The protection of historical and cultural heritage sites is the main focus of land space planning and use control. Its protection and utilization are important for promoting the revitalization of rural culture and building a pattern of historical and cultural protection, and are essential for the research on comprehensive land consolidation in recent years. The historical trail of South China is a linear cultural heritage site of Guangdong's historical development. Exploring the connotative relationship between comprehensive land consolidation and the protection and utilization of linear cultural heritage is conducive to enhancing their synergy and superposition. This study begins with a connotation analysis and trend analysis of comprehensive land consolidation and linear cultural heritage protection and utilization, taking the connecting line of the Gutian section of the ancient Meiguan historical trail of the Southern China historical trail in Guangdong Province as an example to explore the working relationship between comprehensive land consolidation and the protection and utilization of linear cultural heritage. It proposes a comprehensive land consolidation path for linear cultural heritage protection and utilization. Results showed that: 1) The problems faced by the protection of historical trails were closely related to the goal and content of comprehensive land consolidation; 2) The protection of historical trails and the comprehensive land consolidation could be integrated into the implementation of land space planning, rights and interests protection, policy incentives, public participation and landscape coordination to jointly promote the enhancement of land space value; 3) Focusing on the dimensions of development orientation, planning layout, engineering design, overall planning funds and service operation, it is necessary to constantly innovate the path of comprehensive land improvement across the region, and comprehensively promote the protection and utilization of rural cultural heritage. Guangdong Province can fully utilize the platform tools of comprehensive land consolidation in the protection of South China historical trail, achieve the connection and integration of ancient cultural protection and utilization with land consolidation projects, and establish a mutual feedback relationship in work, innovate and establish a working mechanism for the integration and development of comprehensive land consolidation and historical trail protection, which is conducive to the synergistic effect of rural revitalization and historical and cultural protection, better service and support for rural revitalization and high-quality development.

As a natural biaxial hyperbolic material, α-phase molybdenum trioxide (α-MoO3) exhibits dielectric and metallic properties in the plane, rendering it an exceptional candidate for polarization-dependent devices. In this work, we design a lithography-free polarization-dependent absorber consisting of an α-MoO3 film, a germanium layer, and a silver substrate. The results show that a narrowband absorption of up to 0.99 is achieved at a wavelength of 12.2 µm for transverse magnetic polarization. In contrast, the absorption is only 0.06 at this wavelength for transverse electric polarization. This remarkable polarization-dependent absorption performance is attributed to the coupling of epsilon-near-zero modes and Fabry-Perot resonances, which is confirmed by the electric field and power dissipation density distributions. Furthermore, strong polarization-dependent performance could also be achieved when the crystal axis of α-MoO3 is rotated in the out-of-plane. Objectives: The differences in chemical constituents in different parts of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum were analyzed. Methods: The contents of total phenols, total flavonoids, and polysaccharides in methanol extracts from different parts of T. hemsleyanum in Zhejiang were determined, and the chemical components of different parts of T. hemsleyanum were collected by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The differential index components of different parts of T. hemsleyanum were identified and analyzed by accurate mass-to-charge ratio of primary mass spectrometry and fragment ion of secondary mass spectrometry with reference spectrum and software database search and related literature reports. Results: A total of 20 components were identified, including 13 identified in root tubers, 7 in fibrous roots and 8 in leaves, and the structural cleavage of its compounds was analyzed. Conclusion: It provides a possibility and theoretical basis for the future use of the whole plant of T. hemsleyanum as medicine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The dimethyl maleate hydrogenation activity of Cu, ZnO-X and physically mixed Cu+ZnO-X samples was systematically investigated to probe the essential role of ZnO in ester hydrogenation processes. Cu samples exhibited high C＝C bond hydrogenation ability with dimethyl succinate as the main product. Comparatively, ZnO was inactive in hydrogenation due to its weak ability to dissociate hydrogen while the C＝O group could be activated and adsorbed on the ZnO surface. Interestingly, physical mixing with ZnO significantly improved the C＝O hydrogenation activity of Cu samples. The H2-TPD results reveal the origin of "Cu–ZnO synergy": hydrogen atoms formed on the copper surface can spill over to the ZnO surface and react with the adsorbed C＝O group. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Optical hydrogen sensors possess significant potential in various fields, including aerospace and fuel cell applications, which is due to their compact design and immunity to electromagnetic interference. However, commonly used sensors mostly use single-band sensing, which increases the risk of inaccurate measurements due to environmental interference or operational errors. To address this issue, this study proposes a dual-band hydrogen sensor comprising a Pd metal layer, a dielectric spacer layer, a defect layer, and a photonic crystal. By leveraging the interaction between the defect mode in the excitonic microcavity structure and the Tamm plasmon polaritons (TPPs) and Fabry–Perot (FP) resonances, the structure simultaneously generates two near-zero resonance valleys in the visible wavelength range. By adjusting the thickness of the defect layer, the coupling effect of the defect mode and TPPs together with FP resonance respectively is optimized. When the thickness is 0.27 μm, the sensitivities of the Tamm resonance band and FP resonance band are 239 and 21 RIU−1, respectively. Compared with the common sensors with a single band, its low-sensitivity wavelength can be used as a reference to assist the high-sensitivity wavelength for sensing. In addition, we find that the proposed sensor, through calculation, has good fault tolerance for both the thickness of the defect layer and the incident light angle.
