A The Ni3Al-alloy and its composites with different Cr3C2 contents were fabricated by a hot isostatic pressing (HIP) technique. The influences of Cr3C2 content on the microstructure, hardness and wear properties of the Cr3C2/Ni3 Al composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and wear tribometry. The results show that inter-diffusion occurs between the original Cr3C2 and the Ni3AI particles during the HIP process and the Cr3C2 particles partially transform into M7C3 (M=Cr, Fe, Ni) structures. Under specific friction and wear conditions, the wear resistance of the Cr3C2/Ni3Al composites is significantly improved due to the addition of Cr3C2 particles by about 4-10 times, compared to the Ni3Al alloy. In addition, the cutting and scraping effects of counter-part disks by the Cr3C2/Ni3Al composites decreases with increasing Cr3C2 addition, resulting in a reduction in wear rate of counter-part disks.

Talent competition is the core content of cyber security competition. Firstly, the definitions and characteristics of cyber security were introduced. Then, the development status of international cyber security talents cultivation were analyzed, and the main problems existing in cyber security talents cultivation were pointed out. Finally, based on national significant strategy, suggestions on cyber security talents cultivation to explore a sophisticated architecture were proposed, which refer to the national overall planning, academic education, vocational training and certification, genius discovery and cultivation.

Spatial variability and management zone of soil major nutrients in tobacco fields in Qiannan mountainous region were analyzed using geostatistics and fuzzy c-mean algorithm. Results indicated that the level of soil organic matter (OM) was moderate, and alkalytic nitrogen (AN), available phosphorus (AP) and available potassium (AK) were rich according to tobacco soil nutrient classification standards. Coefficients of variation (CV) of OM, AN, AP and AK were moderate. Contents of OM, AN, AP and AK fitted log-normal distributions. Correlation analysis showed moderate correlations between OM and AN, AP and AK. OM and AN were best described by Gaussian semivariogram models, while AP and AK were described by exponential models. The four nutrients displayed moderate spatial autocorrelation. There were significant differences among lag distances of four soil nutrients. OM, AN, AP and AK in the majority of studied regions varied at moderate to very rich levels, and deficiencies of OM, AN, AP and AK only accounted for 0. 93%, 0. 53%, 0. 24% and 7. 91% of the total studied region, respectively. Based on the results, the studied region was divided into two management zones (MZ), namely MZ1 and MZ2, accounting for 69. 8% and 30. 2% of the studied region respectively. Gene duplication significantly contributes to the diversification of biosynthetic potential and increases the structural diversity of secondary metabolites. Here, we report the second alkyl salicylaldehyde derivative biosynthetic gene cluster in Penicillium roqueforti , being responsible for the formation of ethanolamine-containing derivatives. Heterologous expression and feeding experiments provided evidence for their formation via collaboration and modification with one cytochrome P450 and two flavin-containing monooxygenases in a highly ordered manner before and after ethanolamine incorporation.

Cyclopenol ( 1 ) and viridicatol ( 6 ) with m -hydroxyl groups were isolated from a culture of Penicillium palitans . Genome mining and heterologous expression in Aspergillus nidulans led to the identification of their biosynthetic gene cluster and the cytochrome P450 enzyme VdoD responsible for the meta hydroxylation. Precursor feeding experiments into vdoD transformant proved the conversion of cyclopenin ( 2 ) to 1 , which then undergoes a spontaneous or VdoA-catalyzed rearrangement to 6 . A direct conversion of viridicatin ( 5 ) to 6 by VdoD was not detected.
