The large-scale promotion of the new generation of smart meters has become a development trend. This paper has a good reference for the application software development based on the new generation of smart meter software platform and is conducive to promoting the large-scale application of the new generation of smart meters.

Purpose To explore the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and associated variables in children with chronic myeloid leukemia in the chronic phase (CML-CP) receiving tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs).Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire was given to children with CML and their parents, who were TM (PedsQL™) Cancer Module 3.0 as HRQoL questionnaire.Results 289 questionnaires were collected, and data from 207 (71.6%) respondents were analyzed. This study aimed to explore the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and associated variables in children with chronic myeloid leukemia in the chronic phase (CML-CP) receiving tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs).A cross-sectional questionnaire was given to children with CML and their parents, who were 18 years at diagnosis of CML and 19 years at study. The questionnaire comprised three parts, including demographic information, clinical information, and the Chinese version of Pediatric Quality of Life InventoryA total of 240 respondents data were analyzed. Multivariate analysis showed that children with symptoms had worse pain (- 10.2; P 0.001), nausea (- 17.3; P = 0.001), more treatment anxiety (- 7.2; P = 0.005), worse self-assessment appearance (- 7.1; P = 0.001), communication problems (- 6.4; P = 0.001), and worse HRQoL (- 7.0; P 0.001). Children with mothers having low educational qualifications had worse pain (- 6.0; P = 0.014), more worried about future (- 5.4; P = 0.042), worse cognition problems (- 7.1; P = 0.002), worse communication problems (- 5.5; P = 0.008), and worse HRQoL (- 4.3; P = 0.005). Younger age children at study had more procedural anxiety (2.7; P = 0.001), treatment anxiety (- 1.7; P = 0.014) and cognition problem (3.6; P 0.001), as well as worse HRQoL (1.8; P = 0.008). However, older age children at diagnosis were more worried about future (- 2.8; P = 0.001), worse self-assessment appearance (- 1.1; P = 0.042) and worse HRQoL (- 1.8; P = 0.007). Other variables significantly associated with worse HRQoL included female gender, rural household registration and their father's low education level. Parents reported more gastrointestinal disorders, were worried about the future and had less concern about appearance than their children.Female gender, older age at diagnosis, younger age at study, lower mother's education level, and TKI-related symptoms are significantly associated with worse HRQoL in Children with CML. Children and their parents have different priorities in the HRQoL.

BackgroundCerebral white matter injury (WMI) is the most common brain injury in preterm infants; it leads to motor and developmental deficits and is often accompanied by cognitive impairment. WMI is characterized by the loss of pre-myelinating oligodendrocytes. Regeneration therapies for preterm neonates with WMI are still in the preclinical phase, among which oligodendrocyte progenitor cell (OPC) transplantation is a promising approach. One promising approach for treating preterm infants is cell replacement therapy, in which lost cells are replaced by human OPCs (hOPCs) derived from human neural stem cells (hNSCs). MethodsIn this study, we developed a method to induce the differentiation of hNSCs into hOPCs. OLIG2+/NG2+/PDGFRα+/O4+ hOPCs were enriched and transplanted into the corpus callosum of a preterm infant WMI rat model. ResultsTransplanted hOPCs survived and migrated throughout the major white matter tracts. Morphological differentiation of transplanted hOPCs was observed. Histology and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed lesioned structural repair. Electron microscopy revealed the re-myelination of the axons in the corpus callosum. The Morris water maze test revealed a recovery of cognitive function. ConclusionsOur study showed that transplantation of hOPCs derived from hNSCs is a viable therapeutic strategy for cerebral WMI. The results of our study contribute to the further development of cell therapeutic strategies.

In recent years, large quantities of cultivated land in China have been converted to non-grain production. There is a growing need to understand the spatiotemporal dynamics and multi-aspect performance of non-grain production to aid further agricultural development and ensure grain security. Multi-temporal high-resolution aerial photographs were used to investigate the trends of four categories of non-grain production (pond farming, duck rearing, nursery plantation and vegetable production) in the Tongxiang region of China from 2000 to 2015. Spatial analysis was then utilized to identify spatial autocorrelation and hotspots for different non-grain production categories. Finally, environmental and economic indicators were applied to assess the performance of different non-grain production categories from the perspective of environmental impact, economic benefits and grain security and to link the performance to the differences in dynamics. The results showed that the non-grain production in Tongxiang increased by 2460.68 ha from 2000 to 2015. The non-grain expansion in different periods was closely related to the central and local policy orientation. Environmental and economic analyses revealed that nursery plantation and pond farming consistently dominated in Tongxiang due to their low investment requirements, low environmental pressure and relatively high economic profit. All non-grain production categories exhibited strong spatial autocorrelation in 2000–2015, as evidenced by spatial analysis. Conspicuous regional disparities were also observed in the hotspots of different non-grain production categories, in part due to local traditions and the clustering effect. Non-grain production activities generated more pressure on the local environment than rice plantation despite high economic benefits. Furthermore, the expanding non-grain production in rural China will lead to an overestimation of grain outlook and jeopardize national grain security in the long run. Eco-agricultural systems, such as integrated rice-duck farming systems, could increase the likelihood of an economic and ecological win-win situation between non-grain production and grain cultivation.

In this work, we describe a flocculation performance evaluation of a novel anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) synthesized using low dose γ-ray initiation. The APAM structure and morphology were characterized using Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. In comparison to commercially purchased APAM (Mw = 1.0 × 107), γ-ray initiation was demonstrated to be a more effective method to increase molecular weight, decrease the residual acrylamide monomer, and improve thermal stability. Flocculant performance was evaluated by assessing their ability to remove Cd(II) from water. We utilized the Plackett-Burman (PB), steepest ascent, and response surface methodology (RSM) experimental design to identify the optimal flocculating conditions for the removal of soluble Cd(II). Under optimal conditions [26.84 mg L−1 CaO, 71.28 mg L−1 polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and 2.87 mg L−1 APAM], the maximum percent removal of Cd(II) was observed to reach 93.65%. A potential flocculation mechanism for the Cd(II) removal from water was further studied by evaluating the colloid Zeta potential. Results from these studies demonstrated that PAC had a greater capability to change the Zeta potential of collide under alkaline conditions, while APAM played a critical role in the bridging, enmeshment, and sweeping effect. The composite of two types of predominance makes considerable sense in regards to enhancing flocculating efficiency, decreasing secondary pollution, and reducing flocculant cost.

The dual-core smart meters are isolated and operated independently by the measurement chip and management chip, which meet the standards proposed by IR46 and have broad application scenarios in the frontier fields such as digital grid and energy internet. The current dual-core smart meters have the problem that the management chip cannot recover itself accurately and quickly, which leads to the confusion and even loss of business data and affects the normal use of smart meters. This paper composes the common self-recovery methods for software failure of traditional dual-core smart meters, and increases the accuracy of control and greatly shortens the self-recovery time through a series of processes such as monitoring, checking, judging and restarting by an independent supervisory program. The focus is on the design of communication interaction and data transmission at the software level of the supervisory program, which does not require too many changes to the hardware, and finally the function and performance of the improved dual-core smart meter is demonstrated by experimental data.

This paper proposes a new method of automatic driving. First of all, A* algorithm is used to determine the next step forward direction of the automatic vehicle. At the same time, ResNet network and SSD network improved by focal loss are used to avoid right lights and obstacles respectively. ResNet network is used to detect whether there is a red light in front. The SSD network improved by focal loss is used to detect whether there is an obstacle in front of the vehicle and judge whether the obstacle can affect the vehicle forward. The judgment results of the two networks are combined to decide whether the vehicle stops or not. This paper will be tested in the simulation environment, and accuracy of the combination of ResNet network and SSD network is 77.2%.

Background: The role of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for children with high-risk (HR) T- cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) in first complete remission (CR1) is still under critical discussion. Moreover, relapse is still the main factor affecting survival. This study explored the effect of allo-HSCT (especially haploidentical HSCT (haplo-HSCT) ) on improving survival and reducing relapse for children with HR T-ALL in CR1 and the prognostic factors of childhood T-ALL in order to identify who could benefit from HSCT.Methods: Seventy-four newly diagnosed pediatric T-ALL patients were included in this study and stratified into low-risk chemotherapy cohort (n=16), high-risk chemotherapy cohort (n=31) and high-risk transplant cohort (n=27). The characteristics, survival outcomes and prognostic factors of all patients were analyzed.Results: Patient prognosis in the high-risk chemotherapy cohort was significantly inferior to the low-risk chemotherapy cohort (5-year overall survival (OS): 51.2%±10% vs. 100%, P = 0.003; 5-year event-free survival (EFS): 48.4%±9.8% vs. 93.8%±6.1%, P = 0.01; 5-year cumulative incidence of relapse (CIR): 45.5%±0.8% vs. 6.3%±0.4%, P = 0.043). For high-risk patients, allo-HSCT could improve the 5-year EFS and CIR compared to chemotherapy (5-year EFS: 77.0%±8.3% vs. 48.4%±9.8%, P = 0.041; 5-year CIR: 11.9%±0.4% vs. 45.5%±0.8%, P = 0.011). 5-year OS in high-risk transplant cohort had a trend for better than that in high-risk chemotherapy cohort ( 77.0%±8.3% vs. 51.2%±10%, P = 0.084). Haplo-HSCT could reduce relapse and had a trend for improving long-term survival for HR patients when compared to the high-risk chemotherapy cohort (5-year OS: 80.0%±8.9% vs. 51.2%±10%, P = 0.093; 5-year EFS: 80.0%±8.9% vs. 48.4%±9.8%, P = 0.047; 5-year CIR: 13.9%±0.6% vs. 45.5%±0.8%, P = 0.022). Minimal residual disease (MRD) re-emergence was the independent risk factor associated with 5-year OS, EFS and CIR.Conclusions: allo-HSCT, especially haplo-HSCT, might effectively improve the survival outcomes for HR childhood T-ALL in CR1.

The mitochondrial genome of Rhinolophus yunnanensis (Chiroptera: Rhinolophidae) is a circular molecule of 16,865 bp in length with a base composition of 31.2% A, 24.3% T, 29.6% C, 14.9% G. In the control region of R. yunnanensis, the sequence of 5'-CAACGTATACACG-3′ repeats 18 times. Phylogenetic analyses indicate that R. yunnanensis is a sister clade to ((Rhinolophus sinicus sinicus + R. sinicus sinicus) + (R. macrotis + (R. pumilus + R. monoceros))).

The complete mitochondrial genomes of Callospermophilus lateralis and Urocitellus richardsonii (Rodentia: Sciuridae) were sequenced to analyze the gene arrangement and discuss the phylogenetic relationship of species within the Xerinae. The genomes are circular molecules of 16,457 bp and 16,460 bp in length, respectively, including the 37 genes typically found in other squirrels. The AT content of the overall base composition is 63.2% for both species. The length of control region for C. lateralis is 1009 bp with 62.8% AT content; the corresponding values for U. richardsonii are 1012 bp and 62.0% AT content. In BI and ML phylogenetic trees, the monophyly of the family Sciuridae and subfamilies Callosciurinae and Sciurinae are well supported, but the monophyly of Xerinae is not supported. Within the Xerinae, the relationship of (Tamias sibiricus + (Callospermophilus lateralis + (Marmota himalayana + (Urocitellus richardsonii + (Ictidomys tridecemlineatus + (Cynomys leucurus + Cynomys ludovicianus)))))) is well supported. However, Tamiops swinhoei (Xerinae) within the subfamily Callosciurinae is a clade sister to Dremomys rufigenis (Callosciurinae). Spermophilus dauricus (Xerinae) within subfamily Sciurinae is a sister clade to Sciurus vulgaris (Sciurinae). The monophyly of Xerinae is failed to support in this study.

To explore the differences in the clinical features, treatment responses, and outcomes among children, adolescents, and adults with chronic myeloid leukemia in the chronic phase (CML-CP) receiving imatinib as first-line therapy. Data from children (0-8 years for girls and 0-10 years for boys), adolescents (9-19 years for girls and 11-19 years for boys), and adults (age ≥ 20 years) with newly diagnosed CML-CP receiving imatinib as first-line therapy between 2006 and 2019 were retrospectively reviewed. In total, 135 children (cohort 1), 189 adolescents (cohort 2), and 658 adults (cohort 3: age 20-39 years, n = 305; cohort 4: age 40-59 years, n = 270; and cohort 5: age 60-83 years, n = 83) were included in this study. When compared with children, adolescents showed a significantly higher white blood cell count (P = 0.033) and basophil percentage in peripheral blood (P = 0.002) and a significantly higher prevalence of splenomegaly (P = 0.004). Both children and adolescents presented with more aggressive clinical features than adults. During median follow-ups of 28 months (range, 3-161 months) in children, 33 months (range, 3-152 months) in adolescents, and 48 months (range, 3-157 months) in adults, multivariate analysis showed that children and adolescents had higher probabilities of achieving complete cytogenetic response, major molecular response, and molecular response

RATIONALE Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) is a rare hematopoietic disorder, which is more rarely accompanied by monosomy 5 or deletion of the long arm of chromosome 5q (-5/5q-) or monosomy 5 (5q-/-5), and hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a rare, uncontrolled hyperinflammation condition, which is more rarely secondary to JMML. Up to now, only a few cases of JMML with -5/5q- and HLH secondary to JMML were described. Here we described an extremely rare case of HLH second to JMML with 5q-. PATIENT CONCERNS The patient had multiple cafe-au-lait-spots at birth and was found that NF1 gene mutation was positive. At his 6 years old, he developed hepatosplenomegaly, anemia, thrombocytopenia, monocyte count 4.12×109/L in peripheral blood, 13% blasts in peripheral blood, and 11% blasts in bone marrow, without BCR/ABL rearrangement, combining with positive NF1 gene mutation, he was diagnosed as JMML. In the bone marrow, there was chromosomal abnormalities with -5/5q-. In the treatment, HLH occurred. DIAGNOSES The patient was diagnosed as secondary HLH to JMML. INTERVENTIONS The patient received the chemotherapy treatment of the improved diffuse alveolar hemorrhage protocol, and meanwhile, he prepared for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Then on the basis of anti-infection, symptomatic and supportive therapy, he was commenced the treatment according to the HLH-2004 protocol. OUTCOMES He had a partial response, manifesting that his fever resolved, but the blood coagulation function did not improve, and the severe thrombocytopenia remained. Then, the parents refused the continual treatment, and the child died of intracranial hemorrhage 3 months after the diagnosis of JMML. LESSONS JMML and HLH were relatively easy to diagnose based on clinical and laboratory results. Due to the low incidence of JMML with -5/5q- and HLH secondary to JMML, no clinical practice guidelines for the treatment of the disease have been established yet. The clinical data of a case of HLH secondary to JMML with 5q- were analyzed, and relevant studies were studied.

Photovoltaic intelligent edge terminal(PV IET) is one of the important devices for the safe and stable operation and smart operation of PV power stations. It is powerful but expensive. Large PV power stations can conFigure this device to improve operation and maintenance level, while smaller distributed PV power stations cannot afford its high price. In order to achieve the goal of low cost of distributed PV operation and maintenance, this paper proposes an optimal configuration method of PV intelligent edge terminals based on coyote optimization algorithm, which optimizes the layout of PV intelligent edge terminals from two aspects of quantity and location. At the same time, aiming at the weak optimization performance of coyote optimization algorithm (COA), a single dimension growth strategy of coyote individuals is introduced to prevent premature algorithm. The test results of typical cases show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the cost, and the proposed ICOA performs better than COA in accuracy and stability in solving the optimal layout problem, which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.

Background: FAB-M4 and M5 are unique subgroups of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia. However, for these patients, few studies have demonstrated the clinical and biological characteristics and efficacy of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), and especially haplo-HSCT. Procedure: We retrospectively evaluated the outcomes of 70 children with FAB-M4/M5 enrolled in our center from January 2013 to December 2017. Results: Of the patients, 32, 23, and 15 were in low-risk, intermediate-risk, and high-risk groups, respectively. T(16;16), inv16/CBFB-MYH11 was the most frequent cytogenetic abnormality. Among detected genetic alterations, WT1 was mutated at the highest frequency, followed by FLT3-ITD, NPM1, and CEBPA. Thirty-three patients received HSCT (haplo-HSCT = 30), of which four, 18, and 11 were in low-risk, intermediate-risk, and high-risk groups, respectively. For all patients, the 3-year overall survival (OS), event-free survival (EFS), and cumulative incidence of relapse (CIR) were 85.3 ± 4.3%, 69.0 ± 5.7%, and 27.9 ± 5.2%, respectively. By multivariate analysis, low-risk stratification predicted superior OS, EFS, and PLT ≤ 50 × 109/L at diagnosis, with FLT3-ITD mutations predicting higher CIR and poorer EFS. In intermediate- and high-risk groups, HSCT was independently associated with higher EFS and lower CIR. With a median post-transplant observation time of 30.0 months, the 3-year OS, EFS, CIR, and non-relapse mortality in the haplo-HSCT group were 74.2 ± 8.6%, 68.3 ± 8.9, 24.6 ± 7.6%, and 6.6 ± 4.1%, respectively. Conclusions: Risk-oriented treatment is important for pediatric FAB-M4/M5. For intermediate- and high-risk groups, HSCT significantly improved survival and haplo-HSCT might be a viable alternative approach.

Background: Pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with t(8;21) (q22;q22) is classified as a low-risk group. However, relapse is still the main factor affecting survival. We aimed to investigate the effect of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) on reducing recurrence and improving the survival of high-risk pediatric t(8;21) AML based on minimal residual disease (MRD)-guided treatment, and to further explore the prognostic factors to guide risk stratification treatment and identify who will benefit from allo-HSCT. Methods: Overall, 129 newly diagnosed pediatric t(8;21) AML patients were included in this study. Patients were divided into high-risk and low-risk group according to RUNX1-RUNX1T1 transcript levels after two cycles of consolidation chemotherapy. High-risk patients were divided into HSCT group and chemotherapy group according to their treatment choices. The characteristics and outcomes of 125 patients were analyzed. Results: For high-risk patients, allo-HSCT could improve 5-year relapse-free survival (RFS) rate compared to chemotherapy (87.4% vs. 61.9%; P = 0.026). Five-year overall survival (OS) rate in high-risk HSCT group had a trend for better than that in high-risk chemotherapy group (82.8% vs. 71.4%; P = 0.260). The 5-year RFS rate of patients with a c-KIT mutation in high-risk HSCT group had a trend for better than that of patients with a c-KIT mutation in high-risk chemotherapy group (82.9% vs. 75%; P = 0.400). Extramedullary infiltration (EI) at diagnosis was associated with a high cumulative incidence of relapse for high-risk patients (50% vs. 18.4%; P = 0.004); allo-HSCT can improve the RFS (P = 0.009). Conclusions: allo-HSCT can improve the prognosis of high-risk pediatric t(8;21) AML based on MRD-guided treatment. Patients with a c-KIT mutation may benefit from allo-HSCT. EI is an independent prognostic factor for high-risk patients and allo-HSCT can improve the prognosis.

This study evaluated the ensiling performance of excessively wilted maize stover (EWMS) with biogas slurries and the effect on the subsequent biomethane potential. Chicken and pig manure biogas slurries with or without solid-liquid separation were used to amend the stover humidity before ensiling for 60 d. The hetero-lactic-acid fermentative bacteria Atopostipes and Lactobacillus were enriched by the biogas slurry regardless of the solid-liquid separation. Significant increases in the total organic-acid content were observed in silages with chicken (41%) and pig (15%) manure biogas slurries without solid-liquid separation, which was not the case for treatments with solid-liquid separation. During the ensiling process, more lignocellulose was degraded under the high buffer-capacity provided by the ammonia-nitrogen in the biogas slurry. An increase of 7.1%-9.6% was observed for the specific methane yieldmeasured, which offset a storage loss of 5.0%-7.3%. Ensiling EWMS with biogas slurry therefore provides a viable strategy for biogas production.
