Currently, there is no platform that combines the technological and organizational aspects of the project manager, although they are the most significant figures in the implementation of large-scale investment projects. The article discusses the features of the formation of the organizational and technological platform for the manager activities of a large-scale construction project. It is viewed as a complex system and the study is carried out from a systems engineering perspective. The successful implementation of a large-scale project depends on the desire of the participants involved in its implementation to achieve a common goal. The organizational and technological platform is considered as a set of goals and objectives in the management of a large-scale project using modern material resources, skilled workers using information modeling and data protection technologies. The basic goal of the project manager is the implementation of a large-scale construction project on time and within the limits of the labor and financial resources. The life cycle of a large-scale construction project is considered as a set of goals at the following main stages: pre-project preparation, survey and design, construction, and facility commissioning. The development of organizational and technological platforms in construction starts to develop actively due to the active introduction of digital technologies in the industry, but at present there is no formation of organizational and technological platforms for the activities of the project manager. Along with this, the development of an organizational and technological platform for the project manager will ensure the stability of his activities, will plan the costs of the formation, development and maintenance of the organizational and technical structure of this service, and will improve the quality of project management in general and in relation to information modeling conditions. The construction of buildings and structures, the design documentation of which provides for unique characteristics, leads to the use of new materials, equipment, the development of modernized organizational and technological solutions and technologies. When implementing such projects, scientific and technical support (STS) acts as a tool for quality and safety control both during construction and during further operation. Due to the lack of a unified approach to carrying out this type of work for each of the participants in the construction industry, there is a need for a comprehensive and systematic consideration of this process. The article presents the integration of existing approaches to the activities of STS into the system of STS life cycle (STS LC), reflects the components of this system: "Model and processes", "Database", "People, roles and competencies". A model of interaction between the components of the STS LC system has been developed, which reflects the internal interactions between parts of the system. The process of STS of engineering surveys is modeled in BPMN 2.0 notation. The decomposition of the actions of this process made it possible to see the shortcomings of the process and correct them. The presented system of STS LC will not only combine existing research and prerequisites for improving the activities of STS, but will also improve and optimize the processes of STS at each stage of the life cycle. High-rise buildings have problems such as tight construction cycle, difficult construction of some nodes, difficult quality control and difficult to determine the construction sequence, etc. In order to improve the construction efficiency of super high-rise buildings, it is necessary to adopt advanced information technology and construction control management methods. Taking China Shanghai Center Building as an example, the article mainly discusses the application of BIM technology in construction schedule control, construction quality control and project collaborative management in high-rise buildings, aiming to provide reference for constructors to improve building control. Through the analysis, BIM technology provides a new direction to solve the remarkable problems in high-rise buildings, such as quality is difficult to control and progress is greatly affected by uncontrollable factors, and also provides valuable experience for the future development of the construction industry. For high-rise building construction, the reasonable application of BIM technology can not only develop visualization preview scheme, but also provide good reference value for management personnel. By studying the collaborative project management mode, construction progress scheduling, construction schedule management and construction quality control of BIM technology in high-rise buildings, construction control problems can be effectively solved. Monolithic construction has now become widespread in our country and around the world. In countries with a cold climate, monolithic construction has a serious drawback – it is the need to ensure the hardening of freshly laid concrete at low and negative temperatures. In Russia, there is a practice of using heating wires to solve this problem. This method of heat treatment has a number of serious drawbacks, which requires the search for new and more efficient organizational and technological solutions for the implementation of heat treatment of elements of a monolithic structure. First of all, this applies to monolithic floors with large dimensions, which makes it difficult to carry out such processing. As preliminary experimental studies have shown, a very promising solution to this problem is the use of electric heating of concrete by induction method with currents of increased frequency of 10-20 kHz. Methods of solving the problem are considered. The article presents a variant of the application of this method of electrothermal treatment of concrete mix after laying in the formwork. The basic relations describing the electrothermal effect of the variable electromagnetic field of the inductor on the concrete mixture are obtained. A map of technological operations has been developed to describe the organization of the technological process of manufacturing a monolithic floor with the use of electric thermal treatment by induction method. It is shown that, in contrast to the case of using electric thermal treatment with heating wires, the use of the induction method allows you to start electric thermal treatment as soon as the next part of the concrete mixture is delivered, unloaded and laid, without waiting for the concrete mixture to be laid within the entire gripper. The resulting graph of changes in the time of electric power consumption indicates a more uniform load of power supply networks and a decrease in the maximum power consumption. The results presented in the article give grounds to conclude that the electrothermal treatment of a concrete mixture of monolithic floors by induction method has undoubted organizational and technological advantages compared with the use of heating wires. The rapid pace of urban development in modern Russia, due to social, technical, economic, and legislative initiatives, entail changes in the principles of design, construction, and maintenance of new real estate projects. However, the limitedness and scarcity of urban areas call for the introduction of new approaches to the reconstruction of existing blocks with the need for more efficient, more rational, and more progressive use of such blocks. These two principles of urban development are the main prerequisites for the creation of construction projects with a high level of investment attractiveness. This goal opens up new opportunities for the application of such a tool as the construction of changeable purpose facilities, which has recently received the established name of redevelopment. The new approach in creating a comfortable urban environment offers a view of residential areas as a territory of multifunctional purpose, since modern residential areas, in addition to residential projects as such, include auxiliary facilities: elements of transport infrastructure, utility networks ensuring life processes, public areas and social institutions that maintain comfortable conditions of life. The renovation of the housing stock is a most acute problem. Residential development quarters built in the 1950s-1980s had become morally and physically obsolete by the early 2000s. Civil facilities, especially cinemas, pre- school and school educational institutions, also require significant changes. The living environment in Russian cities – artificial environment – is in many ways disorganized, uncomfortable, and not focused on residents and their needs. Formed with a narrow typical approach to construction in the Soviet times and with a haphazard coverage of territories by construction in the post-Soviet years, it has become the obvious result of ill-conceived organization of urban development. In addition, the rapidly deteriorating technical condition of buildings and structures, coupled with outdated technology of their construction require a qualitatively different approach to creating a favorable, organic, comfortable and accessible environment for human life. The new approach in creating a comfortable urban environment offers a view of residential areas as a territory of multifunctional purpose, since modern residential areas, in addition to residential projects as such, include auxiliary facilities: elements of transport infrastructure, utility networks ensuring life processes, public areas and social institutions that maintain comfortable conditions of life.
