20. Recent progress on polymerization‐induced emission.

Abstract

The aggregate luminescence behaviors of polymeric luminescent materials have been attracting great attention. However, the importance of the polymerization process on luminescence, namely, polymerization‐induced emission (PIE), has rarely been overviewed. In this review, recent advances in polymerization with PIE effects are summarized, including PIE with aromatic rings based on one‐/two‐/multi‐component polymerizations, and PIE without aromatic rings according to disparate mechanisms of polymerizations. Typical examples are selected to elaborate the basic design principles, as well as the properties and potential applications of the luminous polymers. Abstract

The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is one of the most commonly used methods for measuring antibodies and antigens in biological samples. However, developing new ELISAs with high detection sensitivity and broad detection dynamic ranges without resorting to complicated signal processing and equipment setups remains a challenge. In this work, we report a strategy to simultaneously improve the detection sensitivity and broaden the dynamic range by replacing the chromogenic reagents used in traditional ELISAs with an aggregation-induced emission luminogen (AIEgen). The developed AIE-ELISA could generate complementary absorbance and fluorescence signals with a linear detection range of 1.6-25,000 pg/mL. The application of this dual-mode AIE-ELISA in the detection of the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) realized a limit of detection of 1.3 pg/mL (3.78 × 10-14M) and dynamic range improvement of approximately 2 orders of magnitude compared to a single-mode ELISA, which enabled it to discriminate a minor PSA difference in a patient's serum. The simpler experimental operation, faster enzyme response speed, and better photostability of AIEgen than the traditional chromogenic reagents used in ELISAs showed that our developed AIE-ELISA holds great potential in the fields of immunoassay, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry. © 2022 American Chemical Society. Abstract

As an emerging and efficient polymerization methodology, activated internal alkyne-based polymerization has been considered as a powerful tool for the construction of polymers with diverse architectures and versatile functions. This review focuses on the recent progresses in the polymerization using mono-activated, di-activated, in-situ generated, ring-strained ethynyl groups as substrates, coupling with post-modification on premade polymers containing activated internal ethynyl moieties. Representative examples are used to illustrate the fundamental design strategy, the development of polymerization and post-functionalization, along with the properties and potential applications of the prepared polymers. Moreover, the challenges and perspectives in terms of new-type active alkynes, green polymerization methodology, tailored regio-/stereoselectivity modulation, and potentially expanded application in this area are also discussed. © 2022 SIOC, CAS, Shanghai, & WILEY-VCH GmbH.

Abstract

In this paper, PoisonIvy Trojan horse virus is used as a sample, using the technology of adding shell, clearing the feature code, adding junk instruction to avoid being killed. The experimental results show that PoisonIvy virus can successfully avoid the killing of velvet and 360 anti-virus software. Anti-anti-virus technology can make a virus break through the defense of anti-virus software, so that anti-virus software can not find the virus that has been treated. The significance of this paper is to explore the principle and method of anti-virus technology, so as to promote the anti-virus software to find and defend viruses more effectively.

42. Metal-Free Polycycloaddition of Aldehyde-Activated Internal Diynes and Diazides Toward Post-Functionalizable Poly(Formyl-1,2,3-Triazole)s

Abstract

Azide-alkyne click polymerization has become a powerful and popular technique for the preparation of polytriazoles with diverse topological structures and versatile properties. However, the synthesis of post-functionalizable 1,4,5-trisubstituted polytriazoles (1,4,5-PTAs) is still a challenge. In this work, a metal-free polycycloaddition of aldehyde-activated internal diynes and diazides is developed, and a series of soluble and thermally stable poly(formyl-1,2,3-triazole)s (formyl-PTAs) with high weight-average molecular weights (M-w, up to 54 550) are facilely produced in high yields (up to 93%). The tetraphenylethene moiety containing formyl-PTAs exhibit unique aggregation-induced emission features. Moreover, the aldehyde groups at the C-5/C-4 positions of triazole rings in the formyl-PTA enable it to be a highly selective chemosensor for hydrazine detection and to serve as a useful platform for further post-functionalization, enriching the properties of proto-polytriazole as desired. Thus, this work combines a metal-free approach toward 1,4,5-PTAs with a post-functionalization strategy to pave a way for the development of a multitude of functional polytriazole-based materials.

Abstract

This work provides a new strategy to design heterocycle-containing AIEgens from non-emissive heteroaromatics and promotes their applications for long-term lysosome imaging., The development of new aggregation-induced emission (AIE) systems is a hot research topic, from which functional materials with diversified structures and properties are derived. Here, based on rare, non-emissive and highly electron-withdrawing heteroaromatics of 1,4,5,8-tetraazaanthracene (TAA), experimental and theoretical studies reveal that attaching phenyl rotors to TAA is crucial to creating a new N-type AIE core structure. Furthermore, by covalent attachment of electron-donating aromatic amines to the peripheries of the AIE core, red AIEgens could be obtained readily, which exhibit excellent photostability for long-term lysosome tracking. This work not only provides a new strategy to design heterocycle-containing AIEgens from non-emissive heteroaromatics but also stimulates more their applications as bio-imaging materials.
