Hydrogen energy is regarded as an ideal solution for addressing climate change issues and an indispensable part of future integrated energy systems. The most environmentally friendly hydrogen production method remains water electrolysis, where the electrolyzer constructs the physical interface between electrical energy and hydrogen energy. However, few articles have reviewed the electrolyzer from the perspective of power supply topology and control. This review is the first to discuss the positioning of the electrolyzer power supply in the future integrated energy system. The electrolyzer is reviewed from the perspective of the electrolysis method, the market, and the electrical interface modelling, reflecting the requirement of the electrolyzer for power supply. Various electrolyzer power supply topologies are studied and reviewed. Although the most widely used topology in the current hydrogen production industry is still single-stage AC/DC, the interleaved parallel LLC topology constructed by wideband gap power semiconductors and controlled by the zero-voltage switching algorithm has broad application prospects because of its advantages of high power density, high efficiency, fault tolerance, and low current ripple. Taking into account the development trend of the EL power supply, a hierarchical control framework is proposed as it can manage the operation performance of the power supply itself, the electrolyzer, the hydrogen energy domain, and the entire integrated energy system. Achieving desirable clinical outcomes is difficult given the rising number of cases and mortality of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Consequently, developing an efficient drug delivery system for managing cancer progression and metastasis with relatively low toxicity has proven to be highly promising. Initially, carboxymethyl chitosan was covalently modified and partially substituted with folic acid, and subsequently encapsulated as a shell to deliver carboxylated multiwalled carbon nanotube and their coupled baicalin to form carboxymethyl chitosan-modified folate-targeted carbon nanotube-baicalein complexes. The impact on the normal cell line HOK and the oral squamous cell carcinoma cell line CAL27 was assessed using CCK8, live-dead cell assay, colony formation assay, flow cytometry, wound healing assay, and transwell migration and invasion assays. These analyses confirmed that the complexes induced apoptosis in cancer cells and reduced the migration and invasion of CAL27 cells. Additionally, the complexes demonstrated enhanced biosafety, significantly inhibited the growth of xenograft tumors and tissue metastasis, and altered the expression of proteins associated with epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Autophagy captures damaged or dysfunctional proteins and organelles through the lysosomal pathway to achieve proper cellular homeostasis. Autophagy possesses distinct characteristics and is given recognized functions in numerous physiological and pathological conditions, such as cancer. Early stage cancer development can be stopped by autophagy. After tumor cells have successfully undergone transformation and progressed to a late stage, the autophagy-mediated system of dynamic degradation and recycling will support cancer cell growth and adaptation to various cellular stress responses while preserving energy homeostasis. In the present study, the dual function that autophagy plays in various oral cancer development contexts and stages, the existing arguments for and against autophagy, and the ways in which autophagy contributes to oral cancer modifications, such as carcinogenesis, drug resistance, invasion, metastasis and self-proliferation, are reviewed. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms and functions of autophagy in oral cancer processes, and the most recent findings on the application of certain conventional drugs or natural compounds as novel agents that modulate autophagy in oral cancer are discussed. Overall, further research is needed to determine the validity and reliability of autophagy promotion and inhibition while maximizing the difficult challenge of increasing cancer suppression to improve clinical outcomes.

Objective: To determine the influence of HBx gene RNA interference combined with chemotherapy on stable hepatocellular carcinoma cells growth and its apoptosis mechanism., Methods: Stable hepatocellular carcinoma cells transfected by shRNA aiming at HBx together with independent control series (MHCC97-H,HK3, and 21543) were identified. The extent of HBx gene by RNA interference was detected by RT-PCR. The influence of cell growth through RNA interference was observed with cell counting kit-8 (CCK8), the diversity of cell cycle by flow cytometry and cell apoptosis were detected by TUNEL apoptosis detection kit., Results: RT-PCR demonstrated that the HBx mRNA level of 21,543 cell down regulation was 91%. The HBx mRNA level of HK3 cells was not different from MHCC97-H cell. The growth of 21,543 cells was obviously slower than MHCC97-H cells and HK3 cells, with no significant difference. The cell cycle of 21,543 cells showed that hepatocellular carcinoma cells through RNA interference targeting at HBx delayed in go to S stage, and the proliferation activity degraded obviously. The 3 kinds of cells adding different concentrations of flurouracil and cisplatin grew slowlier than the origin cells. The growth inhibition was dependent on the concentration of drug with growth inhibition of 21,543 cells the most obvious.That of the 3 kinds of cells adding alpha-interferon was not obvious.Flurouracil induced apoptosis in all cells. Apoptosis in 21,543 cells was the most obvious., Conclusion: RNA interference targeting at HBx can suppress the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Hepatocellular carcinoma cells through RNA interference targeting at HBx can intensify chemo-sensitivity. Combination of RNA interference targeting at HBx with chemotherapeutics can induce apoptosis in more hepatocellular carcinoma cells and cell proliferation steps down accordingly.

Objective: To investigate the clinical character and therapeutic effect of late-onset Wilson disease,and to provide some evidence for its diagnosis and treatment., Methods: Clinical character, changes of copper metabolism, and therapeutic effect of 8 patients with late-onset Wilson disease were analyzed. Ceruloplasmin level was measured by nephelometry, and the copper contents in the serum, urine, and liver were measured by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. The initial treatment was sodium dimercaptosulphonate, followed by D-penicillamine and/or zinc., Results: Patients with late-onset Wilson disease accounted for 7.0% of all patients, Who presented liver disease symptoms such as loss of appetite or nausea at the early stage and were misdiagnosed easily. Their blood routine and aminotransferase levels were normal in most patients with late-onset Wilson disease, and all patients had Kayser-Fleisher rings. There was significant difference between the liver function and copper metabolite test. The average urinary copper content was 4 072 microg/24 h on the first day after administrating sodium dimercaptosulphonate, which was 18.1 times as much as that before the treatment, and 2.5 times as much as that of D-penicillamine. No obvious adverse reactions were observed. The prognosis was usually good., Conclusion: Enough attention should be paid to late-onset Wilson disease which is not rare and easy to be misdiagnosed. Good response can be expected in patients treated with sodium dimercaptosulphonate in the initial stage.

Objective: To explore the pathogen and molecular basis of cryptogenic cirrhosis in a patient., Methods: Serum was collected from a patient, male, aged 56, with cryptogenic cirrhosis. HBV serologic markers were qualitatively tested, and HBsAg, HBeAg, and anti-HBc were quantitatively determined again. HBV DNA in serum was qualitatively tested using PCR, and quantified using fluorescence quantitative PCR. S gene was amplified, cloned, and sequenced., Results: HbsAg and anti-Hbe were negative, and anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBc, and HBV DNA were all positive. HBsAg (S/N) was 0.77 (cutoff of S/N: >/= 2.00), HbeAg (S/N) was 56.43 (cutoff of S/N: >/= 2.10), anti-HBc (S/C(O)) was 0.03 (cutoff of S/C(O):
