The emergence of business intelligence and analytics(BI&A) 3.0 and the broadening application scenarios of information fusion enhance the importance of data fusion in the business intelligence.More and more researches in the fields of economy,finance and management use the idea and methods of fusion,and the application of data fusion in these fields shows characteristics different from the traditional information fusion.Considering the concepts of information fusion and BI&A,this paper puts forward the new connotation of BI&A based on the perspective of data fusion under the background of multi-source and heteroge-neous big data,highlighting the importance of data fusion in BI&A.In addition,the paper constructs the fusion framework of ‘data,information and knowledge’ for BI&A based on WSR system methodology,so that the data fusion can be better applied in the fields of economy,finance and management.It provides scientific basis for acquiring knowledge from massive multi-source and heterogeneous data,and is beneficial to the development and implementation of a more effective business intelligence system.

Objective To investigate potential relationship between gene polymorphisms of ATP-binding cassette B1, C4 (ABCB1, ABCC4) and solute carrier organic anion transporter 1B1 gene(SLCO1B1) with methotrexate (MTX) blood drug concentration and high dose-MTX (HD-MTX)-related adverse events (AEs) in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, the blood samples were randomly collected from 275 hospitalized pediatric ALL patients in Beijing Children's Hospital of Capital Medical University. All patients were treated with HD-MTX. Chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CMIA) was used to determine the MTX blood drug concentration at 45 h after infusion. Genotyping of ABCB1(rs1045642), ABCC4(rs7317112), and SLCO1B1(rs11045879 and rs10841753) were determined using MALDI-TOF MS based on MELPA technology. At the same time, chemotherapy-induced toxicity data including liver dysfunction, gastrointestinal disorder, mucositis, myelosuppression, and myocardial damage were recorded. The relationship of SNP polymorphism of these genes and MTX blood drug concentration with AEs were analyzed. Results All the genotypes analyzed were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P＞0.05). A statistically significant relationship between ABCC4 rs7317112 and SLCO1B1 rs11045879 genotype and 45 h MTX blood drug concentration was found(P＜0.05). The ABCC4 rs7317112 AA and AG genotypes and SLCO1B1 rs11045879 TT and TC genotypes may also be potential indicators for the excretion delay of MTX(P＜0.05). Conclusions ABCC4 rs7317112 and SLCO1B1 rs11045879 polymorphisms are potential genetic markers for individual MTX doses in the treatment of pediatric ALL patients.

The arthroconidial yeast-like species currently classified in the asexual genera Geotrichum and Saprochaete and the sexual genera Dipodascus, Galactomyces and Magnusiomyces are frequently associated with dairy and cosmetics production, fruit rot and human infection. However, the taxonomic system of these fungi has not been updated to accommodate the new nomenclature code adopting the "one fungus, one name" principle. Here, we performed phylogenetic analyses of these yeast-like species based on the sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region and the D1/D2 domain of the large subunit of the rRNA gene. Two monophyletic groups were recognised from these species. One group contained Dipodascus, Galactomyces, and Geotrichum species and the other Magnusiomyces and Saprochaete species. We thus assigned the species in each group into one genus and selected the genus name Geotrichum for the first group and Magnusiomyces for the second one based on the principle of priority of publication. Five new Geotrichum species were identified from arthroconidial yeast strains recently isolated from various sources in China. We theoretically explore the effect of a δ -potential on spin-polarized dwell time for electron in a magnetic nanostructure, which can be achieved by depositing a vertically-magnetized ferromagnetic stripe on top of InAs/AlxIn 1 − x As. The dwell time is found to be still spin-polarized because the δ -potential does not eliminate the spin-field interaction in the magnetic nanostructure. Spin-polarized dwell time is also found to be controllable by changing weight or position of the δ -potential since the effective potential experienced by electron in the magnetic nanostructure depends on the δ -potential. Therefore, such a δ -doped, magnetic nanostructure can act as a structurally-manipulable temporal spin splitter for spintronic device applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To understand the exposure level of noise intensity and hearing loss of workers in key industries in Beijing, and to provide the theoretical basis for control of noise hazards. Methods From May to December 2021, according to the monitoring plan of occupational disease inductive factors in workplaces in Beijing 2021, noise workers in the printing industry, automobile manufacturing, metal products, and electronic equipment manufacturing were the subjects of this study. Field detection of the noise intensity and the noise workers' high - frequency average hearing threshold case information was derived from the occupational disease and health hazard factor monitoring information system. Considering the clustering of hearing loss among noise workers in the same enterprise, and the individual data were not independent, the multivariate analysis of hearing loss was conducted using two - level logistic regression. Results A total of 125 enterprises were included in this survey, and the noise intensity exceeding rate was 14. 6%. The difference in the noise - exceeding rate in different key industries was statistically significant (x = 5. 882, P =0. 032). The hearing loss rate in the four key industries was 11. 5 percent. The results of the multivariate analysis showed statistical differences in hearing loss occurring among electronic equipment manufacturing workers as compared with the printing and recording media replication industry (P = 0. 001, OR = 5. 0, 95% CI = 2. 1 to 12. 0). Men were 1. 8 times higher than women (P = 0. 035, OR = 1. 8, 95% CI = 1. 1 to 3. 0). The risk of hearing loss increased with age and was significant for both 30 to 50 and more than 50 years compared with age workers of less than 30 years (P < 0. 001, OR =2.5, 95% CI = 1.8 to 3. 3; P <0. 001, OR =3.9, 95% CI = 2. 7 to 5. 8) . Conclusion The overall level of excessive noise intensity rate in Beijing was relatively low. Electronic equipment manufacturing noise intensity exceeded rate and work workers' hearing loss rate was higher, male risk was higher than women. It suggests that we should strengthen health education for key industries and key groups, and implement the main responsibility of enterprises, so as to protect the health of workers to the greatest extent. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe and analyze the microstructure of the cross section of cortical bone. The observation results illustrated that the cortical bone is composed of cylindrical osteons and interstitial bone between osteons, and the osteon are unevenly distributed. Based on the microstructure characteristics of cortical bone, three types of cortical bone mesoscopic analysis models were established. Then, the extended finite element method (X-FEM) was used to simulate the microcrack propagation process in bone. The simulate results show that the crack initiation strain of the two-phase model is 19.1% larger than that of the single-phase model, and the three-phase model is 57.8% larger than that of the two-phase model, which demonstrated that the osteons and cement line can significantly enhance the crack initiation strain of bone. In addition, under the same boundary conditions, the model with cement line can effectively change the propagation path of microcrack and prevent the propagation of crack. Therefore, the cement lines in cortical bone can effectively increase the fracture resistance of bone and enhance the fracture toughness of cortical bone.
