Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of remote rehabilitation after glucocorticoid injection in frozen shoulder (FS) patients. Methods A total of 63 FS patients who attended Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, from May 2022 to July 2023 were enrolled, and after glucocorticoid injection for 1 month, they were randomly divided into group A and group B. The patients in group A received rehabilitation treatment in the hospital, and those in group B received remote rehabilitation, once a day, 5 times a week for 4 weeks. The patients in both groups were assessed at the hospital before treatment and at 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, and 12 weeks after treatment, including Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score, range of motion of shoulder joint (intorsion, extorsion, flexion, extension, and abduction angles), Activities of Daily Living score of shoulder joint, and satisfaction score of treatment outcome. Results For both groups, VAS score decreased significantly over the time of treatment (F=175.56, 215.78,P0.05). For both groups, the range of motion of shoulder joint increased significantly over the time of treatment (F=33.84-483.42,P0.05). For both groups, the Activities of Daily Living score of shoulder joint increased significantly over the time of treatment (F=76.46, 92.02,P0.05). For both groups, the satisfaction score of treatment outcome increased significantly over the time of treatment (F=8.10, 12.84,P0.05). Conclusion For FS patients, remote rehabilitation after glucocorticoid injection can achieve a similar therapeutic effect to rehabilitation in hospital, and therefore, remote rehabilitation is a promising treatment regimen.

The seed oil of Xanthoceras sorbifolium is a new kind of vegetable oil which is beneficial to the body. However, during the ripening process, if not picked properly, resulting in seed waste and economic loss. Therefore, selecting the right picking time is of great significance for improving seed yield, reducing waste of labor and capital costs, and improving economic benefits. It is very challenging to achieve real-time and accurate classification of the images in the ripening stage of Xanthoceras sorbifolium with similar color, different shapes and serious background interference. So as to extract effective fruit features and improve the classification efficiency, a broad learning image classification method based on feature excitation (BL-SENet) was proposed in this paper. Firstly, a broad learning system (BLS) was constructed to extract the fruit features based on node activation function for the input layer. Secondly, feature excitation is carried out based on SENet, and the learning weights of features extracted based on broad learning mechanism are re-calibrated to improve the accuracy of network classification. Finally, based on the feature calibration, image classification is carried out by taking full advantage of the fast broad learning system. It is tested through experiments, the training accuracy of the proposed method is 100%, and the test accuracy is more than 80%, and it is the fastest among the comparison methods (except BLS). In order to promote the development of intelligent agriculture and realize intelligent mechanical picking, it provides effective visual information.

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on chronic pain in a rat model of monosodium iodoacetate (MIA)-induced osteoarthritis (OA) and its mechanism. Methods Healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, MIA group, tDCS group, and sham-tDCS group, with 9 rats in each group. The rats in the sham-operation group were given intra-articular injection of normal saline into the left knee joint, and those in the MIA group, the tDCS group, and the sham-tDCS group were given MIA injection at the same site to establish a model of chronic pain in OA. On day 21 after MIA injection, the rats in the tDCS group and the sham-tDCS group were treated with real or sham tDCS, respectively, for 8 d. The pain behavioral test was performed for the rats in each group on day 1, 2, and 7 after treatment; the periaqueductal gray (PAG) of rats were collected on day 2 after treatment and Western blot was used to measure the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF).
