Objective To investigate the effect of applying antimicrobial drugs and the timing of intervention on pregnancy outcome in patients with risk factors for threatened abortion combined with intrauterine infection. Methods A retrospective survey of 1527 patients with risk factors for threatened abortion combined with intrauterine infection from January 2018 to December 2022 in Zhengzhou Women & Infants Hospital was conducted, divided into the group with antimicrobial drugs (n=471) and the group without antimicrobial drugs (n=1 056) according to whether antimicrobial drugs were applied, and their pregnancy outcomes were observed separately. The impact of the presence of 1, 2,≥3 intrauterine infection high-risk factors on pregnancy outcomes in both groups was also observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the age, parity, body mass index (BMI), gestational age prolongation, postpartum infection rate of pregnant women, fetal gestational age, and birth weight between the two groups (P＞0.05). The neonatal survival rate in the antimicrobial agent group was lower than that in the non-antimicrobial agent group (61.36% vs 82.39%, χ2=78.735, P＜0.01), and the rate of complications in surviving newborns was higher in the antimicrobial agent group compared to the non-antimicrobial agent group (26.64% vs 10.57%, χ2=44.973, P＜0.01). Stratified analysis showed no statistically significant differences in neonatal survival rates and complication rates when there were 1, 2, ≥3 intrauterine infection high-risk factors in both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion There is an overall effect of using or not using antimicrobial drugs on neonatal outcome, but there is no difference in the stratification of different numbers of risk factors.

Abstract Background The calcification of the tooth pulp is a pathological condition that occurs in response to various factors. A uncommon haematological condition known as paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH) is characterized by bouts of haemolysis, and it requires long-term use of glucocorticoids (GCs). Case presentation A female patient who was diagnosed with PNH and had a history of long-term use of GCs came to our department for root canal therapy (RCT) for teeth 25, 26, and 27. The radiographs showed generalized pulp canal obliteration (PCO) in most of the patients. None of these teeth (25, 26, or 27) were sensitive to percussion, and they did not respond to thermal or electrical sensitivity tests. A diagnose of pulp necrosis was made for these teeth. RCT was carried out with the help of an oral microscope, and then a prosthodontic procedure was created for the teeth. Conclusions Based on the patient’s long history use of GCs and a series of related studies, we conclude that the long-term usage of GCs contributes significantly to the onset of PCO.

Cu-W alloys are widely used in high-voltage circuit breaker contacts due to their high resistance to arc ablation, but few studies have analyzed the microstructure of Cu-W alloys under arc ablation. This study applied a phase-field model based on the phase-field model developed by Karma and co-workers to the evolution of dendrite growth in the solidification process of Cu-W alloy under arc ablation. The process of columnar dendrite evolution during solidification was simulated, and the effect of the supercooling degree and anisotropic strength on the morphology of the dendrites during solidification was analyzed. The results show that the solid–liquid interface becomes unstable with the release of latent heat, and competitive growth between dendrites occurs with a large amount of solute discharge. In addition, when the supercooling degree is 289 K, the interface is located at a lower height of only 15 μm, and the growth rate is slow. At high anisotropy, the side branches of the dendrites are more fully developed and tertiary dendritic arms appear, leading to a decrease in the alloy's relative density and poorer ablation resistance. In contrast, the main dendrites are more developed under high supercooling, which improves the density and ablation resistance of the material. The results in this paper may provide a novel way to study the microstructure evolution and material property changes in Cu-W alloys under the high temperature of the arc for high-voltage circuit breaker contacts. Analyzing the relationship between Internet attention and teaching research can provide a reference for extracting and identifying research hot spots in the discipline. Currently, many kinds of literature obtain social hot‐spot information based on a single platform, such as the Baidu Index, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Web of Science. Still, they ignore the common information reflected between the Baidu Index platform and the professional academic platform and the lack of relationship demonstration between them. Therefore, based on the CNKI database and Baidu Index platform, the most critical data statistical analysis service platform in the Internet era, this article proposes a relationship modeling and prediction framework (RMPF). First, RMPF analyzes the relationship between public attention and teaching research from the perspective of "high school information technology" by word frequency analysis and Pearson. Second, RMPF constructs the relationship model between them using leave‐one‐out cross‐validation. Third, RMPF predicts the development of subject teaching and research using the autoregressive integrated moving average model and multiple regressions. The results show that the correlation coefficient between public attention and teaching research is more than 0.65 from the perspective of "high school information technology," showing a strong positive correlation. In recent years, the focus of high school information technology discipline tends to be integrating multimedia technology, cloud classroom, artificial intelligence, and other technologies and disciplines. In addition, discipline literature volume growth will slow in the next 2 years, with an average annual publication of 350 articles. The overall number of literature decreased by about 120 compared with 2020. Based on the proposed RMPF, this study clarifies the relationship between subject attention and teaching research through experimental demonstration and provides an implementation framework reference for researchers of relevant literature.
