In this study, a facile in situ sintering method has been proposed for fabricating high strength lightweight mullite whisker network reinforced proppants. The effect of TiO2 on the microstructure, properties and fracture behaviours of the mullite whisker network was researched in detail. The addition of TiO2 promoted the formation of a modified mullite whisker network structure, which effectively improved the flexural strength. The sample containing 4 wt.% TiO2 exhibited an excellent flexural strength of 215.25MPa and low bulk density of 1.53 g/cm3 at 1400 °C. The TiO2-added mullite whiskers mostly exhibited rod-like crystals with about 0.5- 0.8 μm in diameter and 10-15 μm in length. The as-prepared ceramic proppant showed excellent properties, such as low breakage ratio (2.19%under 52MPa), low density (1.36 g/cm3) and low acid solubility (2.28 wt.%).

The number of studies dedicated to organizational inclusion is rapidly growing. Using relational leadership theory (RLT) as the overarching framework, the current study aimed to examine how inclusive leadership indirectly influences the voices of Chinese employees via leader-member exchange (LMX). The boundary conditions of these relationships were also explored by using employee achievement values as a potential moderator. A total of 814 full-time Chinese employees were recruited. The results showed that LMX mediated the positive effect of inclusive leadership on employee voice behaviors. Specifically, inclusive leadership enhanced LMX, and employees were then more likely to express ideas in front of supervisors. Moreover, achievement values moderated the positive linkage of LMX-voice. When building the high quality LMX relationships, employees with higher achievement values were more willing to speak up compared to their counterparts holding lower achievement values. We further found that the magnitude of the mediating effect of LMX on the relationship between inclusive leadership and voice also relied on employee achievement values (i.e., a second-stage moderated mediation model). This indicates that the indirect effect was stronger when the employees had higher achievement values. Objective To explore the attention level and influencing factors of elderly stroke patients. Methods From September 2019 to September 2020, 178 elderly stroke patients over 60 years old who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurosurgery and Neurology of a grade A hospital in Tangshan City, Hebei Province were selected as the research objects. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and hospitals were used. Research tools such as the Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) were used for investigation and research. Use SPSS 25. 0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results The results of the study showed that gender, drinking alcohol, sleep quality, anxiety, depression, stroke type and cognitive impairment were the main influencing factors for attention disorders in the elderly after stroke. Conclusion This study found that the research subjects had a higher incidence of attention disorders, and older stroke patients who were men, usually drinking alcohol, poor sleep quality, anxiety, depression, and ischemic stroke with cognitive impairment were more likely to have attention dysfunction. The Triassic was a crucial period in the tectonic evolution of the South China Block. Research on tectonic deformation during this period provides information on intracontinental orogenic mechanisms in South China. In this study, alongside thermochronological analyses, we examine the macroscopic and microscopic structural features of the Rongxian ductile shear zone, located south of the Darongshan granite in the southeastern part of Guangxi Province, on the southern margin of South China. Sinistral shear is indicated by the characteristics of rotated σ‐type feldspar porphyroclasts, stretching lineations defined by elongated quartz grains and the orientations of quartz c‐axes. LA‐ICP‐MS U‐Pb dating of zircons from two samples of granitic mylonite and one of granite yielded ages of ca. 256 Ma. Furthermore, two samples of granitic mylonite yield muscovite 40Ar/39Ar plateau ages of 249–246 Ma. These results indicate that the Rongxian ductile shear zone resulted from Early Triassic deformation of the late Permian Darongshan granite. This deformation was likely related to the closure of the eastern Paleo‐Tethys Ocean and the subsequent collision of the South China and Indochina blocks, during the early stage of the Indosinian orogeny. In recent years, the interest in medical monitoring for human health has been rapidly increasing due to widespread concern. Hydrogels are widely used in medical monitoring and other fields due to their excellent mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and adhesion. However, some of the non-degradable materials in hydrogels may cause some environmental damage and resource waste. Therefore, organic renewable natural polymers with excellent properties of biocompatibility, biodegradability, low cost and non-toxicity are expected to serve as an alternative to those non-degradable materials, and also provide a broad application prospect for the development of natural-polymer-based hydrogels as flexible electronic devices. This paper reviews the progress of research on many different types of natural-polymer-based hydrogels such as proteins and polysaccharides. The applications of natural-polymer-based hydrogels in body movement detection and biomedical monitoring are then discussed.
