Mycotoxins are toxic, which can endanger health of animals and humans, causing a lot of economic losses to the food industry. Cold plasma is an emerging non-thermal technology featuring green and high efficiency, which can degrade mycotoxin in an effective way. To provide a theoretical reference for the application of cold plasma in the degradation of food mycotoxins, this paper first summarized the mycotoxins degradation mechanisms after cold plasma treatment. The key point is the structure of degradation products and possible degradation pathways of aflatoxin, deoxynivalenol, and zearalenone after cold plasma treatment under different discharge modes and treatment conditions. What’s more, the degradation effect of cold plasma on pure mycotoxins and mycotoxins on food matrix were reviewed. Finally, the safety and feasibility of cold plasma treatment was talked about from the perspective of toxicity, which was separated into structural, cellular and animal toxicity of the mycotoxin degradation products.

Objective: This study aimed to improve the oxidation, exploitation, and utilization of pumpkin seed oil (PSO). Methods: Pea protein isolate (PPI) -Tannic acid (TA) stabilized Pickering emulsion with Maltodextrin (MD) was used as the filling material, and prepared pumpkin seed oil microcapsules by spray drying. Results: After spray drying the Pickering emulsion, the smooth surface of the medium shell structure of microcapsule powder can be obtained. By increasing TA concentration, microcapsules showed smaller particle size [(32.00±0.28) μm], lower moisture content [(1.970±0.043)%], and higher bulk density [（0.725±0.014) g/cm3]. The FFA release rate of pumpkin seed oil microcapsules with different TA content was in the range of 39.63%~69.91%, and it slowed down when TA concentration increased. Compared with the PSO encapsulated in PPI, the PPI-TA composite used as the shell material improved the thermal stability, oxidation resistance and oxidation stability of PSO. Conclusion: These results indicated that PPI-TA-MD microencapsulation technology can improve the antioxidant capacity and oxidation stability of PSO.

In recent years, with the implementation of grain safety engineering and high-quality grain engineering, grain storage enterprises have carried out research and application of multiple green grain storage technologies such as air conditioning temperature control, grain cooling temperature control and humidity control, internal circulation moisture and temperature control, controlled atmosphere, and comprehensive pest and mold prevention and control based on different regional climate conditions and the storage variety, storage scale, and enterprises processing. These efforts have effectively improved the level of grain storage safety guarantee in China. The safety of grain storage is closely related to moisture content. High moisture content in the grain may cause mold growth or even hotspots, which can endanger the safety of grain storage. On the other hand, low moisture may affect the quality of food consumption and processing. Thus, it is crucial to establish a scientifically and reasonably determined safe storage moisture content of grain under the premise of ensuring the safety of grain storage. This will effectively promote the “green warehousing improvement action” and help save grain to reduce losses. This paper focused on the research process of grain safe storage of moisture in China after more than a decade of research and expert argumentation, key indicators and detection methods that affect the safe storage of grain moisture have been determined, as well as the criteria for determining the safe storage of grain moisture content, in combination with the actual storage situation at home and abroad. Research on the safe storage of grain moisture content in conventional storage and temperature-controlled storage has been systematically carried out, and the relationships between grain moisture content and temperature have been established. The threshold for safe storage of grain moisture content in the region under the new situation has been proposed, which could provide technological support for the formulation of green grain storage related standards.

Objective: To investigate the effect of music therapy on infants who underwent mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery.Methods: A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted in a provincial hospital in southeast China. The subjects were randomly divided into the music therapy (MT) group and the control group. Both groups were given standardized sedation treatment and routine nursing. Infants in the MT group received 60 min of MT three times a day. The sedation medication, Richmond sedation agitation scale (RASS) score, incidence of delirium, mechanical ventilation duration, length of cardiac intensive care unit (CICU) stay, restraint belt use time, and successful ventilation withdrawal rate were collected.Results: Infants in the control group had a higher total amount of on-demand midazolam (p = .039). Infants in the MT group had a significantly lower incidence of delirium, shorter mechanical ventilation duration, and restraint band use time (p = .047, p = .046, and p = .038, respectively). Although infants in the MT group had a higher success rate of ventilation withdrawal, lower RASS scores, and shorter ICU stay, the difference was not statistically significant (p = .427, p = .585, and p = .068, respectively).Conclusion: MT in the ICU can reduce the use of on-demand sedative drugs, shorten mechanical ventilation, and reduce the occurrence of delirium in infants who underwent mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery. Objectives: To observe the effect of music video (MV) therapy on early postoperative pain in preschool children after cardiothoracic surgery.Methods: 116 preschool children undergoing cardiothoracic surgery were randomly divided into the MV and control groups from June 2019 to March 2020. The related vital signs parameters, the Wong-Baker FACES pain rating scale, the FLACC scale, the number of postoperative PCA press and the cumulants of sufentanil use were recorded and analyzed.Results: There were no statistically significant differences in general characteristics and preintervention data between the two groups. However, there were significantly lower in the heart rate, mean arterial pressure, respiratory rate, the number of postoperative PCA press, and the dosage of sufentanil in the MV group than those in the control group after the intervention. The Wong-Baker FACES and FLACC scales in the MV group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the time point of immediately after the first intervention, 1 day, and 2 days after the intervention. The two pain scores showed a downward trend over time, and the corresponding scores in the MV group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion: MV therapy can be an effective nonpharmaceutical intervention in the clinical to relieve children's postoperative pain after cardiothoracic surgery. Background: To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of remifentanil-based fast-track cardiac anesthesia (FTCA) combined with the postoperative serratus anterior plane block (SAPB) for transthoracic device closure of atrial septal defect (ASD) in pediatric patients.Methods: A total of 70 children who underwent transthoracic device closure of ASDs from January 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia strategies administered, namely group F (fast-track anesthesia, n = 38) and group R (routine anesthesia, n = 32), and relevant clinical data were collected and analyzed.Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in general preoperative data, intraoperative hemodynamics, and FLACC score 1 h after extubation (p > .05). FLACC score of Group F was significantly lower than that of group R at 4, 8, 12, and 24 h after extubation (p < .05). The number of postoperative PCA press and the dose of PCA infusion in group F were lower than those in group R (p < .05). The mechanical ventilation duration, the length of intensive care unit stay in group F were statistically significantly lower than those in group R (p < .05).Conclusion: Remifentanil-based FTCA combined with the postoperative SAPB for transthoracic device closure of ASD in pediatric patients could effectively reduce postoperative pain of the children.
