The professional training of subject teachers should be aimed at developing professional competencies that will allow them to be successful in their field, to be professionals, ready for change, and be able to adapt to various situations. A significant element of professional training at a university is pedagogical practice, during which the student performs the subject teacher functions. However, students in practice often face such difficulties as organizing their activities and the activities of students in the lesson, allocating time to the lesson stages and observing the time schedule, selecting didactic materials, evaluating outcomes of students’ activities, solving unexpected pedagogical situations, and others. Particular attention should be paid to the psychological readiness of the future mathematics teacher to work at school. Therefore, it is essential to prepare students methodically and psychologically for the implementation of primary professional activities in teaching practice. This can make it feasible to carry out methodological practice, which is a transitional stage between educational and industrial practice. The issue of organizing methodological practice is currently new. Based on the literature analysis and the experience of organizing and managing practices, the paper proposes a model of methodological practice, which is aimed at applying active teaching methods to prepare future mathematics teachers for the main activity in teaching practice, namely, preparing and conducting lessons. The model includes seven stages with tasks, describing active learning methods and student activities.

Introduction: Combined inflammatory and destructive processes affecting the dental pulp and tissues of the periodontal complex are among the most problem diseases of the dental system. Current therapy with use of available pharmacological agents does not always allow achieving the expected positive result. In addition, often the lack of information about morphological processes in the tissues of the dental system, in particular the gums, with endodontic-periodontal lesion (EPL) limits the ability of dentists to carry out targeted pharmacotherapy with both traditional and, in particular, new medications. The aim of the study was to evaluate the morphological characteristics of gum tissues in a therapeutic context of Nisopropenylimidazole zinc complex derivative in experimental endodontic-periodontal lesion in rats. Materials and Methods: A simulation of EPL in rats was performed in two ways: simultaneous induction of acute periodontitis and parodontitis by pulp extraction and natural infection of the pulp cavity, as well as by ligation of the necks of lower incisors. The research protocols included 5 groups of animals: 1st - intact group (control-1); 2nd - animals with simulated EPL (control-2); 3rd - animals with simulated EPL and treated with Metrogyl Denta® gel (M-D); 4th - animals with simulated EPL and treated with N-isopropenylimidazole zinc complex derivative gel under the laboratory code Pilim-1; and 5th - animals with simulated EPL and treated with the combination of M-D + Pilim-1. The gum of the lower incisors was taken for morphological studies. Slides were stained with hematoxylin and eosin. Computer morphometry was performed using the ImageJ software. Results and Discussion: The substances M-D, Pilim-1 and, especially, the combination of M-D+Pilim-1 (against the background of chlorhexidine bigluconate used as oral rinse) for 14 days in rats with simulated EPL cause a significant improvement of the morphological structure of the gum with minimal residual dystrophy and sclerosis. The combination M-D + Pilim-1 led to a 1.3-time increase in epithelial thickness, and a 1.5-time decrease in acanthosis depth in comparison with M-D, while the number of capillaries and their diameter had no significant differences. Compared with Pilim-1, the epithelial thickness increased 1.5 times, and the acanthosis depth and the number of capillaries decreased 1.6 and 1.4 times, respectively, whereas the diameter of the capillaries did not change significantly. The pronounced protective effect of the combination M-D + Pilim-1 on the morphological structure of the gingival mucosa of rats with simulated EPL may be associated with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, regenerating, angioprotective and antioxidant properties of both M-D and Pilim-1 separately, and, possibly to a greater extent, of the combination M-D + Pilim-1. Conclusion: The substances M-D, Pilim-1 and, especially, the combination M-D + Pilim-1 (against the background of chlorhexidine bigluconate used as oral rinse) for 14 days in rats with simulated EPL have a protective effect on the epithelial structure and the connective tissue of the proper mucous plate, manifested in active normalization of pathological changes and significant restoration of their organotypic structure. Introduction: The therapeutic effect of commercially available domestic and foreign drugs for the treatment of various skin injuries is far from optimal. These drugs have no universal effects, but cause pronounced side reactions. There is a clear demand for development of innovative wound-healing drugs with antimicrobial properties, which increase the natural protective function of the skin. Pharmaceutical compounds with zinc nanoparticles have been increasingly recognized as a promising therapeutic direction. These drugs can easily penetrate into damaged tissues and stimulate metabolic processes. Zinc complexes with imidazole derivatives are of a particular interest. Imidazole acts as a structural fragment of many natural physiologically active compounds, thus providing targeted delivery of this essential trace element into the wound for inclusion in the multicascade mechanism of wound healing. The aim of the study: to provide experimental evidence for effects of recently developed zinc complexes with N-alkenylimidazole as wound healing agents. Materials and Methods: Wound-healing effects of six 1% gels containing distinct N-alkenylimidazole zinc complexe derivatives based on the Na-carboxymethylcellulose (Na-CMC) were comparatively studied in 128 outbred white rats of both genders. The Na-CMC-based Zinc Sulfate 1% gel, Methyluracil and Solcoseryl served as reference drugs. After performing the local tolerance study of zinc complexes, linear and planar sterile wounds of comparable size were inflicted in anesthetized animals. The degree of healing was evaluated on the day 8 and day 28 after the treatment start by wound sizes and histological examination of inflammatory response, epithelization, granulation tissue, angiogenesis, and necrosis. The skin microcirculation system was evaluated using the laser Doppler Flowmetry (LDF), whereby the blood flow indicators were recorded 30 and 60 minutes after intraperitoneal administration of the trial compound. The antimicrobial activity of the zinc compounds was determined in vitro by means of their minimum inhibitory concentration suppressing the bacteria and fungi growth using the double serial dilution method in liquid culture media. The statistical data processing was performed using the Statistica 12 software package. Results and Discussion: In the linear wound model, all animals treated with either of six experimental zinc compounds showed almost complete reduction in wound size (92-100%, p<0.05) on the day 8, significantly exceeding the wound healing in the control animals (reduction by 67-88 %, p<0.05) and effects of the reference drugs (reduction by 83-86%, p<0.05). In the planar wound model, the most significant wound healing effect was reached by using the gel containing N-isopropenylimidazole zinc diacetate (encoded as Pilim-1). The respective histological examination showed signs of complete epithelialization, absence of destructive changes in the epidermis, restoration of skin appendages and presence of mature granulation tissue. Intraperitoneal Pilim-1 administration at a dose of 20 mg/kg improved microcirculation in the rat skin, as judged by significant effects on perfusion and the amplitudes of the isolated rhythms of the LDFgram. In addition, Pilim-1 exerted a moderate bacteriostatic and fungistatic activity, which was 2 times greater than the antimicrobial activity of Metronidazole. Conclusion: Topical application of gels containing 1% N-alkenylimidazole zinc complex derivatives accelerates the healing of uninfected linear and planar wounds in comparison with the established reference drugs. The Pilim-1 zinc compound exhibited the most pronounced therapeutic effect. The observed in vitro antimicrobial action of Pilim-1 is of further interest for potential implications in treatment of infected skin wounds. Introduction: Changes in the microcirculation (MC) system reflect abnormalities of physiological processes in the body and serve as a diagnostic and prognostic factor in a number of pathological conditions, including inflammatory lesions of periodontal tissues. Since in the pathogenesis of microcirculatory disorders an important role is played by the processes of free-radical oxidation, medications with antioxidant effects are of certain interest in terms of pharmacological correction of blood flow disorders in the periodontal complex. It was of interest to conduct a comparative assessment of the effects of Soderm®-Forte, Cytoflavin® and their combination on MC in the gingival mucosa in rats. The aim of the study was to identify whether Soderm®-Forte, Cytoflavin® and their combination can improve microcirculation in the gingival mucosa in rats. Materials and Methods: The study of MC in the gingival mucosa in rats was carried out by using the laser Doppler Flowmetry method. Four groups of rats with 10 animals in each were formed: Group 1 - control; Groups 2-4 - experimental groups, in which Soderm®-Forte gel was applied to the gingival mucosa of the lower incisors, Cytoflavin® (100 mg/kg intraperitoneally - i.p.) was injected, and gel Soderm®-Forte was applied to the gingival mucosa against the background of injecting Cytoflavin®, respectively. The indicators of blood flow were recorded 30 and 60 minutes later. Results and Discussion: Soderm®-Fote improved MC in the gingival mucosa by increasing the basal level of NO, the activity of precapillary sphincters and metarteriolas and decreasing the activity of adrenergic vasomotors. Cytoflavin® increased the activity of precapillary sphincters and metarteriolas, the extravascular components of MC, without changing perfusion of the gingival mucosa. The combination of Soderm®-Forte and Cytoflavin® improved MC to a lesser extent than only Soderm®-Forte, but to a bigger extend than Cytoflavin®. Conclusion: According to the capacity to increase blood flow in the gingival mucosa in rats, the tested substances and their combination can be arranged in the following way: Soderm®-Forte > Soderm®-Forte+Cytoflavin® > Cytoflavin®. Neology remains a topical issue of current linguistics. Though there are numerous studies devoted to this field, one may find neither a generally accepted definition of “neologisms” (also “new words”, etc.), nor a commonly recognized terminology (or classification). Moreover, nowadays we may face new phenomena which are probably subjects of neology, but which are often too peculiar and thus cannot be called pure “neologisms” in accordance with the criteria given for the definition of “neologisms” (“new words”, etc.). Some of these phenomena are of multimodal character, since natural language is combined with codes of different systems. Therefore, they are not purely linguistic objects. Internet memes, being a type of precedent phenomena, may be considered an example of such objects. Another feature of current neology is the presence of words with “blurred” meaning, as well as those of numerous diminutives. The authors believe that these characteristic features may have certain social background. Thus, formation of new units could be investigated within the context of sociobiology. There may be a few key factors, such as increasing aggression, social infantilism, clip thinking, a new stage of human civilization, and a new type of cultural transmission.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the demographic structure of ten coenotic populations of Oxytropis chakassiensis in near-Yenissei steppes (Khakassia and Krasnoyarsk krai). Most part of studied species coenopopulations are not complete and definitive, normal, mature, have a bimodal developmental spectrum with peaks at g1 (v)- and g3-individuals. Changes in the structure of the ontogenetic spectrum (increasing the share of young plants) depend mainly on the environmental conditions and the degree of human disturbance of habitats: rocky slopes and decrease in pasture digression create more favorable conditions for the survival of juveniles. The ontogeny of O. chakassiensis (the rare species of near-Yenissei steppes) was studied and its life- form was described. Four periods and nine ontogenic stages were distinguished. The results of our study showed that O. chakassiensisis was a petrophyte steppe species with strict ecological and cenotic propensity to petrophytic steppe with the prevalence Koeleria cristata, Festuca valesiaca, Arctogeron gramineum, Hedysarum turczaninovii, Alyssum obovatum and Thymus minussinensis. Due to long generative period O. chakassiensis is successfully renewed and is stable during long periods of extreme conditions of petrophytic steppes with high pasture digression.

Introduction: Periodontitis is one of the most urgent problems of modern dentistry. The development of new paradigms and regimens of combination therapy of patients with periodontitis is a strategic task for pharmacologists and dentists. In view of this, pathomorphological examination is of high importance, since it allow us to conclude about the therapeutic effectiveness of the administered drugs with high objectivity. Aim of the study: to evaluate the effect of the composition of Soderm®-Forte and Cytoflavin® on the pathomorphological pattern of gum tissues of rats with experimental periodontitis (EP). Materials and Methods: EP was simulated in rats by ligature method. Study design: animals with intact periodontium; animals with untreated EP; animals with EP treated with traditional drug therapy (TDT); animals with EP treated with the combination of TDT and Soderm®-Forte gel; and animals with EP treated with the combination of TDT, Soderm®-Forte and Cytoflavin®. For pathomorphological examination, biopsy specimen was taken from the gingival margin of the lower incisors. Slides were stained with hematoxylin and eosin, as well as by Masson. Computer morphometry was performed using the ImageJ software. Results and Discusion: In EP, TDT has a moderate positive effect on pathomorphological changes in the gum. The combination of TDT and Soderm®-Forte and, to a greater degree, the combination of TDT, Soderm®-Forte and Cytoflavin® have high therapeutic efficacy, characterized by rapid regeneration of the gum tissues. Conclusion: The combination of TDT, Soderm®-Forte and Cytoflavin® in EP has a more pronounced therapeutic effect, manifested by early regression of pathological changes and acceleration of tissue regeneration in the gum. People daily deal with creolized texts that have become an integral part of life in modern society. One of such texts examples is advertising in educational sphere. The purpose of production and use of such texts is the formation of ideas, images and special relationship to the world or subject / object which is mediated by personal characteristics of an individual. Achieving this goal is possible by influencing the human consciousness and perception with the variety of psychological, psycholinguistic methods and other ways depending on the specific task. It should be noticed that subjective perception of a particular creolized text image is influenced not only by linguistic characteristics, but also by a large number of extralinguistic factors. The article shows some results of the experimental research which was conducted to prove “age” factor influence on the perception of creolized texts. In addition, some key issues related to practical application of a systematic approach for experimental data analysis as well as its application to linguistic science are discussed in the article.
