Self-healing coatings mainly include externally assisted self-healing coatings based on the addition of repair agent and intrinsic selfhealing coatings based on reversible bond crosslinking polymers.The intrinsic self-healing coatings have attracted extensive attention due to their multiple repairable properties.In this paper，the self-healing technology based on crosslinking polymers containing reversible covalent bonds such as reversible imine bond，reversible disulfide bond，reversible Diels-Alder reaction and reversible urea bond，as well as the selfhealing mechanism，performance characteristics and difficulties of supramolecular crosslinked polymers based on reversible non-covalent bonds such as hydrogen bond，metal-ligand coordination bond and π - π stacking were discussed in detail.Besides，the application of self-healing technology based on reversible crosslinking polymers in coatings was also discussed.

The application of nitrile rubber in the field of damping was introduced and the commonly used modification methods and mechanisms of nitrile rubber such as blending, copolymerization, filler addition and organic small molecule hybridization were reviewed with 50 references. And the development trends of damping materials were prospected.

Marital concerns can trigger emotional stress, especially among long‐term hospitalised individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, significantly affecting their treatment and recovery. Unfortunately, rehabilitation programs tend to overlook the marital needs of individuals with diagnosed schizophrenia. This research aimed to investigate the content related to marital concerns of Chinese individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia who were undergoing extended hospitalisation. Fifteen participants diagnosed with schizophrenia were recruited through purposive sampling for face‐to‐face semi‐structured interviews. The gathered data were analysed using Colaizzi's method, revealing three themes: (1) manifestations of marriage‐related concerns, (2) effects of marriage on disease progression, and (3) the need for support from family and the hospital. This study offers new insights into marital concerns among long‐term schizophrenia inpatients and underscores the significance of screening and intervention for such concerns. Objective To investigate the effect of Bletila striata polysaccharide(BSP) on ulcerative colitis (UC) mice induced by dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) and its effect on tight junction occludin protein in intestinal mucosa. Methods Mice were randomly divided into control group, DSS model group (freely drinking 2.5% DSS solution for 7 days), salazosulfopyridine(300 mg/kg) positive control group, BSP low-dose (125 mg/kg) and high-dose groups (250 mg/kg). From the beginning of modeling, mice were given intragastric administration once a day for consecutive 7 days. The change of body weight, disease activity index (DAI) score, histopathology score and colon length were recorded to evaluate the inflammatory reaction. Expression of occludin protein in mice colon tissue was detected by Western blot. Results Compared with control group, the body weight of the model group mice was significantly reduced, the colon was shortened, the DAI and histopathology scores were significantly increased(P＜0.01), and the expression of occludin protein in colon tissue was significantly reduced (P＜0.01). Compared with DSS model group, BSP significantly alleviated body weight loss and colon shortening, and decrease DAI and histological scores, and up-regulated the expression of occludin protein in colon tissue of UC mice. Conclusions BSP alleviates inflammatory reactions of colonic mucosa in UC mice. The mechanism may be the improvement of intestinal epithelial barrier function mediated by increased expression of colonic mucosa occludin protein.

Objective To investigate the effect of interleukin-22(IL-22) on intestinal epithelial barrier tight junction and its mechanism. Methods Human colon cancer HT29 cells were divided into control group, IL-22 group(100 ng/mL), FLLL32 group(pretreatment with FLLL32 before IL-22 intervention) and colivelin group(pretreatment with colivelin before IL-22 intervention). The transfection treatment groups included: shNC group, shNC+ IL-22 group(infection with negative control virus before IL-22 intervention), shSTAT3 group(infection with LV-STAT3-RNAi virus), and shSTAT3+ IL-22 group(LV-STAT3-RNAi virus infection before IL-22 intervention). Western blot and real-time PCR were used to detect the protein and mRNA expression of STAT3, p-STAT3 tight junction protein ZO-1, occludin, claudin-1 and claudin-2 in HT29 cells. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) was used to observe the changes in the structure of tight junctions of HT29 cells. Results The protein and mRNA expression level of STAT3, p-STAT3, ZO-1, occludin, claudin-1 and claudin-2 in IL-22 group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05) with more compact, tight junction. Compared with IL-22 group, protein and mRNA expression level of the above indexes in FLLL32 group were significantly decreased(P＜0.05), the tight junction was poor, the expression of colivelin group was up-regulated(P＜0.05), the tight junction was intact. The shNC+ IL-22 group significantly increased the expression of all tightly bound proteins and mRNA compared with the shNC group(P＜0.05), the tight junction structure was more dense, while the shSTAT3+ IL-22 group showed no significant difference in protein and mRNA expression level when compared with theose of shSTAT3 group. Conclusions STAT3 signaling pathway is involved in IL-22 to promote the expression of tight junction proteins ZO-1, occludin, claudin-1 and claudin-2 in HT29 cells.

This paper examines the relationship between supplier concentration and R&D investment of Chinese firms using the sample of all A-share listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2015. Empirical results present the significant negative relationship between supplier concentration and firms' R&D expenditure. Further analysis indicates that the weaker the firm's market power, the stronger the negative impact of supplier concentration on the firm's R&D investment. This paper enriches corporate R&D investments, supply chains, and market power literature. As developing countries deepen their participation in global supply chain networks and transform through technological upgrading, the findings of this paper have important practical implications for developing country firms to overcome R&D resistance and for policymakers to lead industrial development.
