9. Research of Plasma Clad Al2O3 Coating

Abstract

Plasma clad Fe-based Al2O3 coating was fabricated by the way of delivering powder simultaneously, using high-energy plasma beam as a heating source, while the metallurgy combination of the coating to substrate was formed. The organization and performances of clad coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and micro-hardness instrument. The results indicate that γ-Al2O3 can be obtained by the technology of plasma clad and the good metallurgical bonding of coating to substrate was formed.

10. Preparation of SiO2 Film by Sol-Gel

Abstract

In recent years, the hydrophobic and self-cleaning surface has aroused extensive attention due to its special nature such as waterproof, pollution prevention, antioxidant nature, and so on. In this paper, sol-gel was used to prepare the hydrophobic coating on ceramic surface. Ethanol and TEOS were mixed to prepare the sol as 1:1 volume ratio, and the sol would be coated on the ceramic surface treated by some ways. Then the samples were dried in a certain temperature, then calcined. At last the samples were modified with a certain percentage modifier. In this article, three different factors were discussed, such as vacuuming times, modifing time, and calcining temperatures, eventually it is gotten that the optimal experimental conditions are using 20min to vacuum, 1h to modify and 550 to calcine.

Abstract

The effect of feed residues on release law of nitrogen and phosphorus in water-sediment interface was studied under the simulated condition in laboratory. Two sets of conditions were applied in this study, static condition (A group) and feed add condition (B group). The results show that DO in A group is higher than that in B group (P < 0.05). The pH value is neutral in A group, but pH value of B group became weak acidic. After adding the feed, nitrate nitrogen concentration in A group is higher than that in B group (P < 0.05), but orthophosphate concentration in A group is lower than that in B group (P < 0.05). At the 2-14th day of experiment, ammonia concentration in A group is higher than that in B group (P < 0.05), but since then the ammonia concentration in B group begins to rise. At the end of the test, ammonia concentration in B group is higher than that in A group (P < 0.05). At the beginning of the experiment, ammonia and nitrate nitrogen release restrained in B group. Nitrogen increases first, and then decreases in A group, but the changing regulation is completely opposite in B group. Feed decomposition can produce a large amount of phosphorus in B group, at the same time, orthophosphate changing regulation increases first and then decreases.
