In France, the National Strategy for Ecological Transition towards Sustainable Development (SNTEDD) aims to give everyone the power to act for a new model of society more sober and combining economic progress, ecological and human. The sharing and accessibility of knowledge about environmental health is therefore a crucial step in enabling citizens to better understand and act sustainably on a daily basis; to reduce the risks of exposure to persistent pollutants such as (eco) toxic metals. However, innovative digital teaching tools such as MOOCs make it possible to massively inform the general public because they are accessible: frequent free of charge, attractive content and ergonomic use. In addition, they promote the consideration of the otherness of learners. That is why this communication concerns the creation of the MOOC "TEAM" entitled "Acting together to reduce the presence of toxic metals in our plate-Environmental transfers of metallic contaminants" intended for everyone, from high school, and totally accessible according to the European criteria of the Directive (EU) 2016/2102. Indeed, the French Sign Language (LSF), subtitles and a voiceover are included in the videos, for efficient training respectively of deaf or hard of hearing learners through a very visual learning, or visually impaired people. In addition, the LSF based on the visual and taking into account the 3 dimensions of the space facilitates the understanding of complex and / or abstract processes. In addition, a work was done to take into account the visually impaired and blind people with a work on the contrasts, the sharing of scripts, as well as a restitution of the information essential to the understanding of the oral course. Active pedagogy is implemented because it promotes the engagement, reflection and critical thinking of learners. Scientific concepts are thus approached from concrete examples of cases of pollution described in the media; learners are led to seek information and develop actions related to their daily practices of gardening, DIY, consumption ... The precise objectives of MOOC-TEAM developed by an interdisciplinary teaching team and multi actors (teachers, researchers, educational engineers, Koena company) are: 1-Creation of widely accessible educational resources on persistent metallic contaminants, while promoting interdisciplinary research work: continuum training-research-development and popular science. 2-Openness to society and voluntary inclusion of the deaf and visually impaired in the French education system for a more creative and supportive society, enhancing the value of otherness. 3-Pedagogical experimentation by example and the use of the LSF and visual aids to improve the learning of all on the complex subject of topical environmental health and ecological transition., En France, la Stratégie Nationale de Transition Ecologique vers un Développement Durable (SNTEDD) ambitionne de donner à chacun le pouvoir d'agir pour un nouveau modèle de société plus sobre et qui associe progrès économique, écologique et humain. Le partage et l'accessibilité des savoirs sur la santé environnementale est donc une étape cruciale pour permettre aux citoyens de mieux comprendre et agir durablement au quotidien ; pour réduire les risques d'exposition aux polluants persistants tels les métaux (éco)toxiques. Or, les outils pédagogiques numériques innovants tels que les MOOC permettent d'informer massivement le grand public car ils sont accessibles : gratuité fréquente, contenus attractifs et utilisation ergonomique. De plus, ils favorisent la prise en compte de l'altérité des apprenants. C'est pourquoi, cette communication concerne la création du MOOC « TEAM » intitulé « Agir ensemble pour réduire la présence de métaux toxiques dans notre assiette-Transferts environnementaux des contaminants métalliques » destiné à tous, à partir du lycée, et totalement accessible selon les critères européens de la directive (UE) 2016/2102. En effet, la langue des signes française (LSF), des sous-titres et une voix off sont inclus dans les vidéos, pour une formation efficiente respectivement des apprenants sourds ou malentendants par un apprentissage très visuel, ou encore des personnes malvoyantes. De plus, la LSF basée sur le visuel et la prise en compte des 3 dimensions de l'espace facilite la compréhension des processus complexes et/ou abstraits. Par ailleurs, un travail a été fait pour la prise en compte des personnes malvoyantes et aveugles avec un travail sur les contrastes, le partage des scripts, ainsi qu'une restitution des informations essentielles à la compréhension du cours à l'oral. La pédagogie active est mise en oeuvre car elle favorise l'engagement, la réflexion et l'esprit critique des apprenants. Les concepts scientifiques sont ainsi abordés à partir d'exemples concrets de cas de pollutions décrits dans les médias ; les apprenants sont amenés à rechercher des informations et à développer des actions en lien avec leurs pratiques quotidiennes de jardinage, bricolage, consommation…Les objectifs précis du MOOC-TEAM développé par une équipe pédagogique interdisciplinaire et multi acteurs (enseignants, chercheurs, ingénieurs pédagogiques, entreprise Koena) sont les suivants : 1-Création de ressources pédagogiques largement accessibles sur les contaminants métalliques persistants, tout en valorisant des travaux de recherche interdisciplinaires : continuum formation-recherche-développement et vulgarisation scientifique. 2-Ouverture à la société et inclusion volontaire des sourds et malvoyants dans le système éducatif français pour une société plus créative et solidaire, valorisant d'avantage l'altérité. 3-Expérimentation pédagogique par l'exemple et l'utilisation de la LSF et de supports visuels pour améliorer l'apprentissage de tous sur le sujet complexe d'actualité de la santé environnementale et de la transition écologique.

Rice consumption is the primary pathway of methylmercury (MeHg) exposure for residents in mercury-mining areas of Guizhou Province, China. In this study, compound-specific stable isotope analysis (CSIA) of MeHg was performed on rice samples collected in the Wanshan mercury mining area. An enrichment of 2.25in total Hg (THg) delta Hg-202 was observed between rice and human hair, and THg Delta Hg-199 in hair was 0.12higher than the value in rice. Rice and human hair samples in this study show distinct Hg isotope signatures compared to those of fish and human hair of fish consumers collected in China and other areas. Distinct Hg isotope signatures were observed between IHg and MeHg in rice samples (in mean +/- standard deviation: delta Hg-202(IHg) at -2.30 +/- 0.49, Delta Hg-199(IHg) at -0.08 +/- 0.04, n = 7; delta Hg-202(MeHg) at -0.80 +/- 0.25, Delta Hg-199(MeHg) at 0.08 +/- 0.04, n = 7). Using a binary mixing model, it is estimated that the atmospheric Hg contributed 31% +/- 16% of IHg and 17% +/- 11% of THg in the rice samples and the IHg in soil caused by past mining activities contributed to the remaining Hg. This study demonstrated that Hg stable isotopes are good tracers of human MeHg exposure to fish and rice consumption, and the isotope data can be used for identifying the sources of IHg and MeHg in rice.
