Tuberculosis in kidney transplant (KT) recipients is a common opportunistic infection with higher incidence and prevalence than in the general population. Tuberculosis infection after kidney transplantation included latent tuberculosis infection, inactive tuberculosis infection and active tuberculosis infection. The following factors should be considered in the diagnosis of tuberculosis infection in KT recipients: atypical clinical presentation, association with co-infections, decreased predictive values of screening tests, diverse imaging findings and particular diagnostic methods. Regarding treatment challenges in KT recipients with tuberculosis, course of treatment, drug interaction, drug toxicity and therapeutically adherence should be considered. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aims: To establish a comprehensive understanding of the roles of midwives and the challenges they encounter in the prevention, diagnosis and management of postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) following normal vaginal delivery. Design: We conducted a scoping review following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analysis for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA‐ScR) recommendations. Methods: We considered studies related to the roles of midwives and the challenges they encounter in the prevention, diagnosis and management of PPH during vaginal delivery. We excluded guidelines, consensuses, abstracts of meetings and non‐English language studies. Databases, including the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, Ovid, Medline, Embase, JBI EBP and BIOSIS Previews, were searched on January 1, 2023, with no time limitations. Results: We included 28 publications. Midwives play important roles in the prevention, diagnosis and management of postpartum haemorrhage during vaginal delivery. In the prevention of PPH, midwives' roles include identifying and managing high‐risk factors, managing labour and implementing skin‐to‐skin contact. In the diagnosis of PPH, midwives' roles include early recognition and blood loss estimation. In the management of PPH, midwives are involved in mobilizing other professional team members, emergency management, investigating causes, enhancing uterine contractions, the repair of perineal tears, arranging transfers and preparation for surgical intervention. However, midwives face substantial challenges, including insufficient knowledge and skills, poor teamwork skills, insufficient resources and the need to deal with their negative emotions. Midwives must improve their knowledge, skills and teamwork abilities. Health care system managers and the government should give full support to midwives. Future research should focus on developing clinical practice guidelines for midwives for preventing, diagnosing and managing postpartum haemorrhage. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Chinese herbal medicine feed additives have the advantages of low cost and no pollution, which can effectively regulate the nutritional health and micro-ecological balance of aquatic animals. The article mainly introduces the main components and mechanisms of action of commonly used Chinese herbal medicines in aquaculture, as well as their applications in aquaculture. According to the characteristics of Chinese herbal medicines that can improve feed conversion rate, promote growth, improve aquatic product quality, enhance body resistance and improve water quality, the effects of different doses and types of Chinese herbal medicine additives on aquatic animals were explored, and the future research emphasis and development prospect of Chinese herbal medicines were prospected, which provided reference for the application of Chinese herbal medicines in aquaculture. With porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus as the research object, TGEV 3 'UTR dual luciferase reporter gene vectors were constructed. The bioinformatics prediction in TGEV 3 'UTR was the likeliest potential targets of miRNA, recombinant plasmids and the synthetic of miRNA and it's inhibitor in transient co-transfection of porcine intestinal epithelial cells, luciferase activity was measured by fluorescence monitor; moreover, research on the difference of miRNA expression on TGEV transmissible swine intestinal epithelial cells in different time periods. The result shown that the main site of action in microRNA CSFV the 3'-UTR, MicroRNA targets in ssc-miR-182 for TGEV 3'UTR has a certain extent, Meanwhile TGEV infection of swine intestinal epithelial cells after 24,36 and 48 h expression levels are rising, with healthy controls more than two-fold difference in multiples in 36 h, it is shown that ssc-miR-182 and TGEV infection has obvious relevance. A method was introduced for finding all proportional integral derivation (PID) controllers that satisfy a robust performance constraint for a given transfer function of magnetic bearing with time-delay by using the frequency response. The H-infinity index of additive weight uncertainty on the basis of robustness stability condition of closed loop system was first got by small gain theorem. Then, Based on the boundary crossing theorem, the parameter boundaries with the expected decay ratio index of PID controller were derived. The system can be stabilized and robustly meet the performance requirements by choosing PID controllers parameter in the stability region. The proposed method avoids the complexity of stability regions of PID parameters, and the closed-loop system has strong robustness for magnetic bearing with time-delay system.
