In response of the comprehensive popularization of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11 in recent years, the rapid increase of Internet of Things (IoT) data has brought about problems such as high network transmission pressure, difficult data management, and high data security risks. Based on years of experience in WiFi wireless Access Point (AP) management and data warehouse implementation, this article expounds a construction method of wireless AP data warehouse based on anomaly identification and lossy compression. The results show that the abnormal identification and lossy compression of data with high repeatability of wireless AP can effectively solve the problems of high storage pressure and communication congestion in distributed data warehouses which caused by the excessive amount of repeated data of network equipment, and greatly reduce the overall cost when the company implement the data warehouse with IoT datas.

It is known that Kv1.3, KCa3.1, CRAC, TRPM7, and Clswell are five important ion channels in T lymphocytes. To investigate the mechanism underlying the protective effects of lentinan against T lymphocytes injury induced by chronic radiation in mice, we determined the expression profiles of Kv1.3, KCa3.1, Orai1, STIM1, TRPM7, and Clswell genes. Mice were injected with different concentrations of lentinan before exposure to 60Co g-ray. Total RNA was then extracted from T lymphocytes in murine spleen. The Real time-PCR was per- formed to detect the expression levels of Kv1.3, KCa3.1, Orai1, STIM1, TRPM7, and Clswell genes. The results show that, out of the six ion channels gene expression detected in the present study, only Kv1.3 and Orai1 were altered by lentinan in mice under chronic radiation stress. Kv1.3 and Orai1 expression were significantly elevated in T-lymphocytes isolated from irradiated mice, and were normalized by lentinan treatment. Our results suggest that that Kv1.3 and Orai1 channels may mediate the anti-radiation effects of lentinan.

Early diagnosis and intervention are pivotal in reducing colorectal cancer (CRC) incidence and enhancing patient outcomes. In this study, we focused on three genes, AQP8, GUCA2B, and SPIB, which exhibit high coexpression and play crucial roles in suppressing early-stage CRC. Our objective was to identify key miRNAs that can mitigate CRC tumorigenesis and modulate the coexpression network involving these genes. We conducted a comprehensive analysis using large-scale tissue mRNA data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the Gene Expression Omnibus to validate the coexpression of AQP8, GUCA2B, and SPIB, and to assess their diagnostic and prognostic significance in CRC. The mRNA–miRNA interactions were examined using MiRNet and the Encyclopedia of RNA Interactomes. Furthermore, using various molecular techniques, we conducted miRNA inhibitor transfection experiments in HCT116 cells to evaluate their effects on cell growth, migration, and gene/protein expression. Our findings revealed that, compared with normal tissues, AQP8, GUCA2B, and SPIB exhibited high coexpression and were downregulated in CRC, particularly during tumorigenesis. OncoMirs, hsa-miR-182-5p, and hsa-miR-27a-3p, were predicted to regulate these genes. MiRNA inhibition experiments in HCT116 cells demonstrated the inhibitory effects of miR-27a-3p and miR-182-5p on GUCA2B mRNA and protein expression. These miRNAs promoted the proliferation of CRC cells, possibly through their involvement in the GUCA2B–GUCY2C axis, which is known to promote tumor growth. While the expressions of AQP8 and SPIB were barely detectable, their regulatory relationship with hsa-miR-182-5p remained inconclusive. Our study confirms that hsa-miR-27a-3p and hsa-miR-182-5p are oncomiRs in CRC. These miRNAs may contribute to GUCY2C dysregulation by downregulating GUCA2B, which encodes uroguanylin. Consequently, hsa-miR-182-5p and hsa-miR-27a-3p show promise as potential targets for early intervention and treatment in the early stages of CRC. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective : To investigate the hypertension control and relevant factors in Jiading, Shanghai, and make some suggestions for the management of hypertension. Methods : The data was derived from the May Month Measurement study, from May to September 2017. The seated blood pressure of adults aged 18 years or above were measured three times with 1-minute interval. All values were recorded. Demographic information, including age, gender, body height, and current smoking and alcohol intake, the presence of comorbid diseases, such as diabetes, coronary artery heart disease (CHD) and stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA) and the use of antihypertensive and lipid lowering drugs, were collected as well as waist and hip circumferences were measured. Logistic stepwise regression was used to analyze the relevant factors of unawareness, untreated and uncontrolled of hypertension. Results: A total of 9 992 participants were included in the analysis, the mean age of whom was (50.3±16.2) years, with males accounting for 56.2%, and the mean blood pressure was 125 mmHg/76 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa). The proportion of hypertension was 31.6%, and the rates of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension were 64.7%, 59.3% and 40.1%. The older hypertensive participants had better awareness and treatment [+10 years, unawareness: OR=0.77, 95%CI 0.71--0.83, P=0.000. untreated: OR=0.77, 95%CI 0.71--0.83, P=0.000]. The situation in male was worse (vs female, unawareness: OR=1.42, 95%CI 1.19--1.69, P=0.000. untreated: OR=1.27, 95%CI 1.06--1.52, P=0.009. uncontrolled: OR=1.24, 95%CI 1.02--1.51, P=0.034). Individuals with diabetes (unawareness: OR=0.36, 95%CI 0.22--0.61, P=0.000. untreated: OR=0.52, 95%CI 0.34--0.80, P=0.003), using lipid-lowering drugs (unawareness: OR 0.20, 95%CI 0.11--0.36, P=0.000. untreated: OR=0.25, 95%CI 0.15--0.42, P=0.000), with CHD (unawareness: OR=0.27, 95%CI 0.12--0.59, P=0.001. untreated: OR=0.30, 95%CI 0.15--0.58, P=0.000), and with stroke or TIA (unawareness: OR=0.35, 95%CI 0.17--0.72, P=0.004. untreated: OR=0.38, 95%CI 0.20--0.71, P=0.002) had better awareness and treatment, and patients with CHD were better controlled than ones without CHD (OR=0.63, 95%CI 0.42--0.95, P=0.026). Conclusion: The rate of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension in Jiading, Shanghai is not ideal, especially in male and the youngers. The rate of awareness, treatment and control in patients with cardiovascular diseases is higher, which suggests the importance of blood pressure measurement and public education.
