A number of suggestions are made based on the improved evolutionary algorithm and using the polishing parameter optimization of an industrial robot as an example to optimize the industrial process parameter control. By fitting a cubic B-spline curve, the trajectory curve of each joint is determined. The kinematic constraint is replaced with the control point constraint of a B-spline curve, and the time optimal time node is solved using an enhanced evolutionary algorithm. This foundation allows for the creation of the nonlinear trajectory curve that satisfies the time optimization. The research shows that based on the improved genetic algorithm (GA), the “degradation” phenomenon of the traditional GA can be avoided, and the optimal solution can be obtained faster, that is, the polishing working time of the polishing industrial robot reaches the optimal level. An enhanced GA that incorporates simulated annealing is suggested to address the mathematical model of robot deburring process parameter optimization. Population selection is accomplished by the use of metropolis sampling, which successfully addresses the issue of the GA’s simple local convergence. The process parameter optimization verification is done while a robot deburring test platform is being constructed. The test results demonstrate a considerable reduction in burr removal time per unit length and an increase in efficiency when compared with the empirical method.

The trends of international competition and cooperation have amplified the influence of returnees' innovative behaviors on technology and knowledge transfer. However, the scarcity of local network resources and challenges in cross-cultural adaptation hinder their effectiveness in innovation activities. Based on network embeddedness theory and social cognitive theory, this study examines how and when network embeddedness enhances the innovative behavior of returnees. Data were collected from 306 employees in mainland China who had experience studying, working, or residing abroad. The findings reveal that network embeddedness positively influenced returnees' innovative behavior by enhancing their creative self-efficacy, with the organizational innovation climate further amplifying this effect. This study provides insights into how individual-level network factors impact returnees' innovative behavior, highlighting the unique contributions returnees make to social networks. Furthermore, the organizational innovation climate is shown to enhance the innovative capabilities of returnees and reinforce their roles in driving corporate technological innovation and competitiveness. Conventional forward bleed slots reduce the hypersonic inlet starting Mach number but suffer from excessive flow leakage after restart. This paper proposes a novel reverse bleed slot design method for curved axisymmetric inlets of a solid-fuel scramjet. Leveraging the Kantrowitz criterion and detailed flow analysis, the method optimizes bleed slot placement, number, area, and angle. Results show superior aerodynamic performance by placing slots in the non-starting region of the internal compression section, considering both unstarted flow and separation bubble dynamics during restart. Each bleed slot area is calculated successively down-stream based on the Kantrowitz criterion. Finally, the effects of bleed slot angle have been extensively studied. The key inlet performance reaches its optimum at a slot angle of approximately 130°, achieving a significant reduction in the starting Mach number (from 4.80 to 3.65) and a 50% decrease in bleed flow rate compared to the forward slot design. This method demonstrates its feasibility and effectiveness, enabling substantial improvement in inlet starting performance with minimal flow loss. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Global talents are introduced for entrepreneurship and development in China, which is not only a significant way to gather heterogeneous human capital and realize industrial transformation and upgrading in a short period of time, but also a strategic measure to drive innovative development and build an innovative country relying on talents. The regional innovation network gathers innovation elements such as upstream and downstream enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes in the industrial chain, which provides great information and resource support for global talents to gather innovation and entrepreneurship in China. Taking global talents in China as the research object, this paper constructs the relationship model among perceived organizational support, innovation network embeddedness and entrepreneurship performance in innovation network and conducts empirical research. The survey data of Global Talents in China was analyzed by SPSS 24.0 and MPLUS 7.4. The results show that the two dimensions of perceived organizational support instrumentality and emotionality have significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance and innovation network embeddedness; while innovation network embeddedness has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial performance, but the influence of structural embeddedness is more significant than that of relational embeddedness; relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness play a partial mediating role in the influence of instrumental support and emotional support on technological innovation performance, while structural embeddedness plays a complete mediating role in the influence of instrumental support and emotional support on growth potential performance. Based on the results of empirical research, the paper proposes to further optimize the allocation of network resources, strengthen emotional support, expand the scale of innovative network, and strive to create an international talent development environment that is similar to overseas.
