Abstract Background This study aimed to construct and characterize a humanized influenza mouse model expressing hST6GAL1. Methods Humanized fragments, consisting of the endothelial cell‐specific K18 promoter, human ST6GAL1‐encoding gene, and luciferase gene, were microinjected into the fertilized eggs of mice. The manipulated embryos were transferred into the oviducts of pseudopregnant female mice. The offspring were identified using PCR. Mice exhibiting elevated expression of the hST6GAL1 gene were selectively bred for propagation, and in vivo analysis was performed for screening. Expression of the humanized gene was tested by performing immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis. Hematologic and biochemical analyses using the whole blood and serum of humanized hST6GAL1 mice were performed. Results Successful integration of the human ST6GAL1 gene into the mouse genome led to the overexpression of human SiaT ST6GAL1. Seven mice were identified as carrying copies of the humanized gene, and the in vivo analysis indicated that hST6GAL1 gene expression in positive mice mirrored influenza virus infection characteristics. The IHC results revealed that hST6GAL1 was expressed in the lungs of humanized mice. Moreover, the hematologic and biochemical parameters of the positive mice were within the normal range. Conclusion A humanized influenza mouse model expressing the hST6GAL1 gene was successfully established and characterized.

In order to analyze the impact of different heuristic methods on the precision of microseismic source localization, an optimized Dominant Wolf Pack Algorithm(DWPA)is proposed.This algorithm builds upon the Dominant Wolf Pack Algorithm and introduces adjustments to two parameters, namely the search step size and the siege step size, enhancing its ability to escape local optima during the search process.The effectiveness of the optimized DWPA is validated through theoretical model inversion and engineering numerical analysis.A comparative study with commonly used heuristic algorithms, Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)and Simulated Annealing(SA), reveals that the optimized DWPA exhibits faster convergence, higher accuracy, and reduced sensitivity to P-wave velocity errors.This research provides new insights for the application of intelligent heuristic algorithms in microseismic source localization.

Objective: To establish a rapid method for moisture detection of high cellulose and lignin materials. Methods: The areca nut, a Chinese herbal medicine containing high cellulose and lignin, was selected. Use a near-infrared spectrometer to collect near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectra. Apply NIR Cal modeling software to preprocess the spectral data, select the optimal feature wavelengths, and use partial least squares (PLS) analysis to establish a quantitative model for areca nut moisture content. Results: A quantitative model for areca nut moisture content was acquired, with the coefficient of determination of 0.994 2, the root mean square of the calibration error (RMSEC) of 0.50, the coefficient of determination for the validation set of 0.986 7, the root mean square of the prediction error (RMSEP) of 0.68. Conclusion: This method is simple, fast, safe, practical, and accurate, suitable for the rapid determination of moisture content in materials containing high cellulose and lignin.

Objective To investigate the value of U-wave inversion combined with fragmented QRS (fQRS) on electrocardiogram in predicting the prognosis after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods A total of 123 patients with ACS admitted to The Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from October 2017 to September 2019 were included. All the patients underwent PCI after electrocardiogram examination, followed by 3 months follow-up. The percentages of U-wave inversion, fQRS, and a poor prognosis were analyzed to determine the predictive value of U-wave inversion combined with fQRS for post-PCI outcome in patients with ACS. Results Among the 123 patients with ACS, the percentages of U-wave inversion, fQRS, and a poor prognosis were 39.84%, 33.33%, and 23.58%, respectively. The patients with a poor outcome showed significantly higher percentages of U-wave inversion and fQRS than those with a good outcome (χ2=20.547,26.080,P

In this paper, each text is mapped as a point in a multidimensional vector space in a thought operation model to represent the emotion feature vocabulary in Chinese language literary works in the form of word embedding. The bootstrapping technique is utilized to collect initial seed set vocabulary and target vocabulary, and a corpus of literary works with six basic emotion categories is established. Based on the emotional features of Chinese language literary works, the memory network model for textual emotion analysis based on multiple attention is constructed, and the textual emotion features of Chinese language literary works are empirically analyzed. The results show that the precision is 82.19%, 93.12%, and 94.1%, and the F1Score is 81.93%, 93.4%, and 93.76%, respectively, and the precision and F1Score are better than the effect of the control group model, i.e., it indicates that the effect of sentiment analysis is more excellent. The ratio values of positive emotion, negative emotion, and neutral emotion are, respectively, 63.16%, 15.49%, and 21.35%, i.e., the expression of emotion in Chinese language literary works is more rational. This study provides new perspectives and theoretical references for the study of traditional literary works and has the potential to expand the study in depth.

Objective To study the effect of peptide TAT-Q368-T379 intervention based on the carboxyl-terminal 375STANT379 phosphorylation site of μ opioid receptor (MOR) on the MOR downstream signaling pathway. Methods HEK-293 cells co-transfected with HA-MOR plasmids and pGloSensorTM-22F plasmids were divided into blank group (group A), DAMGO group (group B), morphine group (group C), 0.5×10-5 mol/L peptide TAT-Q368-T379 combined with morphine group (group D), 10-5 mol/L peptide TAT-Q368-T379 combined with morphine group (group E), and 2×10-5 mol/L peptide TAT-Q368-T379 combined with morphine group (group F). The GloSensor cAMP biosensor was used to measure cAMP content in each group. HEK-293 cells co-transfection with plasmids labeled with Nanoluc at the MOR-C terminal and plasmids labeled with EYFP at the β-arrestin2-N terminal were divided into blank group (group G), DAMGO group (group H), morphine group (group I), 10-5 mol/L peptide TAT-Q368-T379 combined with morphine group (group J), and 3×10-5 mol/L Cmpd101 combined with morphine group (group K). Protein interaction analysis assay was used to determine the recruitment of β-arrestin2 after MOR activation in each group. HEK-293 cells transfected with HA-MOR plasmids were divided into blank group (group L), morphine group (group M), 10-5 mol/L peptide TA-Q368-T379 combined with morphine group (group N), and 3×10-5 mol/L Cmpd101 combined with morphine group (group O). Aiming at the small imaging, complex background and crowded distribution of remote sensing image targets, a remote sensing image target detection algorithm (HQ-S2ANet) based on perceptual extension and anchor frame optimal matching is proposed by using the rotating target detection method S2ANet as a baseline network. Firstly, a cooperative attention(SEA) module is built to capture the relationship among the feature pixels when extending the model perception area to realize the relationship modeling between the target and the global. Secondly, the feature pyramid (FPN) feature fusion process is improved to form a perceptual extension feature pyramid module (HQFPN), which guarantees the low-level detail position information in the down sampling process when extending the perception area to enhance the model information capturing capability. Finally, a high-quality anchor frame is used to detect the target by using the high quality anchor frame as the baseline network. The high-quality anchor frame matching method (MaxIoUAssigner_HQ) is used to control the anchor frame truth value assignment by using a constant factor to ensure the recall rate while preventing the generation of low-quality anchor frame matching. The experimental results show that, under the DOTA dataset, the average accuracy(mAP) of HQ-S2ANet is improved by 3.1%, the parameters number increased by only 2.61M and the average recall(recall) is improved by 1.6% compared with the S2ANet algorithm, and the present algorithm effectively enhances the detection capability of the remote sensing image target.

Local search algorithm in ordering space is a good method which can effectively improve the efficiency of bayesian network structure learning. However, the existing algorithms usually have problems such as insufficient order optimization, low learning accuracy, and easy stop at a local optimal. In order to solve these problems, the local search algorithm in ordering space is studied, and a new method to improve the accuracy of bayesian network structure learning by optimizing order search operator is proposed. Combining the iterative local search algorithm with the window operator to search the neighborhood of a given order in the ordering space, the probability of the algorithm falling into the local optimal value is reduced, and the network structure with higher quality is obtained. Experimental results show that comparing with the bayesian network structure learning algorithm in network structure space, the learning efficiency of the present algorithm is improved by 54.12%. Comparing with the bayesian network structure learning algorithm in ordering space, the learning accuracy of the present algorithm is improved by 2.33%.

Sentiment classification has become a significant research topic in natural language processing. As the most popular research method of sentiment classification, deep learning has been applied to various experimental datasets by numerous scholars. However, sentiment classification suffers from a number of drawbacks including poor effect and insufficient accuracy in current vertical field. Moreover, it has not been applied on Chinese mixed texts, including both long and short texts. Therefore, the present study aims at proposing an improved BiLSTM-Attention model through which features can be extracted more effectively. The proposed model can be argued to resolve the problem of insufficient dependence on long texts by applying the Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) model. Furthermore, important textual information can be obtained by the attention mechanism. To this aim, online shopping comment datasets were investigated and a multiclassification evaluation index was applied to evaluate the model. The findings of the study corroborated the effectiveness of the proposed approach. To be more exact, the accuracy of the sentiment classification of mixed texts and long texts were 0.9280 and 0.9358, respectively. In addition, in terms of classification performance, the practical effect of the proposed method was observed to be more advantageous than other sentiment classification methods. Finally, enjoying a good domain extensibility, the study was found to make an important contribution to business development, as well.

针对无人机航拍图像光照不均匀及自然雾导致影像质量退化问题, 提出了一种无人机航拍图像增强算法。利用改进的低照度图像增强算法均衡亮度对比度; 为了解决均衡后图像过增强问题, 提出了联合去雾及曝光融合的色彩矫正增强方法; 为了保留增强图像的边缘纹理信息, 设计了一种效果更佳的细节增强算法, 处理后统计直方图更为平滑, 可在一定程度上抑制部分噪声, 细节纹理信息更强。实验结果表明, 所提的航拍图像增强算法, 能够有效解决因光照不均或自然雾引起的影像退化现象, 提高了无人机航拍图像的质量, 主客观图像质量评价指标优于现有绝大多数主流算法, 性能更佳。

Dual-phase magnesium-lithium alloys sheets were rolled at four different rolling methods: asynchronous rolling, multi-directional asynchronous rolling, high temperature asynchronous rolling and high temperature multi-directional asynchronous rolling. The microstructure, mechanical properties and texture characteristics were comprehensively analyzed through optical microscope, MTS E43 universal testing machine and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The effects of temperature and rolling direction on microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium-lithium alloy were discussed. The results show that α-Mg phase is largely elongated along the rolling direction and becomes thinner along the normal direction. The lowest thickness of the α-Mg phase is 2.6 μm rolled by high temperature multi-directional asynchronous rolling. Multi-directional asynchronous rolling samples have the best mechanical properties as its yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, elongation are 149 MPa and 167 MPa, 14.5%, respectively.The double peaks texture is tilt along the normal direction with an angle of 45° by multi-directional rolling, while the RD tilt angle of double peaks texture decreases due to the high temperature rolling. The intensity of R-cube texture is the strongest after rolling. β-Li rolling texture is transformed into {001}〈100〉 texture by high temperature multi-directional asynchronous rolling, which is beneficial to the multi-slip of {011}〈111〉 slip system.

620 ℃ thermal aging was carried out on full Cu3Sn solder joints for various duration, the microstructure evolution of solder joints were investigated. The mechanical properties of solder joints after aging were characterized by nano indentation test and shear test. The results show that, during the thermal aging, the Cu20Sn6 is first precipitated in planar along Cu/Cu3Sn interface, it grows continuously until the complete consumption of Cu3Sn. Subsequently, Cu20Sn6 transforms to two-phase layer, which consists of Cu20Sn6 and Cu13.7Sn. As the aging time increases, Cu13.7Sn is precipitated in waves at the Cu/two-phase layer interface by consuming the two-phase layer and grows continuously until it occupies the entire interface area. Meanwhile, there is growth in the number and size of voids in the middle of the solder joint, which eventually coalesces into microcracks. The hardness of Cu20Sn6, Cu3Sn and Cu13.7Sn phases are 9.62, 7.15, 4.67 GPa, and the elasticity modulus are 146.5, 134.0, 133.2 GPa, respectively.With the increase of aging time, the shear strength of solder joints increases first and then decreases, and remains more than 20.1 MPa within 120 min. The fracture morphology and fracture path also change.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), a neurodevelopmental disorder during early childhood, currently has no effective treatment. The prevalence of ASD has been increasing, which brings a heavy burden to the family of the patients and the society. Children with ASD are accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms and have an imbalance of intestinal microbiota. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) can improve autism-related symptoms in children with ASD. This review aims to summarize the research progress of FMT for treating ASD to provide a novel strategy for this untreatable disease.

In order to solve the problem of target ID switching caused by target occlusion and insufficient ID information and location information extraction in JDE(joint detection and embedding) algorithm, an improved multi-target tracking algorithm based on JDE is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the SPA feature space pyramid attention module is used to expand the receptive field and obtain more abundant semantic information to improve the detection accuracy of the model for different scale targets. Secondly, the FCN network makes the header and ID Embedding task collaborative learning to alleviate the excessive competition and enhance the original semantic information, effectively reducing the number of ID switching. Finally, PCCs-Ma motion measurement can strengthen the connection between Kalman filtering prediction and observation, and improve the reliability of similarity discrimination of motion characteristics. In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, the JDE algorithm and the proposed algorithm are compared in the same experimental environment. The experimental results show that the average accuracy of model detection is improved by 3.94 %. On the MOT16 dataset, the MOTA and IDF1 indexes are increased by 6.9 %, and the number of ID switching of the improved algorithm is significantly reduced, and good tracking results are achieved.

The artificial intelligence technology of computer science is widely used in digital pathology and develops rapidly, which is a milestone in the era of accurate diagnosis and treatment of tumors. As the gold standard of tumor diagnosis, traditional pathology is highly subjective and unrepeatable, and the work is cumbersome. Feature extraction and quantitative analysis of digital pathological images based on artificial intelligence technology are transformed into data with high fidelity and high-throughput that can be mined and analyzed. It shows unique advantages in early diagnosis, grading, and constructing the prognostic model of tumors. The development of artificial intelligence in digital pathology has brought a unique opportunity for pathology, and it is also the trend of the development of precise diagnosis and treatment in the future. In order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, we review the current status and the value of potential application of artificial intelligence in digital pathological image analysis of colorectal cancer.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of the compression and storage algorithm of histopathological images based on matrix computing, and to seek the best image compression ratio. Methods Two classical matrix algorithms, principal component analysis (PCA) and singular value decomposition (SVD), were used to compress and reconstruct the immunohistochemical images and HE staining images of low, medium and high differentiated cervical cancer tissues. The peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) and structural similarity (SSIM) were used to analyze and evaluate the quality of image reconstruction. Results When the compression ratio of PCA reconstruction image was 10.18 (53 principal components were retained), the mean PSNR of immunohistochemical images of low, medium and high differentiated cervical cancer tissues were 43.84±0.43, 43.27±0.25 and 43.71±0.49, respectively, and the SSIM were 0.964±0.004, 0.963±0.006 and 0.965±0.005, respectively. Meanwhile, the mean PSNR of HE staining images of low, medium and high differentiated cervical cancer tissues were 43.41±0.78, 42.95±1.03 and 43.52±0.69, respectively, and the SSIM were 0.953±0.010, 0.949±0.015 and 0.960±0.007, respectively. When the compression ratio of SVD reconstruction image was 10.00(128 singular values were retained), the mean PSNR of immunohistochemical images of low, medium and high differentiated cervical cancer tissues were 39.89±1.69, 38.20±2.19 and 40.90±0.50, respectively, and the SSIM were 0.949±0.006, 0.938±0.011 and 0.955±0.004, respectively. Meanwhile, the mean PSNR of HE staining images of low, medium and high differentiated cervical cancer tissues were 40.31±0.98, 39.46±1.59 and 40.77±1.67, respectively, and the SSIM were 0.965±0.006, 0.943±0.010 and 0.969±0.005, respectively. Conclusions PCA and SVD can compress and store histopathological images and obtain better image quality, which provides a solution to the problem of hospital image storage.

The function of small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO)-related genes in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains unclear. This study aimed to analyze the expression profile and prognostic relevance of SUMO-related genes using publicly available data. A set of bioinformatics tools and experiments were integrated to explore the mechanism of the genes of interest. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator Cox regression analysis was used to construct a prognostic model. SUMO-2 and SUMO-activating enzyme subunit 1 (SAE1) were upregulated in HCC. The enrichment analysis indicated that SUMO-2 and SAE1 might regulate the cell cycle. The downregulation of SAE1 inhibited the proliferation of HCC cells, whereas the upregulation of the gene promoted cell proliferation. IGF2BP3 contributed to the upregulation of SAE1 in an N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-dependent way. Eventually, an SAE1-related risk score (SRRS) was developed and validated in HCC. SRRS could serve as an independent prognostic factor and predict the efficiency of transarterial chemoembolization in patients with HCC.

In order to study the effect of pressure relief of large diameter borehole on surrounding rock strength and anchoring force, according to the thick wall theoretical model, the corresponding relationship between the laboratory experiment and the strength change of surrounding rock in coal mine is established. The influence of large diameter borehole on surrounding rock strength was analyzed by FLAC3D, and it was found that the surrounding rock strength of 3320 working face in Liangbaosi Coal Mine decreased by 20%-25% after pressure relief. The mechanical properties of anchor bolts and anchoring agents used in coal mines are obtained through experimental tests. PVC, 6061 aluminum and 20# steel sleeves were used to study the relationship between different radial stiffness and anchoring force, the anchoring force is between 55.4 kN and 110 kN. According to the equivalent radial stiffness formula, it is determined that the bolt anchorage force weakened is about 10% by the pressure relief drilling with diameter of 150 mm. In order to maintain the equivalent control degree of surrounding rock, the support strength should be designed as 1.10 times of that without pressure relief drilling.

Taking six typical associated ore waste samples as the research object, the thorium content in the samples was determined by spectrophotometry and the factors affecting the test results were analyzed. Three factors that may obviously affect the accuracy of the results were selected and optimized the experimental conditions by controlling variates, and the results were compared with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and gamma spectrometry to prove the reliability of the optimization method. The results showed that the main affecting factors in the sample were the digestion frequency, colorimetric time, and residual extractant. The detection accuracy and efficiency of thorium in the six typical associated ore residues were improved by increasing the digestion frequency to 3 times, ensuring a colorimetric time of 3 min to 5 min, and adding hydrogen peroxide and perchloric acid to remove the extractant.

We report varied microbially induced sedimentary structures (MISS), and other sedimentary surface textures, from the Induan (Early Triassic) Sunjiagou Formation and Liujiagou Formation in the Xingyang, Dengfeng, Jiyuan and Yiyang areas, western Henan Province, North China. Microanalysis shows that these MISS are characterized by a U-shaped structure, thin clayey laminae, and discontinuous mica sheet that are arranged parallel to the bedding plane, as well as directionally oriented quartz grains floating in lamina, which are indicative of a biogenic origin. The MISS of the studied area were probably affected by four main factors, including the end-Permian mass extinction, the megamonsoon, the adapted sedimentary environment, and the sediment supply, and they possess significant stratigraphic correlation. Abundant microbial-related sedimentary structures from the study area indicate that continental ecosystems were severely devastated in the aftermath of the Permian-Triassic biocrisis. These sedimentary structure assemblages, including MISS, red beds, conglomerate layers, and calcareous concretions in the western Henan Province, show a specific, post-extinction continental ecosystem that was characterized by microflora dominance, monotonous and rare fossils, extreme hot climate, soil ecosystem devastation, and poor vegetation.

Mg and Zn doped hydroxyapatite whiskers were successfully prepared by hydrothermal homogeneous precipitation using amide additives. The morphology and structure of the products were characterized using SEM, XRD, and FTIR. It was shown that all samples prepared using ˂ 10 % mol L-1 Mg or Zn ions were identified as HA. Further increasing their concentration gave rise to the appearance of the second phase. The Mg or Zn doped HA whiskers had a length of 60 - 110 mm and aspect ratio of 30 - 50, when the concentration of Mg or Zn ions were ˂ 5mol%. Substitution of Mg or Zn impaired the crystallization of HA whiskers and led to changes in the morphology, lattice parameters and XRD peaks diffraction position, which demonstrated that Mg or/and Zn ions were incorporated into the unit cell of HA, rather than just absorption on the surface of the whiskers.
