Diagnostic criteria, as a critical component of clinical practice guidelines, play a direct role in guiding clinicians' diagnostic and treatment decisions. Although China has increasingly emphasized the development and updating of clinical guidelines in recent years, research focusing on the diagnostic criteria within these guidelines remains limited. This paper aims to explore the types of diagnostic criteria, the issues they present, and the processes involved in their formulation. Based on this analysis, suggestions are proposed to improve the recommendation and application of diagnostic criteria in Chinese guidelines.

The external wireless terminals of the new power system are susceptible to be attacked through internal network penetration triggered by physical contact. The traditional device security test has little effect on improving the security performance of the access devices and is prone to produce a high false positive rate （FPR）. A wireless access security testing system based on deep neural networks （DNN） is proposed. The system adopts a stacked sparse autoencoder （SSAE） to realize the feature dimensionality reduction of the test dataset and selects the appropriate feature dimensions for training. The selected features are used as the input layer of the DNN to construct highly efficient test cases， as well as to monitor and discover the abnormal states. The experiment results show that the system has an accuracy rate of 90% and can efficiently detect anomalies in the access environment of wireless power terminals.

Although the incidence of rare diseases is extremely low, 6% to 8% of the global population are affected by more than 7000 rare diseases. Rare diseases guidelines are playing an increasingly important role as guiding documents in improving the health outcomes of patients with rare diseases. Therefore, we aim to systematically elaborate on the status quo, challenges and opportunities of rare disease guidelines at home and abroad, and put forward thoughts and suggestions on promoting the development of rare diseases guidelines in the future.

Objective To investigate the reporting of research gaps in Chinese clinical practice guidelines published in medical journals in 2019 and to make targeted suggestions for standardising and clearly reporting research gaps. Methods We systematically reviewed Chinese clinical practice guidelines published in medical journals in 2019, extracted and analyzed information relevant to research gaps. Results Of the 226 guidelines published in 2019, 27 guidelines (11.9%) reported a total of 78 research gaps, and the median number of reports was 2(range: 1 to 10). Of these guidelines, 11 guidelines presented research gaps in separate sections such as 'problems to be solved' 'priority suggestions for future research 'or' suggestions for future research ', while 16 guidelines integrated research gaps into other sections, such as' summary' 'discussion' or 'epilogue'. In terms of content, the main focuses are on efficacy (15.4%, 12/78), safety (12.8%, 10/78), new methods/solutions/technologies/products (10.3%, 8/78) and biomarkers (9.0%, 7/78). In terms of clarity, only 45 research gaps (57.7%, 45/78) were deconstructed to include 2 or more of these elements according to the PICO (P, population; I, intervention; C, comparison; O, outcomes) principles. Conclusions The reporting rate and the clarity of research gaps in the 2019 Chinese guidelines need to be improved, and the location of research gaps is not fixed. It is recommended that guideline developers independently report on research gaps in the guideline and aim to make it standard, comprehensive and clear, so as to provide direction for future researches.

Objective To investigate the current status of evidence of recommendations contained in Chinese clinical practice guidelines published in journals in 2019, so as to provide reference for the use of evidence for Chinese guidelines in the future. Methods We searched and analyzed information on Chinese guidelines published in 2019 with clear recommendations, grading of evidence quality and corresponding instructions of grading, as well as information on citations supporting the recommendations. Results A total of 31 guidelines (29 Chinese guidelines and 2 English guidelines) containing 568 recommendations and 3126 references were included. Each guideline included an average of 18 recommendations. Of these, 2541 references were presented as evidence in the statements of guideline recommendation(such references are referred to as 'evidence' hereafter). The average number of evidence was 82 in each guideline and every recommendation has 4 pieces of evidence. The top three countries where the evidence was from were China (28.8%), the United States (25.9%), and the United Kingdom (7.0%). Only 39.2% (995/2541) of the evidence was published in the last 5 years. The most common type of evidence for guidelines was randomized controlled trials (26.9%). The citation of systematic reviews was only 12.0%. Conclusions Most of the Chinese guidelines published in 2019 did not have clear and unambiguous recommendations. Those guidelines with clear recommendations had incomplete and untimely evidence citations. Guideline developers should strengthen the rational use of currently available research evidence.

Since the spread of the COVID-19, State-owned industrial enterprise have faced many problems such as industrial and supply chain breaks, shutdowns and insufficient production capacity, which are common in the state-owned economy. Financial indicators can often better dig out the economic problems behind them, so we screened 20 relevant composite financial indicators including asset yield, return stability, debt solvency, cumulative profitability, liquidity, capitalization, and scale. After correlation analysis, a significant “Operating income growth rate” indicator was obtained and the ARIMA model was used to predict and compared the results with the actual value. During the first and second outbreaks of the COVID-19, its influence path is to affect the supply and demand of the production, then affect the financial status. The negative impact gradually weakened after March 2020. During the second outbreak in July 2020, the State-owned industrial enterprises were the most negatively affected then gradually recovered. After analysis, we found that the innovation of Chinese state-owned economy, due to its special status in the economy, emergency management and its role in the supply chain and industrial chain should be emphasized. The innovation of the state-owned economy will play an important role in promoting economic innovation.

To study the effects of selenium on physiology, Prunus davidiana seedlings were treated with the irrigation of different selenium concentrations solution. The result showed that the photosynthetic pigment content was relatively higher at selenium concentrations of 0, 0.05 and 0.1 mg/L except for carotenoid content which was the highest at 0.1 mg/L but the lowest in control seedlings. In terms of antioxidant enzyme activity, the activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in selenium-treated seedlings were all higher than that in control seedlings and especially at the selenium concentration of 1 mg/L. The soluble protein content accumulated most at 0.25 mg/L selenium concentration. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), as membrane lipid peroxidation index, was the lowest at selenium concentration of 0.5 mg/L. In a word, irrigating lower selenium concentrations could increase the photosynthetic pigment content and higher selenium concentrations enhanced the antioxidant enzyme activity to increase cell protection and kept the P. davidiana seedlings good growth and resistance to adverse environments.

In order to improve the nutrients absorption of grape seedlings under cadmium (Cd) stress, the effects of Solanum nigrum, Crassocephalum crepidioides and Bidens pilosa straws on the nutrients content of soil and grape seedlings under Cd stress were studied by pot experiment. According to the results, the activity of soil phosphatase, soil catalase and soil sucrose by soil application of straws observed higher than CK to varying degrees. And soil application of straws increased the contents of soil alkaline nitrogen and available phosphorus in different degrees, while soil application of B. pilosa straws decreased the content of soil available potassium. In addition, the soil application of straws had a certain promoting effect on the total nitrogen content, total phosphorus content and total potassium content of grape seedlings compared with the CK. Among all treatments, C. crepidioides straws maximized the nutrients content in the shoots of grape seedlings, which could provide reference for grape cultivation in Cd-contaminated areas.

Cloud computing has attracted more and more attention as it reduces the cost of IT infrastructure of organizations. In our country, business Cloud services, such as Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, QingCloud, UCloud and so on are gaining more and more uses, especially small or median organizations. In the cloud service scenario, the program and data are migrating into cloud, resulting the lack of trust between customers and cloud service providers. However, the recent study on Cloud computing is mainly focused on the service side, while the data security and trust have not been sufficiently studied yet. This paper investigates into the data security issues from data life cycle which includes five steps when an organization uses Cloud computing. A data management framework is given out, including not only the data classification but also the risk management framework. Concretely, the data is divided into two varieties, business and personal information. And then, four classification levels (high, medium, low, normal) according to the different extent of the potential adverse effect is introduced. With the help of classification, the administrators can identify the application or data to implement corresponding security controls. At last, the administrators conduct the risk assessment to alleviate the risk of data security. The trust between customers and cloud service providers will be strengthen through this way.

Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type-9 (PCSK9) is a posttranslational regulator of the LDL receptor (LDLR). Recent studies have proposed a role for PCSK9 in regulating immune responses. Using RNA-Seq-based variant discovery, we identified a possible psoriasis-susceptibility locus at 1p32.3, located within PCSK9 (rs662145 C > T). This finding was verified in independently acquired genomic and RNA-Seq data sets. Single-cell RNA-Seq (scRNA-Seq) identified keratinocytes as the primary source of PCSK9 in human skin. PCSK9 expression, however, was not uniform across keratinocyte subpopulations. scRNA-Seq and IHC demonstrated an epidermal gradient of PCSK9, with expression being highest in basal and early spinous layer keratinocytes and lowest in granular layer keratinocytes. IL36G expression followed the opposite pattern, with expression highest in granular layer keratinocytes. PCSK9 siRNA knockdown experiments confirmed this inverse relationship between PCSK9 and IL36G expression. Other immune genes were also linked to PCSK9 expression, including IL27RA, IL1RL1, ISG20, and STX3. In both cultured keratinocytes and nonlesional human skin, homozygosity for PCSK9 SNP rs662145 C > T was associated with lower PCSK9 expression and higher IL36G expression, when compared with heterozygous skin or cell lines. Together, these results support PCSK9 as a psoriasis-susceptibility locus and establish a putative link between PCSK9 and inflammatory cytokine expression.

Spatiotemporal visualization of instantaneous flame structures in a hydrogen-fueled axisymmetric supersonic combustor was investigated using multiview planar laser-induced fluorescence of the hydroxyl radical, coupled with high-speed photography and pressure measurement. The axisymmetric cavity generates a loop-shaped recirculation flow and shear layer that sustains the flame. An irregular and wrinkled flame loop with a central hole is formed near the loop-shaped region. Due to turbulent disturbances, multiple small-scale holes and fragmented flames are randomly distributed in the flame loop or near the wrinkled flame front. The combustion near the cavity shear layer is more likely to be stronger and sustained. As the thickness of the cavity shear layer increases along the axial direction, the flame loop is expanded toward the core flow and the cavity. The flame base anchors near the cavity leading edge with a low global equivalence ratio (GER). The increased GER expands the flame loop to compress the high-speed core flow dramatically, promoting the flame base to propagate upstream along the hydrogen jet wake. The flame base is unable to anchor near the thin boundary layer. Consequently, it propagates reciprocally to enhance the combustion oscillation that disturbs the flame structure dramatically. The flame structure becomes more complex and tendentially fragmented, which increases the fractal dimension, especially near the middle part of the combustor. In comparison, the flame structure near the ramp is more resistant to disturbances due to the dramatic expansion of local flame loop, extending the favorable combustion environment. Despite the instantaneous flame structure being severely wrinkled and even tendentially fragmented, it is primarily sustained within a relatively regular loop region near the cavity recirculation flow and the cavity shear layer.
