【Objective】The significance of wireless network equipment troubleshooting can be used to solve the network connection problems, improving user experience, and maintaining network stability and reliability. However, the accuracy of existing methods needs to be further improved.【Methods】To address this problem, this paper quotes the attention mechanism in the Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)- Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) network structure and proposes a wireless network equipment fault diagnosis method based on the CNN-GRU-Attention network structure.【Results】Compared with other methods in the simulation experiment, the method in this paper improved the accuracy of the model from 91% to 98%.【Conclusion】Through the research of this article, the quality and efficiency of wireless network equipment operation have been improved. The network capacity, functionality and reliability have also been improved, and people's growing communication needs for wireless networks have been met.

Abstract The digital revolution in healthcare, amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic and artificial intelligence (AI) advances, has led to a surge in the development of digital technologies. However, integrating digital health solutions, especially AI-based ones, in rare diseases like Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM) remains challenging due to limited data, among other factors. CURATE.AI, a clinical decision support system, offers an alternative to big data approaches by calibrating individual treatment profiles based on that individual’s data alone. We present a case study from the PRECISE CURATE.AI trial with a WM patient, where, over two years, CURATE.AI provided dynamic Ibrutinib dose recommendations to clinicians (users) aimed at achieving optimal IgM levels. An 80-year-old male with newly diagnosed WM requiring treatment due to anemia was recruited to the trial for CURATE.AI-based dosing of the Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor Ibrutinib. The primary and secondary outcome measures were focused on scientific and logistical feasibility. Preliminary results underscore the platform’s potential in enhancing user and patient engagement, in addition to clinical efficacy. Based on a two-year-long patient enrollment into the CURATE.AI-augmented treatment, this study showcases how AI-enabled tools can support the management of rare diseases, emphasizing the integration of AI to enhance personalized therapy.

Since 2011, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) has implemented the Strategic Priority Program on Space Science (SPP). A series of scientific satellites have been developed and launched, such as Dark Matter Particle Explorer (DAMPE), Quantum Experiments at Space Scale (QUESS), Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory (ASO-S), Einstein Probe (EP), and significant scientific outcomes have been achieved. In order to plan the future space science missions in China, CAS has organized the Chinese space science community to conduct medium and long-term development strategy studies, and summarized the major scientific frontiers of space science as “One Black, Two Dark, Three Origins and Five Characterizations”. Five main scientific themes have been identified for China’s future breakthroughs, including the Extreme Universe, Space-Time Ripples, the Panoramic View of the Sun and Earth, the Habitable Planets, and Biological & Physical Science in Space. Space science satellite missions to be implemented before 2030 are proposed accordingly.

The microbiological quality of laboratory animals is crucial for the validity and reproducibility of scientific research data, as well as human health and animal welfare. Currently, individual ventilation cages (IVC) have become the mainstream feeding system for rodent laboratory animals. The most commonly used pathogen monitoring method for this feeding system is soiled bedding sentinels (SBS). This method monitors the microbial carrying status of mouse colony through indirect contact and delayed feedback. It can effectively monitor pathogens transmitted via the fecal-oral route, such as mouse hepatitis virus and reovirus. However, this method has difficulty detecting pathogens mainly transmitted through aerosols or direct contact, such as Sendai virus and Pasteurella pneumotropica. The exhaust air dust (EAD)-PCR monitoring method involves swab sampling in the IVC exhaust ducts to monitor the corresponding racks of the ducts; swab sampling before the prefiltration of the host to monitor the entire IVC rack; and EAD collection device sampling to monitor all racks connected to the same host. Different IVC manufacturers have developed corresponding EAD collection devices for their respective IVC systems, making operations convenient and standardization easy. Compared with the SBS method, the EAD-PCR method significantly improves detection rate and timeliness, with the fastest detection possible after one week of exposure. It can serve as a supplement or replacement for the SBS method. Currently, increasing evidence supports that EAD-PCR testing is a more reliable, sensitive, and cost-effective monitoring method, and is more beneficial to animal welfare. This article reviews the application progress of these two methods for monitoring pathogens, analyzes the existing limitations of the EAD-PCR method, and proposes solutions based on its implementation in our laboratory and examination units. The EAD-PCR method helps reduce the number of live sentinel animals used in pathogen monitoring, in order to better maintain the "3Rs" principle of laboratory animal welfare.

Objective Affected by the occupation of existing buildings (structures) on the ground, the main retaining piles in shield receiving areas at both ends of some metro stations cannot be built. Therefore, it is necessary to study the pile-beam-arch (PBA)construction technology for expanding excavation of metro station undercrossing the parallel existing buildings or structures. Method With the project of Nijiaqiao Station on New Line 18 in Chengdu Metro undercrossing the existing structures as the research object, a finite element model is established to analyze the subsidence characteristics of the land and the existing structures according to the actual construction plan, and the results are verified by on-site monitoring data. Result & Conclusion PBA construction technologies including advanced large pipe shed, temporary column support system, staggering excavation of 7guiding holes and manual excavation cast-in-place pile are used, successfully implementing the station main retaining pile construction under the premise of effectively controlling the subsidence of land and the existing buildings. The construction steps that have the greatest impact on the above-mentioned subsidence are the excavation of guiding holes 1, 3, 5, 7. The subsidence of existing structures is obvious at guiding holes 1 and 2 with the maximum value of 9.62 mm, 1.5 times the simulated value. Both the on-site monitoring results and the simulated results meet the safety control requirements.

Objective: Obtaining hhigh-yield pprotease-pproducing bacterial resources through fermentation of advantageous protease-producing strains derived from Shiping stinky tofu. Methods: Single-factor and response surface experiments were used to optimize the culture medium and fermentation conditions. Using casein as the substrate, the effects of temperature, pH, metal ions and organic reagent on the protease activity and stability of strain JX-11 were investigated using enzymology techniques. Results: One strain of high-producing proteinase-secreting bacteria, JX-11, was isolated from Shiping stinky tofu, identified as Chryseobacterium pennipullorum. The optimal conditions for protease production by JX-11 strain were found to be temperature at 23.0 ℃, glucose content at 6.7 g/L, peptone content at 15.0 g/L, pH 6.4. Under these conditions, the protease activity was (39.16±3.24) U/mL. The optimal temperature for extracellular protease of JX-11 strain was 30 ℃, and it had good stability in the range of 10～40 ℃. The optimal pH was 7.0, and it had good stability in the range of pH 6.0～9.0. Mn2+ significantly increased the activity of JX-11 protease. The relative activity was increased by 4.33 times compared with the blank group. Zn2+, Cu2+, and K+ all inhibited the enzyme activity, Na+, Mg2+, and Ca2+ had no significant effect. Glycerol can promote the activity of the enzyme, but ethanol and acetone have little effect on it. Tween 80, acetic acid, methanol and EDTA inhibited the activity of the enzyme, among which EDTA hadd the most obvious inhibition, which further proved that the enzyme was a metalloprotease. Conclusion: A high-producing protease-secreting bacterial strain is obtained from Shiping stinky tofu, which has good application prospects.

【Objective】For the problem of limited sensing distance of distributed optical fiber sensing system, a Phase-Sensitive Optical Time Domain Reflectometry (φOTDR)distributed optical fiber sensing system based on Remote Optically Pumped Amplifier (ROPA) technology was proposed.【Methods】Adopting polarization diversity reception technology to obtain orthogonal polarization signals to solve the problem of polarization mismatch, Frequency division band processing suppresses coherent fading and polarization fading. Applying high-order Raman pumping technology and cascaded ROPA technology, three remote gain units are selected with appropriate gain medium lengths. Introduced at the appropriate positions in the transmission link, the pump light and signal light are coupled and sent by the remote pumping unit to excite erbium ionst for unrepeatered amplification, realizing ultra long single span vibration signal sensing and solving the problem of insufficient single-span sensing distance of existing φOTDR.【Results】The experimental results show that In-phase and Quadrate (IQ) demodulation algorithm can be used to achieve linear recovery of Piezoelectric Transducer (PZT) disturbed 100 Hz signal.【Conclusion】The results show that this system can achieve vibration signal sensing of 176.6 km ultra long single span, breaking the existing φOTDR single span sensing distance recording. The vibration curve of the first 176 km is stable and the amplitude is below 0.4 rad. The undisturbed position in the three-Dimensional (3D) map is relatively stable, and the disturbance signal added by PZT at the end of the link can be accurately perceived. After Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) transformation processing, the signal-to-noise ratio of the 100 Hz disturbance signal is 8.9 dB. The experimental results are crucial for building ultra long single-span φOTDR sensing system and provides a certain reference value for the development of unrepeatered ultra long-distance sensing in OTDR systems.

Taking the point contact gear with circular-parabola configuration as the research object, based on the Adams dynamic analysis software, dynamic characteristics and the variable law of tooth surfaces are studied in this study. Firstly, according to space meshing theory, tooth surfaces equation of the point contact gear with circular-parabola configuration is derived, and three-dimensional solid models of gear pairs are established by the given design parameters. Secondly, the virtual prototype of point contact gears with circular-parabola configuration is established utilizing Adams software. Through simulation process, variation law of normal contact force, circumferential force, radial force and axial force of the gear are discussed. Change law of normal contact force under the same parameters and working conditions are analyzed between the point contact gear with circular-parabola configuration and general involute helical gears. Influences of meshing stiffness on normal contact force of the gear are also discussed. Research results show that the dynamic performance of point contact gears with circular-parabola configuration is better than that of general involute helical gears under the same parameters and working conditions. Meshing stiffness has a certain influence on the dynamic performance of tooth surfaces. For a reasonable variable range, the transmission process will be more stable with the increase of the meshing stiffness. The study can provide a basis for the design of point contact gears with circular-parabola configuration.

Abstract At present, cross‐chain technology and cross‐chain system pay more attention to cross‐chain security and performance, and have shown great improvement in security, scalability and efficiency. However, the generality of cross‐chain technology in different scenarios is poor, and it may not fit in different business fields. In order to solve the generality problem of cross‐chain technology, this paper sorts out and analyzes the research of blockchain cross‐chain protocol, and proposes a fusion protocol cross‐chain method based on relay‐chain technology. This paper will introduce the cross‐chain framework and cross‐chain transaction process of fusion protocol. Cross‐chain framework includes blockchain cross‐chain interaction architecture, cross‐chain interaction governance mechanism and cross‐chain privacy protection scheme. The transaction process is divided into three different stages. Finally, combined with cross‐chain key technologies and landing application requirements, the future research direction of blockchain cross‐chain technology is given. The fusion protocol cross‐chain method based on relay‐chain technology proposed here is a groundbreaking innovation in the field of blockchain cross‐chain technology. By integrating the advantages of different blockchain systems and protocols, the fusion protocol is able to achieve a high degree of generality and compatibility, making it suitable for various business scenarios and applications.

Abstract [Objective] The study aims to understand the effects of the combined saline and alkaline stress with different salt distribution ratios and different concentration gradients on the growth and physiological indexes of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape (Vitis vinifera ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’) seedlings, and confirm the range of salinity tolerance and its ability to tolerate salinity. [Methods] One-year-old ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ seedlings were used as test materials. Three groups, including neutral, weak alkaline, and strong alkaline salt solutions, were mixed with NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3, and Na2CO3 in different ratios, with a concentration gradient of 50, 100, and 150 mmol/L, and with no treatment solution as control. The seedlings were watered regularly during the growth period. Different types and degrees of saline and alkaline stress were simulated with pot experiments in the lab, and the growth morphology, physiology and photosynthetic indexes were measured. [Results] (1) Stem diameter and leaf area of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ seedlings was increased first and then decreased with the increase in salt concentration, while plant height showed a decreasing trend. Plant height was significantly lower at 150 mmol/L for 10 days and 40 days for the strong alkaline group compared with the neutral and weak alkaline groups. (2) SOD activity and MDA content in the leaves of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ seedling was increased first and then decreased with the increase in salt concentration, while POD activity was increased slowly. The POD activity of leaves in the strong alkaline salt stress group was higher than that of the neutral and weak alkaline salt stress group for 30-50 days, while the strong group was lower than the neutral and weak groups for 60 days, where 150 mmol/L treatment was more obvious. (3) Intercellular CO2 concentration, net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ seedlings showed a decreasing trend with the increase in salinity concentration, and their intercellular CO2 concentration and net photosynthetic rate were higher at 50 mmol/L. Under same salt treatment, the net photosynthetic rate in leaves of neutral and weak alkaline groups were lower than the strong group at 150 mmol/L for 75 days. [Conclusion] The plant height, leaf area, intercellular CO2 concentration, net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ seedlings showed a good growth trend at 50 mmol/L, while plant height and stem diameter was the least obvious at 150 mmol/L saline solution for the strong alkaline salt stress; low saline treatment (50 mmol/L) was favorable to the growth of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ seedlings.

Cerebral infarction is the second leading cause of death in the world, and has become the most serious cause of disability and death in China. Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is the most common type of cerebral infarction, accounting for about 80% of all cerebral infarctions. Hemorrhagic transformation (HT) is one of the natural regression processes in patients with AIS, and is the most serious complication after treatments [such as intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) or endovascular thrombectomy (EVT)], which brings a heavy burden for patients and their families and even the all society. Accurate prediction and evaluation are of important clinical significance. In recent years, imaging research has focused on the value of CT and MRI in evaluating HT. The diagnostic value of CT plain scan is limited. Before AIS treatment, an early diagnostic score ≤ 7 points in the Alberta Cerebral Infarction Plan is associated with the occurrence of HT (P=0.033), and high-density middle cerebral artery sign is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of HT (OR=10.334). For AIS patients treated with thrombectomy within 2-7 days, dual energy CT scanning at 24 hours after therapy had a high efficacy for prediction of HT occurrence, with a sensitivity of 82.5% and specificity of 100%. CT angiography suggests that patients with high thrombus burden had a higher probability of developing HT (OR=1.28). The incidence of HT in AIS patients with good collateral circulation is low. CT perfusion imaging parameters, including surface permeability, cerebral blood volume, Tmax, etc., have good predictive value for predicting HT occurence. In MRI plain scan, high signal on FLAIR can predict the occurrence of HT. The volume of high signal areas on MRI diffusion-weighted imaging can predict HT, with area under the ROC curve of 0.78.Brush like sign, and micro bleeding lesions on sensitivity weighted MRI indicate the occurrence of HT. Enhanced T1 weighted imaging of MRI shows a significant correlation between brain parenchymal enhancement and HT occurrence (P

The standards for 50 Gbit/s Passive Optical Network (PON) are nearly complete, but the standards for the post-50 Gbit/s PON era are still blank. It is necessary to carry out relevant research to guide the industry’s strategic planning in system, optical module and chips. Experts predict that single-wavelength 200 Gbit/s rate and coherent technology will be the two key features of the next-generation PON system after 50 Gbit/s PON. Firstly, the single-wavelength 200 Gbit/s rate is particularly attractive to operators. However, Intensity Modulation and Direct Detection (IM/DD) technology struggles to meet the Class C+ power budget requirements at this speed. Therefore, it is necessary to use a coherent technology which is more sensitive than IM/DD technology. However, some technical challenges need to be overcome if coherent technology is applied to PON. As the PON system shows a typical Point-to-MultiPoint (P2MP) topology, key challenges include the architecture reconstruction of PON Media Access Control (MAC) chips and system equipment, the Bi-Di technology and the burst-mode technology of coherent PON optical modules, and the wavelength management in PON system. Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) remains the best way to achieve P2MP transmission. New multiplexing dimensions, such as Sub-Carrier Multiplexing (SCM) can enhance this method. The introduction of new multiplexing dimension adds flexibility but also complicates the design, potentially overhauling the entire PON system architecture. With SCM, digital interfaces are no longer used to connect optical modules. Instead, optical modules will need to use highly linear driver and modulator. The user-side optical modules need the ability to switch instantly to avoid interference with other users, necessitating the development of new coherent optical chips with burst-mode control functionality. Considering the uplink P2MP burst-mode coherent reception, it is necessary to control the wavelength of multiple lasers at the system level to avoid errors from frequency offset estimation, caused by rapid wavelength switching among users. In summary, applying coherent technology to PON is a completely new and complex task, which cannot directly inherit the existing coherent system architecture. It needs to match the requirement of P2MP system application, through technological innovation in chips, modules, and equipment.

Background: The most effective method for improving the prognosis of lung cancer is the application of low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) for pulmonary nodule screening in populations at high risk. Timely diagnosis and treatment of early-stage lung cancer can contribute to higher long-term survival rates. However, it remains difficult to differentiate malignant from benign pulmonary nodules measuring 8–15 mm, and avoid overtreatment on the one hand and delayed diagnosis on the other hand. In this consensus paper, we aimed to clarify the definition of “high-risk indeterminate pulmonary nodules (IPNs)” and discuss appropriate evaluation and management to facilitate timely diagnosis of lung cancer to improve lung cancer outcome. Direction for future research was discussed. Methods: A multi-disciplinary panel of doctors and IT experts from Asia, Canada and the U.S. were invited to participate. Published evidence and consensus guidelines were used to develop this consensus was clarified. Their evaluation and management were discussed. Findings: The experts believed that the prevalence of pulmonary nodules was very high, and it that was difficult to diagnose early-stage lung cancer due to the small size of the nodules, often leading to delayed diagnosis or overtreatment. To address this issue and to improve long-term outcome, the panel considered important to revise the classification of high-risk IPNs, (1) as pulmonary nodules that cannot be clearly diagnosed with non-surgical biopsy procedures, but is highly suspicious for early-stage lung cancer. The panel also recommends the most responsible should arrange imaging evaluations and follow-ups, taking new technologies into account. Artificial intelligence (AI) assessment based on the Medical Internet of Things (MIoT) can be combined with expert opinion to form a human–computer multidisciplinary team (MDT) that can fully implement the three core procedures of the MIoT, namely, comprehensive perception, reliable transmission, and intelligent processing. This will help to upgrade the non-standard diagnosis and treatment, the so-called “handicraft workshop model”, to a modern assembly-line model that meets international standards. The MIoT technology, which has the potential to realize “simplification of complex problems, digitalization of simple problems, programming of digital problems, and systematization of programming problems”, can promote the homogeneous evaluation of pulmonary nodules by enhancing both the sensitivity and the specificity of detecting early-stage lung cancer, in order to avoid delayed diagnosis and overtreatment. Conclusion: To optimize the evaluation of early-stage lung cancer, and to avoid delayed diagnosis and overtreatment, it is necessary to propose and promote the concept of “high-risk IPNs”. The application of current technologies, AI, and a human–computer MDT, will facilitate improvement in nodule evaluation, transforming the current diagnosis and treatment model, which is akin to production in handicraft workshops, into a modern assembly-line model that meets international standards, and will ultimately result in better prognosis.

Prostate cancer is a cancer prevalent form characterized by serious clinical symptoms. The discovery of a novel supplement or medication for prostate cancer within the realm of chemotherapeutic drugs holds significant value. Our research involved the synthesis of copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) infused with Pistacia khinjuk leaf extract to explore their potential anti-prostate cancer, cytotoxic, and antioxidant properties. The green-formulated CuNPs were characterized by TEM, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, FE-SEM, FTIR. The FE-SEM and TEM findings prove the spherical structure with a size of 10–70 nm. The DPPH assay was carried out to examine the effectiveness of antioxidants. CuNPs exhibited the ability to inhibit 50% of DPPH at 215 µg/mL. To assess the anti-prostate cancer properties of CuNPs, an MTT assay was performed on NCI-H660, DU 145, LNCaP clone FGC, and LNCaP clone FGC-Luc2 cells. CuNPs exhibited remarkable efficacy in inhibiting prostate cancer growth, while demonstrating negligible toxicity towards normal cells. The LNCaP clone FGC cell line displayed the most potent anti-prostate cancer effects of CuNPs. IC50 of CuNPs was 322, 365, 247, and 273 on NCI-H660, DU 145, LNCaP clone FGC, and LNCaP clone FGC-Luc2 prostate cancer cells. CuNPs containing Pistacia khinjuk were found to possess noteworthy anti-prostate carcinoma characteristics and presented excellent antioxidant potentials, as highlighted by this study.

Alveolar echinococcosis (AE) is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by infection with the larval stage of Echinococcus multilocularis and a major challenge to human public health. Vaccines are the most effective way to prevent and control infectious diseases. We previously revealed that the Echinocuccus granulosus recombinant protein P29 is a good vaccine candidate against E. granulosus. However, the protective and immunological mechanism of rEg.P29 against E. multilocularis remain unclear. In this study, CD4+ T cell-deficient mice are transferred with spleen CD4+ T cells isolated from wild-type mice and subjected to rEg.P29 immunization, and then these immunized mice are infected with E. multilocularis. The cyst inhibition rate is calculated by weighing the body and cyst weights. The level of antibody is detected by ELISA. Flow cytometry is used to detect the level of IFN-γ production by CD4+ T and CD8+ T cells. The cytokines in culture supernatant are detected by ELISA. The expressions of CD44 and CD62L on memory T cells are determined by flow cytometry. The results show the cyst inhibition rate is 41.52% after adoptive transfer of CD4+ T cells. Furthermore, the levels of IgG, IgM, IgA and IgE in serum are significantly increased compared with those in the PBS group. The IFN-γ-secretion by CD8+ T cells and the level of IFN-γ in culture supernatant are obviously increased; and the number of CD4+ T cells is increased, but the number of IFN-γ producing CD4+ T cells has no significant difference compared with PBS group. In addition, the number of CD44+CD62L‒CD8+ memory T cells in the spleen is significantly increased, while the number of CD44‒CD62L+ CD8+ memory T cells is not significantly altered. Collectively, rEg.P29 can alleviate E. multilocularis infection by inducing humoral immune responses and CD8+ T cell responses.

It is of the great significance to construct the strength prediction model that considers the influence of the macro and micro defects in the rock in an overall manner to ensure the construction of smart mines and the safety of underground personnel and equipment. Based on the Weibull distribution of rock micro-element strength and the power-law distribution of crack length and the discrete element calculation model, the prediction model for strength of damaged rock specimens were established by numerical simulation and theoretical derivation respectively. Then the rationality of the model was verified by the calculated results. The results show that: 1) The weibull distribution of the micro-element strength and the power-law distribution of the crack length in the PFC2D calculation model are realized by programming, and the quantitative corresponding relationship between the macro, micro and micro damage in the rock and the corresponding distribution parameters is analyzed. 2) 400 sandstone specimens with macro, micro and micro damage are numerically established and loaded to achieve statistical analysis of the relationship between micro element strength, pre-crack information and rock strength. According to the simulation results, the four-dimensional space scatter points of uniaxial compressive strength of sandstone specimens are constructed, and the flow law of compressive strength of sandstone specimens under the influence of multiple damage parameters is obtained. 3) Combined with Mori Tanaka method and rock damage probability distribution theory, a 12 parameter rock strength prediction model is established. The model can both describe the influence of the micro-element strength and macroscopic crack information on the rock strength, and the model calculation results are highly consistent with the simulated results, with the correlation coefficient up to 0.991.

Abstract Objective: To examine the associations of pregnant women’s dietary and sedentary behaviours with their children’s birth weight. Design: Secondary data analysis was conducted using data from a randomised controlled trial, Communicating Healthy Beginnings Advice by Telephone, conducted in Australia. Information on mothers’ socio-demographics, dietary and sedentary behaviours during pregnancy was collected by telephone survey at the third trimester. Birth weight data were extracted from the child’s health record book. Multinomial logistic regression models were built to examine the associations of pregnant women’s dietary and sedentary behaviours with children’s birth weight. Setting: Participating families. Participants: Pregnant women and their children. Results: A total of 1132 mother–child dyads were included in the analysis. Background: Over the past two decades, there has been an increase of immigrants in Australia. Despite this, the availability of culturally responsive resources and services that cater to their needs remains insufficient. Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the resources used and trusted by Mongolian- and Arabic-speaking migrant mothers in Australia for child health information and examine how they navigate and overcome challenges they encounter accessing this information. Design: Semi-structured telephone interview Methods: A theory informed semi-structured 60-min telephone interview was conducted in Arabic and Mongolian with 20 Arabic- and 20 Mongolian-speaking migrant mothers of children younger than 2 years or currently pregnant and living in Australia. Data were analysed thematically using the framework method. Results: The reliance on digital platforms such as google emerged as a common trend among both groups of mothers when seeking child health information. Notably, there were differences in resources selection, with Mongolian mothers showing a preference for Australian-based websites, while Arabic-speaking mothers tended to opt for culturally familiar resources. There were various barriers that hindered their access to health services and resources, including language barriers, cost, and limited knowledge or familiarity with their existence. Negative encounters with healthcare professionals contributed to a perception among many mothers that they were unhelpful. Both groups of mothers employed a cross-checking approach across multiple websites to verify trustworthiness of information. Acculturation was shown only among the Mongolian-speaking mothers who adapted their cultural practices in line with their country of residence. Conclusion: The findings of this study highlight the importance of addressing the needs of migrant mothers in accessing child health information. Health professionals, government agencies, and researchers have an opportunity to provide culturally responsive support by fostering a culturally inclusive approach to developing and promoting equitable access to services and resources, ultimately enhancing the wellbeing of migrant families.

Abstract There are few short, validated tools to assess young children's obesity‐related dietary behaviours, limiting the rapid screening of dietary behaviours in research and practice‐based early obesity prevention. This study aimed to develop and assess the reliability and validity of a caregiver‐reported short dietary questionnaire to rapidly assess obesity‐related dietary behaviours in children aged 6 months to 5 years. The Early Prevention of Obesity in Childhood Dietary Questionnaire (EPOCH‐DQ) was developed using a rigorous process to determine content and structural validity. Three age‐appropriate versions were developed for (1) infants, aged 6–12 months, (2) toddlers, aged 1–2.9 years and (3) pre‐schoolers, aged 3–5 years. The questionnaire (7–15 items) measures dietary behaviours, including diet risk from non‐core food and beverage intake, diet quality from vegetable frequency, bread type and infant feeding practices. Test–retest reliability was assessed from repeated administrations 1 week apart (n = 126). Objective: A method for the determination of aminophylline residues in edible tissues （muscle, liver and kidney） of pigs by solid-phase extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. Methods: After extracted by methanol, the aminophylline was purified by PRiME HLB solid phase extraction column in one step, and then separated by a C18 chromatographic column. 0.1% formic acid solution and acetonitrile were invoked as the aqueous phase and the organic phase for gradient elution, respectively. Electrospray positive voltage ionization and multi reaction monitoring （MRM） mode are used for compound detection, and matrix matching standard was used for quantification. Results: The analysis of aminophylline drugs was completed within 3.5 minutes, and the results showed good linear relationship （R＞0.998 0） on different matrices in the concentration range of 0.05~1.0 μg/mL. The average recoveries ranged from 87.2% to 101.3%, and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.7% to 6.2% （n=6）. The detection limit was 2 μg/kg and the quantification limit was 5 μg/kg. Conclusion: The method which is simple and efficient, has good repeatability and high sensitivity. It is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of aminophylline drug residues in edible tissues of pigs.

Objective·To screen the mutations of NEUROD1 gene in families of maturity-onset diabetes of the young (MODY), and investigate the correlation between the mutation and MODY6 and its potential pathogenesis in Chinese.Methods·PCR-direct sequencing was used for screening NEUROD1 mutations from 96 MODY probands who were negative for mutations in the GCK/MODY2, HNF1A/MODY3 and HNF1B/MODY5 genes, and the genotypic frequency of NEUROD1 variations were compared between the 96 MODY probands and 100 non-diabetic control subjects. A de novo modeling method was used to predict the three-dimensional (3D) structures of wild type (WT) and mutated NEUROD1 proteins. Objective To explore the attitude and influencing factors of tumor patients towards remote hospice care in Nanning, so as to provide reference for improving the utilization rate of remote hospice care service. Methods A total of 148 patients with advanced cancer who were hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Nanning from October 2021 to March 2022 were investigated with a self-made questionnaire on the demand for remote hospice care. Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression analysis were used to study the influencing factors of remote hospice care demand of advanced tumor patients. The economic and ecological implications of infrastructural development in the west coast of Taiwan Strait are critically important for both financial stakeholders and policymakers. This study explores the intricate balance between economic development and ecological sustainability in Yueqing, located on the Western Taiwan Strait. Leveraging remote sensing data for fiscal years 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020, the analysis reveals stable land use patterns. The data shows that between 2005 and 2020, the predominant land use categories in Yueqing were forestry and agricultural assets, making up 53.30%, 52.81%, 52.85%, and 52.42% of the total study area, respectively. Both asset classes demonstrated an upward trend, contrasting with the diminishing trends observed in grasslands, aquatic zones, and areas allocated for construction. To address the challenges posed by population pressure and limited land resources, the Yueqing government has implemented policies like the “Implementation Measures for Yueqing’s Farmland Protection and Compensation” in 2016 and the “Land Greening Action Plan” in 2020. These policies have effectively managed land transitions and contributed to sustainable development.

Aiming at the tooth profile contact problem of internal meshing gear transmission pairs with double contact points, the generation method of tooth profiles of the internal meshing gear transmission pair with double contact points is present. Based on Hertz contact theory, the mathematical model of instantaneous contact ellipse of tooth profiles is established and the equations of contact trajectory are also derived. The contact ellipse area of tooth surfaces of the gear pair with double contact points is solved by the numerical analysis method, and the influences of the design and tooth profiles parameters on the contact ellipse are discussed. Using the finite element analysis method, the contact ellipse area and tooth surface contact stress of the internal meshing gear pair with single contact point and double contact points are compared. The research conclusions show that the contact area location and size can be effectively controlled by selecting the suitable contact angle, nominal pressure angle, normal modulus and spiral angle. Under the same parameters, the contact area with double contact points is larger than that of a single contact point, and the contact stress is smaller. The relevant research has important theoretical significance and reference values for improving the contact characteristics and mechanical properties of the new internal meshing gear transmission.

【Objective】 Saline soil needs reinforcement in constructing channels. The objective of this paper is to investigate the engineering characteristics of a new material used to reinforce saline soil to resolve issues such as dissolution, erosion and water wastage in west Jilin province. 【Method】 A house-made frost-crack resistant agent was used in the study. It was mixed with the soil at ratios ranging from 20% to 45%, with soil water content varying from 14% to 20%. The hydraulic and mechanical properties of each sample were measured using unconfined compressive strength test, freeze-thaw test, and permeability test, from which we determined the optimal mixing ratio. The ABAQUS software was then used to analyze the stress and displacement of a 2 m U-shaped channel under different operating conditions. 【Result】 The optimal material ratio was 40% with the soil moisture being 16%. Its strength was 14.91 MPa at the optimal age of 28 days. The specimens lost less than 5% of its quality after undergoing more than 200 indoor freeze-thaw cycles; its hydraulic conductivity was 1×10-7 cm/s. The numerical simulations revealed that the 2 m U-shaped channel experienced a maximum principal stress of 87.4 kPa and maximum displacement of 0.08 mm under a two-point lifting of the bottom force. Under full water operating conditions, the maximum principal stress was 94.32 kPa, and the maximum displacement was 2.85 mm. Considering the effect of frost heave, the maximum principal stress was 312 kPa, and the maximum displacement was 17 mm. 【Conclusion】 Under the test conditions, the optimal agent ratio was 40%. This ratio reduced the displacement deformation of the U-shaped channel and improved its stability. These findings provide guidance for constructing U-shaped channels in saline soils in western Jilin province and regions with similar environments.

Currently, the effect and molecular mechanism of calycosin, the main active ingredient of Qinshi Simiao San, which can alleviate chronic prostatitis (CP), on CP remain unclear. This study aimed to elucidate the potential mechanism of action of calycosin in CP in a rat CP model. The prostate tissue morphology was evaluated based on hematoxylin–eosin staining. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was conducted to evaluate inflammatory cytokine and immune factor levels (secretory immunoglobulin A [SIgA]; immunoglobulin G [IgG]) in prostate tissues and serum. Additionally, representative biomarkers of oxidative stress, including malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, and catalase were detected using detection kits, and reactive oxygen species release was evaluated using immunofluorescence staining. Furthermore, the p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38MAPK)/NF-kappaB (NF-κB) signaling pathway was analyzed by western blotting. The results showed that calycosin substantially ameliorated the pathological damage to prostate tissues of the CP rats. Moreover, calycosin significantly downregulated interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha, IgG, and SIgA levels. Furthermore, we found that calycosin considerably suppressed oxidative stress and inhibited the activation of the p38MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway in rats with CP. In summary, our findings revealed that calycosin protects against CP in rats by inhibiting the p38MAPK/NF-κB pathway.

Objective: To develop fermented baked goods containing coconut powder. Methods: The texture and fermentation rheological properties of coconut flour-wheat flour dough were measured by full texture compression test of TA.XT Plus C physical property tester and F4 Chopin fermentation rheometer. Results: The addition of coconut flour significantly improved dough hardness, chewiness and gumminess. However, the effects on springiness and adhesiveness were different. The dough with 3% coconut flour showed a decrease in dough fermentation performance, such as being harder, delayed fermentation, and small in volume, while the dough with 1% and 5% coconut flour showed a high degree of collapse, air leakage and other phenomena of insufficient stable air holding capacity. In addition, when 1% of coconut powder was added, the gluten network structure of the dough was obviously broken, showing irregular sheets. When the coconut flour was further added （3%）, the gluten network structure of the dough gradually thinned out. When the addition of coconut powder was increased to 5%, the broken structure of gluten was obvious improved. Conclusion: The addition of coconut flour changed the texture properties of dough and decreased its fermentation rheological properties. And the low content of coconut powder damaged the gluten network structure, while the high content of coconut powder could improve the gluten network structure and enhance the continuity of dough.

The ionization chamber tritium monitor is the most important online monitoring equipment for monitoring the concentration of tritium in the air. In order to solve the problem of quantity value transmission, the calibration technology of ionization chamber tritium monitor was studied. The laboratory calibration device of tritium monitor is established according to the mass flow method. The reference tritium gas for calibration is diluted and prepared by controlling the volume of standard tritium gas filled into the calibration device. The prepared reference tritium gas is used to calibrate the ionization chamber tritium monitor. At the same time, the influence factors of the calibration process on the calibration results are studied on the developed laboratory calibration device; the expanded uncertainty of reference tritium gas concentration prepared by laboratory calibration device is 3.2%-3.6%(k=2); when tritium activity concentration is 3.10×103-1.98×105 Bq/L, the response linearity of SP1400 tritium monitor to tritium gas activity is good(r2=0.999 3), the calibration factor is 0.97, and the standard synthetic uncertainty is 4.3%-5.0%. The laboratory calibration device of tritium monitor can prepare tritium gas with different activity concentrations. The calibration method is simple to operate and easy to popularize, which can meet the needs of tritium monitor calibration.

Good or lousy school education management is closely related to students’ growth, so research on the improvement of education management performance has become a hot topic. Taking School H as an example, this study utilizes the balanced scorecard to construct a system for evaluating school education performance at four levels: financial, customer satisfaction, internal operation processes, and learning and growth. Based on this basis, the weights of the educational management performance evaluation indicators at all levels are calculated by combining the entropy method and hierarchical analysis method, and the comprehensive evaluation scores of all indicators are derived. In addition, the multiple concurrent causal relationships and realization paths of the high-level development of educational management are also explored using the qualitative comparative analysis model. The results show that the evaluation score of educational management quality is 4.108, and the scores of each dimension of the secondary indexes are 4.102, 4.05, 4.13, and 4.15, respectively, which are above 4, indicating that the quality of educational management in the sample universities is good. This study provides the implementation steps of balanced scorecard performance evaluation for colleges and universities and, at the same time, provides a reference for other colleges and universities’ performance evaluations.

The purpose of investigating the carbohydrate exchange method in combination with aerobic exercise for obese college students is to help college students have better bodies to cope with their academic life. This paper introduces the qualitative and quantitative analysis technique based on near-infrared spectroscopy, starting from the analysis of the carbohydrate exchange method, and explains the physical, mathematical, and chemical information bases, respectively. A NIR detection model is constructed using the NIR spectroscopy detection method, and the main evaluation indexes of the model are given. Three experimental groups, namely, carbohydrate exchange method, aerobic exercise, and carbohydrate exchange method combined with aerobic exercise were set up to investigate the physical health interventions for obese college students. In the single test, the FPG, BUN, TC, and HbA1c values of the subjects in the carbohydrate exchange experiment group were reduced by 18.61%, 17.33%, 11.09%, and 18.16%, respectively. The FPG, BUN, TC, and HbA1c values were reduced by 23.42%, 18.84%, 11.62%, and 13.48%, respectively, in subjects in the aerobic exercise experimental group. From the carbohydrate exchange method combined with the aerobic exercise experimental group, the subjects’ FPG, BUN, TC, and HbA1c values were reduced by 28.38%, 22.24%, 11.27%, and 27.4%, respectively, which was a better level of intervention than the single experimental group. Thus, the carbohydrate exchange method combined with aerobic exercise can be an effective intervention for the physical health of obese college students.

We propose to realize bipartite and tripartite entanglements transfer in a cavity magnomechanical system consisting of a microwave cavity with an yttrium iron garnet (YIG) sphere and a silicon-nitride membrane in it. The initial magnon–YIG phonon entanglement and photon-membrane phonon entanglement caused by the magnetostrictive interaction and the optomechanical interaction can be effectively transferred to magnon–membrane phonon entanglement and photon–YIG phonon entanglement. Photon–magnon–YIG phonon and photon–magnon–membrane phonon entanglements can also be realized in the system. These two types of tripartite entanglements can be easily transferred from one type to the other by adjusting the detuning or dissipation ratio. Moreover, the bipartite and tripartite entanglements and their transfer are all robust against temperature. Furthermore, by introducing supermodes formed by the photon and magnon modes, we find that the entanglement between the two mechanical modes can be obtained under the condition of an extremely low temperature. And the effective detuning region of the YIG phonon-membrane phonon entanglement is complementary to the detuning regions of other bipartite entanglements. Our results indicate that the combination of cavity magnomechanical and optomechanical systems could provide more flexible controllability of bipartite and tripartite entanglements and their transfer and could serve as a potential quantum interface among microwave, magnon, and mechanical systems.

When a high speed magnetic field modulated gear is working, eddy current loss and wind friction loss will occur in permanent magnet and magnet block. In order to study the flow field and temperature field in small gaps of high speed magnetic gears, a magnetic gear with internal rotor speed of 16 500 r/min and external rotor speed of -3 000 r/min is taken as the research object. For the small gap of a magnetic gear, the flow field and temperature field calculation is carried out using computational fluid dynamics. It takes into account both natural convection and forced air cooling heat transfer. The results show that only by natural convection heat transfer, the permanent magnet will lose magnetism due to high temperature. When forced air cooling is introduced, the temperature of permanent magnet can be controlled within 402.98 K（129.83 ℃）. The convective heat transfer coefficient curve along the axial distribution is given when the axial wind speed is 15～30 m/s. The research results provide reference for thermal design of magnetic field modulated gears.

In order to meet the needs of on-site calibration of tritium monitor, the on-site calibration technology of tritium monitor is studied. According to the calibration method recommended by international standards, a portable calibration device was established, and the reference tritium gas for calibration was diluted and prepared by mass flow method. In order to solve the influence of on-site environment and other factors on the calibration process, a reference ionization chamber is introduced into the calibration circuit to calibrate and test the on-site tritium monitor. On the portable calibration device, reference tritium gas with different activity concentrations can be prepared for the calibration of different ranges of tritium monitors. After calibration, the calibration factor of M347 tritium monitor is 1.09 and the relative expanded uncertainty is 6% (k=2). The portable calibration device for on-site calibration can prepare tritium gas with three activity concentrations of different orders by using a tritium standard source with known concentration. The calibration of tritium monitor has good operability, easy popularization, and high accuracy.

Metasurface provides a novel way to modulate light energy at specific wavelengths, namely resonances, where there is a sharp drop in the transmission spectrum. Based on the relationship between the resonant position and the environmental condition, various refractive index detection methods have been developed. However, the resonance spectrum is strongly affected by the environmental and instrumental fluctuations, and current researches usually focus on the improvement of a single sensing performance metric, such as the Q factor, sensitivity, detection range, etc. In this work, we proposed an all-dielectric metasurface for environmental refractive index sensing based on quasi-BIC with an enhanced stability, simultaneously taken into account an enlarged detection range, a high Q factor and a relatively high sensitivity. With this designed metasurface, dual-resonance sensing is realized because the interval between the two resonance peaks in the transmission spectrum decreases near linearly with the environmental refractive index. We experimentally demonstrated that compared to traditional single-resonance sensing, the errors caused by environmental and instrumental fluctuations can be minimized, and the stability can be improved. This metasurface has great potential for applications such as refractive index sensing, concentration detection, biomacromolecule identification, and cancerous cell screening.

BackgroundSodium is essential for human health, however the prevalence of various diseases is associated with excessive sodium intake, particularly cardiovascular disorders. However, in most countries, salt intake is much higher than the World Health Organization recommends. Several studies in recent years have revealed that high salt intake is associated with diabetes in the general population, but the association is uncertain in people who do not have hypertension. In this study, we aimed to find out whether high sodium intake increases the risk of diabetes in this particular population.MethodData were extracted from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES; 2009–2018). Participants included adults aged over 20 years old who have undergone the diabetes questionnaire, and the hypertension population was excluded. In order to adjust the confounders, multivariate analysis models were built. Finally, subgroup analysis were conducted to investigate the association between sodium intake and diabetes separately.ResultIn the present study, 7,907 participants are included (3,920 female and 3,987 male), and 512 (6.48%) individuals reported diabetes. The median sodium intake of the participants was 3,341 mg/d (IQR: 2498, 4,364 mg/d). A linear association between sodium intake and the prevalence of diabetes was found (p = 0.003). According to the multivariate analysis models, the odds ratio of diabetes for every 1,000 mg sodium intake increment is 1.20 (OR: 1.20, 95% CI 1.07–1.35). The highest sodium intake quartile was 1.80-fold more likely to have diabetes than the lowest quartile (OR: 1.80, 95% CI 1.17–2.76).ConclusionOur results suggest that higher sodium intake is associated with an increased risk of diabetes in the population without hypertension, and for every 1,000 mg sodium intake increment, the risk of diabetes increased by 1.20-fold. To sum up, we have provided the clue to the etiology of diabetes and further prospective research is needed to contribute recommendations for the primary prevention of diabetes in the US.

In response of the comprehensive popularization of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11 in recent years, the rapid increase of Internet of Things (IoT) data has brought about problems such as high network transmission pressure, difficult data management, and high data security risks. Based on years of experience in WiFi wireless Access Point (AP) management and data warehouse implementation, this article expounds a construction method of wireless AP data warehouse based on anomaly identification and lossy compression. The results show that the abnormal identification and lossy compression of data with high repeatability of wireless AP can effectively solve the problems of high storage pressure and communication congestion in distributed data warehouses which caused by the excessive amount of repeated data of network equipment, and greatly reduce the overall cost when the company implement the data warehouse with IoT datas.

Background: We intended to investigate the role and regulatory mechanism of EPS8L3 in increase the development of pancreatic cancer (PC). Methods: In order to analyze the relationship between EPS8L3 level and clinicopathological indicators of PC patients, qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of EPS8L3 in tumor specimens of 40 PC patients. EPS8L3 knockdown models were then constructed in PC cell lines. Furthermore, the effect of EPS8L3 on PC cell function was analyzed by CCK-8 and Transwell assay. Dual luciferase reporter gene assay and recovery assay were used to further investigate the underlying mechanism. Results: qRT-PCR results indicated that EPS8L3 was highly expressed in PC tissues compared with adjacent ones. At the same time, the incidence of distant metastasis was higher in PC patients with high EPS8L3 level. In vitro analysis such as CCK-8 and Transwell experimentations indicated that knockdown of EPS8L3 markedly inhibited the proliferative and metastatic ability. Bio-informatics together with luciferase report assay proposing that EPS8L3 can target GSK3B. Western Blot results revealed that knockdown of EPS8L3 markedly reduced the GSK3B expression in PC cells, and there was a positively associated between the two in PC cells. In addition, the recovery experimentation proved that EPS8L3 and GSK3B have a mutual regulation effect. Overexpression of GSK3B can reversal the prohibitive effect of EPS8L3 knockdown on the malignant development of PC cells, thereby jointly regulating the occurrence and development of PC. Conclusions: EPS8L3 promotes the development of PC by regulating GSK3B, suggesting that EPS8L3 can be used as a biomarker for early diagnosis and treatment of PC.

Abstract Correction modelling using reported BMI values has been employed in adolescent and adult populations to improve the accuracy of self-reporting. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of establishing correction modelling for mother-reported child height and weight at 2 years using data from an Australian trial in 2019. Correction modelling for BMI was conducted using mother-reported and objectively measured height and weight of 2-year-olds. Mother-reported height, weight and BMI values of 2-year-old children were adjusted based on objectively measured anthropometric data using linear regression models. ‘Direct’ and ‘indirect’ corrections were applied to the correction of BMI values. We defined the direct collection as using corrected BMI values that were predicted directly by the model and indirect correction as using corrected weight and height values to calculate corrected BMI values. Corrected BMI values via the indirect correction showed higher sensitivity or similar specificity in predicting overweight status, compared to the direct correction, and also showed higher agreement with measured values compared to the mother-reported measures. Corrected self-reported measures via an indirect correction had a better accuracy and agreement with the objectively measured data in the BMI values and classification of overweight, compared to the mother-reported values.

In order to solve the problem of difficult extraction of low permeability high gas coal seams, based on the existing research results, a coal seam gas-liquid composite fracturing pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology was proposed through theoretical analysis. The technology mainly relies on the high-pressure acid and high-pressure alkali liquid injected into the borehole to crack the coal seam, while the high-pressure CO2 gas generated by the liquid reaction plays a role in displacing and increasing the permeability; the technology has the dual effect of pressure relief and permeability increase, and cuts off the preparation stage of outburst; the ground stress field and gas pressure field are reduced and homogenized after the coal seam fracturing and permeability increase, and the extraction efficiency is improved. The outstanding features of the technology are: the reaction products are neutral and easy to dissolve, a small amount of acidification and permeability increasing products support the effect and weaken the fracture closure; the reaction temperature rises to avoid excessive CO2 adsorption and permeability reduction; the technology combination is flexible and changeable.

Objective To investigate the concentration of soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) and interleukin (IL)-35 in peripheral blood of patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and to study the protective effect of IL-35 on sCD40L-induced vascular endothelial cell injury. Methods Peripheral venous blood 3 mL was collected respectively from 30 patients with acute deep vein thrombosis patients (DVT group) and 30 healthy controls (HC group). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the level of serum IL-35, sCD40L, IL-1β, and IL-18. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were cultured and divided into three groups: control group (phosphate buffer), sCD40L group (25 μg/mL sCD40L), and IL-35 group (20 ng/mL IL-35 and 25 μg/mL sCD40L). CCK8 kit was used to detect the viability of HUVECs and ELISA was used to detect the level of IL-1β and IL-18 in the cell culture supernatant. The protein expression of GSDMD-N and cleaved caspase-1 in HUVECs was detected by Western blot. Results The level of IL-35 in peripheral blood of DVT patients was signifi- cantly lower than that in HC group, while the level of sCD40L, IL-1β, and IL-18 was significantly higher(P＜0.05). Furthermore, there was a negative correlation between IL-35 and sCD40L in DVT patients. In vitro, IL-35 inhibited the damage of cells viability induced by sCD40L, and reduced the concentration of IL-1β and IL-18 in culture supernatant from sCD40L group. The protein expression of GSDMD-N and cleaved caspase-1 in cells was decreased too. Conclusions The level of IL-35 in peripheral blood of DVT patients is decreased, while the level of sCD40L is increased. IL-35 has a protective effect on sCD40L-induced vascular endothelial cell injury, which may have some impacts on the pathogenesis of thrombosis.

Objective: In order to develop coconut utilization in wheat dough products, the effects of coconut powder on the thermomechanical rheology properties of wheat flour was studied. Methods: Freeze dried coconut flour and wheat flour were mixed in different proportions, then mixed flour was analyzed by GB/T 37511—2019 of Mixolab mixing instrument. Results: The changes of the properties of gluten and starch in wheat flour were analyzed and discussed respectively. It was found that coconut powder had great effects on the properties of both starch and gluten. As the increase of coconut powder, the water absorption of mixed powder decreased and the dough stability time decreased, and the weakening degree of gluten protein, peak viscosity and retrogradation degree of starch decreased. Conclusion: Coconut powder was not good for gluten formation, but it can improve the stability of the network, and promote the gelatinization and retrogradation inhibition of starch.

In parallel programs,a mutual exclusive lock is often used to avoid conflict when accessing shared resources.The SW26010 processor,which is deployed on the Sunway TaihuLight supercomputer,is a heterogeneous many-core processor and there is no hardware lock mechanism for the co-processing cores.Developers have developed a software lock mechanism based on atomic instructions,but the software lock will lead to significant overhead and affect the performance of parallel programs.To solve this issue,the HDT-LOCK designed as distributed lock mechanism with inter-core passing is proposed.Firstly,the hybrid distributed lock is proposed and implemented based on scratchpad memory on co-processing cores to mitigate memory congestion.Furthermore,the inter-core passing mechanism using register communication and the single-instruction multiple-data instruction is developed to improve the throughput of HDT-LOCK.Experimental results show that the proposed HDT-LOCK mechanism mitigates memory congestion,and has better scalability.In addition,the lock passing mechanism improves HDT-LOCK throughput up to 5.6X.

Soil-water characteristic curve (SWCC) plays an important role in defining the hydro-mechanical behavior of unsaturated soils. Biochar has the properties of porous structure, high specific surface area and high adsorption. The hydraulic characteristics of biochar-amended soil may change due to the influence of natural environmental factors when applied as the cover layer of landfills. In order to study the effect of biochar content on the water retention behavior of biochar-clay mixture in full suction range, the suction of samples was controlled by vapor equilibrium technique (suction range 3–368 MPa), filter paper method (suction range 0–40 MPa) and pressure plate method (suction range 0–1.5 MPa), and the water content and saturation degree of samples after suction equilibrium were determined. The soil-water characteristic curve of biochar-clay mixtures was obtained in the full suction range. The results showed that: (1) The soil-water characteristic curve in the full suction range of biochar-clay mixtures was effectively expressed by the three suction testing methods. (2) Biochar can affect the water retention behavior of clay, but within a certain range of suction, the water retention behavior of biochar-clay mixtures was also related to the pore structure and the morphology of water in the pores. (3) As measured by the pressure plate method, the air intake value of samples decreased as the biochar content increased. When the suction value was less than the air intake value, a horizontal section appeared in the curve, and the samples were always in the saturated state. The greater the content of biochar, the better the water retention of the sample. (4) The relationship between the water retention capacity of biochar-amended clay and biochar content was explained by the microscopic structure of the biochar-clay mixture and the distribution form of biochar in clay.

Pituitary incidentalomas (PIs) are defined as previously unexpected pituitary lesions which are accidentally discovered during imaging examinations performed for unrelated reasons, including pituitary adenoma, craniopharyngioma, Rathke's cyst, pituitary hyperplasia and other sellar lesions. With the wide application of imaging techniques, especially MRI, more and more pituitary incidentalomas have been detected. However, there are still many problems regarding the definition of pituitary incidentaloma, natural course of disease, intervention indication at the first diagnosis, follow⁃up plan, and so on, resulting in misdiagnosis and overtreatment. This review attempts to discuss the definition, relevant factors for predicting the natural course of tumor, diagnosis, surgical indications, and individualized follow ⁃up plan, and so on, in order to attract clinical attention and conduct related research to further clarify the clinical unsolved problems.

Abstract Background Surgical transepicondylar axis (sTEA) is frequently used for positioning of femoral component rotation in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Previous studies showed that intraoperative identification of sTEA was not reliable. While surgeons or engineers need to identify sTEA with three-dimensional (3D) computer-aid techniques pre- or intraoperatively, the reproducibility of sTEA identification on preoperative 3D images has not been explored yet. This study aimed to investigate the reproducibility of identifying sTEA in preoperative planning based on computed tomography (CT). Methods Fifty-nine consecutive patients (60 knees involved) who received TKA in our center from April 2019 to June 2019 were included in this study. Six experienced TKA surgeons identified sTEA three times on 3D model established on the basis of knee CT data. The projection angle of each sTEA and the posterior condyle axis on the transverse plane were measured and analyzed. Results The overall intra-observer reproducibility was moderate. The median intra-observer variation was 1.27°, with a maximum being up to 14.07°. The median inter-observer variation was 1.24°, and the maximum was 11.47°. The overall intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) for inter-observer was 0.528 (95% CI 0.417, 0.643). Conclusion The identification of sTEA on a 3D model established on the basis of knee CT data may not be reliable. Combined with the previous cadaveric and surgical studies, caution should be exercised in determining femoral component rotation by referencing sTEA both preoperatively and intraoperatively. Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of the production of ethephon in the freezing thawing and fresh keeping of fresh walnut, and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for fresh walnut freezing thawing and fresh keeping technology system. Methods: The late fruiting walnut variety 'Qingxiang' from Longnan county of Gansu province was used as the experimental material, and then the green walnut was picked by hand and then peeled by Ethephon. Meanwhile, the artificial peeling was used as the control （CK）. The fresh walnut was peeled and stored in a constant temperature freezer with temperature of -7~-5 ℃ and humidity of 85%~95%, the effects of ethephon on sensory quality （seed shell color, seed coat color, seed coat browning index, peeling difficulty and seed kernel flavor）, nutritional quality （water content, total fat content） and oil quality （acid value, iodine value, peroxide value and saponification value） of fresh walnut kernel after freezing thawing were studied. Results: Under the conditions of -7~-5 ℃ frozen storage, Ethrel accelerated the browning rate of peeled fresh kernels in the early stage of frozen storage to a certain extent. After 10 months of frozen storage, the scores of shell color, shell color and kernel flavor were 73.48, 74.56 and 77.26, respectively; The kernel water content, total fat content, acid value, iodine value, peroxide value and saponification value were 22.07%, 49.74%, 0.62 mg/g, 145.31 g/100 g, 3.62 meq/kg and 169.53 mg/g, respectively. There was no significant difference compared with the artificial peeled fresh walnut, which could maintain better flavor and nutritional quality. Conclusion: Ethephon accelerated ripening and peeling had no adverse effect on the quality of fresh walnut after freezing thawing. Ethephon could be used in the pretreatment process of fresh walnut frozen storage.

7N01-T4 aluminum alloy is widely applied to high speed train body material attributed to its excellent comprehensive mechanical properties; however, its high sensitivity to hydrogen stress corrosion would seriously restrict its further application. In this study, the hydrogen-induced stress corrosion of the base metal and the joint was investigated under slow strain rate test to ascertain the characteristics and mechanism of hydrogen-induced stress corrosion cracking of aluminum alloy. By applying the cathode potential, the morphology of tensile port was studied. Results show that under the action of tensile stress, the free atomic hydrogen produced in the corrosion process or absorbed hydrogen diffuses along the grain boundary into the crack tip region, weakens the grain boundary and causes hydrogen embrittlement, thus accelerating the crack propagation and fracture. These properties provide a broader prospect for the application of 7N01-T4 aluminum alloy in high-speed train body.

In this paper, according to the characteristics of bedding slope deformation and buckling failure of slab cracked rock mass in Xinjiang Tianchi Energy South open-pit Coal Mine, with the help of slope radar monitoring means, by transforming the prediction of landslide failure process into the judgment of gradual failure of slope rock mass, the internal relationship between slope radar slope surface displacement rate and slope deformation and buckling failure is analyzed, and based on elastic plate theory, the relationship between slope buckling failure length and anchorage parameters is discussed. The results show that the radar displacement rate of slope surface shows an obvious downward trend in the strong bending uplift stage before the failure of slab cracked rock mass due to the expansion of tension cracks and the exposure of bottom sliding surface; the inflection point at which the radar displacement rate on the slope surface drops to the minimum value can be used as the graphical criterion of slope failure and the time node of critical sliding early warning; when the anchor row spacing is less than the ultimate length of slope buckling failure, the anchor bolt（cable） can effectively improve the flexural stiffness of plate cracked rock mass, and the treatment effect of plate cracked rock mass buckling failure is remarkable.
