Abstract

为改善我国粮油物料机械化烘干过程中存在的热效率不高、热风温度波动大及污染环境等问题，研发了新型粮油烘干机，对新型粮油烘干机的工艺参数、结构、高效供热装置、多重环保装置、过程监测控制等方面开展的集成化设计和创新型应用工作进行了阐述。新型粮油烘干机采用负压吸入式进风形式，工艺参数上设置不同的烘干缓苏时间比，热风风量较以往设计提高20%，控制表观风速在0.20~0.25 m/s，实时监测料温以控制受热温度和时间；结构上采用全镀锌装配式结构，多段烘干和缓苏相结合工艺，变截面角状上下交错布置形式，分层进风梯度冷却方式，变频电机驱动可调节排料机构，多点进料、多点出料方式；同时采用天然气线性燃烧技术和燃烧装置供热，重力沉降和离心除尘相结合对烘干废气进行处理及多个温度传感器进行干燥过程的监测控制。实际应用表明，新型粮油烘干机具有高效、节能、低碳、清洁的特点，符合我国现代农业高质量发展的实际需求。In order to improve problems such as the low thermal efficiency, hot air temperature fluctuations and environmental pollution existed in drying process of grain and oilseed in China, a new type of grain and oilseed dryer was researched and developed.The integrated design and innovative application of the process parameters, structure, efficient heating device, multiple environmental protection device, process monitoring and control of the new grain and oilseed dryer were expounded. The new grain and oilseed dryer adopted negative pressure suction air intake form, different drying retardation time ratios were set on the process parameters, the hot air volume increased by 20% compared with the previous design, the apparent wind speed was controlled at 0.20-0.25 m/s, and the material temperature was monitored in real time to control the heating temperature and time. The structure adopted the fully galvanized assembled structure, the combination of multi-stage drying and retardation process, the variable cross-section angular upper and lower staggered arrangement form, the gradient cooling mode of layered air intake, the frequency conversion motor-driven adjustable discharging mechanism, the multi-point feeding and discharging mode, while using natural gas linear combustion technology and combustion devices for heating, gravity settling combined with centrifugal dust removal for drying exhaust gas treatment and multiple temperature sensors for drying process monitoring and control. The actual application shows that the new model has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low carbon, clean, in line with the actual needs of China′s modern agricultural development of high quality.

Abstract

Introduction: The popular traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) compound FYTF-919 (Zhong Feng Xing Nao prescription) may improve outcome from acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) through effects on brain edema, hematoma absorption, and the immune system. This study is to assess whether FYTF-919 is safe and effective as compared to matching placebo treatment in patients with acute ICH. Methods: The ongoing Chinese Herbal medicine in patients with Acute INtracerebral hemorrhage (CHAIN) is a multicenter, prospective, randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled trial of FYTF-919 in patients with acute ICH at 20–30 hospital sites in China. Eligible ICH patients presenting within 48 h after symptom onset are randomly allocated to receive either FYTF-919 (100 mL per day × 28 d, oral) or matching placebo. A sample size of 1,504 patients is estimated to provide 90% power (α 0.05) to detect a ≥20% improvement in average utility-weight scores on the modified Rankin scale (UW-mRS) assessed at 90 days, with 6% non-adherence and 10% lost to follow-up. The primary efficacy outcome is UW-mRS at 90 days. Secondary outcomes include binary measures of the mRS, neurological impairment on the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale, and health-related quality of life on the EuroQol EQ-5D-5L scale at different time points over 6 months of follow-up. The key safety measure is serious adverse events. Conclusion: CHAIN is on schedule to provide reliable evidence over the benefits of a popular herbal TCM for the treatment of acute ICH. The challenge of continuous printing in high-efficiency large-area organic solar cells is a key limiting factor for their widespread adoption. A materials design concept for achieving large-area, solution-coated all-polymer bulk heterojunction solar cells with stable phase separation morphology between the donor and acceptor is presented. The key concept lies in inhibiting strong crystallization of donor and acceptor polymers, thus forming intermixed, low crystallinity, and mostly amorphous blends. Based on experiments using donors and acceptors with different degree of crystallinity, the results show that microphase separated donor and acceptor domain sizes are inversely proportional to the crystallinity of the conjugated polymers. This methodology of using low crystallinity donors and acceptors has the added benefit of forming a consistent and robust morphology that is insensitive to different processing conditions, allowing one to easily scale up the printing process from a small-scale solution shearing coater to a large-scale continuous roll-to-roll (R2R) printer. Large-area all-polymer solar cells are continuously roll-to-roll slot die printed with power conversion efficiencies of 5%, with combined cell area up to 10 cm2. This is among the highest efficiencies realized with R2R-coated active layer organic materials on flexible substrate.

Abstract

A commentary on the effects of scar massage on burn scars was published in the Journal of Clinical Nursing. The study conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials and quasi-experimental trials to investigate the physical and psychological effects of scar massage on burn victims. The findings showed that scar massage greatly improves scar development and lessens anxiety and itching in burn patients. The study suggests that non-pharmacological techniques, such as massage therapy, can help reduce discomfort and anxiety in burn sufferers. However, further research is needed to address limitations in the included studies and to compare the effects of different types of massage therapy. [Extracted from the article]

Abstract

Background: Uncertainty exists over the optimal level of blood pressure (BP) after mechanical thrombectomy (MT) for acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Objectives: We aim to determine the effectiveness and safety of intensive BP-lowering following MT reperfusion of large-vessel occlusion (LVO)-related AIS. Design: The second ENhanced Control of Hypertension ANd Thrombolysis strokE stuDy (ENCHANTED2) is an investigator-initiated, multicenter, prospective, randomized, open, blinded-endpoint (PROBE) trial of intensive systolic BP (SBP) control in reperfused (extended treatment in cerebral infarction (eTICI) classification 2b/2c/3) LVO-AIS patients with persistent hypertension (SBP ⩾ 140 mmHg) at 60+ sites in China, and Australia and the United Kingdom. Eligible patients are centrally randomly allocated to more- (target SBP ⩽ 120 mmHg within 1 h) or less-intensive (target SBP 140–180 mmHg) BP management, to be maintained for 72 h. Primary outcome is an ordinal shift analysis of scores on the modified Rankin scale (mRS) at 90 days. Sample size of 2257 patients provides 90% power to detect a 6.5% absolute reduction in poor outcome from more-intensive BP-lowering using ordinal logistic regression. Progress: Recruitment started in China in July 2020. At a meeting of the independent Data and Safety Monitoring Board in March 2022 to review primary outcome data available for 347 patients, they recommended suspension of recruitment due to safety concerns in the more-intensive group; which was implemented by the Trial Steering Committee (TSC) with 817 randomized patients only in China. The TSC then stopped recruitment after the safety concerns persisted on further review of the data in June 2022. The TSC will make a decision on restarting the trial with modification of the protocol when the results are made public. Discussion: ENCHANTED2 will provide further randomized evidence on the role of intensive BP-lowering after reperfusion in MT-treated AIS patients. Abstract

Background: The epidemiology of stroke is evolving in China as the population undergoes demographic, lifestyle, and economic transitions. An updated review is pertinent to providing feedback on current, and in planning future, prevention and management strategies. Aims: To identify high-quality epidemiological studies for quantifying the prevalence, incidence, mortality, and case fatality for stroke in China. Methods: A search was undertaken across a range of bibliographic databases on 30 November 2021 without time limitation. Assessments were made of the risk of bias of the included studies. The outcomes were synthesized using a random-effects model. Subgroup analysis and meta-regression models were used to define the source of heterogeneity. Results: Of 9407 identified records, 26 population-based studies were included. Due to significant heterogeneity across the studies, the original range for crude rates of indices was wide. The pooled annual prevalence was 1329.5/100,000 (95% confidence interval (CI) 713.6–2131.9, p < 0.001), incidence 442.1/100,000 (327.6–573.8, p < 0.001), mortality 154.1/100,000 (52.6–308.8, I2 = 100%, p < 0.001), and case fatality 35.8% (26.1% to 46.1%, I2 = 97%, p < 0.001). The prevalence and incidence of stroke have increased, but stroke-related case fatality has declined in China over recent decades. There are significant regional and rural-urban differences in incidence rates. Conclusion: Despite improved public health policies and healthcare delivery, the burden of stroke remains high in China. Further coordinated efforts are required in prevention and community care to offset the likelihood of further expansion in the absolute number of stroke cases in this large population. Abstract

Current non-fullerene organic photovoltaics (OPVs) can achieve high photocurrent generation yields with small donor/acceptor energy offsets. However, the effect of varying energy offset on the charge dynamics in these systems is not fully understood. Here, we use optical spectroscopy to probe charge dynamics in three model non-fullerene systems with varying energy offsets. We find that systems with marginal and negative energy offsets show low photocurrent generation yields and significant radiative recombination from the exciton state. Improved photocurrent generation and suppressed exciton emission is observed when the device is under reverse bias. Our results indicate that photoexcitation of these systems leads to bound charge pairs at the donor/acceptor interface which tend to recombine via the singlet exciton state unless their separation is facilitated by external electric fields. Our results shed light on the charge separation and recombination dynamics in non-fullerene OPVs with small donor/acceptor energy offsets. © 2021 American Chemical Society.

Abstract

Core engineering of small molecule acceptors (SMAs) is crucially important for enhancing device efficiency for nonfullerene organic solar cells (NF-OSCs). The most commonly used SMAs (e.g., ITIC) utilize indacenodithieno[3,2-b]thiophene (IDTT) as the central core, which has restricted their absorption ranges due to the weak electron-donating ability and short conjugation length. Here, we fused two electron-rich units, namely cyclopenta[2,1-b:3,4-b′]dithiophene (CPDT) and dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]pyran (DTPR), into the cores for constructing low-bandgap SMAs. The resulting CPDT-4Cl and DTPR-4Cl molecules exhibit extended nonacyclic central cores and strengthened intramolecular transfer (ICT) effect, resulting in red-shifted absorption (up to ∼950 nm) and up-shifted HOMO levels compared with IDTT-4Cl. Consequently, the NF-OSCs based on PTB7-Th:CPDT-4Cl and PTB7-Th:DTPR-4Cl achieved higher PCEs of 12.15% and 10.75%, respectively, than those of the PTB7-Th:IDTT-4Cl ones (7.70%). Notably, high short-circuit current densities (JSC) of 23–25 mA cm−2 were obtained by the CPDT-4Cl and DTPR-4Cl-based devices, indicating the great potential of the electron-donating CPDT and DTPR as promising building blocks to construct high-performance low-bandgap SMAs.

Abstract

Focus on the problem that indoor location accuracy is generally low and various indoor location technologies are not widely used because some factors such as cost and accuracy. A data fusion method based on adaptive unscented Kalman filter (UKF) indoor location is proposed by analyzing the limitations of signal strength value (RSSI) fingerprint location, geomagnetic localization and inertial navigation location. The algorithm uses six-position error calibration method and Kalman filter to compensate the MEMS-SINS data, and establishes the correlation between location data and RSSI/geomagnetic data based on feature sorting vector fingerprint matching method. Finally, it is proposed to combine the adaptive factor with the unscented Kalman filter for data fusion, which improves the data stability and indoor location accuracy. The experimental results show that the adaptive UKF data fusion using MEMS-SINS/RSSI/geomagnetic data in the indoor environment can combine various advantages and achieve high-precision indoor location with an average absolute position error of 0.563m under the premise of low cost.

Abstract

End group engineering is critical for developing A-D-A-type non-fullerene acceptors with suitable absorption properties and high crystallinity for organic solar cells. Here, we report the synthesis of a novel chlorinated thiophene end group and its application in A-D-A-type acceptors. When combined with a tetraoctyl-substituted indacenodithieno[3,2-b]thiophene core, the resulting C8-ITCC-Cl acceptor exhibited red-shifted absorption and downshifted energy levels relative to those of the nonchlorinated analogue, C8-ITCC, due to the strong electron-withdrawing ability of the chlorine atoms as revealed by theoretical calculations. Moreover, the noncovalent interactions induced by the chlorine atoms enabled improved lamellar and π–π stacking of C8-ITCC-Cl, leading to a higher electron mobility of 6.6 × 10–4 cm2 V–1 s–1 and a fill factor of 73% of the PBDB-TF:C8-ITCC-Cl devices. Consequently, a high power conversion efficiency of 12.7% was achieved by the C8-ITCC-Cl-based devices, which outperformed the C8-ITCC-based ones (10.8%). This work highlights the potentials of halogenated thiophene end groups for highly crystalline A-D-A-type non-fullerene acceptors.

Abstract

Partial flattening of the spatially extended molecular scaffold has been employed as an effective tactic to improve the device performance of a perylenediimide (PDI)-based small-molecule acceptor because the less twisted yet not completely planar molecular geometry is anticipated to improve the molecular packing and thereby attain a more suitable balance between the carrier transport ability and phase domain size. A small-molecule acceptor BF-PDI comprising four α-substituted PDI units attached around a 9,9′-bifluorenylidene (BF) central moiety is designed and studied in polymer solar cells. The BF group is deemed a ring-fused analogue of the tetraphenylethylene (TPE) unit. Due to the less twisted and better conjugated BF skeleton, BF-PDI displays more delocalized lowest unoccupied molecular orbital. By virtue of both the electronic and steric effects, BF-PDI is suggested to bring about superior intermolecular stacking and donor-acceptor phase separation morphology in blend films. Indeed, the experimental results show that BF-PDI displays improved charge transport ability and a higher power-conversion efficiency of 8.05% than that of TPE-PDI. Grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray diffraction and resonant soft X-ray scattering confirm the more compact and ordered molecular packing as well as smaller domain sizes in the P3TEA/BF-PDI blend. © 2019 American Chemical Society.
