundus diseases. This article reviews the concept, mechanism, related parameters and clinical application progress of 577 nm SML in a variety of retinal diseases, aiming to provide references for clinical treatments.

Mixtures of maltodextrin (MD), egg yolk protein (EYP), Manchurian walnut protein isolate (MWPI) and soybean protein isolate (SPI) in different proportions were used as wall materials to prepare Manchurian walnut oil microcapsules by spray drying. The micromorphology, thermal stability, storage stability and antioxidant stability of microcapsules were analyzed. The results showed that the encapsulation efficiency of microcapsules prepared with MWPI was 73.68%, with an intact and dense structure, indicating that Manchurian walnut oil was successfully encapsulated in and protected by the microcapsules. The microcapsule powder had good flowability and solubility. The MWPI microcapsules lost only 5.48% of its initial mass under programmed heating conditions (10 ℃/min, up to 150 ℃), which was much lower than that of SPI microcapsules (10.3%), thereby being more able to meet the requirements of most thermally processed products. Microencapsulation obviously slowed down the oxidation rate of Manchurian walnut oil and improved its storage stability. The antioxidant experiments demonstrated that microencapsulation could effectively improve the antioxidant stability of active ingredients in Manchurian walnut oil. Therefore, this study demonstrated MWPI to be an excellent microcapsule wall material by evaluating its performance, which will expand the range of selection of protein-based wall materials, and provide a new idea for the application of walnut protein isolate resources to improve the added value of Manchurian walnut.

Allene oxide synthase (AOS) is a key enzyme involved in the jasmonic acid (JA) synthesis pathway in plants. To explore its function on the regulatory mechanism of JA synthesis, we screened and identified two AOS genes HvnAOS1 and HvnAOS2 in qingke. Both HvnAOS1 and HvnAOS2 contained conserved heme-binding motif, which is most closely related to AtsAOS2, indicating controlled dehydration of fatty acid hydroperoxides to allene oxides. Molecular docking simulations identified the key amino acid sites that were important for heme binding and interaction with 13(S)-HPOT, respectively. The expression pattern also indicated that HvnAOS1 and HvnAOS2 were highly induced by JA, abscisic acid, and salicylic acid. Subcellular localization of HvnAOS1 and HvnAOS2 using transient expression of Agrobacterium tumefaciens showed the green fluorescent protein signal in the cell cytoplasm of the N. benthamiana leaves. Overexpression of HvnAOS1 and HvnAOS2 in Arabidopsis aos mutant restored male fertility and plant resistance to Botrytis cinerea, indicating that HvnAOS1 and HvnAOS2 can restore the functions of AOS in Arabidopsis aos mutant.

The closed-cycle process will generate a large number of radioactive aerosols, and its high humidity, high acidity, and high radioactivity lead to rapid failure and high replacement frequency of glass fiber high-efficiency filters. In order to solve the above problems, hydrophobic modification of the traditional glass fiber filter material was proposed to improve its tolerance to severe conditions. The low surface energy modifier (polydimethylsiloxane) was used to realize the chemical hydrophobicity of filter material. The microstructure was constructed by introducing SiO2 nanoparticles to further improve hydrophobicity. The modification effect was analyzed by means of SEM, FTIR and contact angle measuring instrument, and the filtration performance of the modified filter material was further studied. The research results show that the modification can effectively improve the hydrophobicity of the glass fiber filter material and improve its moisture resistance. The static contact angle of the simply chemically modified filter material can reach 146°, and the modified filter material after the introduction of SiO2 nanoparticles exhibit an angle of more than 150°. When the mass fraction of polydimethylsiloxane and SiO2 nanoparticles is 2.0% and 0.5%, respectively, the corresponding filter material GF-PS-0.5 shows the best acid resistance, which is mainly due to the synergy of chemical hydrophobicity and microstructural hydrophobicity. The hydrophobicity of GF-PS-0.5 remains stable after a sufficient amount of γ-irradiation, indicating its good radiation resistance. The modified filter material maintains excellent filtration performance, and the filtration efficiency exceeds 99.99%. The modification process can improve the tolerance of the glass fiber filter material without influencing the filtration performance, showing a good application prospect.

Objective To analyze the factors related to early allograft dysfunction (EAD) after liver transplantation and to construct a predictive model. Methods A total of 375 patients who underwent liver transplantation in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2021 were collected, including 90 patients with EAD and 266 patients without EAD.Thirty items of baseline data for the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.After grouping in a ratio of 7:3, univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used in the training set to evaluate the factors related to EAD and construct a nomogram.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, decision curve analysis (DCA), sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, Kappa value and other indicators were used to evaluate the model performance. Results The incidence of EAD after liver transplantation was 24%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative tumor recurrence history (OR=3.15, 95%CI: 1.28~7.77, P=0.013) and operation time (OR=1.22, 95%CI: 1.04~1.42, P=0.015) were related to the occurrence of EAD after surgery.After predicting the outcome according to the cut-off point of 0.519 identified by the Youden index, the model performance in the both training set and validation set was acceptable.DCA suggested the model has good clinical applicability. Conclusion The risk factors for EAD after liver transplantation are preoperative tumor recurrence history and operation time, and the established model has predictive effect on prognosis.

Summary: Background: Atraumatic subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) is associated with high morbidity and mortality. Proposed mechanisms for red blood cell (RBC) clearance from the subarachnoid space (SAS) are erythrolysis, erythrophagocytosis or through efflux along cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) drainage routes. We aimed to elucidate the mechanisms of RBC clearance from the SAS to identify targetable efflux pathways. Methods: Autologous fluorescently-labelled RBCs along with PEGylated 40 kDa near-infrared tracer (P40D800) were infused via the cisterna magna (i.c.m.) in female reporter mice for lymphatics or for resident phagocytes. Drainage pathways for RBCs to extracranial lymphatics were evaluated by in vivo and in situ near-infrared imaging and by immunofluorescent staining on decalcified cranial tissue or dural whole-mounts. Findings: RBCs drained to the deep cervical lymph nodes 15 min post i.c.m. infusion, showing similar dynamics as P40D800 tracer. Postmortem in situ imaging and histology showed perineural accumulations of RBCs around the optic and olfactory nerves. Numerous RBCs cleared through the lymphatics of the cribriform plate, whilst histology showed no relevant fast RBC clearance through dorsal dural lymphatics or by tissue-resident macrophage-mediated phagocytosis. Interpretation: This study provides evidence for rapid RBC drainage through the cribriform plate lymphatic vessels, whilst neither fast RBC clearance through dorsal dural lymphatics nor through spinal CSF efflux or phagocytosis was observed. Similar dynamics of P40D800 and RBCs imply open pathways for clearance that do not impose a barrier for RBCs. This finding suggests further evaluation of the cribriform plate lymphatic function and potential pharmacological targeting in models of SAH. Bone defect repair and tumor recurrence are the main challenges in the postoperative treatment of bone tumors. The incorporation of zoledronate (ZOL) into scaffolds presents a promising approach, attributed to its osteogenic and anti-tumor properties. However, there are still some unfavorable factors that make it difficult to eradicate tumor cells at the surgical site, including drug rapid release, the insufficient anti-tumor efficacy of ZOL and the multidrug resistance of chemotherapy. Herein, a novel nano drug delivery platform mesoporous silicon-coated graphene oxide (GO/MSN) and ZOL loaded nanoparticle (GO/MSN-ZOL) were developed. Then PLLA/ GO/MSN-ZOL scaffold that integrates photothermal therapy (PTT) and chemotherapy was fabricated using poly (L-lactic acid) as raw materials by selective laser sintering (SLS) technology. The GO not only imparted scaffold with photothermal properties for localized tumor cell ablation but also significantly enhanced its anti-tumor efficacy through synergistic effects in combination with chemotherapy. The mesoporous structure and large specific surface area of MSN contribute to the sustained release of ZOL. Additionally, GO could promote osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), which in combine with ZOL’s osteoclast inhibition, enhances the bone repair capacity. This study offers a straightforward and promising strategy for treating tumor-related bone defects.

This study explored the regulatory role of bta-miR-149–3p in the inflammatory response induced by microcystin-leucine arginine (MC-LR) exposure in bovine Sertoli cells. The research endeavored to enhance the comprehension of the epigenetic mechanisms underlying MC-LR-induced cytotoxicity in Sertoli cells and establish a foundation for mitigating these effects in vitro. In this study, we elucidated the regulatory mechanism of bta-miR-149–3p in the MC-LR-induced inflammatory response by verifying the target gene of bta-miR-149–3p through luciferase assays and treating the cells with a bta-miR-149–3p inhibitor for 24 h. The results demonstrate that nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) acts as a downstream target gene of bta-miR-149–3p, which inhibits the MC-LR-induced inflammatory response in bovine Sertoli cells. This inhibition occurs by regulating the downregulation of tight junction constitutive proteins of the blood-testis barrier (BTB) through the suppression of the TLR-4/NF-κB signaling pathway (p < 0.05) and the up-regulation of the adhesion junction protein β-catenin (p < 0.05). Notably, MC-LR exposure resulted in the up-regulation (p < 0.05) of inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, IL-1β, and NLRP3) and the down-regulation (p < 0.05) of BTB tight junction constitutive proteins (ZO-1, Occludin) in Sertoli cells. Furthermore, the BTB constitutive protein ZO-1 exhibited significant down-regulation in Sertoli cells pretreated with the bta-miR-149–3p inhibitor compared to controls (p < 0.05), while Occludin showed no significant difference from CTNNB1 (p > 0.05). In summary, our findings suggest that bta-miR-149–3p suppresses the MC-LR-induced inflammatory response and alterations in the expression of BTB proteins in bovine Sertoli cells by inhibiting the TLR-4/NF-κB signaling pathway.

[Objective] Achieving a rapid, sensitive, and visual detection of 6-benzylaminopurine （6-BA） residues in vegetables. [Methods] Based on the peroxidase-like activity and specific recognition of Fe3O4 magnetic molecularly imprinted nanoparticles （Fe3O4 MMIP NPs）, a simple, rapid and highly selective colorimetric method was established to detect 6-BA residues in vegetables. [Results] Fe3O4 MMIP NPs exhibits optimal peroxidase-like catalytic activity at pH 4.0, 0.02 mol/L TMB, 0.02 mol/L H2O2 and a reaction time of 5 min. 6-BA showed a good linear relationship with the difference between the blank and the sample absorbance value in the mass concentration range of 1~300 ng/mL with a limit of detection at 0.697 ng/mL. The method was successfully applied to the detection of 6-BA residues in vegetables （cucumber, tomato, bean sprouts, mung bean sprouts）. The recovery rate was 83.47%~106.76%, with a relative standard deviation of 0.37%~5.66%. In addition, Fe3O4 MMIP NPs could still maintain good catalytic activity after 60 days of storage at 4 ℃. [Conclusion] The colorimetric method for the detection of 6-BA based on Fe3O4 MMIP NPs has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, economy, and can be used for the detection of 6-BA residues in vegetables, which has certain reliability and practicability.

In order to adapt to the changes in the consumption structure of aquatic products in our country, the future consumption trend of aquatic products is studied and judged, in order to play an academic supporting role for the overall planning and scientific layout of aquatic products consumption market in China. In this paper, 9 typical indicators of population structure, import and export level, development level and consumption level are selected for principal component analysis, and BP neural network model is constructed to predict the consumption trend of aquatic products in China from 2023 to 2035. The results show that in the “14th Five-Year Plan”, “15th Five-Year Plan” and an even longer period of time, the apparent consumption of aquatic products in China has a large room for improvement, which is expected to increase to 90 444 000 tons in 2035. In order to ensure the effective supply of aquatic products and meet the needs of aquatic product consumption upgrading, suggestions were put forward to further explore aquatic product resources, improve aquatic product consumption promotion policies, strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure and the development of government-led industries, so as to further meet the needs of residents for a better life.

Gastric cancer is an epidemic malignancy that is commonly diagnosed at the late stage. Evidence has elucidated that RAD54B exerts a crucial role in the progress of various tumors, but its specific role and mechanism in gastric cancer remain gloomy.

Background/Aim. High-grade glioma (HGG) is an interstitial cell-derived primary tumor of the nervous system. The current guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of glioma recommend the maximum safe range of tumor resection for treatment methods. Adjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy is recommended after surgery, followed by six cycles of single-drug chemotherapy, temozolomide. Evaluation of the early efficacy of concurrent chemoradio-therapy after HGG surgery, especially for patients with a high risk of recurrence, is a crucial step in enhancing the treatment efficiency for patients diagnosed with HGG. In this study, we investigated the clinical utility of magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopy (MRS) in assessing the early curing impact of concurrent chemoradiotherapy following HGG surgery. Methods. A total of 50 patients with incomplete resection or suspected residual postoperative HGG, treated in the radiotherapy department of our hospital between January 2016 and June 2021, were selected for routine concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Conventional MR imaging and MRS were performed one week prior to treatment and one month after treatment to assess changes in specific brain metabolites. All 50 patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. Based on the follow-up results, the patients were divided into two groups: the tumor recurrence group and the tumor suppression group. One month after the end of the treatment, the differences in levels of brain metabolites between the two groups were analyzed using MRS. Results. The levels of N-acetylaspartate (NAA) and creatine (Cr) increased after radiotherapy, while choline (Cho) peak value, and Cho/Cr, NAA/Cr, and Cho/NAA ratios decreased compared to pre-treatment levels. There were statistically significant differences in the NAA peak value, and Cho/Cr, and Cho/NAA ratios in the tumor enhancement area before and after treatment (p < 0.05). There were also statistically significant differences in Cho/Cr ratio in the peritumoral edema area before and after treatment (p < 0.05). Conclusion. After concurrent chemoradiotherapy, MRS can be used to detect early metabolic changes in the tumor enhancement and peritumoral edema areas of HGG.

Objective: To systematically evaluate the incidence and risk factors of immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated pneumonia (CIP) in patients with lung cancer. Methods: The literature evaluating the incidence of CIP and its influencing factors in lung cancer patients were searched, in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), CNKI Database, WanFang Database, VIP Chinese Biomedical Journal Database, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, EBSCOhost, Medline and CINAHL Database from the construction of the library to June 30, 2022. Stata 17.0 software was applied to perform a Meta-analysis of the incidence and risk factors of CIP. Results: A total of 19 articles were included, involving 3 101 patients with lung cancer. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total incidence of CIP in lung cancer patients was 18% (95%CI:0.14-0.21). Subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of CIP was higher in patients with lung cancer reported in 2021 and 2022, Asian countries and case-control studies. Risk factors included prior chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, prior interstitial pulmonary disease, performance status (PS) score≥2 points and combination therapy. Conclusion: The incidence of CIP is high in lung cancer patients and the occurrence of CIP is affected by many factors. Clinical medical staff should strengthen the identification and screening of risk factors, and intervene early to avoid serious consequences.

Objective To explore the prognostic value and immune infiltration landscape of anoikis-related long noncoding RNAs (arlncRNAs) in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods RNA-seq and clinical data of lung adenocarcinoma were downloaded from the TCGA database, and anoikis-related genes were obtained from the GeneCards and Harmonizome databases. Coexpression, differential, and WGCNA analyses were performed to screen differentially expressed arlncRNAs closely related to the occurrence of lung adenocarcinoma. A prognostic risk model was then constructed based on the arlncRNAs, and its predictive efficacy was further validated. Finally, consensus clustering was used to identify the molecular subtypes associated with anoikis in lung adenocarcinoma. Results Seven prognostic arlncRNAs were identified, and the prognostic risk models established based on them had AUC values of ROC curves greater than 0.7. Survival and immune infiltration analyses revealed that low-risk patients had high overall survival and immune infiltration, implying that they experienced good immune treatment effects. Drug sensitivity analysis showed that the high-risk patients were more sensitive to commonly used chemotherapeutic agents than the low-risk patients. According to the expression of model genes, subtypes C1 and C2 were identified through consensus clustering, and C1 showed a good prognosis. Conclusion The prognostic risk model based on the seven arlncRNAs can effectively predict the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients. The results of immune-related and drug sensitivity analyses provide a reference for the precise individualized treatment of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.

In order to explore the effects of house warehouse storage on fungal community diversity of imported soybean, Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing was employed to analyze the fungal community structure and diversity of newly harvested imported high oil soybean for 3 months with periodic sampling for moisture determination. The result demonstrated that the fungal communities in different storage periods in the high oil soybean belonged to 4 phyla, 9 classes, 14 orders, 15 families, 21 genera and 19 species in accordance with the 97% sequence similarity level. The four dominant phyla of soybean in different storage periods were Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Mortierellomyco and Mucoromycota. At the species level, classification statistical analysis showed that the 10 strains with relatively high abundance presented an increasing trend with the extension of storage time (C47>B47>A47). In addition, quarantine pathogenic fungus gibberella were found. Through the analysis of Ven map and Beta diversity, it was found that the fungal community structure of soybean samples in the first two storage periods was relatively similar. The fungal community structure of soybean samples in the third storage period was significantly different from that in the first two storage periods with the storage of house warehouse. It could be concluded that the fungal community diversity of soybean samples in the third storage period not only increased significantly, but also experienced obvious succession of fungal community structure.

The proportion of human isolates with reduced neuraminidase inhibitors (NAIs) susceptibility in highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H7N9 virus was high. These drug-resistant strains showed good replication capacity without serious loss of fitness. In the presence of oseltamivir, R229I substitution were found in HA1 region of the HPAI H7N9 virus before NA R292K appeared. HPAI H7N9 or H7N9/PR8 recombinant viruses were developed to study whether HA R229I could increase the fitness of the H7N9 virus bearing NA 292K. Replication efficiency was assessed in MDCK or A549 cells. Neuraminidase enzyme activity and receptor-binding ability were analyzed. Pathogenicity in C57 mice was evaluated. Antigenicity analysis was conducted through a two-way HI test, in which the antiserum was obtained from immunized ferrets. Transcriptomic analysis of MDCK infected with HPAI H7N9 24hpi was done. It turned out that HA R229I substitution from oseltamivir induction in HA1 region increased (1) replication ability in MDCK(P < 0.05) and A549(P < 0.05), (2) neuraminidase enzyme activity, (3) binding ability to both α2,3 and α2,6 receptor, (4) pathogenicity to mice(more weight loss; shorter mean survival day; viral titer in respiratory tract, P < 0.05; Pathological changes in pneumonia), (5) transcriptome response of MDCK, of the H7N9 virus bearing NA 292K. Besides, HA R229I substitution changed the antigenicity of H7N9/PR8 virus (>4-fold difference of HI titre). It indicated that through the fine-tuning of HA-NA balance, R229I increased the fitness and changed the antigenicity of H7N9 virus bearing NA 292K. Public health attention to this mechanism needs to be drawn.

Radiation therapy is a common treatment modality for patients with malignant tumors of the head and neck, chest and axilla. However, radiotherapy inevitably causes damage to normal tissues at the irradiated site, among which damage to the brachial plexus nerve(BP) is a serious adverse effect in patients receiving radiation therapy in the scapular or axillary regions, with clinical manifestations including abnormal sensation, neuropathic pain, and dyskinesia, etc. These adverse effects seriously reduce the living quality of patients and pose obstacles to their prognosis. Therefore, it is important to elucidate the mechanism of radiation induced brachial plexus injury (RIBP) which remains unclear. Current studies have shown that the pathways of radiation-induced BP injury can be divided into two categories: direct injury and indirect injury, and the indirect injury is closely related to the inflammatory response, microvascular damage, cytokine production and other factors causing radiation-induced fibrosis. In this review, we summarize the underlying mechanisms of RIBP occurrence and possible effective methods to prevent and treat RIBP.

Objective: To reduce loss of lamb meat during mechanical cutting. Methods: Using a gantry-type ultra-high-pressure pure water jet cutting platform, different parameters were selected for testing according to different parts of the lamb carcass. Compared the cutting effects, identified the appropriate cutting parameters, and analyzed the cutting losses. Results: The experiments were conducted on several aspects such as room temperature lamb, frozen lamb, lamb chops, lamb spine, lamb legs, lamb neck, and bone removal for meat extraction. The effects of different parts of the lamb carcass and different experimental parameters on the cutting effect were clarified. Conclusion: The adaptability of pure water jet cutting to different parts of lamb carcass varies. Pure water jet cutting of frozen lamb, lamb chops, lamb spine, and bone removal can achieve good results with minimal loss. However, the cutting effect on normal temperature lamb, leg, neck, and other parts is not good, and further experiments are needed.

A colorimetric method for the determination of the peroxide value (POV) of edible vegetable oils was established based on the peroxidase-like catalytic activity of Fe3O4@COOH nanoenzyme. For five edible vegetable oils (corn oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, and soybean oil), POV over the range of 0–0.3 g/100 g exhibited a good linear relationship with absorbance values. The proposed method could accurately detect the POV of edible vegetable oils oxidized in three different ways (ultraviolet lamp irradiation, oven heating and natural oxidation). The differences between the POV determined by this method and the national standard method for 25 oil samples were less than 0.05, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) for corn oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, and soybean oil were 6.13 %, 5.84 %, 6.82 %, 3.62 % and 5.75 %, respectively, indicating good practicability of the colorimetric method. This study provides a fast and convenient method for determining the POV of edible pure vegetable oils.

In the vehicle to infrastructure communication, the millimeter wave beam width is narrow and user equipment mobility is high. Therefore, effective millimeter wave beam selection is a key and challenging task. Aiming at the problem of high overhead in the beam search process, this paper proposes a millimeter-wave beam selection algorithm based on radar and location information. The proposed algorithm trains a neural network structure on the lidar and beam tracking channel datasets using the Top-k classification metric. It also predicts the best beam pair using the Global Context Net (GCNet) model. The simulation results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is significantly improved in the classification and recognition accuracy. At the same time, it only needs to search 5 beams to approach the performance of the exhaustive search, which greatly reduces the beam search overhead.

Impatiens is rich in germplasm resources, with more than 260 species in China. A study on the pollen micromorphology of Impatiens by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the pollen characteristics were richly diverse, and there was some correlation among the characteristics. In addition, the micromorphological index can be used for an effective cluster analysis of Impatiens. However, there was high interspecific similarity in some Impatiens, and the classification of Impatiens cannot be accurate to the species using pollen characteristics. Based on the classification conditions of Impatiens, the characteristics of the pollen structure were found to be useful to classify Impatiens into subgenera or smaller groups. The macroscopic characteristics and the number of sepals (NS) were used as references, which enabled the conclusion that there were 11 indices in the pollen micromorphological index, and the taxonomic effect was greater than the NS. In summary, the pollen micromorphology of Impatiens plays an important role in the classification of Impatiens. The purpose of this study was to explore this characteristic of Impatiens, which has some reference significance to supplement the pollen characteristics and palynological classification of Impatiens. The goal for this research was to aid in the interspecific identification and genetic breeding of Impatiens.

The crystallization process of hydrothermally synthesizing niobium oxide nanorods with ammonium niobium oxalate precursor was investigated using 93Nb NMR, combined with X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and quantum chemistry calculations. The results showed that the hydrothermal crystallization of ammonium niobium oxalate underwent a hydrolysis-polymerization reaction, starting with the hydrolysis of ammonium niobium oxalate, followed by the polymerization of the niobium-oxide monomers by condensation, resulting in dimers, trimers and multimers, and finally generating solid niobium oxide nanorods with disordered intra-layer and ordered inter-layer structures. The mechanism of crystallization process is “liquid phase nucleation”, with the layer-structured niobium oxide nanorods being produced within 1 h at 180 ℃. The subsequent hydrothermal treatment does not lead to significant growth of the nanorods, and new solid products are continuously generated independently from the solution.

Objective To investigate the current status of nutritional literacy and influencing factors in patients with age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods A total of 240 AMD patients were subjected with convenience sampling from a tertiary-level hospital in Chongqing from July 2022 to February 2023.General information questionnaire, Nutritional Literacy Scale, Nutritional Self-Efficacy Scale, Comprehension Social Support Scale, Health Beliefs Scale, Anxiety and Depression Scale, Chinese Version of Visual Function Questionnaire, Simple Coping Styles Scale, and nutritional knowledge about AMD were used to survey these patients. Results The score of Nutritional Literacy Scale was 142(113, 162).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that per capita monthly family income, visual function, depression, nutritional self-efficacy, and nutritional knowledge related to AMD were the influencing factors for nutritional literacy (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nutritional literacy level of AMD patients is quite low.The AMD patients with high per capita monthly family income, better visual function, less depression, good nutritional self-efficacy, and better nutritional knowledge related to AMD have better nutrient-literate.

BackgroundThe floating nuclear power plant (FNPP) is a vital energy supply method for future ocean exploitation and island construction. The typical fuel type of FNPP is similar to the onshore nuclear power plant, i.e., the rod bundle fuel assembly. Due to the effect of ocean waves and wind, the FNNP would be in continuous motion. Rolling is one of the most common types of motion. It can induce the periodical change of the inertial force field of the coolant and the change of flow and heat transfer characteristics of the rod bundle channel. Coupling with neutronic and thermohydraulic, as a result, the operation characteristics, safety, and economics of the FNPP can be affected.PurposeThis study aims to investigate the impact of neutronic-thermo-hydraulic coupling on natural circulation characteristics with the rod bundle channel under rolling motion condition.MethodsA natural circulation system with a 5×5 square array basic rod bundles channel was taken as research object, and it was designed and built on a mechanical rolling platform. Then, based on the point reactor kinetic model, the coupling of neutronic-thermohydraulic-motion was achieved by real-time data acquisition of thermal parameters and calculation of real-time nuclear power, and the effects of fuel temperature feedback and coolant temperature feedback on single-phase natural circulation were considered. Finally, an experimental study on the low-pressure single-phase natural circulation under rolling motion condition was carried out.ResultsUnder static conditions, neutronic-thermo-hydraulic coupling makes the power fluctuate slightly, reactivity and power fluctuation amplitude increase with the increase of temperature feedback coefficient. When the feedback coefficient is lower than -5×10-4 ℃-1, fuel temperature feedback has a greater impact on power than coolant temperature feedback. Increasing the fuel temperature feedback coefficient reduces system stability. Under rolling motion conditions, the smaller the rolling amplitude or the shorter the rolling period, the smaller the amplitude of the introduced power fluctuations. During the initiation of the rolling motion, neutronic-thermo-hydraulic coupling significantly increases 50% of the time for the system to establish a new stable circulation.ConclusionsThese results provide a valuable application for further investigations of the FNNP's design and validation.

Background Antibody-based platforms (i.e., ADC) have emerged as one of the most encouraging tools for the cancer resistance caused by cancer stem cells (CSCs) enrichment. Our study might provide a promising therapeutic direction against drug resistance and serve as a potential precursor platform for screening ADC. Methods The cell migration, invasion, drug resistance, and self-renewal were assessed by the cell invasion and migration assay, wound healing assay, CCK-8 assay, colony formation assay, and sphere formation assay, respectively. The expression profiles of CSCs (ALDH+ and CD44+) subpopulations were screened by flow cytometry. The western blot and cell immunofluorescence assay were used to evaluate pathway-related protein expression in both anti-ENO1 antibody, MET combined with DPP/CTX-treated CSCs. Results In the present study, western blot and flow cytometry verified that anti-ENO1 antibody target the CD44+ subpopulation by inhibiting the PI3K/AKT pathway, while metformin might target the ALDH+ subpopulation through activation of the AMPK pathway and thus reverse drug resistance to varying degrees. Subsequently, in vitro investigation indicated that anti-ENO1 antibody, metformin combined with cisplatin/cetuximab could simultaneously target ALDH+ and CD44+ subpopulations. The combination also inhibited the CSCs proliferation, migration, invasion, and sphere formation; which may result in overcoming the drug resistance. Then, molecular mechanism exploration verified that the anti-ENO1 antibody, metformin combined with cisplatin/cetuximab inhibited the Wnt/β-catenin signaling. Conclusions The study preliminarily revealed anti-ENO1 antibody combined with metformin could overcome drug resistance against CSCs by inhibiting the Wnt//β-catenin pathway and might serve as a potential precursor platform for screening ADC. More importantly, it is reasonably believed that antibody-based drug combination therapy might function as an encouraging tool for oncotherapy.

Structured light refers to an optical field with modulated phase and amplitude, characterized by distinct spatial patterns. It has applications in optical manipulation, 3D imaging, remote sensing, and communications. The Generalized Lorenz-Mie Theory (GLMT) extends foundational Mie theory to accommodate complex structured lights, enabling precise characterization of structured light-particle interactions. GLMT has emerged as a central theoretical framework for analyzing interactions between spherical particles and arbitrary structured light. This paper introduces ABSphere, simulation software utilizing GLMT to model structured light-spherical particle interactions. It then comprehensively reviews representative structured lights, including Laguerre–Gaussian, Bessel, and Airy beams, elucidating their interactions with spherical particles. Understanding structured light scattering behavior is crucial for elucidating underlying interaction mechanisms with spherical particles. The paper also emphasizes the significance of modeling structured light scattering by particles and discusses future directions for ABSphere software. Through continuous theoretical refinements and advancements, deeper understanding of structured light-particle interaction mechanisms can be achieved, enabling innovations in optical applications and technologies.

This study focuses on the textual value of business Japanese literary translations. By employing multimodal analysis, this paper extracts distinctive text features. It incorporates feature layer fusion to seamlessly integrate features from various modalities using an attention mechanism. These integrated features are then processed by a multilayer perceptron, which aids in classifying text-based emotions and extracting relevant emotional data. A specific research case has been selected to explore the communicative and emotional impact of translated texts from the audience’s perspective. The results show that in different modalities, the mean value of the print path is the highest (4.4056), and the movie and television path is the lowest (4.0749) in terms of audience preference. The book’s content is the primary focus of the audience. In terms of emotional value, the audience not only thinks about the obvious thoughts about “life (64)”, “love (143)”, and “sacrifice (74)” in the story but also about “faith” under these thoughts. Faith”, “humanity,” “justice,” “salvation,” and “betrayal,” “betrayal”.

As artificial intelligence (AI) matures, it presents challenges and opportunities for music education in higher education. This study investigates how AI can facilitate integrating and transmitting China’s rich traditional culture within modern music pedagogy. Utilizing literature review, surveys, and experimental teaching, our research demonstrates that AI enhances teaching efficiency and significantly boosts students’ engagement with traditional culture—evidenced by a 30% increase in their understanding and appreciation of traditional music compared to conventional methods. AI technology emerges as a powerful tool for preserving and digitalizing traditional music, thus sparking students’ interest and fostering a deeper connection with their cultural heritage. This paper suggests that AI can significantly improve music teaching quality and efficiency, offering a novel approach to artistic education and heritage preservation.

The bulkhead additional thrust during shield tunneling, the force of friction between shield and soil, and the additional grouting pressure can cause additional stress in the surrounding soil, thereby disturbing existing buildings and structures. However, few studies focused on the disturbance situation when the shield tunneling machine approaches the receiving well. If the additional stress and deformation of the receiving well are too excessive, it could result in the collapse of the receiving well. Based on the two-stage method, this study derived the calculation formula of the additional stress and deformation of the receiving well enclosure structure caused by shield tunneling. Taking a shield machine receiving engineering as the context, this study established a numerical simulation model and compared theoretical calculation, the results of numerical simulation model and on-site monitoring data. Finally, the additional stress of the receiving well is analyzed. The research findings demonstrate that the theoretical prediction results, numerical simulation calculation results, and on-site monitoring data exhibit relatively small calculation errors, which validated the applicability of the theoretical prediction formula and numerical simulation model. As the distance between the shield machine and the receiving well decreases, the disturbance to the receiving well increases sharply. When the distance between the cutter head and the receiving well is less than three times the shield length, it is crucial to enhance the deformation monitoring of the receiving well. The primary factors affecting the additional load and deformation of the receiving well enclosure structure are the force of friction between shield and soil and the additional thrust of the cutterhead. The disturbance caused by the additional grouting pressure on the enclosure structure can be ignored.

With the diversification and complexity of multimedia data on big data, it becomes increasingly important to realize accurate and effective mutual retrieval among cross-media knowledge service data. In this paper, we first improve the structure of cross-media knowledge deep relevance analysis and apply it to cross-media data to construct cross-media relevance learning evaluation metrics. Then deep learning is commonly used for training classification labels or mapping vectors to another vector space by supervision, and with the rapid growth of data size and hardware resources, the advantages of deep learning in handling large-scale complex data will become more and more obvious. According to the experimental scheme to extract the features of the original data of Wikipedia and NUS-WIDE and the comparative analysis of the results based on the CCA extension method, the performance of CMC-DCCA on the dataset is 0.319, 0.338, 0.363, and 0.372, respectively, and it outperforms the other four algorithms. This study constructs a correlation analysis model between different media data to mine the correlations between cross-media data, thus realizing cross-media knowledge discovery service research while spawning more intuitive and concrete multimedia information carriers so that users can obtain more comprehensive information.

This paper proposes a split-lending network model for bank credit risk, calculates whether a bank fails by simulating the changes in bank assets and liabilities over time, and adds the default rate calculation considering the characteristics of the default rate when a bank borrows. Meanwhile, the XGBoost-based classifier is used instead of random forest to improve the accuracy of classification, and the grcForest_XGB model is established. The activation function Sigmoid, the error function mean square error function, and the adam optimization function with the best effect at present are used to predict the accuracy of the grcForest_XGB model, and the different models are compared with the grcForest model for comparison experiments. The experiments show that the grcForest model has higher AUC and KS metrics of 0.8224 and 0.6368, respectively. The recall value is 0.8319, which ranks first among the six models. The Acc value is 0.9732, which is only 0.05 lower than LSTM, and is at a higher level. This study shows that the model is more accurate for risk assessment, can predict financial risks in advance, and make an effective assessment of financial risks.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ginkgolide Meglumine Injection (GMI) combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS), and provide reference for rational clinical medication.MethodsPubMed, Embase, Web of science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and other databases were searched for published studies on the treatment of AIS with GMI combined with Butylphthalide in both Chinese and English. The search period was from the establishment of the database to July 2023. The included studies that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software for Meta-analysis.ResultsA total of 25 studies involving 2362 patients (experimental group = 1182, control group = 1180) were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that the overall effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group [RR = 1.21, 95% CI (1.16, 1.26), P< 0.00001]. In addition, compared with the control group, the experimental group showed significant improvement in NIHSS score [SMD = -1.59, % CI (-2.00-1.18), P< 0.00001] and ADL score [SMD = 2.12, 95% CI (1.52, -2.72), P 0.05].ConclusionGMI combined with Butylphthalide shows good clinical application effects and good safety in the treatment of AIS. However, more large-sample, multicenter, randomized controlled are needed to confirm these findings.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), the legal community has raised various views on the civil rights status of intelligent robots. The main question is whether robots can be granted legal personality. In this study, the status of intelligent robots is examined. By examining the physiological elements of the human body, it can be found that intelligent robots do not have the biological elements of real personhood and do not have real personhood and still fall into the domain of objects and are recognised as legal objects and not real persons. This study provides some suggestions by analysing the various views on the status of intelligent robots in civil law and researching the multiple concepts of personality and the constituent elements of real personhood in civil law. To determine what type of legal status can be considered for intelligent robots, the term "intelligent robot personality", especially human-like robots, is compared with the elements of personality. Based on the results of this comparison, it is found that intelligent robots do not have real and legal personality and cannot be included in the definitions of real and legal personality defined in civil law when determining legal status. Therefore, it is suggested that product liability law be used in this regard.

Abstract Background Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) and porcine delta-coronavirus (PDCoV) are economically important pathogens that cause diarrhea in sows and acute death of newborn piglets. Moreover, the emerging PDCoV was reported to infect children. The current situation is that vaccine prevention has not met expectations, and emergency containment strategies following outbreaks cannot prevent the damages and losses already incurred. Therefore, a more sensitive detection method, that is both convenient and enables accurate and effective sequencing, that will provide early warning of PEDV and PDCoV is necessary. This will enable active, effective, and comprehensive prevention and control, which will possibly reduce disease occurrences. Results Duplex nested RT-PCR (dnRT-PCR) is an ideal method to achieve early warning and monitoring of PEDV and PDCoV diseases, and to additionally investigate any molecular epidemiological characteristics. In this study, two pairs of primers were designed for each virus based upon the highly conserved N protein sequences of both PEDV and PDCoV strains retrieved from the NCBI Genbank. After optimization of the reaction conditions, the dnRT-PCR assay amplified a 749-bp fragment specific to PEDV and a 344-bp fragment specific to PDCoV. Meanwhile, the specificity and sensitivity of the primers and clinical samples were tested to verify and establish this dnRT-PCR method. The limit of detection (LoD)for both PEDV and PDCoV was 10 copies/µL. The results showed that among 251 samples, 1 sample contained PEDV infection, 19 samples contained a PDCoV infection, and 8 samples were infected with both viruses, following the use of dnRT-PCR. Subsequently, the positive samples were sent for sequencing, and the sequencing results confirmed that they were all positive for the viruses detected using dnRT-PCR, and conventional RT-PCR detection was conducted again after the onset of disease. As these results were consistent with previous results, a detection method for PEDV and PDCoV using dnRT-PCR was successfully established. In conclusion, the dnRT-PCR method established in this study was able to detect both PEDV and PDCoV, concomitantly. Conclusions The duplex nested RT-PCR method represents a convenient, reliable, specific, sensitive and anti-interference technique for detecting PEDV and PDCoV, and can additionally be used to simultaneously determine the molecular epidemiological background.

It is of great significance to establish a cylindrical gear bending fatigue life prediction model with a wide range of applications and easy calculation. Through the gear bending fatigue test combined with the simulation results of the finite element model, the energy accumulation curve at the root of the tooth under different stress amplitudes is calculated. On the basis of the energy accumulation curve, the fracture cumulative energy curve under different stress amplitudes is obtained, and a cylindrical gear bending fatigue life prediction model is proposed based on the Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory and the above curve. Combined with the test results of gear bending fatigue tests under different stress amplitudes, the test results are all within the ± 3 life factor scatter bands, which proves that the model can accurately predict the gear bending fatigue life.

Based on the structural characteristics of ring-shaped roller screw mechanism (RRSM), helical equations of the screw, roller and nut are derived. Meshing equations at the screw-roller and nut-roller interfaces are developed, which can be used to calculated contact positions of thread teeth. The equations of axial clearances in the RRSM are also derived and zero-clearance design values of the thread thicknesses are given. By comparing the contact positions and clearances obtained from a previously published numerical model, the feasibility of the proposed model is validated. The influence of structural parameters on the meshing characteristics of the RRSM is analyzed. When the nominal radius of the screw is increased or that of the roller is decreased, the contact point at the screw-roller interface will move towards to the tangential-point of pitch circles. The difference between the value of the screw flank angle and that of the screw flank angle has great influence on contact positions. When the values of the nut and roller flank angles are equal, the contact points will lie on the tangential-point of pitch circles and the zero-clearance design value of the thread thickness at the nut-roller interface is equal to the half of the screw pitch. The radius of the roller thread profile has little influence on the zero-clearance design values of thread thickness.

In some developing countries, people have little knowledge about the causes of diabetic foot ulcers. Therefore, public health education for patients on these conditions is a prerequisite for effective pharmacological treatment. Diabetic foot ulcers are a complex symptom of diabetes and are hard to cure due to the lack of efficacious medicine and alternative treatment approaches. Vitamin A (VA) is known to have potent biological functions, including skin repair and immunoregulation. However, the potential pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of VA on foot ulcers are still to be discovered.

How to simultaneously obtain the depth, edge, and other light information of the scene to accurately perceive the physical world is an important issue for imaging systems. However, such tasks usually require bulky optical components and active illumination methods. Here, we design and experimentally validate a single geometric metasurface that can achieve depth measurement or edge detection under incoherent or coherent light respectively. Double helix point source function is utilized, and three verification experiments are carried out, including double-helix beam calibration, 2D object and 3D object detection, respectively. Additionally, two-dimensional edge detection can also be achieved. This compact imaging system can enable new applications in various fields, from machine vision to microscopy.

Abstract In order to improve the measuring accuracy of the Hemispherical Resonator Gyro under variable temperature, aiming at the problem of "external temperature is unavailable and internal temperature is unmeasurable," a multiple regression based method is proposed for compensating temperature error in the gyro. The relationship between the internal temperature and the resonant frequency of the gyro is analyzed theoretically. According to a constant temperature experiment, a linear relationship between them is derived based on the least square method. The analysis of a temperature-rising experiment shows that the correlation of the gyro output with the internal temperature is much higher than that with the external temperature. Therefore, taking the resonant frequency as an independent variable, a multiple regression model is established for compensating the temperature error. The compensation effect of the model is verified by temperature-rising and temperature-dropping experiments, which show that the output sequence before compensation is not stable, while it is stable after compensation. After compensation, the drift of the gyro decreases by 62.76% and 48.48%, respectively, and its measuring accuracy becomes equivalent to that at the constant temperature. The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model developed for indirect compensation of temperature error.
