Nursing consultation helps to solve difficult and critical nursing problems, improve the quality of nursing, and promote the recovery of patients. In order to standardize nursing consultation case writing and better promote experience of clinical nursing practice, this paper reviewed the relevant reports and guidelines at home and abroad, and attempts to summarize key points and generate a checklist for writing high quality nursing consultation case reports. This paper also provides reference for nursing consultation practice and promotes the standard-making and application of nursing "Five Cases" reports. This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing of a patient with postoperative pain after surgery for breast cancer. The patient had received a comprehensive nursing assessment after hospital admission. Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation, appropriate technique of TCM nursing including TCM ointment massage, cupping therapy, TCM medication and emotional care were carried out to relieve the negative emotion and postoperative pain of the patient. To summarize the practice of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing rounds based on integration of medical care model for a patient with severe acute biliary pancreatitis. Doctors and nurses in charge developed the nursing plan cooperatively, and nurses carried out targeted nursing interventions based on the analysis of disease prognosis, clinical lab examination and clinical symptoms. This paper summarized the practice of integrated medical and nursing ward rounds for a case of severe pneumonia. An integrated ward rounds team was set up to determine key issues of nursing based on the prognosis, clinical lab examination and symptoms diagnosis. Targeted nursing interventions were carried out to reduce the risk of complications and improve the recovery of the patient. This article summarized the practice of nursing ward rounds in a patient with cancer-related pain treated with holographic scraping combined with five-tone therapy. According to the eight principles of syndrome differentiation, Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques including holographic scraping and five-tone therapy were carried out to relieve the cancer-related pain and anxiety. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with coma and edema complicated with tension blister rupture of sacrococcygeal skin. On the basis of local wound dressing change, a multidisciplinary team had organized the nursing ward rounds to analyze the potential causes of skin problems. To summarize the application effect of integrated medical and nursing ward rounds in a patient with gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastric cancer surgery. Objective To explore the effect of different operating sequences of acupoint application and moxibustion on relieving the pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into group A (n=30) and group B (n=30). The sequence of operations in Group A was as follows: first applying acupoints, and then conducting moxibustion at the same site for 30 minutes. In Group B, the sequence of operations was as follows: first applying moxibustion for 30 minutes, and then applying acupoints at the moxibustion site. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. Objective To translate, synthesize and review the Canadian Oncology Symptom Triage and Remote Support (COSTaRS) Practice Guidelines on Nausea and vomiting by expert committee to achieve semantic, idiomatic, experiential and conceptual equivalence between Chinese and English versions. Methods Forward translation, comprehensive coordination, reverse translation and expert committee review of the English version of COSTaRS were carried out to form the pre-test version of Chinese COSTaRS. A self-designed survey table on the applicability of recommendations of the COSTaRS Practice Guidelines for nausea and vomiting was conducted. Nurses are required to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the application of each item of this guideline to patients in their own institution according to their own expertise. Results A total of 80 questionnaires were sent out, among which 78 were valid, and the recovery efficiency of the questionnaires was 97. 50%. The nursing staff had a high participation rate. The acceptability and feasibility of the guidelines were scored, and the results showed that the nursing staff had a high evaluation of the guidelines. Conclusion The cross-cultural adapted Chinese version of COSTaRS is suitable for the practice management of nausea and vomiting in cancer patients in the Chinese cultural context, and can provide evidence-based best practice information for the improvement and prevention of nausea and vomiting symptoms in cancer patients. Objective To analyze the efficacy of using intradermal needle in alleviating nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients through systematic evaluation. Methods Information on randomized controlled trial (RCT) for intradermal needle in alleviating nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients were retrieved in PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTAL), Web of Sciences, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biology Medicine (CBM), VIP, and Wanfang Data, with the retrieval time limit from the establishment of databases until November 2022. After literature screening, data extraction, quality and bias risk assessment, RevMan 5. 4. 1 software was used for meta-analysis. Results Nine articles were included, involving 797 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. The combination of inheritance and innovation is the fundamental way to continue the cause of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing is an important part of TCM. Objective To develop and evaluate the reliability and validity of a Treatment Adherence Rating Scale for patients with ulcerative colitis (UC), and provide reference for its application in assessment of treatment adherence of UC patients in China. Methods Under the Guidance of the Theory of Humanism, the items pool was developed thought a literature review and semi-structured interview. Then the items pool was screened by a two round Delphi survey to form the draft of the scale. A convenient sample of 350 UC patients were recruited in the survey by using the draft of the scale. Results The Treatment Adherence Rating Scale for UC patients was composed of 16 items in three dimensions. The content validity of each item ranged from 0. 813 and 0. 986, and the overall content validity was 0. 912. The Cronbach's α of each item ranged from 0. 813～0. 947, and the overall Cronbach's α was 0. 918. Conclusion This study had generated a Treatment Adherence Rating Scale for UC patients, which consisted of 16 items in dimensions of adherence to dietary, medication and living habits. This scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used for assessing the treatment adherence of UC patients. This paper summarized the research progress of objective and subjective tools for assessing diet adherence among patients with ulcerative colitis at home and abroad, and detailed information about contents of included evaluation scales was provided. Given the imperfect tools which are currently used in practice, efforts should be made to form an assessment scale of diet adherence according to the food preference in domestic population, in order to provide more suitable tools for clinical practitioner. This paper summarized the illness observation and nursing experience in a case of mass diarrhea. Key issues of nursing interventions for diarrhea included illness condition observation, auricular point pressing therapy, moxibustion; psychological care; diet guidance; disinfection and protection, health education and extended care. Objective To explore the application of FOCUS-PDCA nursing mode in intensive medical observation points for COVID-19 close contacts and the effect of preventing and controlling epidemic situation. Methods FOCUS-PDCA nursing work mode was used to analyze the risk of infection among nurses. Combined with modern artificial intelligence technology, the implementation process of PDCA cycle was replaced with the "non-contact" implementation process. Results The centralized medical observation point operated for 25 days, and a total of 24 close contacts were treated. The nursing work was carried out successfully without infection, and the nursing quality was continuously improved. Conclusion The “non-contact” nursing practise based on FOCUS-PDCA mode can produce certain satisfactory effects. Case report is a common genre of medical papers, and the internationally recognized and universal clinical case report standard is the CARE Checklist. Combining with the characteristics of discipline of integrative nursing, this pape try to expand the CARE Checklist in order to be compatible with nursing case report papers, and compile "Writing Points and Checklist of Integrative Nursing Case Report", so as to provide reference for domestic nursing researchers and workers to write high-quality case reports and formulate and popularize the norms of integrative nursing case reports. Objective To investigate the practice effect of continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for patients after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in the specialized outpatient clinic. Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of Damp-Heat type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received routine perioperative nursing during hospitalization. Patients in the control group received routing telephone follow-up and health education after discharged form hospital, and those in the observation group were given continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the specialized outpatient clinic, and a three-step integrated management of follow-up was carried out. The occurrence of postoperative complications was assessed, and patient satisfaction was evaluated by using a self-made questionnaire. Results The score of postoperative complication evaluation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The patient satisfaction rate was 97. 50%(39/40), which was higher than 82. 50%(33/40) in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The practice of continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the specialized outpatient clinic is potentially effective to reduce the risk of postoperative complications after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and improve the patient satisfaction. (目的 探讨基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理在混合痔(湿热下注型)术后出院患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年4月—12月科室收治的80例混合痔(湿热下注型)术后出院患者为研究对象, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各40例。两组患者住院期间均接受常规围手术期护理。对照组患者出院后给予电话回访、健康宣教; 观察组患者出院后, 实施基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理方案, 采取“三步护理一体化”的管理模式进行随访管理。对术后两周内并发症情况进行评分, 采用自制问卷调查患者满意度。结果 观察组患者并发症评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组患者满意率97. 50%(39/40), 高于对照组的82. 50%(33/40), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理方案能降低混合痔术后患者并发症发生风险, 提高患者满意度。)

This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing measures for a patient with ankylosing spondylitis. Key issues of nursing included procedure of moxibustion and hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package, targeted living guidance, dietary intervention, functional exercise and psychological care. Based on the TCM theory, moxibustion and hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package is effective to relieve the pain induced by ankylosing spondylitis, and improve p function of waist joint and quality of life of the patient. This paper summarized the nursing care of a patient with hypertensive headache treated with a trilogy of auricular therapy. The trilogy of auricular therapy consisted of three steps of treatment: auricular acupressure, bloodletting at the ear tip and auricular pressure treatment. Auricular acupressure was carried out to dredge meridians of ear, improve the microcirculation and reduce the degree of headache. The ear-tip bloodletting therapy showed a sound effect of vasodilation and blood-pressure regulation. The auricular pressure treatment was effective to enhance the stimulation on auricular acupoints. Under the guidance of TCM theory, the treatment of hypertensive headache using the three steps of auricular acupuncture points was effective and improved the comfort and quality of life of the patient. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a rheumatoid arthritis patient treated by wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine. Key issues of nursing included preparation of Chinese herbal medicine and wax, procedure and cautions of wax therapy, life care, dietary intervention, psychological intervention. The wax therapy was conducted based on the syndrome differentiation and prescription selection, and coordinate nursing interventions were carried out to relieve patient’s pain and improve the activity of daily. The wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine has advantages of easy-to-use, few adverse reactions, low cost and high acceptance among patients. This paper summarized the effect of hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package in a patient with knee osteoarthritis and related nursing management. Health education, hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package and continuous nursing were carried out to relieve the joint pain symptoms of the. The visual scale of Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC scale) was used as the evaluation standard. The scores of WOMAC scale decreased, the scores of pain, stiffness and daily activity decreased, and the clinical symptoms improved after intervention. The hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package is potentially effective to alleviate the joint symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis, delay the development of the disease and improve the quality of life. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a case of gout treated by auricular acupoints sticking-pressing therapy. Key issues of nursing included living care, dietary instruction, psychological intervention, procedure and cautions of auricular acupoints sticking-pressing therapy. Based on the scientific evaluation and acupoints selection by syndrome differentiation, targeted nursing interventions are effective to reduce the pain and improve the quality of life in patients with gout. Objective To investigate the training needs of newly recruited nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)hospitals, and to provide reference for building a pre-job training system with TCM characteristics. Methods Newly recruited nurses from first and second class TCM hospitals in Beijing were investigated by a self-made questionnaire. Results A total of1590 questionnaires were issued, including1590 valid questionnaires being recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 100. 00%. There were 1285 nurses graduated from Universities of western medicine, accounting for 80. 82% of all nurses. Findings showed a relatively high level of training needs of nurses, and there was no significant different between nurses with different education levels, recruitment stage and types of university (P＞0. 05). High scores of needs assessment were found in issues of emergency care, emergency handling and cooperating, occupational protection. Conclusion Nursing managers should establish a pre-job training system with TCM characteristics for newly recruited nurses, improve their TCM critical thinking ability and ensure the quality of TCM nursing. It is also required to enhance the training on emergency care, emergency handling and cooperating, occupational protection, in order to help nurses adapt to the job requirements and the new working environment. (目的 了解北京市中医医疗机构新入职护士培训需求, 为构建具有中医特色的入职培训体系提供依据。方法 采用自设问卷, 对北京市范围内二级、三级中医医疗机构的新入职护士培训需求进行调查。结果 共发放1590份问卷, 回收1590份问卷, 有效回收率100. 00%。新入职护士中, 西医院校毕业护士1285(80. 82%)名。各维度培训需求均处于较高水平, 不同学历、入职阶段、是否中医院校毕业的护士比较, 差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05)。具体需求内容上, 急危重症的抢救及护理、各种突发事件急救处理及配合、职业防护原则及方法得分较高。结论 护理管理者应制定具有中医特色的培训方案, 提高新入职护士的中医辨证能力, 提升中医护理质量。同时, 应结合护士需求, 加强对于急危重症、突发事件、职业防护等方面的培训, 帮助护士在职业初期快速适应工作岗位。)

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient who received auricular acupressure combined with finger exercise in the treatment of pain after transradial coronary angiography. Nursing assessment was carried out before implementation of auricular acupressure and finger exercise, and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques were applied according to the standard procedure. This paper summarized the nursing experience of auricular acupoint combined with manipulative therapy for a patient with mixed hemorrhoids combined with hypertension. Nursing measures included nursing assessment, auricular acupoint massage, ear tip bloodletting method and auricular acupoint sticking method. The patient blood pressure was under control and head pain was relieved after intervention. This paper reviewed nursing management for a patient with erysipelas infection leads to sepsis combined with multiple organ dysfunction syndromes. A comprehensive treatment including anti-infective therapy, diuretic treatment, cardiac medication and circulation function treatment and related nursing management was carried out. Targeted nursing strategies including non-invasive ventilation nursing, medication care and fluid-management, fever nursing, catheter maintenance, skin care were carried out to ensure the therapeutic efficacy and symptom relieving. In order to promote the development of clinical nursing work in medical institutions of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), highlight the characteristics and advantages of TCM nursing, and make the innovation and development of TCM nursing in inheritance, under the guidance of Beijing Administration of TCM, Beijing Office of TCM Nursing Ability Improvement Project launched the construction project of "One Syndrome and One Product" specialized nursing demonstration ward in October 2017. In November 2020, the Department of Rheumatology set up a project of “One Syndrome and One Product” for patients with knee osteoarthritis, and carried out a one-year project construction. In the process of implementation, the connotation of nursing service were deepened and expanded, giving full play to the characteristic role of TCM nursing service and providing better nursing service for patients. This paper summarized the health education service system with TCM characteristics, and summarized the problems existing in the implementation process. This paper reviewed the clinical data and nursing management of a patient with severe pneumonia and diabetes mellitus. The patient received transnasal feeding tube placement for enteral nutrition support. In addition to enteral nutrition-related nursing management, a care bundle including psychological nursing, oral/nasal cavity and skin care, maintenance of feeding tube and catheter was carried out to improve the treatment efficacy. Insomnia is one of the common complications after stroke. This paper summarized the nursing experience of moxibustion treatment in a patient with insomnia due to imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin after stroke. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Survey (PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality of the patient, and acupoints were selected by syndrome differentiation after determining the pattern of syndrome. In the meantime of moxibustion, targeted interventions such as nutrition support, emotional care and living guidance were carried out to improve the quality of sleep and life. Objective To investigate the effect of wet dressing of Chinese herbs on subcutaneous induration caused by subcutaneous injection of Azacitidine. Methods Totally 50 patients with subcutaneous induration caused by subcutaneous injection of Azacitidine for the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group. The Mupirocin ointment was applied on the surface of subcutaneous induration in the control group, and wet dressing of Chinese herbs was applied in the observation group. The subsiding of subcutaneous induration, pain and swelling were observed. Results In the observation group, subcutaneous induration subsided in all patients, and there were 2 cases of pain and 4 cases of remained swelling. In the control group, subcutaneous induration subsided in 13 patients, and there were 6 cases of pain and 5 cases of remained swelling. Conclusion The wet dressing of Chinese herbs is effective to relieve the subcutaneous induration and related pain and swelling following ubcutaneous injection of Azacitidine. (目的 观察中药湿敷治疗阿扎胞苷皮下注射所致皮下硬结的应用效果。方法 将50例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)行阿扎胞苷皮下注射所致皮下硬结患者分为观察组和对照组, 各25例。对照组采用莫匹罗星(百多邦)软膏涂于皮下硬结处, 观察组采用中药湿敷。比较2组干预后皮下硬结消退以及疼痛和肿胀缓解情况。结果 观察组皮下硬结均消退, 仅2例患者存在不同程度的疼痛, 有4例患者肿胀未缓解; 对照组皮下硬结消退13例, 有6例患者存在不同程度的疼痛, 5例患者肿胀未缓解。结论 中药湿敷能有效改善阿扎胞苷皮下注射所致皮下硬结, 缓解疼痛与肿胀。)
