Abstract: Nanopartikel können als Suszeptoren eines elektromagnetischen Wechselfelds zum Wärmeeintrag in ein Matrixmaterial dienen. Dies nutzend ermittelt die vorliegende Arbeit beeinflussbare Prozessparameter und untersucht praxisrelevante Einflussfaktoren experimentell im Hinblick auf Prozesskontrolle sowie Erhöhung des Wärmeeintrags. Sie formuliert ein geschlossenes Modell zur Befähigung des Anwenders bezüglich des Einsatzes dieser Technik und analysiert potenzielle Einsatzgebiete., Nanoparticles can be used as susceptors of an AC electromagnetic field for heating of a matrix material. Concerning this, the present paper investigates influencable process parameters and examines in experiments the practice-oriented factors of influence concerning process control as well as the increase of heat input. It presents an experimentally based model for the empowerment of operators regarding the use of this technology and analyzes potential fields of application.
