The multi‐electron redox chemistry of uranium(II) compounds remains largely unexplored. Herein, we report a series of two‐electron oxidative atom and group transfer reactions at a well‐defined uranium(II) center. The reactions of uranium(II) complexes [M][(AdTPBN3)U] (M=K(2,2,2‐cryptand) and K(18‐crown‐6)(THF)) with pyridine‐N‐oxide or nitrosobenzene, elemental sulfur/selenium or triphenylphosphine sulfide/selenide, and ditellurium salt led to the isolation of uranium(IV) terminal oxo and chalcogenido complexes [M][(AdTPBN3)UX] (X=O, S, Se, Te). In addition, the reactions of [M][(AdTPBN3)U] with aryl azides ArN3 or diazoalkanes R2CN2 quantitatively yielded uranium(IV) terminal imido [M][(AdTPBN3)UNAr] or hydrazonido(2−) complexes [M][(AdTPBN3)UN2CR2], respectively. Notably, the low‐temperature reaction between [M][(AdTPBN3)U] and mesityl azide allowed the isolation of the first uranium(IV) aryldiazenylimido complex as an intermediate. These uranium(IV)−element multiply bound compounds were fully characterized by X‐ray crystallography, 1H NMR spectroscopy, absorption spectroscopy, solution and solid‐state magnetometry, and elemental analysis. The controlled two‐electron oxidative reactions at a uranium(II) center not only expand the redox reactivity of uranium(II) but also offer a convenient new route to access uranium−element multiply bound compounds. Objective Methods Results Conclusion Rab11A is an important molecule for recycling endosomes and is closely related to the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of tumors. This study investigated the prognostic and immune significance of Rab11A and validated its potential function and mechanism in breast cancer (BRCA).RNA sequencing data for 33 tumors were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype‐Tissue Expression databases. Correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between Rab11A expression and immune characteristics. Potential pathways were identified using the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and Gene Ontology analysis. Immunohistochemical analysis, colony formation assay, bromodeoxyuridine incorporation assay, immunofluorescence, and Western blot were used to explore potential function and mechanism.Analysis of the TCGA database showed significant upregulation of Rab11A expression in a variety of cancers. Rab11A was up‐regulated in 82.4% of BRCA. High Rab11A expression is associated with poor survival in cancer patients and is a predictor of poor prognosis. CIBERSORT analysis showed that Rab11A was negatively associated with almost all immune cycle activity scores pan‐cancer. The results of the TCGA‐BRCA cohort were further confirmed by using pathological samples from clinical BRCA patients. The results showed that Rab11A expression was correlated with estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor expression in BRCA (p < 0.05). Knockdown and overexpression of Rab11A affected the proliferation of BRCA cells. Further mechanistic studies revealed that down‐regulation of ER alpha (ERα) and up‐regulation of ER beta (ERβ) mediated Rab11A‐induced inhibition of BRCA cell proliferation.Rab11A expression in pan‐cancer is associated with poor prognosis and immune profile. In particular, in BRCA, Rab11A expression regulates cell proliferation by targeting ERα and ERβ. High Rab11A expression is tightly associated with immune characteristics, tumor microenvironment, and genetic mutations. The addition of Ca and Sb in Cr‐bearing steel presents improved corrosion resistance during the field exposure test in a marine atmosphere environment. Through local hydrolysis reactions, Ca and Sb can form CaO, Sb2O3, and Sb2O5 to prevent the intrusion Cl− into the corrosion product film, which improves the protectiveness of the corrosion product film and reduces the corrosion rate. The formation of CaCl2 decreases the relative content of β‐FeOOH and makes the corrosion product film more stable. Due to the inhibition of Sb on the local acidification of corrosion product film, Ca and Cr are able to bond with more hydroxide for generating the corresponding oxides and improving the corrosion resistance of Cr‐bearing steel. Understanding the interrelationships between land use, climate change, and regional water yield is critical for effective water resource management and ecosystem protection. However, comprehensive insights into how water yield evolves under different land use scenarios and climate change remain elusive. This study employs the Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs (InVEST) models, Patch-generating Land Use Simulation (PLUS) model, and Geodetector within a unified framework to evaluate the dynamics of land use, water yield, and their relationships with various factors (meteorological, social, economic, etc.). To forecast the land use/cover change (LUCC) pattern of the Yellow River Basin by 2030, three scenarios were considered: economic development priority (Scenario 1), ecological development priority (Scenario 2), and cropland development priority (Scenario 3). Climate change scenarios were constructed using CMIP6 data, representing low-stress (SSP119), medium-stress (SSP245), and high-stress (SSP585) conditions. The results show the following: (1) from 2000 to 2020, cropland was predominant in the Yellow River Basin, Henan Province, with significant land conversion to impervious land (construction land) and forest land; (2) water yield changes during this period were primarily influenced by meteorological factors, with land use changes having negligible impact; (3) by 2030, the water yield of Scenario 1 is highest among different land use scenarios, marginally surpassing Scenario 2 by 1.60 × 108 m3; (4) climate scenarios reveal significant disparities, with SSP126 yielding 54.95 × 108 m3 higher water yield than SSP245, driven predominantly by precipitation; (5) Geodetector analysis identifies precipitation as the most influential single factor, with significant interactions among meteorological and socio-economic factors.
