Douchi has attracted attention for its unique taste and rich health functions. This study investigated the nutrition, flavor and correlation between the flavor and microorganisms of two traditional bacterial douchi from the province of Gansu in northwest China. The findings reveal significant variations in nutrition, flavor compounds, and the microbiota between Longnan and Qingyang douchi. Three dominant bacterial genera (Carnobacterium, Ignatzschineria, and Bacillus) and one dominant bacterial genus (Pichia) were found in the QY douchi, while four bacterial genera (Bacillus, Ignatzschineria, Proteus, and Providencia) and three fungal genera (Pichia, Candida, and Rhodosporidium) were dominant in samples of the LN douchi. For flavor substances, a total of 48 volatile components were detected in Longnan douchi and 41 in Qingyang douchi. Using the relative odor activity value (ROAV), we identified five key flavor compounds in Longnan douchi and four key flavor compounds in Qingyang douchi. The correlation analysis showed that there were certain positive or negative correlations between the key microorganisms and the flavor of the two traditional bacterial douchi. Waste wood, crop residues, livestock manure and waste oil, were widely used to produce bio-oil. And then partially or completely replace the petroleum-based asphalt. But the road performance of this asphalt was insufficient. In this study, the development of green and sustainable bio-asphalt to partially replace petroleum-based asphalt with wood-based phenolic resin made by straw liquefaction products was proposed. Firstly, the separation of straw components was carried out to extract cellulose and lignin. Straw and its primary components were liquefied to explore the main factors influencing the liquefaction of straw. Then the liquefied products were combined with formaldehyde to synthesize lignin-based phenolic resin WPR. And the phenolic resin PR, which was obtained from the reaction with phenol, was compared and analyzed. Finally, the resin was put into matrix asphalt with different ratios to prepare bio-asphalt, and the performance of the bio-asphalt was analyzed by the three major indexes of each bio-asphalt and viscosity. The results showed that the liquefaction rate of straw mainly depended on the liquefaction rate of cellulose, and its liquefaction reaction was complex, with a reaction kinetic level of 1. 71. From the resin yield and liquefaction products, WPR, PR FT-IR spectral analysis showed that the WPR resin synthesis rate was higher and had a better reactivity than the PR. Only when mixed with the liquefaction products, the performance of the bio-asphalt prepared was poorer. Photocatalytic H2 evolution technology is regarded as a promising and green route for the urgent requirement of efficient H2 production. At present, low efficiency is a major bottleneck that limits the practical application of photocatalytic H2 evolution. The construction of high-activity photocatalysts is highly crucial for achieving advanced hydrogen generation. Herein, a new S-scheme FeS2@ZnIn2S4 (FeS2@ZIS) heterostructure as the photocatalyst was developed for enhanced photocatalytic H2 evolution. Density function theory (DFT) calculation results strongly demonstrated that FeS2@ZIS generates a giant interface electric field (IEF), thus promoting the separation efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers for efficient visible-light-driven hydrogen evolution. At optimal conditions, the H2 production rate of the 8%FeS2@ZIS is 5.3 and 3.6 times higher than that of the pure FeS2 and ZIS, respectively. The experimental results further indicate that the close contact between FeS2 and ZIS promotes the formation of the S-scheme heterojunction, where the interfacial charge transfer achieves spatial separation of charge carriers. This further broadens the light absorption range of the FeS2@ZIS and improves the utilization rate of photogenerated charge carriers. This work thus offers new insights that the FeS2-based co-catalyst can enrich the research on S-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts and improve the transfer and separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers for photocatalytic hydrogen production. Improving apple peel color has been an important objective in apple production. To better understand the effect and mechanism of the combined application of urea and FA (fulvic acid) regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis, a field experiment was performed in 2022 and 2023, respectively, under five treatments of urea + FA (CK, urea only; FA50, urea + 50 kg ha−1 FA; FA100, urea + 100 kg ha−1 FA; FA150, urea + 150 kg ha−1 FA; FA200, urea + 200 kg ha−1 FA), using isotope (13C and 15N) marking to analyze the changes in carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) nutrient distribution as well as anthocyanin biosynthesis in fruits. We observed that, under FA application conditions, anthocyanin content in the peel was elevated in both years, with increases of 15.98~52.88% in 2022 and 15.93~52.94% in 2023. The best promotion effects were observed under FA150 treatment. Apart from the expression levels of anthocyanin biosynthesis-related genes and transcription factors in the apple peel, this positive effect on anthocyanin content induced by FA addition was also found to be associated with the optimization of C and N distribution in leaves and fruits. On the one hand, the application of FA not only enhanced leaf photosynthetic-related indexes (such as Pn, Gs, and Rubisco activity) and influenced (increased) S6PDH, SPS, and SS activities in leaves, but also elevated fruit sugar metabolism-related enzyme (SDH, SS-c, AI, and NI) activity and upregulated fruit stalk sugar transporter (MdSOT1, MdSOT3, MdSUT1 and MdSUT4) gene expression, which ultimately promoted the synthesis and the leaf to fruit transport of photosynthates, thus promoting 13C-photosynthate accumulation in fruits. On the other hand, FA application elevated leaves' N metabolism-related enzyme (GS and GOGAT) activity and optimized 15N distribution in leaves and fruits. Moreover, we also observed that FA application altered the fate of N fertilizer in apple orchards, showed an elevation in apple tree 15NUE and soil 15N residuals and showed a decrease in soil 15N loss. In summary, the appropriate application of FA150 (urea + 150 kg ha−1) synergistically optimized C and N nutrient distribution, and promoted anthocyanin biosynthesis in apple trees.
