The study was to explore the absorption and distribution of Millettia speciosa polysaccharide in mice. The Millettia speciosa polysaccharide Rhodamine B fluorescent marker (MSP-Rh B) was obtained by labeling Millettia speciosa polysaccharide with Rhodamine B. After the labels were identified by fluorescence microscope and infrared spectrum scanning, MSP-Rh B was given to mice by intragastric administration. Samples were collected at 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 h, respectively, and the distribution of MSP-Rh B in vivo and in vitro was observed by small animal in vivo imaging system. The results showed that fluorescence labeling of Millettia speciosa polysaccharide was successful. After intragastric administration, MSP-Rh B was mainly distributed in gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidney. MSP-Rh B reached each segment of the small intestine at 1 h, reached its maximum at about 3 h, and stayed in the small intestine for 24 h. Studies have shown that MSP-Rh B is absorbed through the small intestine, enters the systemic circulation first, and then distributes to the liver and kidney, and the fluorescence signal gradually decreases with time. Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of cinobufagin injection in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods: PubMed database, Embase database and Cochrane Library database, CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database and Sinomed database were used to search for the randomized controlled trials of cinobufagin injection combined with Western medicine in the treatment of primary liver cancer. The retrieval time was from the establishment to December 15, 2020. Two independent researchers conducted systematic screening, literature inclusion and quality assessment of the articles according to the inclusion criteria, respectively. Metaanalysis of the data was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. Results: A total of 30 studies with a total of 2 355 patients were included. Compared with conventional western medicine treatment, the clinical effective rate of Hububutin injection combined with western medicine was significantly higher [RR=1.16, 95%CI=(1.11,1.22), P<0.000 01]. It could effectively reduce the tumor size [RR=1.33, 95%CI=(1.17,1.51), P<0.000 01], prolong the survival time of patients [RR=1.41, 95%CI=(1.31,1.52), P<0.000 01], improve the quality of life [RR=1.37, 95%CI=(1.19,1.57), P<0.000 01], improve the liver function of patients [RR=-14.52, 95%CI=(- 16.15,-12.88), P<0.000 01], and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions [RR=0.94, 95%CI=(0.85,1.42), P=0.25] such as bone marrow suppression [RR=0.44, 95%CI=(0.31,0.62), P<0.000 01]. Conclusion: Cinobufagin injection combined with western medicine therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of primary liver cancer, and the safety is good. However, the methodological quality of the included literature is low, which affects the objectivity of the outcome, and it still needs to be verified by multi-sample, multi-center, randomized double-blind controlled trial. Two new highly-oxygenated neo-clerodane diterpenoids, 3S-acetoxyl-mollotucin D dilactone ester (1) and 6S-crotoeurin C (2), and a new lupane-type triterpene, 16β-hydroxyl-3β-O-trans-coumaroyl-betulin (6), as well as three known analogues (3–5) were obtained from the leaves of Croton laui. The structures of the new compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic methods, and their absolute configurations were determined by combination of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra, and literature data. Compounds 2 and 3 exhibited inhibitory activities of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 macrophages with IC50 values of 1.2 and 1.6 μM, respectively.
