Introduction: The L gasfield on the eastern edge of the Ordos Basin mainly focuses on the exploration and development of coalbed methane and tight sandstone gas. As the overlying strata of Majiagou Formation of Lower Ordovician in Lower Paleozoic, bauxite has always been considered a regional cap rock and has not been widely followed with interest. The drilled wells has revealed that bauxite can be used as a unconventional reservoir with good reservoir properties. In the future, it will become a new natural gas exploration target in the L region. This article is dedicated to the comprehensive study of geophysical methods for the bauxite exploration in the L region.Methods: Firstly, we use seismic data to restore paleo-geomorphology of the Lower Paleozoic. Secondly, we analyze the well log data of different paleo-geomorphic unit. Then, we establish a mineral model based on the logging data to calculate the lithological composition and porosity, and use imaging logging to evaluate the pore structure and fluid type.Result and Discussion: Finally, we obtained favorable reservoir development zones for bauxite, guiding exploration and evaluation of bauxite.

Light‐driven dry reforming of methane is a promising and mild route to convert two greenhouse gas into valuable syngas. However, developing facile strategy to atomically‐precise regulate the active sites and realize balanced and stable syngas production is still challenging. Herein, we developed a spatial confinement approach to precisely control over platinum species on TiO2 surfaces, from single atoms to nanoclusters. The configuration comprising single atoms and sub‐nanoclusters engenders pronounced electronic metal‐support interactions, with resultant interfacial states prompting surface charge rearrangement. The unique geometric and electronic properties of these atom‐cluster assemblies facilitate effective activation of CH4 and CO2, accelerating intermediate coupling and minimizing side reactions. Our catalyst exhibits an outstanding syngas generation rate of 34.41 mol gPt−1 h−1 with superior durability, displaying high apparent quantum yield of 9.1 % at 365 nm and turnover frequency of 1289 h−1. Objective: Researches on the epidemiology of various respiratory pathogens at multiple testing points in the pediatric population are limited, and these are crucial for the prevention of respiratory tract infections in children. Methods: We obtained 1788 upper respiratory tract swabs from children exhibiting symptoms of respiratory infection (notably fever with a body temperature exceeding 38.5°C) across five hospitals in Guangdong between November 2020 and June 2022. We used the multiplex probe amplification (MPA) PCR testing to identify 11 respiratory viruses and subsequently analyzed the prevalence characteristics of these pathogens among febrile children in hospitals. Results: The overall detection rate of the pathogens was 58.1% (1039/1788). Human rhinovirus (HRV) exhibited the highest detection rate at 19.0% (339/1788), succeeded by human parainfluenza virus (HPIV), human adenovirus (HAdV), and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). The positivity and coinfection rates were higher in children aged 5 years and below compared to those above 5 years. Moreover, a distinct pathogen spectrum was observed across different age groups. Hospitalized patients demonstrated a significantly higher positivity and coinfection rate compared to outpatients. During COVID‐2019, RSV appeared a counter‐seasonal trend. Conclusion: Respiratory viral infections in children display distinct characteristics concerning age, hospitalization status, and seasonality. Children under the age of 5 and minor patients admitted to hospitals at least be tested for RSV, HRV, HPIV, and HAdV. Soft robots have been advancing rapidly, but their control is still limited by rigid control elements. Soft valves offer a solution to this problem by enabling soft robots to no longer rely on rigid control elements. They have become an emerging research topic in soft robotics. However, with a large number of publications on soft valves, it may be challenging for researchers to quickly grasp the advanced technology related to soft valves. To address this issue, this article summarizes the current state of development in soft valves. The design principles and applications of soft valves in terms of structures and materials are discussed, along with the modeling ideas for soft valves. Finally, the current challenges faced by soft valves are outlined, and potential solutions to these problems are proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aimed at the prevailing issues such as unclear construction mechanisms, insufficient sensing capability and integration compatibility of fabric-based sensor, recent advances in the sensing principles,construction method and response characteristic of mechanical, thermal, and humidity fabric-based sensors were systematically reviewed. The typical material application, structural construction and fabrication method of various sensors along with the challenges faced at the current stage were discussed. Moreover, the characteristic application of these sensors in various application such as motion monitoring, healthcare, e-skin, human-computer interaction and so on were analyzed. It is considered that improving the signal stability, sensitivity, environmental adaptability and scalability of fabric-based flexible sensors based on material property, hierarchical structure and manufacturing process to study specific application environment is the key development direction. Use red blood cell stabilizer to store the antibody screening and antibody identification reagent red blood cells (RBCs) treated with 0.01 mol/L DTT and investigate its value in the pre-transfusion examinations of patients treated with daratumumab. Determined the optimal incubation time for the 0.01 mol/L DTT-treated RBCs method by evaluating the effect of treatment at different time points. Added ID-CellStab to store DTT-treated RBCs, determined the maximum shelf life of reagent RBCs by monitoring the hemolysis index, and assessed changes in the antigenicity of blood group antigens on the surface of RBCs during storage with antibody reagents. A protocol for long-term storage of reagent red blood cells treated with the 0.01 mol/L DTT method was established. The optimal incubation time was 40-50 min. RBCs could be stored stably for 18 days after adding ID-CellStab. The protocol was able to eliminate pan-agglutination caused by daratumumab, with no significant changes in the antigens of most blood group systems, except for some attenuation of K antigen and Duffy blood group system antigens during the storage period. The storage protocol of reagent RBCs based on the 0.01 mol/L DTT method does not affect the detection of most blood group antibodies and retains a certain degree of detection ability for anti-K antibodies, allowing patients treated with daratumumab to quickly perform pre-transfusion examinations, making up for the shortcomings of currently commercial reagent RBCs. Using the finite element method and the heat conduction equation, the temperature, stress, and end-face deformation in Tm:YAP crystal under high pump power were analyzed. Combined with gradient doping technology, an effective way to improve the internal heat distribution of the crystal was studied. The results showed that when the total pump power was 200 W, under the same cooling conditions, the maximum temperature difference inside Tm:YAP decreased from 58 K to 25 K after gradient doping. The thermal stress and end-face thermal deformation were also significantly improved. In addition, a reasonable micro-channel structure also effectively removed the heat generated inside the crystal.
