Elastomeric polymer materials are of interest due to their stretchability, low‐temperature processing, and scalability. In addition, the incorporation of 2D materials can further enhance the dielectric properties and capacitance of elastic polymer materials, thereby reducing the driving voltage and energy consumption. In this study, titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanosheets are cross‐linked with nitrile butadiene rubber using thiol‐ene click chemistry, which leads to the preparation of nanocomposite dielectric films with stretchability and high dielectric constant. Furthermore, by controlling the doping amount of the nanosheets, it is observed that the capacitance of the nanocomposite films increases from 25.61 to 684.67 nF cm−2, and the dielectric constant increases from 14.96 to 161.98. Finally, the stretchable nanocomposite films exhibit good insulating properties even at 50% strain. In this study, insight is provided into the potential of in situ cross‐linking between elastic polymer materials and 2D materials to produce high‐k dielectric materials with both stretchability and high insulating properties. The development of electrodes capable of maintaining strong adhesion and conductivity in wet environments is crucial for a wide range of electronic applications. From underwater monitoring systems to biomedical devices, the limitations of conventional electrodes pose a significant challenge. Inspired by the adhesive and self-healing properties of marine mussels, this work introduces a self-healing conductive adhesive that not only adheres tenaciously to various surfaces in wet conditions but also demonstrates exceptional conductivity for reliable detection of electrophysiological signals. In this study, our biocompatible adhesive consists of a boronic ester-based polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel with polydopamine particles (PVA/Borax/PDAP). Borate ions enable rapid self-healing (within 10 seconds) by forming dynamic bonds with hydroxyl groups, while the π–π interactions of PDAPs enhance adhesion strength (121 kPa). The inclusion of saturated saline further improves both stretchability (up to ∼1000%) and conductivity (38.3 mS cm−1). We successfully demonstrate the utility of this self-healing conductive adhesive in recording electrophysiological signals, including electroencephalography (EEG), electrodermal activity detection, and electrocardiograms, highlighting its potential for next-generation biomedical wearable devices. Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have become reliable green energy harvesters by converting biomechanical motions into electricity. However, the inevitable charge leakage and poor electric field (EF) of conventional TENG result in inferior tribo‐charge density on the active layer. In this paper, TiO2‐MXene incorporated polystyrene (PS) nanofiber membrane (PTMx NFM) charge trapping interlayer is introduced into single electrode mode TENG (S‐TENG) to prevent electron loss at the electrode interface. Surprisingly, this charge‐trapping mechanism augments the surface charge density and electric output performance of TENGs. Polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) mixed polyurethane (PU) NFM is used as tribo‐active layer, which improves the crystallinity and mechanical property of PVDF to prevent delamination during long cycle tests. Herein, the effect of this double‐layer capacitive model is explained experimentally and theoretically. With optimization of the PTMx interlayer thickness, S‐TENG exhibits a maximum open‐circuit voltage of (280 V), short‐circuit current of (20 µA) transfer charge of (120 nC), and power density of (25.2 µW cm−2). Then, this energy is utilized to charge electrical appliances. In addition, the influence of AC/DC EF simulation in wound healing management (vitro L929 cell migration, vivo tissue regeneration) is also investigated by changing the polarity of trans‐epithelial potential (TEP) distribution in the wounded area. A series of molecular nano-floating gate memory devices with charge-trapping sites based on conjugated terpolymer-based nanoparticles are demonstrated. The conjugated terpolymers comprising polystyrene (PS) and poly(thiophene-diketopyrrolopyrrole) (PDPP) segments tend to self-assemble into conjugated polymer nanoparticles. Nanoparticles of the conjugated PDPP segments are embedded in an insulating PS matrix and act as chargeable polymer electrets for nonvolatile memory applications. When the PDPP ratio of the polymers increases, both the charge mobility and storage ability can be significantly improved. Furthermore, the influence of the polymer architecture (triblock or random copolymer) on the memory behavior is investigated. A triblock copolymer synthesized through an end-capping approach exhibits the highest charge mobility of 0.74 cm2 V−1 s−1. On the other hand, a copolymer synthesized through a random terpolymerization approach has the largest memory window of 97.8 V. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work investigating the influence of the polymer architecture on charge transport and memory behavior. Moreover, synaptic devices based on the randomly terpolymerized PDPP-PS polymers exhibit strong paired-pulse facilitation of up to 252%. These results show that randomly terpolymerized particles have great potential for use in neuromorphic computing. This work demonstrates the effect that the polymer architecture (triblock or random terpolymer) and PDPP/PS ratio have on the performance of non-volatile memory applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Stretchable polymer semiconductors are an essential component for skin‐inspired electronics. However, the lack of scalable patterning capability of stretchable polymer semiconductors limits the development of stretchable electronics. To address this issue, photo‐curable stretchable polymer blends consisting of a high‐mobility donor–acceptor conjugated polymer and an elastic rubber through thiol–ene chemistry are developed. The thiol–ene reaction can selectively cross‐link the rubber with alkene or vinyl groups without damaging the electronic properties of the conjugated polymer. The conjugated polymer chains embedded in the elastic polymer matrix induce a semi‐interpenetrating polymer network (SIPN). The thiol–ene‐cross‐linked network provides great solvent resistance and enhances stretchability for the embedded conjugated polymer. The well‐defined patterned film with a feature size of ≈10 µm can be obtained using UV light at 365 nm through conventional photolithography processes. Furthermore, the SIPN‐based transistors show increased mobilities from 0.61 to 1.18 cm2 V−1 s−1 when applying the strain from 0% to 100%. Moreover, the hole mobility can still maintain at 0.87 cm2 V−1 s−1 after 1000 strain‐and‐release cycles at the strain of 25%. Background: Trifluoperazine (TFP) is a typical antipsychotic primarily used to treat schizophrenia. In this study, we aimed to evaluate whether TFP can be used as a therapeutic agent against nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and identify its underlying molecular mechanisms. Methods: We used NPC‐TW01, TW03, TW04, and BM to assess the anticancer effects of TFP by using cytotoxicity, wound healing, colony formation, and cell invasion assays. An in vivo animal study was conducted. RNA sequencing combined with Ingenuity Pathways Analysis was performed to identify the mechanism by which TFP influences NPC cells. Results: Our data revealed that TFP decreased NPC cell viability in a dose‐dependent manner. The invasion and migration of NPC tumor cells were inhibited by TFP. An in vivo study also demonstrated the anticancer effects of TFP. RNA sequencing revealed several anticancer molecular mechanisms following TFP administration. Conclusions: The antipsychotic drug TFP could be a potential therapeutic regimen for NPC treatment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Chitosan with 45% deacetylation (CS45) grafted poly (acrylic acid) (CS45-g-PAA) was synthesized and characterized as an adsorbent of paraquat. CS45-g-PAA copolymers were prepared using [H.sub.2][0.sub.2(aq)] as an initiator and [NH.sub.4][OH.sub.(aq)] as a promoter. The highest grafting percentage of 44.2% was obtained using the traditional kinetic method. However, a maximum grafting percentage of 52.6% was calculated for the central composite design (CCD). Experimental results based on the reaction conditions that were predicted from the CCD are consistent with theoretical calculations. The grafted copolymer was characterized by FT1R, BET, and SEM. A representative CS45-g-PAA copolymer was hydrolyzed to a salt type (CS45-g-PANa) and used in the adsorption of paraquat. The adsorption equilibrium data correlate more closely with the Langmuir isotherm than with the Freundlich equation. The maximum adsorption capacity of CS45-g-PANa is 396.7 mg/g-adsorbent. This value clearly exceeds that of Fuller's earth and the activated carbon which is the most commonly used binding agent for paraquat. POLYM. ENG.
