This paper fully discusses the design method of the slow-moving system of new cave buildings based on the concept of "slow city" by various modes of passage and road design, slow-moving system plant design, landscape node design, ecological facilities and so on. Cave architecture is an important part of native architecture, mainly distributed in china's loess plateau area, which is an ancient form of living. With the development of the times, the new cave building is still full of vitality. Based on the concept of "slow city", the design method of construction creates a slow-moving system into its landscape construction. The design follows the principles of regionality, ecology, humanization and emotion.

An agar plate method was established to screen synergistic antibacterial agents other than β-lactamase inhibitors. By using this method, a strain Aspergillus sp136 was selected for further studies. From the metabolites of this strain, a synergistic antibacterial compound was isolated by bioautographic TLC assay-guided fractionation and identified as helvolic acid. The synergistic effect of helvolic acid to penicillin was about 3 times that of clavulanic acid to penicillin in agar diffusion assay on Bacillus cereus. In checkerboard studies, helvolic acid exhibited synergistic effects with erythromycin on all tested multi-drug resistant Staphylococcus aureus and with penicillin and tetracycline on some multi-drug resistant S. aureus. Mild and efficient procedures have been developed for synthesis of 1,8-naphthalide and 1,8-naphthalenedimethanol. In an ice-water bath, 1,8-naphthalide was prepared from 1,8-naphthlic anhydride using LiAlH4 as reducing agent. 1,8-Naphthalenedimethanol was obtained with good yield from reduction of 1,8-naphthalic anhydride by LiAlH4 and Lewis acids at room temperature. Various triindolylmethanes were synthesized by condensation of indole (or its derivatives) with indole-3-carboxaldehyde using solid acids as catalysts. Among the valued catalysts, [SO3H]–MSU mesoporous molecular sieve-functionalized MSU with sulfonic acid group gave the most outstanding performance.
