A combined process of air flotation/iron carbon microelectrolysis /Fenton+ hydrolytic acidification +A/O+ contact oxidation is used to treat pesticide wastewater . The results show that，when the influent COD，NH3-N and toluene concentrations are 7 866，56 and 53 mg/L，the treated effluent COD，NH3-N and toluene concentrations are 435，13 and 0.4 mg/L，respectively. The average removal rates of COD，NH3-N and toluene were 94.5%，81% and 99.2%，respectively. The drainage index reached the Class B standard of Quality Standard for Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewers （GB/T 31962—2015），and the process efficiency was reliable，which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar pesticide wastewater treatment.

IntroductionA contactless multiscale cardiac motion measurement method is proposed using impulse radio ultra-wideband (IR-UWB) radar at a center frequency of 7.29 GHz.MotivationElectrocardiograph (ECG), heart sound, and ultrasound are traditional state-of-the-art heartbeat signal measurement methods. These methods suffer from defects in contact and the existence of a blind information segment during the cardiogram measurement.MethodsExperiments and analyses were conducted using coarse-to-fine scale. Anteroposterior and along-the-arc measurements were taken from five healthy male subjects (aged 25–43) when lying down or prone. In every measurement, 10 seconds of breath-holding data were recorded with a radar 55 cm away from the body surface, while the ECG was monitored simultaneously as a reference.ResultsCardiac motion detection from the front was superior to that from the back in amplitude. In terms of radar detection angles, the best cardiac motion information was observed at a detection angle of 120°. Finally, in terms of cardiac motion cycles, all the ECG information, as well as short segments of cardiac motion details named blind ECGs segments, were detected.SignificanceA contactless and multiscale cardiac motion detection method is proposed with no blind detection of segments during the entire cardiac cycle. This paves the way for a potentially significant method of fast and accurate cardiac disease assessment and diagnosis that exhibits promising application prospects in contactless online cardiac monitoring and in-home healthcare.

The origin and fate of renal myofibroblasts is not clear after acute kidney injury (AKI). Here, we demonstrate that myofibroblasts were activated from quiescent pericytes (qPericytes) and the cell numbers increased after ischemia/ reperfusion injury-induced AKI (IRI-AKI). Myofibroblasts underwent apoptosis during renal recovery but one-fifth of them survived in the recovered kidneys on day 28 after IRI-AKI and their cell numbers increased again after day 56. Microarray data showed the distinctive gene expression patterns of qPericytes, activated pericytes (aPericytes, myofibroblasts), and inactivated pericytes (iPericytes) isolated from kidneys before, on day 7, and on day 28 after IRI-AKI. Hypermethylation of the Acta2 repressor Ybx2 during IRI-AKI resulted in epigenetic modification of iPericytes to promote the transition to chronic kidney disease (CKD) and aggravated fibrogenesis induced by a second AKI induced by adenine. Mechanistically, transforming growth factor-[beta]1 decreased the binding of YBX2 to the promoter of Acta2 and induced Ybx2 hypermethylation, thereby increasing [alpha]-smooth muscle actin expression in aPericytes. Demethylation by 5-azacytidine recovered the microvascular stabilizing function of aPericytes, reversed the profibrotic property of iPericytes, prevented AKI-CKD transition, and attenuated fibrogenesis induced by a second adenine-AKI. We study the interplay of intrinsic-electronic and environmental factors in long-range charge transport across molecular chains with up to N ∼ 80 monomers. We describe the molecular electronic structure of the chain with a tight-binding Hamiltonian. Thermal effects in the form of electron decoherence and inelastic scattering are incorporated with the Landauer–Büttiker probe method. In short chains of up to ten units, we observe the crossover between coherent (tunneling, ballistic) motion and thermally-assisted conduction, with thermal effects enhancing the current beyond the quantum coherent limit. We further show that unconventional (nonmonotonic with size) transport behavior emerges when monomer-to-monomer electronic coupling is made large. In long chains, we identify a different behavior, with thermal effects suppressing the conductance below the coherent-ballistic limit. With the goal to identify a minimal model for molecular chains displaying unconventional and effective long-range transport, we simulate a modular polymer with alternating regions of high and low rigidity. Simulations show that, surprisingly, while charge correlations are significantly affected by structuring environmental conditions, reflecting charge delocalization, the electrical resistance displays an averaging effect, and it is not sensitive to this patterning. Zizania latifolia is a perennial plant native to East Asia. The swollen culm of Z. latifolia is a popular vegetable and traditional herbal medicine consumed in China and some other Asian countries. From 2019 to 2021, a sheath rot disease was found in Zhejiang Province of China. Symptoms mainly occurred in the leaf sheath showing as brown necrotic lesions surrounded by yellow halos. The pathogen fungal isolates were isolated from the affected sheaths. Ten representative isolates were selected for morphological and molecular identification by phylogenetic analyses of the translation elongation factor 1-α (TEF1) and the RNA polymerase II subunit beta (RPB2) gene regions. Based on the combined datasets, the fungal isolates were identified as Fusarium andiyazi. Koch’s postulates were confirmed by pathogenicity test, re-isolation and re-identification of the fungal isolates. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of sheath rot caused by F. andiyazi in Z. latifolia in China.
