The experiment was to study the effect of dietary of protein and lysine levels of different content on growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of Ilar matching commercial meat rabbits during fattening period. Discuss the optimal protein and lysine additions during the fattening period of Ilar matching commercial meat rabbits. 216 healthy Ilar rabbits with the weight of (1.843±0.173) kg were selected and randomly divided into nine groups, with six replicates in each group and four rabbits in each replicate. Three groups of protein (CP) (14.0%, 16.0%, 18.0%) and three groups of lysine (Lys) (0.65%, 0.85%, 1.05%) were designed by 3x3 orthogonal design. The pre-test period was 7 d, and the trial period was 28 d. The results showed that the crude protein and lysine content in diets of Ilar matching commercial meat rabbits during the fattening period were measured by feed to gain ratio and apparent digestibility of nutrients, 14% crude protein and 1.05% lysine were the best. Living weight, half clean weight and total clean weight were used as the measurement indexes, 14% crude protein and 1.05% lysine were the best ones. With the hydraulic as the measurement index, 16% crude protein and 1.05% lysine was the best. The experiment indicates that it is more suitable to add 14% crude protein and 1.05% lysine to diet of commercial meat rabbits in fattening period. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The experiment studied the effect of dietary protein and lysine content on growth performance and immune function of Iran rabbits during fattening period. 216 healthy Iran rabbits with body weight (1.843±0.173) kg were divided into nine groups with six replicates in each group and four rabbits in each replicate. The experiment set three groups of protein (14.00%, 16.00%, 18.00%) levels, three groups of lysine (0.65%, 0.85%, 1.05%) levels, the experiment lasted for 35 d. The results showed that when the dietary protein content was 16.00% and the lysine content was 1.05%, the average daily gain of meat rabbits was the highest, and had high utilization rate of protein and fat and strong liver transformation ability. The serum IgM and IgA content of meat rabbits were the highest, and the spleen index and thymus index were the highest. When the dietary protein content was 14.00% and the lysine content was 1.05%, the feed to gain ratio of meat rabbits was the lowest. The experiment indicates that 16.00% and 1.05% of protein and lysine content in diet are the most suitable for meat pulling rabbits during fattening period. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The solvent exchange on trans- Os(en)2(mu2-H2)S (super 2+), where S = H20, CH3CN, as function of temperature and pressure has been investigated. The rate constants and activation parameters were determined by 17O NMR line-broadening and isotopic labeling studies and by 1H NMR isotopic labeling experiments. The results showed that the substitution reactions undergo an interchange dissociative, Id, or dissociative, D, reaction mechanism, where the rate-limiting step is solvent dissociation.

Kinetic studies help determine the nature of substitution and geometrical isomerization reactions of the series trans-(Os-II-(en)2(eta2-H2)L), where L is a variable ligand. In aqueous solution, the complex has the composition trans-(Os(en)2(eta2-H2)H2O)2+, with CF2SO(sub 3)(super -) as counter ion and formation constants depending on the nature of donors. In this complex, substitution occurs by elimination of H2O ligand and high activation is necessary for the nucleophile to enter the coordination sphere of the intermediate. A rearrangement to (Os(en)2(H)2)2+, a dihydride of Os(IV), stabilizes the intermediate and isomerization occurs by intramolecular rearrangement. NMR experiments help compare the characteristics of cis and trans isomers.

Bromine oxidizes a dinitrogen complex cis-(Os(NH3)4 (N2)2)Cl2 in CF3SO3H, producing an osmium complex, cis-(Os(NH3)4(CF3SO3)2) CF3SO3. Mg or Zn amalgam reduces the complex in the presence of norbornadiene and 1,5-cyclooctadiene to form eta4-diene tetraammine complexes. The absence of competing ligands and the presence of acid in the reduction reaction produces a diacetone alcohol complex. NMR spectroscopy helps determine the amount of eta6-arene triammine complexes formed by reduction in the presence of arenes.

Trans-(Os(en)2 (eta(super 2)-H(2)) H(2)O) (super 2+) in water has high affinity for Fe (CN)(6) (super 4-) and four other cyano complexes. Colorless trans-(Os-(en)(2) (eta (super 2)-H(2)) Fe(CN)(6))(super 2-) undergoes oxidation with FeCp(2) (super +) and other reagents to produce a deep blue color. Mixed valence species formation is responsible for this blue color. Cyclic voltagram and NMR are used to characterize these products which exhibit metal-to-metal charge-transfer absorption.

Reduction of Os(III)(NH3)4(CF3SO3)3 in a medium of cyclic ether produces a dihydrogen complex of tetraammineosmium(II) having carbene as a coligand. NMR experiments reveal the cis position of the carbene coligand and confirm the presence of eta2-H2 ligand. The dihydrogen complex undergoes a slow decomposition in D2O or CD3OD, generating paramagnetic species.

The molecular hydrogen complex of osmium, [ trans-en2Os (ŋ-H2)]2+ (en, entlylendediamine) is a new1H NMR recognition probe for biomolecules. By using this probe, the coordination between deoxyguanylic acid (dGMP) and four metal anticancer complexes, titanocene dichloride, (C2H5)2SnCl2(phen). (C2H5)2SnCl2 and cisplatin are studied in D2O under the condition near the physiological one. The results show that the former three complexes mainly and strongly coordinate with the phosphate oxygen of dGMP, while cisplatin mainly coordinates with N(7) of dGMP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
