Objective To explore the effect of lncRNA FGD5-AS1 on oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL)-induced vascular endothelial cell damage and its regulatory effect on miR-106a-5p. Methods Ox-LDL was used to induce human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) to establish a cellular injury model. pcDNA-FGD5-AS1, anti-miR-106a-5p and its negative control were transfected into HUVECs and then added to ox-LDL-treated cells. pcDNA-FGD5-AS1 was co-transfected with miR-NC and miR-106a-5p mimics to HUVECs, then added ox-LDL to treat cells. RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression of FGD5-AS1 and miR-106a-5p. The level of MDA, SOD, and CAT was tested with commercially available kit. Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis rate. The dual luciferase reporter gene experiment was used to detect the targeting relationship between FGD5-AS1 and miR-106a-5p. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-9. Results The expression of FGD5-AS1 mRNA in HUVECs induced by ox-LDL decreased (P＜0.05) while the expression of miR-106a-5p mRNA increased (P＜0.05). Both transfection of pcDNA-FGD5-AS1 and transfection of anti-miR-106a-5p reduced the level of MDA, apoptosis rate and protein level of cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9 in HUVECs induced by ox-LDL(P＜0.05),enhanced the activity of SOD and CAT (P＜0.05). FGD5-AS1 could target at miR-106a-5p. Co-transfection of pcDNA-FGD5-AS1 and miR-106a-5p mimics could reverse the effect of pcDNA-FGD5-AS1 on ox-LDL-induced HUVECs apoptosis and oxidative stress. Conclusions Over-expression of FGD5-AS1 may inhibit oxidative stress and apoptosis through targeted regulation of miR-106a-5p, thereby reducing ox-LDL-induced vascular endothelial cell damage.

In order to achieve low-frequency vibration and noise reduction, this paper proposes an innovative structure based on the four-ligament chiral structure. The band gap characteristics and the principle of band gap generation are numerically analyzed by using the finite element method. By optimizing the proposed structure, the band gap is obviously transferred to the low frequency. The propagation characteristics of elastic waves with a specific frequency on the passband in the proposed structure are studied. Finally, the calculated band gap frequency range is compared with the finite element simulation results, and the two correspond perfectly. The research shows that the proposed structure has a good bandgap frequency range, which can play a good role in suppressing vibration transmission, and by improving the chiral structure of the basic four ligaments, the bandgap frequency range of the structure can be transferred from a high frequency to low frequency, which provides ideological guidance and scheme for the structural design of metamaterial that suppress low-frequency waves. The two circular structures with local resonance resonant hammers proposed in this paper have the comprehensive performance of small size, easy fabrication and low frequency vibration and sound damping. In the study, Bloch's theorem is used to calculate the energy band curves of the two structures and to analyze the vibration forms of the structures at the edge of the band gap. At the same time, the integrated analysis means of phase constant surface, group velocity and phase velocity are innovatively used to explore the real propagation path of waves and provide experience for topology optimization. The position of resonant hammers, the mirror symmetry structure and the size of resonant hammers are adjusted to optimize the band gap for both structures. Finally, the vibration transmission characteristics of the finite period structure are calculated to verify the band gap and evaluate the vibration isolation performance. The results show that the new structure has low-frequency noise reduction performance, and the band gap frequency can be further reduced by topology optimization. Aim: To identify and appraise the quality of evidence of transitional care interventions on quality of life in lung cancer patients. Background: Quality of life is a strong predictor of survival. The transition from hospital to home is a high‐risk period for patients' readmission and death, which seriously affect their quality of life. Design: Systematic review and meta‐analysis. Methods: The PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science and CINAHL databases were searched from inception to 22 October 2022. The primary outcome was quality of life. Statistical analysis was conducted using Review Manager 5.4, results were expressed as standard mean difference (SMD) with a 95% confidence interval (CI). The risk of bias of the included studies was assessed using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool. This study was complied with PRISMA guidelines and previously registered in PROSPERO (CRD42023429464). Results: Fourteen randomized controlled trials were included consisting of a total of 1700 participants, and 12 studies were included in the meta‐analysis. It was found that transitional care interventions significantly improved quality of life (SMD = 0.21, 95% CI: 0.02 to 0.40, p =.03) and helped reduce symptoms (SMD = −0.65, 95% CI: −1.13 to −0.18, p =.007) in lung cancer patients, but did not significantly reduce anxiety and depression, and the effect on self‐efficacy was unclear. Conclusions: This study shows that transitional care interventions can improve quality of life and reduce symptoms in patients, and that primarily educational interventions based on symptom management theory appeared to be more effective. But, there was no statistically significant effect on anxiety and depression. Relevance to Clinical Practice: This study provides references for the application of transitional care interventions in the field of lung cancer care, and encourages nurses and physicians to apply transitional care plans to facilitate patients' safe transition from hospital to home. Background: Rate-pressure product (RPP) calculated by multiplying heart rate by systolic blood pressure, is a convenient indicator closely associated with cardiac work or myocardial oxygen consumption. It has been reported to relate strongly to important indices of cardiovascular risk in patients with myocardial ischemia. However, its relationship with short- and long-term mortality in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) undergoing primary PCI/immediate invasive strategy has not been defined. Methods: This study analyzed 1301 consecutive ACS patients who had undergone primary PCI, between January 2018 and September 2021. Patients with systolic BP < 90 mmHg were excluded to avoid the confounding effect of cardiogenic shock. RPP values were collected on admission and were divided into four groups: RPP ≤ 7.4, 7.4 ≤ 8.8, 8.8 < 8.8 < RPP8, and RPP > 10.8. Clinical endpoints were in-hospital cardiac and long-term all-cause mortality. The predictive performance was assessed by C-statistic, multivariate analysis and survival analysis. Results: Multivariate analysis showed that these in the highest vs lowest category of RPP (> 10.8 vs ≤ 7.4) had OR of 4.33 (95% CI=1.10 − 17.01; P = 0.036) in in-hospital cardiac mortality and 3.15 (95% CI=1.24 − 8.00; P = 0.016) in long-term all-cause mortality. In C-statistic analyses, RPP was a strong predictor in ACS, STEMI or UA/NSTEMI group for in-hospital cardiac mortality (AUC = 0.746, 95% CI = 0.722– 0.770, p < 0.001) and long-term all-cause mortality (AUC = 0.701, 95% CI = 0.675– 0.725, p < 0.001). The Kaplan–Meier event rate for long-term survival of RPP > 10.8 was significantly lower than that of RPP ≤ 10.8. Conclusion: RPP showed a positive association with in-hospital cardiac or long-term all-cause mortality in ACS patients undergoing primary PCI/immediate invasive strategy, and RPP > 10.8 can be as an independent predictor. A new species, Momonides neolandbergi Li & Guo sp. nov. is described in detail, which is the fifth species all over the world in Momonidinae Lundblad, 1941, Momoniidae K. Viets, 1926. The family and subfamily are newly recorded for Chinese fauna. The new species are recorded by camera, optical microscope, and scanning electron microscope. This paper investigates the stochastic dynamics of trophic cascade chemostat model perturbed by regime switching, Gaussian white noise and impulsive toxicant input. For the system with only white noise interference, sufficient conditions for stochastically ultimate boundedness and stochastically permanence are obtained, and we demonstrate that the stochastic system has at least one nontrivial positive periodic solution. For the system with Markov regime switching, sufficient conditions for extinction of the microorganisms are established. Then we prove the system is ergodic and has a stationary distribution. The results show that both impulsive toxins input and stochastic noise have great effects on the survival and extinction of the microorganisms.
