Automatic sketch colorization has become an important research topic in computer vision.Previous methods intent to improve the colorization quality with advanced network architecture or innovative pipeline.However, they usually generate results with concentrated hue, unreasonable saturation and gray distribution.To alleviate these problems, this paper proposes a sketch colorization method with drawing priors.Inspired by the actual coloring process, this method learns the widely used drawing priors (such as hue variation, saturation contrast, and gray contrast) to improve the quality of automatic sketch colorization.Speci-fically, it incorporates pixel-level loss in the HSV color space to gain more natural results with less artifacts.Meanwhile, three heuristic loss functions that introduce the drawing priors such as hue variation, saturation and gray contrast are used to train our method to generate results with harmonious color composition.We compare our method with current state-of-the-art methods on test dataset constructed by real sketch images.Fréchet inception distance (FID) and mean opinion score (MOS) are adopted to measure the similarity between the distribution of real and generated images and the visual quality, respectively.Compared to the second-best method, the experimental results show that the FID of our method decreases by 21.00 and the MOS increases by 0.96, respectively.All the experimental results prove that the proposed method effectively improves the visual quality of automa-tic sketch colorization.

Brassica napus (oilseed rape) is the primary source of vegetable edible oil in China, playing an important role in ensuring and stabitity the safety of national edible oil supply. The growth and development of oilseed rape are frequently attacked by various pathogens, among which Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is generally considered one of the most economically damaging, widely studied and highly concerned diseases. This article refers to relevant research results, elaborates on the pathological cycle and pathogenic mechanism of S. sclerotiorum, summarizes the progress of resistant germplasms, defense-ralated genes and mechanisms in oilseed rape. Additionary, this review introduces the newly reporeted pathogenicity factors such as SsCP1; it contains breakthroughs in the creation of resistant germplasm inherited from Brassica species; multiple studies that found the co-localization of genetic loci controlling flowering time and resistance to S. sclerotiorum in oilseed rape; and the research reveals the molecular mechanism mediated by the WRKY28-WRKF33 module finely regulates defense strength of oilseed rape after being infected with S. sclerotiorum. This review also looks forward to future research on oilseed rape resistance against S. Sclerotiorum, with a focus on exploring resistant germplasm. A sufficient areal capacity is necessary for achieving high-energy lithium–sulfur batteries, which require sufficiently high sulfur loading in the cathode materials. Therefore, the kinetically fast catalytic conversion of polysulfide intermediates is especially important for the full utilization of sulfur. Herein, Co9S8−x/N-doped graphene (Co9S8−x/N-G) is used as a sulfur host material and electrocatalyst in a high-sulfur-loading cathode, in which sulfur vacancies are generated via the hydrogen reduction of stoichiometric Co9S8. The produced sulfur vacancies in Co9S8−x/N-G effectively improve the adsorption ability for polysulfide anions, and theoretical calculations indicate that Co9S8−x has lower adsorption energy for polysulfides than Co9S8. Furthermore, electrochemical experiments reveal that the electrode process kinetics for the catalytic conversion of polysulfides are enhanced by sulfur vacancies. As a result, the S/Co9S8−x/N-G cathode with a high sulfur loading of 14.6 mg cm−2 delivers a high areal capacity of 12.9 mA h cm−2, and long-term cycling stability with a slow decay rate of 0.035% per cycle during 1000 cycles at 1C. Additionally, the pouch cell shows foldable flexibility and a stable areal capacity of 5.9 mA h cm−2 at a sulfur loading of 7.1 mg cm−2. The results show that enhancing the polysulfide conversion process kinetics using sulfur vacancies could be an effective approach for obtaining high-performance lithium–sulfur batteries.
