[Objective] Accelerating the construction of a unified market is an important driving force for the implementation of the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin, and the impact and mechanism of market integration on the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin can provide theoretical support and policy reference for the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin. [Methods] The panel data of 69 prefecture-level cities flowing through the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2020 were selected as samples, and the impact of market integration on the high-quality development of regional economy and its mechanism and heterogeneity were explored by using the two-way fixed effect model, the intermediary model and the threshold model. [Results] (1) Market integration can significantly promote the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin, and the high-quality economic development level of the Yellow River Basin can be increased by 0.579 units for every 1 unit increase in the degree of market integration. (2) Improving infrastructure, factor flow, and upgrading industrial structure are important mechanisms for market integration to promote high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin region. (3) There is a significant single threshold effect of economic agglomeration, and when the degree of economic agglomeration exceeds the threshold value of 0.020, the role of market integration in promoting the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin is reduced. (4) There is regional heterogeneity in the promotion of market integration on the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin, and the market integration of small and medium-sized cities has a stronger role in promoting the high-quality economic development, while the market integration of megacities inhibits its high-quality economic development. [Conclusion] It is necessary to accelerate the construction of market integration in the Yellow River Basin, improve the infrastructure in the basin, smooth the flow of factors, promote the upgrading of industrial structure, reasonably control the size of cities and the degree of economic agglomeration, and give full play to the high-quality dividend effect of market integration with the help of policies and local conditions.

A series of novel 1,2,4-triazole-chalcone compounds 10a–10s were designed by molecular hybridization strategy and synthesized. The molecular structures of the novel chalcones were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and HRMS. The anti-proliferative activities of the novel chalcones against four cancer cell lines in vitro were examined by MTT, four tumor cell lines including human colon cancer cell SW620, human non-small cell lung cancer cell A549, human cervical cancer cell HeLa, and human breast cancer cell MCF-7. Compound 10o showed certain selectivity to SW620 cell line, and its IC50 value was 21.55 μM. 10q had good anti-proliferative activity against A549 cells with an IC50 value of 25.58 μM.

The chalcone structure was introduced into the 4,6-dimorpholinyl-1,3,5-triazine molecule through the C-N bond, and a series of new compounds were obtained. Among them, the pyridyl-containing 6o exhibits anti-proliferation activity similar to that of cisplatin on SW620. Interestingly, the phenyl-containing 6a exhibits a certain selectivity for the anti-proliferation activity of SW620.

Despite the growing importance of resilience in the construction sector, the existing literature often focuses on specific systems or functions without integrating a holistic view of resilience. Hence, there is a pressing need for comprehensive research that synthesizes these dimensions to provide a clearer framework for resilience in the construction industry. To find the inherent patterns and trends of resilience, we carried out research from the perspective of three elements defining resilience (the subject of resilience, the influencing factors, and the subject's ability). In this systematic review, 70 articles were rigorously handpicked from Web of Science, Scopus, and authoritative journals and divided into 6 major categories and 24 subcategories for quantitative and temporal analyses. The evolution of resilience in the construction industry is investigated in this review, shifting from specific systems facing defined impacts to addressing the complexities of diverse and unpredictable disruptions within VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environments. As Industry 4.0 and digital transformation progress, the significance of functional resilience across various system levels becomes apparent, necessitating a reconstitution into structural, operational, and supply chain resilience. This study encourages the use of advanced methodologies like big data, AI, and high-level architecture (HLA) federated simulations to predict disruptions and optimize resilience strategies, thus providing a robust foundation for handling future uncertainties. Based on the hydrophilicity of carboxylated carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and the paramagnetism of ferroferric oxide (Fe3O4), a CNT‐Fe3O4 nanocomplex was produced by in situ liquid phase synthesis and a magnetically induced polysulfone amide (PSA) composited CNT‐Fe3O4 ultrafiltration membrane was prepared using an immersion precipitation phase transformation with an inexpensive PSA fiber as the matrix. Fe3O4 nanoparticles were distributed evenly on the CNTs, and the obtained CNT‐Fe3O4 complex exhibited good magnetic properties. For the magnetically induced PSA composited CNT‐Fe3O4 ultrafiltration membrane, the water flux and retention rate under the magnetic field of 1450 Gs were 421.26 L/m2 h and 96.70%, respectively; porosity and pore size were 38.75% and 58.52 nm; contact angle was 39.48°; average tensile strength was 4.61 N/mm2; and weight retention rate reached 29.00% under heat treatment at 900°C. The water flux decreased by 5.40% and 39.33% after 3 weeks of acid and alkaline immersions, respectively. The inhibition zone diameter of Escherichia coli was 11 ± 0.24 mm, and that of Staphylococcus aureus was 11 ± 0.35 mm. The magnetically induced PSA composited CNT‐Fe3O4 ultrafiltration membrane demonstrated stronger electronegativity, smaller average roughness, higher flux recovery rate value, and lower irreversible flux recovery rate value. Objective: This study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms of Huangqi {Astragalus) in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) using network pharmacology and molecular docking methods. Methods: The active compounds and target proteins of Huangqi were screened from the TCMSP database, while the disease target proteins associated with POI were obtained from the Genecards database. The Venny online tool was used to identify the overlapping genes between the two datasets. Cytoscape software was used to construct a gene regulatory network for the active ingredients of Huangqi. The protein-protein interaction (PPI) network and core genes were selected based on the STRING database and CytoNCA plug-in of Cytoscape. GO (gene ontology) enrichment and KEGG (Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes) pathway enrichment analyses of the overlapping genes were performed using the DAVID database. Molecular docking techniques were used to further elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects. Human ovarian granulosa-like tumor cells (KGN) underwent serum starvation (SS) treatment to induce POI cell models and then received quercetin treatment, and experimentally validated the network pharmacology prediction results by TUNEL staining and Western blotting assay. Results: The TCMSP database provided 32 active compounds and 552 target genes associated with Huangqi, while totally 730 disease target genes associated with POI were screened out from the disease database. Of these, 62 genes were found to be shared between the two datasets. The top 6 compounds based on degree values were quercetin, isorhamnetin, kaempferol, mairin, formononetin and astragaloside IV. The 10 core genes identified were ALB, INS, AKT1, ACTB, TP53, TNF, ESR1, CASP3, STAT3 and PTEN. These potential targets were mainly involved in regulating the JAK2/STAT3 and PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. Molecular docking results revealed strong binding interactions between the compounds and the key proteins STAT3 and Akt1 in the JAK-STAT and PI3K-Akt signalling pathways. The results of in vitro experiments revealed that quercetin could activate the JAK2/STAT3 pathway and inhibit cell apoptosis. Conclusions: Network pharmacology and molecular docking analysis showed that Astragalus could regulate the response of ovarian cells to estradiol, inhibit apoptosis and regulate the JAK-STAT and PI3K-Akt signalling pathways in the treatment of early onset ovarian dysfunction.
