Abstract To address the urgent need for agricultural intelligence in the face of increasing agricultural output and a shortage of personnel, this paper proposes a high precision object detection network for automated pear picking tasks. The current object detection method using deep learning does not fully consider the redundant background information of the pear detection scene and the mutual occlusion characteristics of multiple pears, so that the detection accuracy is low and cannot meet the needs of complex automated pear picking detection tasks. The proposed, High-level deformation-perception Network with multi-object search NMS(HDMNet), is based on YOLOv8 and utilizes a high-level Semantic focused attention mechanism module to eliminate irrelevant background information and a deformation-perception feature pyramid network to improve accuracy of long-distance and small scale fruit. A multi-object search non-maximum suppression is also proposed to choose the anchor frame in a combined search method suitable for multiple pears. The experimental results show that the HDMNet parameter amount is as low as 12.9 M, the GFLOPs is 41.1, the mAP is 75.7%, the mAP50 reaches 93.6%, the mAP75 reaches 70.2%, and the FPS reaches 73.0. Compared with other SOTA object detection methods, it has the transcend of real-time detection, low parameter amount, low calculation amount, high precision, and accurate positioning.

Under the goal of “carbon peak” and “carbon neutral”, promoting the transition of marine industry to green environment protection and exploring the realization of decarbonization of marine industry are of great theoretical and practical significance for the high-quality development of China′s marine economy. The decarbonization of marine industry is the practice of low carbon economy in the marine field, and the essence presents the characteristics of “three lows and two highs”, i.e., low energy consumption, low emission, low pollution and high efficiency and effectiveness, which is mainly realized through the dual path of reducing carbon emission and increasing carbon absorption. Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, the paper combs through and analyzes the deficiencies of the low-carbonization of the marine industry from the perspective of the problem, and puts forward the path of the low-carbonization of the marine industry and countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthening the top-level design of the development of low-carbonization of the marine industry, increasing the financial investment in the research of low-carbonization of the marine industry, improving the relevant institutional support for the low-carbonization of the marine industry, and at the same time, attracting low-carbon talents in the marine industry with the supporting combination of policies, and so on.

Idiopathic epiretinal membrane(IERM)is a kind of epiretinal membrane without any other known ocular conditions, which occurs mostly in the middle-aged and elderly people over the age of 50. As IERM worsens, the structure and function of the retina in the macular region are altered, leading to symptoms like reduced vision and metamorphopsia. The pathogenesis of IERM remains unclear, and surgery is the primary treatment option. However, there is no consensus on the best time to have surgery, and there are differences in how well patients recover their vision following surgery. Optical coherence tomography(OCT)and OCT angiography(OCTA), as non-invasive and rapid diagnostic tools to observe retinal microstructure and blood flow changes in the macula, have been extensively utilized in clinical settings. The use of OCT and OCTA parameters to predict postoperative visual acuity has emerged as a hot topic in IERM research. This article provides a comprehensive review of current research on the correlation between various OCT and OCTA parameters and the prediction of postoperative visual acuity in IERM, aiming to assist clinicians in determining the optimal timing for surgery and balancing the benefits and risks involved.

Objective To investigate the effects of honokiol on proliferation and apoptosis of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hADSCs), and to investigate the effect of the drug on the tumor microenvironment. Methods hADSCs were incubated with different concentrations of honokiol, the proliferation of hADSCs was detected by MTS and Trypan blue staining, and cell apoptosis was assessed by annexin V/PI double staining. In the meantime, expression of mRNA and protein related to cell proliferation and apoptosis were detected by qPCR and Western blot, respectively. The expression of total MEK, phosphorylated MEK, total ERK and phosphorylated ERK proteins in the MEK-ERK1/2 signaling pathway were detected by Western blot. Results The effect of honokiol on inhibiting proliferation and promoting apoptosis of hADSCs was significantly enhanced with the increase of concentration. The expressions of proliferation-related genes CCND1, MKI67 and PCNA were down-regulated. The expressions of pro-apoptotic genes BAX and TP53 was up-regulated, and the expressions of anti-apoptotic gene BCL2 was down-regulated. Honokiol inhibited MEK and ERK1/2 phosphorylation in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusions Honokiol inhibits proliferation and promotes apoptosis of hADSCs, and the specific mechanism is potentially related to the inhibition of MEK-ERK1/2 pathway.

This study aimed to investigate the disparities between metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) and conventional culture results in patients with bronchiectasis. Additionally, we sought to investigate the correlation between the clinical characteristics of patients and their microbiome profiles. The overarching goal was to enhance the effective management and treatment of bronchiectasis patients, providing a theoretical foundation for healthcare professionals. A retrospective survey was conducted on 67 bronchiectasis patients admitted to The First Hospital of Jiaxing from October 2019 to March 2023. Clinical baseline information, inflammatory indicators, and pathogen detection reports, including mNGS, conventional blood culture, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) culture, and sputum culture results, were collected. By comparing the results of mNGS and conventional culture, the differences in pathogen detection rate and pathogen types were explored, and the diagnostic performance of mNGS compared to conventional culture was evaluated. Based on the various pathogens detected by mNGS, the association between clinical characteristics of bronchiectasis patients and mNGS microbiota results was analyzed. The number and types of pathogens detected by mNGS were significantly larger than those detected by conventional culture. The diagnostic efficacy of mNGS was significantly superior to conventional culture for all types of pathogens, particularly in viral detection (p < 0.01). Regarding pathogen detection rate, the bacteria with the highest detection rate were Pseudomonas aeruginosa (17/58) and Haemophilus influenzae (11/58); the fungus with the highest detection rate was Aspergillus fumigatus (10/21), and the virus with the highest detection rate was human herpes virus 4 (4/11). Differences were observed between the positive and negative groups for P. aeruginosa in terms of common scoring systems for bronchiectasis and whether the main symptom of bronchiectasis manifested as thick sputum (p < 0.05). Significant distinctions were also noted between the positive and negative groups for A. fumigatus regarding Reiff score, neutrophil percentage, bronchiectasis etiology, and alterations in treatment plans following mNGS results reporting (p < 0.05). Notably, 70% of patients with positive A. fumigatus infection opted to change their treatment plans. The correlation study between clinical characteristics of bronchiectasis patients and mNGS microbiological results revealed that bacteria, such as P. aeruginosa, and fungi, such as A. fumigatus, were associated with specific clinical features of patients. This underscored the significance of mNGS in guiding personalized treatment approaches. mNGS could identify multiple pathogens in different types of bronchiectasis samples and was a rapid and effective diagnostic tool for pathogen identification. Its use was recommended for diagnosing the causes of infections in bronchiectasis patients.

Abstract Aiming at the problem of high‐speed motors being limited by multiple physical fields, which makes it difficult to achieve ultra‐high‐speed stable operation and develop towards higher speeds and higher power, an ultra‐high‐speed bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor (UBPMSM) is proposed. Based on the mathematical model of suspension force for the bearingless permanent magnet motor considering the rotor eccentricity and load condition, the electromagnetic design method for UBPMSM is proposed. According to this method, the topology, torque system and suspension force system of a 10 kw 100k r/min UBPMSM are theoretically designed. The finite element method (FEM) is used to analyse the electromagnetic performance, which verifies the correctness of the proposed design method for UBPMSM. Further analysis and selection of winding span combinations are conducted to obtain better torque and suspension performance.

Gold nanoparticles （GNPs） have good biocompatibility and unique optical properties， and their surfaces can be combined with biological and organic molecules to form functionalized GNPs. Owing to these characteristics， GNPs have a wide range of applications in food safety detection. This article reviews the application of GNPs for the detection of food-borne pathogens， biotoxins， heavy metal ions， drug residues， food additives， illegal additives， and other harmful food factors. Moreover， prospects for the application of GNPs in food safety detection are also discussed.

Using corn starch（St） as raw material，epichlorohydrin（EPI） as cross-linking agent and （2-methacryloxyethyl） trimethyl ammonium chloride（DMC） as grafting monomer，a grafted cross-linked double modified starch-based flocculant IStD was synthesized by two-step method. The effects of dosage，pH，percentage content of kaolin，flocculation temperature and flocculation time on flocculation performance of IStD were tested. The results showed that under the condition of the percentage content of kaolin 2%，the dosage 14 mg/L，pH=7，the flocculation temperature 25 ℃，and the flocculation time 1 h，the light transmittance of the supernatant could reach 91.7%. The flocculation mechanism of IStD was preliminarily discussed by observing the dispersion of kaolin particles in water before and after dosing. The results showed that there were both electric neutralization and adsorption bridging in the flocculation process，and the electric neutralization was the main one. When IStD and CPAM were combined to treat domestic wastewater，the transmittance and COD removal rate could reach more than 90%，which had certain practical value.

The traditional Grey Water Footprint (GWF) model, rooted in the assumption that the hazard of each pollutant is independent, faces a limitation when dealing with heavy metals, whose hazards to aquatic organisms accumulate. The objective of this study is to develop a GWF model that reflects the cumulative threat posed by heavy metals to aquatic organisms, using the Hazard Quotient (HQ) as a foundation. The model comprises three parts: (i) defining the minimum virtual water volume required to control the HQ within the allowable limits, which includes long-term GWF (L-GWF) and short-term GWF (S-GWF); (ii) calculating the hazard level of heavy metal pollution (HHL); and (iii) determining the contribution rates of each heavy metal to L-GWF and S-GWF. The evaluation results of the heavy metal pollution discharged from the Guixi Smelter show that (i) The GWF of heavy metals from the Guixi Smelter decreases dramatically in 2014, with L-GWF and S-GWF of 2.39 and 0.22 billion m3, respectively, which are only 49.9 % and 47.1 % of L-GWF and S-GWF in 2013. (ii) The HHL values in 2012 and 2013 are 1.52 and 1.43, respectively, with a grade of “moderate.” In contrast, the HHL values in 2014 and 2015 significantly decrease to 0.82 and 0.74, respectively, both with a grade of “low”. (iii) The L-GWF contributors of heavy metals in the Guixi Smelter are Cu > Cd > Pb, and the S-GWF contributors are Cu > Pb > Cd > As. (iv) The GWF model based on HQ overcomes the limitations of conventional GWF and provides an effective assessment of the cumulative heavy metal hazards to aquatic organisms.

BackgroundNon-suicidal self-injury （NSSI） is a serious global public health issue and an important risk factor for suicide attempts and completed suicide. The incidence of NSSI among adolescents in China is 27.4%. Therefore， it is critical to address NSSI and prevent its progression into more severe mental health conditions.ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the psychological experiences and needs of adolescents with NSSI behavior， so as to provide references for formulating targeted intervention strategies for this demographic.MethodsA computer search was conducted across a total of eleven databases， including Cochrane Library， Embase， PubMed， PsycINFO， Web of Science， CINAHL， Medline， CNKI， Wanfang， VIP and CBM， to gather qualitative research on the psychological experiences and needs of adolescents with NSSI behavior. The search extended from the establishment of these databases up to March， 2023. The Australian Joanna Briggs Institute （JBI） qualitative research quality evaluation tools were used to evaluate the included literature， and a Meta-synthesis method was used to integrate the results.ResultsA total of 11 studies were included， yielding 46 research findings. Similar findings were consolidated into 10 new categories， ultimately resulting in 5 synthesized outcomes， including interpersonal conflict， academic pressure and self-reflective struggles， self-injurious behaviors intertwined with inner emotions， the power of love to overcome helplessness， and adjustment and seeking positive coping strategies.ConclusionAdolescents often have experienced negative life events before NSSI behaviors， with notable conflicts in interpersonal relationships， academic pressures and family education. Following NSSI behavior， they undergo various psychological experiences， such as transient feelings of relief， dependence and guilt. Mycotoxins are toxic metabolites produced by fungi in contaminated food， which can cause acute or chronic poisoning in humans. Therefore， the rapid and accurate detection method for mycotoxins is essential to ensure food safety. Aptamers are short single-stranded deoxyribonucleic acid or ribonucleic acid molecules， which， as recognition elements， have the advantages of being specific， stable， and easy to synthesize and modify. Aptasensors have been widely used in mycotoxins detection. This paper summarizes various application examples of aptasensors in mycotoxins detection and provides ideas and methods for realizing the fast， accurate， and efficient detection of mycotoxins.

There is a great amount of uncertainties in the whole life cycle of a flight vehicle, which can induce anon-negligible uncertainty in the numerical simulation output, then the model validation of the numerical simulation is the premise of design optimization. Lots of researches on the uncertainty quantification (UQ) of numerical simulation has been carried out. However, literature has rarely seen works about performing scientific model parameter correction by using the results of UQ and establishing a closed-loop procedure of numerical simulation model validation in a systematic way. Therefore, a numerical simulation model validation method by considering uncertainties is proposed, and a model parameter correction approach based on high-quality small samples is developed, and then a closed-loop model validation process composed by uncertainty quantification, global sensitivity analysis, and parameter correction strategy to provide a scientific and systematic procedure for constructing high-fidelity numerical simulations is established. The effectiveness and advantages of the model validation method is verified through airfoil simulation.

BackgroundThe comorbidity rate of bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder （BPD） is high， and the cognitive impairment of comorbidity patients is more serious.ObjectiveTo explore the difference of cognitive function between bipolar disorder patients with BPD or not， so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsUsing simple random sampling， 60 patients with bipolar disorder comorbidity BPD treated in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research group， including 33 patients with bipolar depression and 27 patients with bipolar mania. At the same time， 60 patients with bipolar disorder were randomly selected as the control group， including 35 patients with bipolar depression and 25 patients with bipolar mania. The cognitive function of patients was evaluated by the Chinese version of Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status （RBANS） and the Stroop Color Word Test.ResultsThe immediate memory， visual span， speech function and total score of RBANS in the comorbid group were lower than those in the non-comorbid group， and the differences were statistically significant （t=-2.356， -2.138， -3.306， -2.729， P

Abstract Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA)-induced chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) has been considered a risk factor for severe asthma. Airway remodelling, which could be modulated by autophagy, plays a key role in severe asthma. However, the extent of autophagy’s involvement in CIH-potentiated airway remodelling remains largely unexplored. Furthermore, we had found that angiotensin-(1-7) [Ang-(1-7)] has therapeutic effects on airway remodelling in asthma, but the underlying mechanism is either unclear. This study aimed to explore how CIH aggravates asthma and mechanism of protective effects of Ang-(1-7) on airway remodelling, with a focus on autophagy. We observed that CIH promoted epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), indicated by elevated EMT and fibrotic markers such as Snail and Collagen IV, both in vitro and in vivo. CIH intensified cell autophagy, evident from increased LC3B expression and reduced p62 levels. Ang-(1-7) reversed the CIH-enhanced expression of Snail, Collagen IV, and LC3B. To explore how CIH enhanced autophagy in cellular and animal model of asthma, overexpression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha (HIF-1α) and Thrombospondin 1 (THBS1) were identified in CIH-exposure mice lung compared with normal mice lung tissues from the GEO database. Finally, through chromatin immunoprecipitation and immunoprecipitation assays, we verified that Ang-(1-7) inhibits CIH-induced binding of HIF-1α to the promoter of THBS1, and also disrupts the protein-protein interaction between THBS1 and the autophagy-associated protein Beclin 1 (BECN1), ultimately leading to autophagy inhibition. Our findings suggest that exogenous Ang-(1-7) can inhibit autophagy via HIF-1α/THBS1/BECN1 axis, thereby alleviating CIH-enhanced airway remodelling in asthma. These findings imply the potential therapeutic effect of Ang-(1-7) in asthma with OSA.

Abstract To explore the signal transmission mechanism of the arbuscular mycorrhizal network against root rot of Salvia miltiorrhiza. In this experiment, the arbuscular mycorrhizal hyphal network was established among Salvia miltiorrhiza plants, and a two plant three-compartment culture model was established. The root of the donor Salvia miltiorrhiza was inoculated with the pathogenic fungi Fusarium solani. The changes of hormone signals such as jasmonic acid and salicylic acid and the expression of related defense genes in the recipient Salvia miltiorrhiza plants in different periods were measured, to study the underground disease resistance signal transmission mechanism among medicinal plants. Salvia miltiorrhiza can transmit the signal of resistance to root rot through the jasmonic acid pathway; When plants suffer from disease stress, the content of JA increases significantly, and the increase of JA content will inhibit the content of SA in plants; The gene expression of PR-10 gene in the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza with arbuscular mycorrhizal network infected by pathogenic fungi was 17.56 times higher than that inoculated only with pathogenic fungi; Changes in hormone content will also cause changes in the expression of related defense genes, such as SnRK2 is inhibited by ABA in the signal transduction pathway, while JA and ABA show antagonistic changes after inoculation of pathogenic fungi in Salvia miltiorrhiza, so JA may positively regulate the expression of SnRK2 gene. Plants can transmit signals through AM hyphal network after being stressed by the pathogen Fusarium solani. In the arbuscular mycorrhizal hyphal network, JA has important significance for the signal transmission of resistance to root rot and disease resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza, which can make Salvia miltiorrhiza ready for stress resistance and improve the stress resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza. This experiment is of great significance to further analyze the signal transmission mechanism of the arbuscular mycorrhizal hyphal network.

Endodontic infection control is crucial to successful root canal treatment. Irrigation is the key step in endodontic procedures, and the application of root canal irrigation and disinfection medications play an important role. How to enhance antibacterial effects and functions in removing tissues while maintaining biocompatibility is a hot topic in endodontics. Currently, insights to address this issue can be split into two categories: one, the modification or combination of conventional endodontic irrigation solutions, and two, the development of novel endodontic irrigation solutions with new technologies and materials, for instance, nanomaterials and natural exacts. However, conventional endodontic irrigation solutions, such as sodium hypochlorite and chlorhexidine, are still the first choice in clinical practice. Most novel endodontic irrigation solutions remain at the pre-clinical laboratory stage. Clinical research and relevant data are required to determine whether various methods can improve endodontic irrigation. From basic research to clinical application is the direction for advancing to the next stage. The present article focuses on research progress on endodontic irrigation, especially concerning its antibacterial mechanism, characteristics and efficacy, to provide a reference for future clinical translation.

Cloud computing provides strong technical support for the construction of regional healthcare information platforms such as medical insurance, public health, etc., and brings infinite hope for the development of healthcare informatization. This paper is based on cloud computing technology support, using cloud computing data center resource utilization balanced virtual machine scheduling model, building health management information sharing mechanism, combined with distributed P2P architecture design, to realize the health management information sharing platform under distributed computing environment. Divide the data center of the health information sharing platform by health information theme, analyze the information sharing mechanism between blood stations and hospitals, and use charts to analyze the management and deployment of blood in blood stations. Build a fuzzy environment to analyze the execution time, response time, and spending of the virtual machine scheduling algorithm based on SA-PSO. Analyze the emergency response time and emergency effect of the health management information sharing platform compared to the traditional first aid process, as well as investigate and count the implementation of blood-based emergency management structures. The test group utilizing the distributed health management information sharing mechanism has less response time (s), emergency group boarding time (s), emergency response time (s), and in-hospital handover time (s) in the receiving time (s), emergency group boarding time (s), and in-hospital handover time (s) than the control group applying the 120 emergency response method, and the comparison is statistically significant (P < 0.05), which indicates that the health management information sharing mechanism is able to target the reduction of the response time, and embodies the construction of the health management importance significance.

The exploration potential of oil and gas is substantial, with considerable untapped resources available for future exploration and development. This paper investigates the application of time-frequency electromagnetic (EM) methods within the domain of computational electromagnetics, enhanced by deep learning techniques, for the profound exploration of oil and gas reservoirs. To identify zones favorable for hydrocarbon presence, it captures electric and magnetic field responses across time and frequency domains. From these responses, it extracts crucial parameters such as resistivity and excitation polarizability. The methodology initiates with a forward simulation to establish the most productive construction parameters for the time-frequency EM approach. Subsequently, data collected are processed and analyzed to qualitatively evaluate each physical parameter. This is followed by quantitative constraints on resistivity and polarizability, employing the adaptive differential evolution algorithm to execute a comprehensive parameter inversion using the horizontal E-field (Ex) data derived from the time-frequency EM method. This inversion facilitates the determination of resistivity and polarizability distributions at various depths, culminating in the generation of corresponding depth cross-sections. The inversion fitting and example analyses yielded that the apparent resistivity profiles of low-resistance backslope formations and backslope formations with high and low resistance interlayers form relative anomaly magnitudes of about 13% and 7.8%, respectively. In the real measurement from the depression to the uplift zone, the thickness of the giant inclined low-resistance conductive layer gradually decreases. The points of the extreme values and minima gradually move from the low-frequency band to the high-frequency band, which is identical to the simulation law. The anomaly amplitude is between [-0.4 Ω·m, 0.6 Ω·m], which can be accurately imaged. This study innovatively combines deep learning technology and electromagnetism, which provides a basis for the next decision on oil and gas exploration and target evaluation preference.

The current status of ESP teaching research is not optimistic, failing to eliminate the limitations and constraints of curriculum design and teaching mode. This study first utilizes the forward and back propagation algorithms in the deep learning network to extract features from the student sample data. The clustering center of the sample data and the weight value of each feature are calculated for the clustering results using the phase dissimilarity calculation of the improved K-prototypes algorithm. Through the analysis of the students’ motivation to learn English in a specific school, it is found that the factor of “achievement motivation” accounts for the most significant proportion, which is 55.80%, and most of the students’ specific motivation to learn English for particular purposes is “to obtain the graduation certificate”, which accounts for 95.3% of the students’ motivation. Most students were motivated to learn English for particular purposes mainly by obtaining a diploma, accounting for 95.3%. Among them, students in category 2 have a higher value of learning characteristics, with an average of 0.77. In contrast, students in category 5 have the lowest value of knowledge mastery, with an average of 0.26. This study lays a data foundation and support for the design and innovation of the English for Specialized Purposes platform. At the same time, the innovative teaching mode of English for Specialized Purposes proposed in this paper based on the CDIO teaching model provides a reference for teaching English for Specialized Purposes in the future.

BackgroundCirculating aminotransferases (ALT and AST) have been used as biomarkers for liver injury. The causal relationships between aminotransferases and metabolic syndrome remain ambiguous.MethodsWe conducted bidirectional and multivariable Mendelian randomization (MR) analyses between aminotransferases and traits related to metabolic syndrome using genetic variants obtained from genome-wide association studies (GWASs). MR-PRESSO tests were adopted to remove outliers and eliminate pleiotropy. MR steiger tests were conducted to ensure the correct direction of the causal effects.ResultsBoth aminotransferases were risk factors for essential hypertension. ALT is a risk factor for type 2 diabetes. The bidirectional causal relationship between ALT and hyperglycemia, serum lipids, and obesity was demonstrated. The effect of fasting glucose on AST was demonstrated, while type 2 diabetes did not affect AST. The effect of HDL-C on ALT and the effect of triglycerides on AST were found in multivariable MR analyses.ConclusionsOur bidirectional MR analyses suggest that ALT and AST are causally associated with several metabolic syndrome-related traits, especially hypertension and type 2 diabetes. These findings highlight the potential role of aminotransferases as biomarkers and therapeutic targets for metabolic syndrome.

Today, the evolution of art teaching evaluation systems faces significant challenges and opportunities, particularly with the limitations of subjective judgments in traditional methods impacting the accuracy of teaching quality assessments. This study leverages advancements in artificial intelligence, specifically neural networks enhanced by the Taruhai Sheath algorithm, to propose a novel and more objective approach for evaluating art teaching. Our optimized neural network model demonstrates a remarkable 92% accuracy in art teaching evaluations, outperforming traditional methods by 15%. Furthermore, our analysis reveals that the quality of practical teaching is a critical factor in boosting students’ artistic creativity. By applying the Taruhai Sheath algorithm for neural network optimization, this research offers a groundbreaking method to elevate the objectivity and rigor of art education evaluations, promising a significant leap forward in art teaching quality.

And from the four aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, it constructs the evaluation index system of college students’ career planning based on SWOT. Combined with the principle of triangular fuzzy number, the evaluation model of college students’ career planning based on fuzzy network analysis is constructed. Based on this, college students in 8 colleges and universities are selected as research objects. After collecting relevant data, the weights of each index are calculated, and the career planning of college students in 8 colleges and universities is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed from the perspectives of different genders and majors. The results show that the indicators of the strengths level have the most significant influence on college students’ career planning, with a weight of 0.357. Only college 3 has a comprehensive score of college students’ career planning greater than 90, male college students (72.76) have a slightly higher complete score of career planning than female college students (71.81), and students of science (76.92) have a somewhat higher comprehensive score of career planning than students of liberal arts (74.68). Combined with the analysis of this paper, college students’ career planning education can be improved by guiding them to establish precise career planning, improving specialized guidance services, and increasing recruitment activities.

Big data technology is gaining a lot of attention and research in the present day. In this article, based on big data technology, we use Spark’s big data hybrid computing model to promote family style and family education under the premise of large-scale information processing. The minimum average distance of all clusters is calculated by computing the mean and eigenvectors of the Hopkins statistic. The cohesiveness and separation of the contour coefficients on the clusters were evaluated based on the mean values. We also examine the error-squared and criterion functions and use this method to verify the positive effect of promoting family traditions and education on the minds of young people. In this paper, we get from the comparison experiment of mining algorithms: Spark algorithm mining efficiency is 200-300 higher than MR algorithm mining efficiency, and the mining efficiency is superior. Especially when the log volume is large, the efficiency enhancement effect is as high as 96.88%, which is conducive to creating a good ideological and political education environment for young people by further improving the positive role of propagating family style and family education in the ideological and political education of young people.

Exploring the symbolic semantic design path of industrial products is to make industrial products more compatible with the diverse emotional needs of consumers. In this paper, starting from the sentiment analysis model, the PLSA-FSVM sentiment analysis method is constructed using a probabilistic latent potential semantic analysis method and support vector machine based on the Fisher kernel. The method’s validity is verified for comparative experiments and sentiment word frequency analysis evaluation. From the comparison experiments, the ten-fold cross-average precision and recall of PLSA-FSVM were 89.18% and 88.35%, respectively, 4.15% and 2.59% higher than PLSA-SVM. From the sentiment word frequency analysis, the percentages of sentiment words such as atmosphere, practical, and worthy are 23.08%, 22.59%, and 24.72%, respectively. This shows that the PLSA-FSVM sentiment analysis method can effectively realize the sentiment analysis of industrial product evaluation, promote the symbolic semantic design to be more in line with consumers’ emotional needs, and then realize the symbolic design of industrial products to reach the meaning with shape and enjoy with meaning.

PIWI-interacting RNAs (piRNAs) are important for ensuring the integrity of the germline. 3'-terminal 2'-O-methylation is essential for piRNA maturation and to protect them from degradation. HENMT1 (HEN Methyltransferase 1) carries out the 2'-O-methylation, which is of key importance for piRNA stability and functionality. However, neither the structure nor the catalytic mechanism of mammalian HENMT1 have been studied. We have constructed a catalytic-competent HENMT1 complex using computational approaches, in which Mg2+ is primarily coordinated by four evolutionary conserved residues, and is further auxiliary coordinated by the 3'-O and 2'-O on the 3'-terminal nucleotide of the piRNA. Our study suggests that metal has limited effects on substrate and cofactor binding but is essential for catalysis. The reaction consists of deprotonation of the 2'-OH to 2'-O and a methyl transfer from SAM to the 2'-O. The methyl transfer is spontaneous and fast. Our in-depth analysis suggests that the 2'-OH may be deprotonated before entering the active site or it may be partially deprotonated at the active site by His800 and Asp859, which are in a special alignment that facilitates the proton transfer out of the active site. Furthermore, we have developed a detailed potential reaction scenario indicating that HENMT1 is Mg2+ utilizing but is not a Mg2+ dependent enzyme.

Abstract Background There are relatively few studies investigating C-C motif chemokine ligand 2 (CCL2) level in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP), and the relationship between CCL2 level in BALF and refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (RMPP) is unclear. This study aims to explore the relationship between chemokine CCL2 level in BALF and clinical characteristics and clinical outcome in children with MPP. Methods A total of 51 children with confirmed acute MPP and requiring bronchoalveolar lavage in Department of Pediatrics, Huanghe Sanmenxia Hospital and The First Clinical College of Xinxiang Medical University from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study group. And 11 children with bronchial foreign body were selected as the control group. The study group was divided into the non-refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (NRMPP) group and the RMPP group based on the response to treatment. BALF and clinical data of the patients were collected. And CCL2 levels were tested in the patients. Differences in CCL2 level in BALF and clinical characteristics were tested and compared. Objective To investigate sex difference of dynamic cerebral autoregulation (dCA) in different body positions. Methods A total of 130 healthy adults (65 males and 65 females) who underwent physical examination in Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University from August 2021 to November 2022 were included. Non⁃invasive continuous blood pressure monitor and transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) were used to monitor beat⁃to⁃beat blood pressure and middle cerebral artery (MCA) cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV), respectively. Transfer function analysis (TFA) was used to compare and analyze the dCA parameters (absolute gain value and percentage gain, phase, coherence) in the range of very low frequency (0.02-0.07 Hz), low frequency (0.07-0.20 Hz) and high frequency (0.20-0.50 Hz) of different positions and sex. Results The phase in very low frequency and low frequency were significantly lower in the standing position than in the supine position [(57.37 ± 12.45)° vs. (66.72 ± 16.64)°, t = ⁃ 6.428, P = 0.000; (36.82 ± 11.59)° vs. (43.02 ± 11.51)°, t = ⁃ 6.052, P = 0.000], while the coherence in very low frequency and low frequency were significantly higher in the standing position than in the supine position (0.73 ± 0.06 vs. 0.66 ± 0.06, t = ⁃ 8.947, P = 0.000; 0.76 ± 0.06 vs. 0.73 ± 0.07, t = ⁃ 2.693, P = 0.007). In both supine and standing positions, absolute gain value of male in the low frequency [(0.91 ± 0.23) cm/(s·mm Hg) vs. (1.04±0.23)cm/(s·mm Hg), t =3.075, P =0.003; (0.84±0.19)cm/(s·mm Hg) vs. (0.95±0.21)cm/(s·mm Hg), t = 3.102, P = 0.002] and high frequency [(0.94 ± 0.25) cm/(s·mm Hg) vs. (1.11 ± 0.27) cm/(s·mm Hg), t = 3.740, P = 0.000; (0.91 ± 0.21) cm/(s·mm Hg) vs. (1.05 ± 0.23) cm/(s·mm Hg), t = 3.747, P = 0.000] was lower than those of female, while the phase in the low frequency was higher than that of female [(45.25 ± 10.21)° vs. (40.81 ± 12.37)°, t = ⁃ 2.239, P = 0.027; (38.90 ± 12.25)° vs. (34.74 ± 10.57)°, t = ⁃ 2.072, P = 0.040]. Conclusions Postural changes can also affect the cerebral autoregulation, and dCA can be improved in the supine position; there is no significant difference in dCA between male and female in the very low frequency, but there is a certain difference between the sex in the low frequency and high frequency.

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) collapse stains combined with ultrasound drug penetration therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN)in the elderly. Methods Totally 90 elderly patients with DPN were randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45) . All patients received oral administration of Mecobalamin tablets combined with ultrasound drug penetration therapy, and patients in the observation group were given Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains additionally. Both two groups received 14-day course of treatment. The total clinical effective rate, clinical symptom score, sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77. 78%(35/45), and total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33%(42/45), with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after intervention(P＜0. 01), and clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0. 01). MCV and SCV values of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the two groups were significantly increased after intervention (P＜0. 01), and MNCV and SNCV values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion TCM collapse stains combined with ultrasound drug penetration therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with DPN, improve the motor and sensory conduction function of peripheral nerves, and the combined treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect. (目的 探讨中药塌渍联合超声药物导入治疗老年糖尿病患者周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法 采用随机数字表将90例老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者随机分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。对照组给予甲钴胺片口服联合超声药物导入治疗, 观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药塌渍进行治疗, 两组均以14d为1个疗程, 连续治疗2个疗程。评估和对比两组临床总有效率、临床症状积分、治疗前后正中神经和腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)与运动神经传导速度(MNCV)的差异。结果 观察组总有效率为93. 33%(42/45), 高于对照组的77. 78%(35/45), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。治疗后, 两组临床症状总积分较治疗前下降(P＜0. 01), 且观察组临床症状总积分下降幅度较对照组明显, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。治疗后, 两组患者MNCV和SNCV数值较治疗前升高(P＜0. 01); 与对照组相比, 观察组MNCV和SNCV数值升高幅度优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 中药塌渍治疗联合超声药物导入疗法可以有效缓解老年DPN患者临床症状和体征, 改善周围神经的运动和感觉传导功能, 联合治疗能有效提高临床治疗效果。)

The exceptional properties of graphene provide a promising candidate in the future electrics and photoelectronic devices. The controllable synthesis of graphene films by chemical vapor deposition is of central importance for large-scale application of high-performance graphene devices. However, grain boundaries in polycrystalline graphene films hinder the fast transportation of carriers in the material, degrading the electrical properties. Large graphene single crystals could reduce the grain boundary defects and improve the quality of graphene films. In this review, approaches of the synthesis of large-area graphene single crystals on copper substrate by chemical vapor deposition were summarized, including two main strategies as decreasing the graphene nucleation density and seamless stitching of highly-oriented graphene islands. Different realization methods, mechanism and characteristics were clarified. Several key influence factors were discussed, such as the pretreatment of substrates, the controlling of partial pressure of carbon source and the oxygen-assisted growth, etc. Finally, existing challenges of the present preparation were analyzed. The synthesis trend of large-area graphene single crystals in the future was discussed.Exploration on the growth mechanisms and kinetics of graphene single crystals help to realize their precise growth control in different environments. Developments of mass production at low cost and in-situ synthesis on diverse target substrates are the keys to wide use of graphene single crystals.

Dissolved oxygen (DO) is one of essential factor for the survival of aquatic organisms, affecting many physiological processes including growth, survival, reproduction and development. Due to the change of global environment and the influence of human activities, hypoxia often occurs in both natural and cultured water bodies. Studies showed that water is in a hypoxic state when DO is lower than 2 mg/L, and aquatic animals in this condition may often suffer from hypoxic stress. The blood clam Scapharca broughtonii is an important economic bivalve because of its delicious taste and rich protein, vitamins and hemoglobin. At present, the S. broughtonii has become an important species in Northern China, and the better economic benefit of breeding drives the rapid development of seedling production and culture. However, hypoxia often threatens the cultivation of S. broughtonii. Hypoxic preconditioning refers to the endogenous protective mechanism generated after the body is stimulated by multiple transient and non-fatal hypoxic stimuli, which can protect the body tissues and improve the tolerance of the body. To explore the effects of hypoxic preconditioning on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of S. broughtonii under hypoxia stress, the clams were divided into three groups containing H2 (hypoxic preconditioning for two times), H4 (hypoxic preconditioning for four times) and C (no hypoxic preconditioning, as control group). And then, we analyzed the feeding rate (IR), energy metabolism and three enzymes activity of three groups during the process of hypoxia stress for 48 hours with DO concentration of ~2.0 mg/L. The first item we explored was changes in feeding rates. During hypoxia stress, the IR of the three groups showed a tendency of decreasing first and then increasing. At the late stage of stress, the feeding rate of the three groups recovered to some extent, and the recovery degree of groups H4 and H2 were better than that of group C. The energy metabolism we studied contains the oxygen consumption rate (OR) and the ammonia excretion rate (NR). The results showed that the OR of the three groups increased gradually under hypoxia stress and reached the maximum value at 48 h after treatment. The OR of group C, H2 and H4 increased by 1.15, 1.08 and 0.73 times, respectively, after 48 hours of treatment. The trends in NR were that the NR in group C gradually increased during treatment, while that in group H reduced first followed by increasing and then decreased. The NR of group C, H2 and H4 showed different trends during the stress period which were 1.67, 1.30 and 0.97 times of 0 h at 48 h, respectively. And the ratio of oxygen to nitrogen in group C was relatively stable, while that in group H was relatively wide. The following are the experimental results of enzyme activity changes, which include cytochrome c oxidase (COX), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and glutathione (GSH). The COX of the three groups decreased gradually with the extension of hypoxia stress time. LDH activity and GSH enzyme content all showed an upward tendency. Compared with the control group C, the enzyme activity of the pre-hypoxic group H2 and H4 were relatively stable during the hypoxic stress. In total, the results showed that S. broughtonii pretreated with hypoxia had higher feeding rate, lower oxygen consumption rate and relatively stable enzyme activity compared with the control group, which revealed hypoxia pretreatment could improve its ability of hypoxia tolerance. It showed that hypoxia preconditioning had a more positive effect on the hypoxia tolerance of S. broughtonii. In this study, the effects of hypoxic preconditioning on physiological and biochemical of S. broughtonii under hypoxia stress including feeding rate, respiratory metabolism and enzyme activity were studied for the first time. It was found that hypoxic training could effectively improve the body's response to hypoxic stress, enriching the research data related to hypoxic adaptation, and providing data for exploring the stress adaptation mechanism of S. broughtonii.

This paper summarized the auricular acupoint pressing therapy an nursing measures for insomnia in a patient with central retinal artery occlusion. On the basis of nursing risk assessment, Traditional Chinese Medicine auricular acupoint pressing therapy was adopted. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as strengthening cooperation between medical and nursing care, providing oxygen therapy according to the doctor's advice, enhancing the psychological care and diet care of patients were carried out during the treatment. This paper summarized the nursing management of the nasogastric enteral nutrition for a patient with endotracheal intubation for acute respiratory failure complicated with severe pneumonia. Nursing interventions such as endotracheal intubation, nursing of enteral nutrition and prevention of aspiration and other issues were carried out to control infection, improve the patient’s pneumonia situation and reduce the occurrence of complications. Regional ecological risk assessment (ERA) is an important means towards sustainable regional development. Yet, existing ERA approaches often fall short of characterizing ecological processes as dynamic processes involving uncertainty. Using Inner Mongolia, a high ecological risk area in China, this study employed a framework for regional ERA that considers ecosystem service value (ESV) and four scenarios of future land use patterns to understand its regional ecological risk. The spatially explicit risk assessment method was implemented by a model combining multi-criteria evaluation (MCE), cellular automata (CA), and Markov chain to predict future land use/cover of 2030, an adjustment-based equivalence factor method to assess the ESV in each scenario, and Sharpe Index to assess regional ecological risk. The results show the following. First, the overall ESV increases from 2020 to 2030 under all but the socio-economic development (SED) scenarios considered in this study. Second, the overall regional ecological risk of Inner Mongolia is high in the central region and low in the east, north, and west regions. The low ecological risk areas account for the largest areal proportion in the ecosystem services protection (ESP) and natural development (ND) scenarios, while the medium ecological risk areas are the largest under SED. However, some low ecological risk areas are converted into medium ecological risk in ecological and socioeconomic balance scenario (ESB) scenario. Third, NDVI is the driving factor with the strongest explanatory power for the regional ecological risk in Inner Mongolia, followed by mean annual precipitation and temperature. The present study applied a framework for regional ERA that explicitly considers spatial heterogeneity and uncertainty, which can be useful for guiding decision-making for ecological risk control and the planning of the land use of ecosystems.

The goal of this study was to demonstrate the functions and specific mechanism of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) GNAS-AS1 in lung adenocarcinoma. Levels of lncRNA GNAS-AS1, microRNA (miR)-433-3p, and Rab3A were assessed by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). The target-binding sites of lncRNA GNAS-AS1, miR-433-3p, and Rab3A were predicted and confirmed by bioinformatics tool (StarBase) and a dual-luciferase reporter system. Cell proliferation and apoptosis were checked using MTT and flow cytometry, respectively. Additionally, the levels of apoptosis-related and epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT)-associated genes in A549 cells were analyzed by qRT-PCR and western blot. We found that lncRNA GNAS-AS1 was upregulated, miR-433-3p was low-expressed, and Rab3A was overexpressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and cell lines. LncRNA GNAS-AS1 interacted with miR-433-3p and negatively regulated miR-433-3p levels. Rab3A was a direct target of miR-433-3p. Downregulation of lncRNA GNAS-AS1 remarkably suppressed cell proliferation, promoted cell apoptosis, decreased B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) expression, enhanced the Bcl-2-Associated X (Bax) level, promoted E-cadherin expression, and reduced N-cadherin and Rab3A levels. However, the miR-433-3p inhibitor reversed all these findings. Similarly, the inhibitory effects of miR-433-3p mimic on A549 cells were reversed by the Rab3A-plasmid. In conclusion, lncRNA GNAS-AS1 downregulation suppressed lung adenocarcinoma cell proliferation and EMT through the miR-433-3p/Rab3A axis.

Listeria monocytogenes (LM) is an important food-borne pathogen, and the risk of its ingestion is a serious public health issue. The better its environmental adaptation mechanisms and pathogenicity are understood, the better the risk it poses can be countered. The regulatory role of the small non-coding RNA (sRNA) rli106 in the environmental adaptation and pathogenicity of LM is still unclear and this study investigated that role through its biological function.

Solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs) are one of the most common chest computed tomography (CT) abnormalities clinically. We aimed to investigate the value of non-contrast enhanced CT (NECT), contrast enhanced CT (CECT), CT perfusion imaging (CTPI), and dual- energy CT (DECT) used for differentiating benign and malignant SPNs with a multi-institutional and prospective study.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of colonoscopy, fecal immunochemical test(FIT) and risk-adapted screening strategies in population-based colorectal cancer screening. Methods Based on the randomized controlled trial of colorectal cancer screening(TARGET-C) which was carried out in 6 centers of 5 provinces in China from May 2018 to May 2021, the participants who met the inclusion criteria of the study were randomly assigned to one of the following screening intervention groups in a ratio of 1∶2∶2, which were colonoscopy group, FIT group and risk-adapted screening group(participants evaluated to be at high risk were recommended to undertake colonoscopy, those at low risk were recommended to undertake FIT and FIT positive people received colonoscopy). The 3 groups received different schemes of colorectal cancer screening, in which the colonoscopy group only received baseline screening, whereas the FIT group and the risk-adapted screening group received annual follow-up screening on the basis of baseline screening. The main outcome was the detection rate for advanced colorectal neoplasm(including colorectal cancer and advanced adenoma). The participation rate, detection rate for any neoplasm and resource load of colonoscopy among different screening groups were further analyzed. Results A total of 19 373 participants meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled, including 8082 males(41.7%) and 11 291 females(58.3%), with an average age of (60.5±6.5) years. Among them, 3883 were in the colonoscopy group, 7793 in the FIT group, and 7697 in the risk-adapted screening group. After 1 or 3 rounds of screening(2 rounds of follow-up screening completed in FIT group and risk-adapted screening group), the overall participation was the highest for the FIT group(99.3%), followed by the risk-adapted screening group(89.2%) and the coloscopy group(42.3%). According to the intention-to-treat analysis, the detection rates of advanced neoplasm in the colonoscopy group was higher than that in the FIT group(2.76% vs. 2.17%, ORcolonoscopy vs FIT=1.30, 95% CI: 1.01-1.65, P=0.037); there were no statistically significant differences regarding the detection rates of advanced neoplasm between the colonoscopy group and the risk-adapted screening group(2.76% vs. 2.35%, ORcolonoscopy vs risk-adapted screening=1.19, 95% CI: 0.93-1.51, P=0.156), and between the risk-adapted screening group and the FIT group(2.35% vs. 2.17%, ORrisk-adapted screening vs FIT=1.09, 95% CI: 0.88-1.34, P=0.440). The number of colonoscopies needed to be performed to detect one advanced neoplasm was used as an indicator to evaluate the resource load of colonoscopy. The number was the highest for the coloscopy group(15.4), followed by the risk-adapted screening group(10.2) and the FIT group(7.8). Conclusions The risk-adapted screening strategy is feasible and effective in population-based colorectal cancer screening, and could serve as an effective supplement to the traditional colonoscopy and FIT-based colorectal cancer screening strategies.

Abstract Malnutrition is a common complication in the dialysis population, both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis (PD). We report our exploratory study on the characteristics of intestinal microbiota and nutritional status in PD patients. The nutritional status of our PD patients were evaluated, and their feces were collected for 16S rRNA gene V3-V4 regions amplification and high-throughput sequencing. The characteristics and differences of microbiota between the well-nourished (W) and malnourished (M) groups were compared. We studied the genera and the operational taxonomic units (OTUs) within the genus of our patients, initially comparing the malnourished and the well- nourished groups and later on reanalyzing the whole group using these OTUs. At the OTU level, 6 bacteria were significantly correlated with the serum albumin level. The abundances of 2 OTUs (OTU208 Lachnospiraceae_incertae_sedi and OTU4 Bacteroides) were more in W group. Meanwhile, 4 OTUs (OTU225 Akkermansia, OTU87 Megasphaera, OTU31 Peptostreptococcaceae_incertae_sedi and OTU168 Clostridium_sensu_strictu) displayed higher abundance among individuals in M group. Notably, the OTU168 Clostridium_sensu_stricto was the only bacteria that significantly correlated with serum albumin (r = − 0.356, P = 0.05), pre-albumin (r = − 0.399, P = 0.02), and SGA (r = 0.458, P = 0.01). The higher the OTU168 Clostridium_sensu_strictu, the lower serum albumin and pre-albumin and a higher score of SGA signifying a worse nutritional status. Our preliminary findings suggested a relationship between the nutrition status and microbiota in PD patients. Our results provide a basis for further exploration of the interactions between malnutrition and intestinal flora in PD patients with potential interventions using probiotics and prebiotics.

The copolymers were obtained by a water-based polymerization reaction using maleic anhydride and acrylic acid as the main raw materials. And the scale inhibition performance of the resulting scale inhibitor was investigated by static scale inhibition experiments. The experimental results proved that the scale inhibitor has good scale inhibition performance for calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. Objective To investigate the effect of salmon calcitonin on bone mineral density (BMD)of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs). Methods Totally 50 OVCFs were divided into the study group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine antiosteoporosis therapy(Teriparatide and Chinese medicine capsules for osteoporosis), and the study group was given salmon calcitonin combined with Chinese medicine capsules for osteoporosis. Both oxidative stress and the immune response are associated with heart failure (HF). In this study, our aim was to identify the hub genes associated with oxidative stress andimmune infiltration of HF by bioinformatics analysis and experimental verification. The expression profile of GSE36074 was obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were screened by GEO2R. The genes related to oxidative stress were extracted from GeneCards websites. Then, the functional enrichment analysis of oxidative stress-related DEGs (OSRDEGs) was performed using DAVID. In addition, we constructed a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network using the STRING database and screened for hub genes with Cytoscape software. We also used CIBERSORTx to analyze immune infiltration in mice heart tissues between the TAC and Sham groups and explored the correlation between immune cells and hub genes. Finally, the hub genes were carried out using reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and western blot. A total of 136 OSRDEGs were found in GSE36074. Enrichment analysis revealed that these OSRDEGs were enriched in the mitochondrion, HIF-1, FoxO, MAPK and TNF signaling pathway. The five hub genes (Mapk14, Hif1a, Myc, Hsp90ab1, and Hsp90aa1) were screened by the cytoHubba plugin. The correlation analysis between immune cells and hub genes showed that Mapk14 was positively correlated with Th2 Cells, while Hif1a and Hsp90ab1exhibited a negative correlation with Th2 Cells; Myc exhibited a negative correlation with Monocytes; whereas, Hsp90aa1 was negatively correlated with NK Resting. Finally, five hub genes were validated by RT-qPCR, IHC and western blot. Mapk14, Hif1a, Myc, Hsp90ab1, and Hsp90aa1 are hub genes of HF and may play a critical role in the oxidative stress of HF. This study may provide new targets for the treatment of HF, and the potential immunotherapies are worthy of further study.

The construction of cognitive models is the basis for cognitive diagnosis, and the cognitive models will change based on the purpose of the study. According to the purpose of mathematical education, the cognitive factorization model is constructed based on the competence and knowledge dimensions. The factorization cognitive model was preliminarily constructed using expert-defined and literature surveys, and a small-scale test was subsequently carried out. The rationality of the cognitive model was tested through verbal reports and the regression of the item's difficulty through the cognitive attributes. The study included a sample of 72 students from two eighth-grade classes in a junior high school located in Wuhan. A diagnosis was made based on the mastery of factorization knowledge and the level of mathematical operation ability of the eighth graders in the cognitive model. Research 1 demonstrates that the construction of the cognitive factorization model is reasonable. Research 2 shows that approximately 79% of students' mathematics operation ability can reach the level of knowledge understanding, 71% of students can reach the level of knowledge transfer, and only 28% of students can reach the level of knowledge innovation.

ObjectiveTo investigate the late detection of HIV/AIDS cases in the elderly in Jilin Province and analyze its influencing factors， to provide theoretical basis for improving their life quality.MethodsThe first CD4 values of HIV/AIDS patients aged 50 years and above living in Jilin Province were used to estimate late detection， and the influencing factors of late detection in elderly cases were analyzed.ResultsThe average CD4 cell count of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases aged 50 and above in Jilin Province from 1996 to 2021 was （230.55±191.97）， the low value group accounted for the largest proportion （50.8%）， and the late detection rate was 59.3% （1397/2325）. The late detection cases were mainly from sexual transmission （46.8% for same-sex and 48.2% for heterosexual contact）. From the perspective of sample sources， most of the late detection patients were diagnosed while testing for other illnesses， followed by testing and consulting. In terms of contact history， the late detection of cases of men who have sex with men was higher. The binary logistic regression analysis showed that gender， marriage， sample source and report year were the factors affecting the late detection of AIDS. The late detection rate of males was higher， and cases of married couples were more likely to be late detection. With the increase of report year， the late detection rate decreased， and testing and counseling could effectively reduce the late detection rate of AIDS.ConclusionThe CD4 cell count in the first detection of HIV/AIDS in the elderly in Jilin Province is low， and the late detection rate of male cases is high. In recent years， the expansion of voluntary counseling and testing in Jilin Province has effectively reduced the late detection rate of HIV/AIDS. At the same time， sex education should be strengthened for the elderly， healthy marital relationships should be advocated and more attention should be paid to the mental health of the elderly.

Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of erythroid precursor cells (EPC) and its subtypes in Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods The patients with AD (AD group) firstly diagnosed and treated in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were included, and olanzapine combined with donepezil were used for treatment; while 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The proportion of EPC, CD45+EPC and CD45-EPC in peripheral blood in control group and AD group before and after treatment was detected and sorted by flow cytometry. Primary cortical neurons were used to construct AD cells model, flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of neurons in control group, AD model group, CD45+EPC group, CD45-EPC group and Artemin block group. Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of EPC in peripheral blood between AD group and control group, or between AD group before and after treatment (P＞0.05, for all). However, the proportion of CD45+EPC subtype (t=7.277, P=0.000) and ROS content (t=10.817, P=0.000) in AD group before treatment were higher than those in control group. The proportion of CD45-EPC subtype (t=7.277, P=0.000) and Artemin content (t=6.547, P=0.000) were lower than those in control group, but there were no significant differences in proportion of CD45+EPC and CD45-EPC subtypes, ROS and Artemin contents before and after treatment in AD group (P＞0.05, for all). Neuronal apoptosis experiment showed the proportion of neuronal apoptosis in different treatment groups was significantly different (F=25.662, P=0.000). The proportion of neuronal apoptosis in AD model group (t=9.330, P=0.000), CD45+EPC group (t=14.362, P=0.000), CD45-EPC group (t=2.423, P=0.036) and Artemin block group (t=9.970, P=0.000) were higher than those in control group. AD model group (t=4.548, P=0.001), CD45+EPC group (t=8.759, P=0.000), Artemin block group (t=5.387, P=0.000) were higher than those in CD45-EPC group. CD45+EPC group was also higher than that in AD model group (t=5.091, P=0.000) and Artemin block group (t=3.175, P=0.004). Conclusions The proportion of CD45+EPC subtype in peripheral blood of AD patients was significantly increased and the proportion of CD45-EPC subtype was decreased. CD45-EPC subtype can reduce the neuronal apoptosis induced by AD by secreting Artemin.

Abstract Background Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the main type of oral cancer. Disturbing DNA repair is an invaluable way to improve the effectiveness of tumor treatment. Here, we aimed to explore the key enhancer drivers associated with DNA damage repair in OSCC cells. Methods Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), Gene Set Variation Analysis (GSVA) and Kaplan-Meier analysis were applied to explore the relationship among DNA repair-related genes expression and clinical phenotypes based on The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. HOMER software and Integrative Genomics Viewer were applied to identify and visualize enhancers using GSE120634. Toolkit for Cistrome Data Browser was applied to predict transcription factors. Human Protein Atlas Database was used to analyze the protein levels of transcription factors in OSCC and control tissues. Seventy-two OSCC patients were included in this study. qRT-PCR was used to detect transcription factor expression in OSCC and adjacent control tissues collected in this study. qRT-PCR and ChIP-qPCR were used to verify the binding of transcription factors to enhancers, and regulation of target genes transcription. Transcription factor knockdown and control cells were treated with cisplatin. CCK8 was used to detect cell viability and proliferation. Western blotting was implemented to detect the levels of DNA repair-related proteins. Transwell assay was used to detect cell invasion. Results DNA repair was positively associated with the OSCC metastatic phenotype. Patients in the cluster with high expression of DNA repair-related genes had a worse prognosis and a higher proportion of advanced stage, low-differentiation, alcohol consumption and smoking compared to the cluster with low DNA repair-related gene expression. Seventeen metastasis-specific enhancer-controlled upregulated DNA repair-related genes, with the top two upregulated genes being ADRM1 26 S proteasome ubiquitin receptor (ADRM1) and solute carrier family 12 member 7 (SLC12A7) were screened. High mobility group 20 A (HMG20A) was the key prognostic enhancer driver regulating metastasis-specific DNA repair-related genes, with higher expression in OSCC tissues than normal control tissues, and higher expression in metastatic OSCC tissues than non-metastatic OSCC tissues. HMG20A bound to the metastasis-specific enhancers of ADRM1 and SLC12A7, thereby promoting ADRM1 and SLC12A7 expression. Knockdown of HMG20A enhanced cisplatin sensitivity of cells, and inhibited OSCC cells from repairing DNA damage caused by cisplatin, as well as proliferation and invasion of OSCC cells. Conclusion HMG20A was identified as the key prognostic enhancer driver regulating DNA repair in OSCC cells, providing a new therapeutic target for OSCC.

Two-dimensional electromagnetohydrodynamic behavior of nanofluids through rectangular microchannels is investigated. The combined effects of time-periodic pressure gradients and magnetic fields in terms of the Hall effects on nanofluid flow are considered. Under the Debye–Hückel linearization approximation, the semi-analytic solution of the velocity field is derived by Green’s function method. Furthermore, the semi-analytic solutions of electrokinetic energy conversion (EKEC) efficiency and the streaming potential of nanofluids through the rectangular microchannels are obtained. The variations of the velocity, streaming potential, and EKEC efficiency with the electric double layer thickness K, Hartmann number Ha, Hall parameter m, and dimensionless frequency Ω are shown and briefly discussed.
